We absolutely loved our stay at the Villa Inn. What an awesome find! Quiet and beautiful views. The room was very modern and very clean. Zero issues during our stay. Check-in was very easy and I loved that our door code was the last 4 digits of our phone number. Super easy. Pool area was awesome. Chilly out to swim in December but we enjoyed sitting out there for breakfast - they have a great little setup with food you can grab ...and toasters and coffee maker, etc with anything you'd need out there. Our only small complaint was that the walls (in the Rimini room at least) are very thin. Easy to hear someone in the neighboring suite. But we already want to bring other family back and stay in the suites here. Highly recommend!!

This review is for the Villa Inn and Spa property. I came across their listing on Hotels.com when I was researching a hotel in the Temecula area to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday. I was immediately taken by the exclusivity and secluded quality of the suites that were pictured on the site and was looking forward to our stay there. Needless to say, the pictures didn't do the place any justice. We stayed at the Naples Suite, which was nothing less than amazing and breathtaking. It was the biggest and roomiest of the 5 offerings there. The Suite was very spacious and impeccably decorated. The bed was heavenly and so comfortable. The bathroom boasted a wonderful shower, gorgeous tub, and convenient double sinks. In short, the room was everything you could hope for a wonderful, peaceful, and memorable stay. The property itself was also amazing, complete with your own private parking, a spa tub and heated pool. There are several gazebos to choose from to relax and take in the wonderful scenery and view. They also serve breakfast every morning by the pool area, which was very welcome. Lastly, this wouldn't be a proper review without acknowledging Arriana, the property manager, who was an extreme pleasure and delight to deal with. She was very helpful and even provided some fantastic recommendations for nearby wineries! Thank you again for such an amazing and memorable stay!

The owners are very responsive and communicate regularly with you by text/email as soon as you make your reservation. Once you arrive, you will hear from them daily by text. They are also on the property daily and easy to reach. The suite was beautiful, and the full kitchen was well equipped with dishes/glasses, pots/pans, all kinds of utensils--a fine cook's dream! However, I am not a fine cook or dreamer so I did zero cooking. And the breakfast delivered to our room each morning was delicious and way better than anything I could have cooked. Still, I appreciated having a full size fridge, dishes/glasses, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. The suite also had two TVs (one in the living room and one in the bedroom) and a variety of streaming options if you wanted to stay in and watch shows/movies. We did not do too much of that because there are so many great wineries nearby (too little time) and those wineries not only have tasting bars but also restaurants! So we were on the go a lot, and I missed out on sitting on the patio on the property and gazing at the twinkling stars and visiting the cute chickens on the property. The only thing that needs improving is a fix to the sliding closet door (off the track and made it unusable). One day I hope to return to this lovely property and participate in star gazing and chicken meet and greets! P.S. Easy parking, circular driveway if you want to unload the car before parking, and welcoming lobby.

I was a little hesitant to book it because I never stayed at a Bed and Breakfast establishment before. I decided to give it a try after reading great reviews and we really enjoyed our stay. After booking, I received a text which included a list of activities, their favorite wineries, lunch, and dinner suggestions. We ended up booking a couple things based on their suggestions. On the day of our arrival, we received a text letting us know our room was available early. We definitely enjoyed that but we were having lunch and arrived around 3:30pm. The room was beautiful and had a sweet handwritten note on the bed. The hostess (wish I remembered her name) was nice and recommended Altisima for their frozen drinks. We went on a Friday afternoon and it ended up being our favorite winery of the trip. Breakfast was delivered to our door each morning at 9am with a nice setup and it was really good. The breakfast burrito was our favorite. We made coffee afterwards and enjoyed it on the patio overlooking the vineyards. When we returned in the evenings, we turned on the fireplace in the room and just relaxed. It was a relaxing stay. Only one small suggestion would be to add blackout curtains. The sun beamed through the sides and top of the drapes, making it hard to sleep in. Overall, we would definitely return.

Tyler was up early when my husband and I rolled out of bed and we chatted on the patio for a while. When we went to visit the property, he not only showed up late, but did rush us through the property. At the sister property, there was plenty of work that needed to be completed, but we still wanted to see the property. He told us that we will have to have the music in the pool room due to the noise ordinances with the County of Riverside. We said that will not work for us due to us having approximately 100-150 people in attendance for the wedding. He then stated that we can do the dancing on the basketball court. We then went to visit the Que Syrah property and we were totally in love with the property. We had plans for having an April 2021 wedding and he said that he would send over the contract to us after the viewing of the property because we wanted to move quickly so we can book vendors for the day of and he informed us that he would provide us with the contract that states, "due to CoVID, if we have to cancel, we will give you 100% of the payment back". My wedding planner contacted him after we left and we were ready for payment and signature of the contract. He sent us back an email on Friday, June 19th, a week after visiting the properties, illustrating to us that he installed cameras due to a party that was thrown on his property the weekend before, where the tenants lied about the amount of occupants. I do not understand the importance of him letting us know about the installation of the cameras or the indecency of other occupants, but I thought he would elaborate on this. In the e-mail, he also attached a memorandum dated on the day of the property tour, June 12th, from the County of Riverside regarding CoVID and hosting big events being prohibited. Unbeknownst to us, there was a 150+ attendant wedding on his Que Syrah property on the weekend of September 26th. Unprofessionally, he did not let us know of any changes and clearly did not want to do business with us. Him bringing up the cameras and all of these different excuses of not wanting to do business with us, made me feel very discriminated against ESPECIALLY, if he is holding big weddings on his property AFTER he sent over an email including a mandate regarding him not being allowed to do big events on his property. Throughout this process, he was highly unprofessional and it is unfortunate that he refused to do business with us or return any emails to my wedding planner.

Upon check-in, we were offered a glass of their bubbly rosé, which was fabulous. We loved it so much we ended up buying a bottle. We also received complimentary tasting passes for the winery -- a great perk! We reserved a Double Queen Deluxe room with a lovely balcony overlooking the grounds. The room was spacious enough for my husband, our college-aged daughter, and me. The bathroom was large and modern, with excellent shower pressure. The inn has a beautiful pool area and fun activities like ping pong, cornhole, a putting green, and even a giant Connect Four -- which, of course, we turned into a family competition. Ponte has a fantastic restaurant for brunch (a must!), and if the weather is nice, definitely sit outside. They also have a dinner restaurant. Since it's the only one on-site that doesn't require reservations, it gets busy. Although the menu was limited, the food was solid and the service was great. We loved strolling around the property -- from peaceful fountains to a charming little lake, the whole place just feels tranquil. We left feeling completely rejuvenated. Bonus for my fellow pickleball fans: there's an 18-court park just an 11-minute drive away! This was the perfect stay, and we can't wait to return.

Dear Management Team,…read more I am writing to share my deep disappointment regarding our recent stay at Ponte Vineyard Inn. We chose your property for a restful weekend getaway, expecting the high-quality service and comfort that your brand and pricing suggest. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by significant service failures that seem to be part of a recurring pattern. Upon check-in, we specifically requested housekeeping and fresh towels for 10:00 AM (or after) the following day. We vacated our room at 9:00 AM to allow ample time. However, upon our return at 5:00pm, the room remained untouched. Furthermore, our breakfast experience at Bouquet Restaurant was unacceptable. We sat for 25 minutes without being greeted or served, even as guests who arrived after us were attended to. When I sought out the hostess, I was told our server was "on break." As a former Service Director for a Fortune 500 company who has spent years coaching and mentoring professionals in high-touch, quality service, I find this lack of basic floor management and "service recovery" deeply concerning. After checking out, I reviewed recent feedback on platforms like Yelp and noticed that these specific issues--housekeeping lapses and slow restaurant service--have been raised by guests for months, if not years. The standard response from leadership claims these issues are being "addressed," yet our experience proves otherwise. In any service-oriented profession, words of apology are empty without the actions to back them up. I am sharing this not just as a dissatisfied guest, but as a professional in the service industry who knows that excellence is a CHOICE made daily. I hope this feedback reaches someone who is committed to restoring the standards Ponte Vineyard Inn claims to uphold.
