Superb staycation from San Diego! Was out for the polo match down the road. Beautiful property, cozy beds, nice pool. Grub was great! The Cellar downstairs stays open until midnight with live tunes. I swore the guitarist was Keith Richards, so talented! Donovan and Hunter were exceptional at the pool and at dinner that night. Amazing service. Can't wait to go back again next time I'm out for the polo!

We stayed at the Ponte Vineyard Inn, and let me tell you -- this was exactly the getaway we needed. The inn also features its own winery on-site, which is such a bonus. Upon check-in, we were offered a glass of their bubbly rosé, which was fabulous. We loved it so much we ended up buying a bottle. We also received complimentary tasting passes for the winery -- a great perk! We reserved a Double Queen Deluxe room with a lovely balcony overlooking the grounds. The room was spacious enough for my husband, our college-aged daughter, and me. The bathroom was large and modern, with excellent shower pressure. The inn has a beautiful pool area and fun activities like ping pong, cornhole, a putting green, and even a giant Connect Four -- which, of course, we turned into a family competition. Ponte has a fantastic restaurant for brunch (a must!), and if the weather is nice, definitely sit outside. They also have a dinner restaurant. Since it's the only one on-site that doesn't require reservations, it gets busy. Although the menu was limited, the food was solid and the service was great. We loved strolling around the property -- from peaceful fountains to a charming little lake, the whole place just feels tranquil. We left feeling completely rejuvenated. Bonus for my fellow pickleball fans: there's an 18-court park just an 11-minute drive away! This was the perfect stay, and we can't wait to return.

Came here a few weekends ago for a wedding and it was lovely! Such a beautiful place and not just for weddings. You can book a stay here and enjoy the surroundings or even just stop in for the day. So many things to see and do. Book a weekend getaway or come buy some wine and stay for dinner. Gorgeous venue! Highly recommend it is so breathtaking!

I did not stay at the Ponte Inn, but my husband and I went to the Bouquet Restaurant there on August 20 for brunch. The indoor seating area was kinda stuffy and a bit dated, so we dined on the outdoor patio. It was a la carte, rather than a buffet, which we prefer over wasting food and money on excessive, overpriced breakfast buffets. I had the Eggs Benedict and my husband had the blintzes, both of which were yummy. The exterior landscaping and views of the mountains were lovely.

Ponte Vineyard Inn is hands down one of our favorite places to stay -- not just in Temecula, but anywhere in Southern California. Every time we visit, we're reminded why we keep coming back. The property is absolutely stunning. Nestled in the heart of wine country, the views of the surrounding vineyards are nothing short of magical, especially at sunset. The entire atmosphere is peaceful and romantic, making it perfect for a weekend getaway, anniversary trip, or just a relaxing escape from the everyday. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with a rustic-modern vibe that feels both upscale and comfortable. We love waking up and enjoying coffee on the balcony overlooking the vines -- it's the kind of setting that instantly puts you at ease. The staff is consistently friendly, attentive, and welcoming. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, everyone goes out of their way to make sure you feel at home. We also love that you don't have to go far for amazing food and wine. Bouquet Restaurant on site is excellent (highly recommend for brunch!), and of course, the Ponte Winery is just steps away for tastings or a leisurely afternoon sipping wine in the sunshine. If you're planning a trip to Temecula, do yourself a favor and stay at Ponte Vineyard Inn. It's charming, peaceful, and simply unforgettable. We can't wait to go back -- again and again.

This is a beautiful hotel lobby and we are so excited to explore the hotel. We joined the wine club which I highly recommend!! We have a beautiful room overlooking the vineyards and it's so mellow and peaceful. It reminds me of the Westlake Village Inn but the Temecula version. It's a MUST DO and I'm so happy we chose this hotel We stayed here for two nights and had a wonderful view. It is so quiet and peaceful and our room is beautiful overlooking the vineyards with a pool view. I highly recommend staying here!

While this is such a beautiful property, unfortunately the service, amenities and facilities leave a lot to be desired. From thumping music going through the night (at last past 10pm), to the AC making almost as much noise as the music outside, it was a very rough stay. Couple that with mosquitoes so thick you couldn't enjoy the outdoor patio without getting eaten alive and no room service (I guess I didn't need to eat anyway), look somewhere else if you want a true retreat that will take good care of you.

What a beautiful Inn. Wine tasting was fun.Our room was very nice with a beautiful bathroom. We had food and drinks down in The Cellar in the evening. Very nice pool and jacuzzi with games like corn hole, ping pong etc. there was a pool bar/restaurant that I was told was open in the summer. We ate breakfast there in the morning, it was just OK.

This place was absolutely amazing!! From the minute we checked in, to the minute we checked out: the staff at the front desk was so insightful, helpful, and really took the time to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. As soon as you walk in, complimentary sparkling rose: that set the tone for the rest of our stay. The hotel room itself was spacious and well kept - nothing outdated here. The balcony to our extended double queen, on the second floor, was just breath taking! The grounds themselves are also stunning! We enjoyed breakfast at their onsite restaurant, the Bouquet, which was so unique and met all our expectations: out server was a gentleman (can't remember his name), but he was so attentive and genuinely kind dude. We ended up becoming wine club members because of such a great experience, and are already planning out next stay in July to celebrate another birthday! CAN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ENOUGH! So worth every dollar!

We stayed at the hotel for our honeymoon and anniversary! The rooms are spacious and beautiful! We usually get a suite and enjoy the beautiful balcony/patio space! For our anniversary we were surprised by a cute gift basket and wine! The staff are always very friendly and the amenities at the hotel are top tier. I would recommend staying whenever you're in Temecula.

We had a wonderful weekend at the Inn. Our room was beautiful and it felt like we were staying in the countryside in Tuscany. The food at restaurant was delicious as usual and enjoyed the wine as well. We brought home some extra bottles to enjoy for the holiday season. We've been members of their winery for years and absolutely love visiting here!

What looks like the front entrance along Jefferson is not. It's actually in the back. I parked at the other hotel's parking lot then walked over to check in. That was relatively smooth. I was given a parking pass to display on my dashboard. It's $12 a night for underground parking with elevator access straight to your hotel room floor. Overflow parking is outside in the lot shared with the other hotel. I got to my room and it was just okay. You can't go below 68 degrees. For the hotel-goers in us that like Arctic temperatures to sleep, that may be a problem. I left it on "Auto" at 68 and somehow it bumped up to a humid 78 degrees inside. And a faint smell of urine towards the A/C unit. Now the part where I was just grossed out. The bathroom. There was mold along the bottom of a section of a wall towards the baseboard. It was so bad that I guess maintenance ripped out the portion and it's just black mold. See the photo in my review. The metal trashcan in the bathroom was disgusting. I know Hilton is going the green route, but add a plastic liner or something. Rust and garbage residue is just not visibly appealing. Again, see the photo in my review. The showerhead? It had dried soap scum. Luckily I brought Lysol wipes with me to wipe that down. Made me wonder about the water. The shower area itself? There were long strands of hair everywhere. Some were even stuck to the floor of the shower itself and I just let it be. Recall that I mentioned Hilton going the green route. They only service your room and bathroom every other day of your stay. So if you're in for a weekend stay, they'll just clean it when you check out essentially. I understand it's expensive to staff, but I'm sure the every other day schedule leaves gaps in cleanliness for future guests as indicated by my review. I do not recommend. We stopped in on a Saturday morning to drop off our cars and luggage and returned later to check in between wine tasting and dinner. I will start with the few positive points. First, the staff is very friendly and they tried to be helpful. Also, there is always fruit iced water in the lobby as well as a free coffee and breakfast in the morning. Breakfast didn't look too good, so I just grabbed a little fruit, but I was grateful that they had coffee. As far as the hotel, it was really run down with tons of scrapes on the furniture and appliances. You practically had to wrangle the bathroom door to get it to slide closed. The pool area was far from picturesque and in major need of an upgrade. They do a free happy hour for guests which includes 2 free drinks. It is a nice effort, but the wine was pretty bad and the margaritas were an unnatural shade of green. It would probably be best to either give just one decent drink (this is the Temecula Valley after all) or forgo the happy hour altogether. This would have been a 2-star review, but two things really bothered me. First, they knew that we had arrived early and requested (but didn't expect) an early check-in. In any other hotel, we would have been able to check in by 3PM, or at least 4. We had been wine-tasting and I really wanted to take a quick nap before dinner and our evening out, but our room wasn't ready until after 5:30, which is really out of the question. Also, in the morning, I ran downstairs to grab a couple of coffees for myself and a friend. Then I went back upstairs to get into the room. Our key wouldn't work. I ran down to ask for another key, and they explained that I had to turn the doorknob up to make it work instead of down. It did work, but the other key I used the day before had worked normally (downward). I don't like keys that require instructions....especially when not given instructions. In the process of trying to open the door and running downstairs twice, I spilled coffee hot coffee all over my hands. The location is so-so. It is convenient to the freeway and a short drive to Old Town, but not in a great location for wine-tasting. I will not stay here again.
