We checked in here Wednesday afternoon for 1 night while in town for a graduation. The parking lot wasn't hard to find parking and the lobby was clean and well kept. Check in was easy and we were in our room probably within 10 minutes. The room was nice, the bed was comfortable and everything worked great. The bathrooms are pretty big, and we're all in working order. Definitely a good place to stay for a very reasonable price and only a few minutes from the local high school which made it really easy and convenient for us. I didn't need breakfast then next morning but they did have a pretty big breakfast option and the coffee was great. I'd definitely stay here again. read more

Having been a Hilton loyalty point member for years and so having lots of experience with them, this was unique. Can only say that what was going on in the middle of the night was not like a party, but rather a prostitution ring going on. Sadly, it's probable that you won't read this until after you have yourself had a negative experience. read more

Stayed at this hotel for about eight days, the check-in process was extremely easy and the night time registration clerk was extremely friendly and kind. The complementary breakfast was average. I was not a fan of the scones however there were two types of waffle flavors available. As far as the room was concerned, the king size bed was comfortable... now I did have a problem with the shower drain. The drain was extremely slow and that caused the water to pool in the tub. another issue was parking on one side of the hotel. There are residential homes, so parking seems to be limited. This hotel is extremely clean and they kept the maintenance upkeep consistently. There was a Chipotle within walking distance, along with shopping centers and a coffee shop, also you are very close to many freeways. read more

Booked this room for the pool and upon arrival was told it's being "renovated". The website didn't state that nor was there any signs of renovations happening. They clearly do this when soccer tournaments are in town and don't want to deal with kids having a good time. If you're coming for a tournament DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The property was not in good shape. Good things: I want to shout out for the lady who was working in the breakfast area: Louredes. She was super nice lady. She was helping everyone whosoever was coming for breakfast. She would even make stuff for you and get for you to the table. She also went to each table to asks guests how are they doing and if they need anything. I have never seen anyone do like this at any if the Hilton properties. If you read my reviews about other Hilton hotels - you would find in almost every review that i breakfast server is always just sitting in the kitchen and not bothered if they are out of anything. But this lady need recognition. She was super super sincere and helpful Also, i want to thank my housekeeping lady : Maite. She also did the good job. Moment she would see me in the hallway, she would ask me if she can clean the room. Coz nowadays housekeeping is done on request and she could have avoided that by not asking me. Great location. Close to restaurants. In & Out is across the street. There's a Chipotle, Pieology, & stores like Target nearby. Enjoyed my stay here. Staff were friendly. Breakfast wasn't bad. You can make your own waffles. I liked the mini waffle maker. There's apple/oranges/bananas, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, juice, eggs, bagels/toast, etc & as for the meat options, one day was turkey sausage, another morning there was turkey patties. They also had potatoes one morning and another morning was biscuits & gravy. It's not an amazing breakfast but it's not bad either especially if it's complimentary with your stay. I especially loved having the coffee/tea in the lounge area. I believe it was available 24/7. Very convenient. The lounge/lobby area had plenty of seating. Great place! They even have continental breakfast in the morning and have more than just bread and toast. I was shocked that they have eggs , bacon , waffles etc. downsize is that occasionally there's homeless wandering outside and looking into cars. We got caught on video that our leather truck bed was cut by a man and he was looking inside to steal. Sometimes the homeless sit outside the back door. Would be nice if they had covered parking or enforced safety a bit more for the guests. read more

Avoid staying here if you are traveling for work and or looking for peace and quiet. You can hear every time a door opens and closes from your room. I can even hear my neighbor running their water. This place needs a full facelift. If you decide to stay here, keeps your expectations low. I had to switch rooms 3 times before finding one that was acceptable enough for the night. First one had a noisy old air conditioner. Second rooms dead bolt didn't open all the way. Third one was acceptable enough, but would not stay here again. Every employee that we met was friendly but there was one employee that was unforgettable and that was a lady that helped us in the morning during our continental breakfast. We accessed our room to find he air conditioning was not working. The very nice woman at the front desk was apologetic and moved us to another room. I went to the "fitness center" to find 3 machines, two of which were not working. The lady at the front desk called her manager to get the access code for the Peloton bike and he didn't answer. The star stepper wasn't working at all. Which left the treadmill. Another guest came in and had to wait since there was only one working machine. There was no water in the dispenser. Very disappointing when a fitness center is one of the perks that is touted in the hotel listing. On the plus side, the complimentary breakfast was a highlight -- lots of options. read more

At first I was really impressed with the customer service from David on my arrival, but my room, 226 directly faced a house. This house, unfortunately, has a person with a SUPER LOUD HARLEY DAVIDSON. I've heard it several times in the same day and I only booked one night. Now it's 9:30pm when I'm writing this review. Not a great way to get some rest before driving home the next day. Fingers crossed this HARLEY rider doesn't need to go anywhere else tonight, because the EXHAUST IS THAT LOUD. My suggestion is if you find yourself at this hotel, ask for a room with ODD numbers. This would put you facing away from this noise. I will take advantage of the self serve breakfast in the morning, served from 6am-9am. read more

I think this hotel is great for a short stay. The staff is nice, the rooms were clean, and could use a little deep cleaning in the vents in the AC and Heating units but I took mine apart and clean it myself. They have a great breakfast in the morning and the staff who serves the breakfast or who monitors it is super nice. I did have my car window smashed in while staying at the hotel and luckily they have some great footage of it but still a hassle so just be careful. read more

DANGER! We found the fire exit door permanently screwed shut from outside the building! Clerk said it was part of their Covid-19 program, and that the fire marshal had approved. Not likely! This wasn't the worst place I have ever stayed, but it did not live up to the Hilton brand name. This was the first place we were going to stay at since SIP. I called a head of time and spoke with Robert and asked him what precautions are you taking in regards to Covid, he said he didn't understand the question. I asked what are you doing in regards to Covid, again he didn't understand. I finally asked are you doing any additional sanitation in regards to avoiding the spread of Covid, he finally said yes. I asked him what are you doing? He responded he can't tell me. I asked him has your hotel been really busy or on the slow side, he responded he can't tell me. He said if I was concerned to just cancel my reservation. Really, an employee of the hotel is telling me to cancel my reservation because he wont share what they are doing at the hotel to prevent the spread of Covid. Unbelievable, this should have been a sign not to stay here, but I needed to make a really quick trip in to town and didn't have time to make a new reservation. Arrived at hotel, check in was easy. Obviously, all public facilities were closed including breakfast. Though I read they would provide go backs in-lieu of breakfast at Hilton branded hotels, but this one did not offer anything. I can't say that this place was sanitized, the place was barely clean. The elevator floors were very dirty and there were piles of garbage and garbage on the floor near the ice and vending machines. The walls are pretty thin especially if you have really "busy" neighbors. In our room the shower was partially broken, more water came out of the faucet than the shower. Also, the bath towels are ridiculously small and almost see through, basically the size of a bath floor mat, they won't even go around your waist and I am petite. I don't recommend staying here. Stayed here a few nights ago. Checked in late at night and noticed a pile of trash near the ice machine and elevators on the second floor. The trash was mostly cardboard and packaging. The pile grew bigger until around 11:00 a.m. when it was removed. This is usually a well maintained property. I was suprised and disappointed that they let a pile of waste accumulate. read more

Caution: BRING YOUR OWN SHAMPOO!!! The stuff they had attached to the wall damaged my hair, and the conditioner did very little to overcome it. Given the length of my hair, this is a huge deal. Since the bottles were attached to the wall, they were probably being refilled. Since I can't be sure that the bottles were being refilled with the same stuff, there's no point mentioning the brand. Otherwise, the room was clean and beautiful, and service was great. They had a hot meal breakfast bar typical of the level of the hotel. This is the only place I stay when I'm in town, I grew up a town over then moved out of state. The staff is amazing and extremely accommodating, I often come into town at 2 or 3 am and not many places in norco will let my family and I check in after 11 ish. The rooms are always clean and tidy. Primarily chose this location for the breakfast, but was disappointed when there was no breakfast when I came down within the breakfast hours. Also, I called on the phone and asked if the pool was open, the gentleman said yes- it was not open. That's why I give this hotel 4 stars instead of 5. Stayed here on Saturday night for a softball tournament. The lady at the front desk was sooo courteous and accommodating. I give her 5 stars!!! It was her first night and the poor lady was overwhelmed because boy, it was BUSY!! I checked in via the app and had NO PROBLEMS! It makes it sooo much easier, I suggest anyone who reads this to download the app and do the same. You can also check out via the app- super convenient!! Our room was clean. The elevator and hallways were also well kept. The location is a little weird and you can definitely miss it if you're not paying attention. Clean room, clean bed, clean bathroom. Is it worth $180? The hotel interior looks very nice inside and the staff, especially the evening staff member that checked me in was pleasant. It is also conveniently located by multiple restaurants, shopping centers and gas stations. The room was neat and clean upon arrival. However, the stay was not completely enjoyable for various reasons listed below: Walls are incredibly thin; it seemed like I could hear every conversation in the hallway or neighboring rooms; this made it difficult to sleep/relax; The hotel doors do not have door softeners, so everytime someone left or entered a hotel room, you can hear the door(s) slam closed; The shower for the room did not function properly; the bottom tub spout continued to loudly release water while the shower head was running; The A.C. seemed like it was going out; it took a while to function and made loud squeaking noises often while on; The one and only trash bin inside the hotel room was very small; I am sure this was a problem for all hotel rooms since trash was found often outside rooms for pick-up; Breakfast was not the advertised buffet and the serving staff member was less than pleasant; All vending machines were broken (not that important). I am a little disappointed since the Hilton name is known well; this location does not seem to live up to the brand name. With some adjustments, it has the potential to be better. read more

Stayed here four nights. Room was comfortable, however the toilet seat would not stay up -- kept falling down. By the time I left Friday I noticed a trail of ants in the bathroom out to the bedroom. I saw some earlier on in the week, but the last day they were really bad. I did not think the fitness center had enough services -- no weights. It could've also held another treadmill. I panicked when I pulled up. I thought it was a Truck Stop area..... Or Arkansas. I checked to see if I was at the right place; then I looked up Yelp reviews. One made me panic again. I was short on time and needed to check in. I got a friendly speedy check-in and headed up to my room. I got friendly smiles and greetings from all of the Staff I walked pass; and it was not forced and fake. (Nice) I had such a bad day that started at 3:30am; so that was pleasant. The carpets looked new in the halls and my room. My room was very clean. The caulking around the tub and shower was white and free of mold. But the bottom of my tub had an issue. Maybe bleach would help. And the drain was super slow. I'm standing in a pool of filth while I showered and had to wash my feet and ankles after I got out of the tub. I was too tired to pack, get dressed and change rooms. Oh, and the knob to the shower came off in my hand. The TV wouldn't come on with the remote. I had to turn it on manually. They have Direct TV with almost no channels. Wouldn't turn off with the remote either. The bed looked clean and comfy. Breakfast: Coffee was good. Sausage tasted spoiled. Eggs were okay. The entry faces the back. No fabulous views here. But it was relatively clean; friendly and close to places to eat and the freeway. read more

Horrible business. Horrible service. Horrible everything. Insulted my dad, who was out of state after he told them he had no hot water. He had to take two cold showers. He called and addressed the situation, and the front desk laughed at him. I asked for help and a refund, and he dragged it out. So far, he had someone come and fix the water and said it works now. No refund. Don't waste your time or money. The men running this establishment are racist and unprofessional. Worst experience of my life, and I stay places often. A simple refund would've been appropriate, but now I have to call and complain to corporate because these men here couldn't do their job professionally. Rooms smelled and had stains on them. This is one of the best Hampton Inns in the area! We needed a place for family to stay over the holiday and Maria and Nicole was extremely helpful. The hotel staff were friendly, kind, and hospitable. The hotel entrance is off the main road, so there's less likely for undesirables to be around (unlike other hotels from the same company). The breakfast was fulfilling too. The whole stay was quiet and felt like home. This is definitely the place to check into for all future stays. read more

This hotel has an insect problem! We booked a group of rooms for our team to stay during a soccer tournament. Upon arrival, we were quickly checked in and had a lovely welcome sign for the participants in the tournament. The staff was friendly and overall the lobby area was decent. The problems started once we checked into our rooms. There was a dead cockroach in one of the rooms' bathtub and dead ants. That same evening the team left for dinner and upon our return to the hotel some of the other players' rooms had swarms of ants crawling everywhere (in their luggage, soccer kits and floors, and even in the beds). We called the front desk evening manager and he was quick to respond and tried to help. His solution was to move rooms and spray Raid and bait traps. We moved rooms and upon inspection, the carpet had dead ants along the walls (clearly housekeeping had vacuumed the dead fumigated ants but didn't get all of them). I wish we would have read the other reviews because the bug issue has NOT been addressed. read more

I had the pleasure of staying at thIs hotel from November to December 2019. The staff was always very friendly and helpful to me and my family. One of the staff ladies baked Christmas cookies for my kids and me. Another staff gentleman took packages, that delivered to the hotel for me after I had checked out, to a shipping store on his own time and forwarded the packages to me. The breakfast bar has a nice variety of foods, much better than your standard continental breakfast. The coffee was always fresh and hot throughout the day. And the laundry and excise facilities were clean and convenient. Most of all, the pricing for a 30 day stay was very reasonable. I highly recommend the Hampton Inn - Norco to anyone.
