We stayed at the Ponte Vineyard Inn, and let me tell you -- this was exactly the getaway we needed. The inn also features its own winery on-site, which is such a bonus. Upon check-in, we were offered a glass of their bubbly rosé, which was fabulous. We loved it so much we ended up buying a bottle. We also received complimentary tasting passes for the winery -- a great perk! We reserved a Double Queen Deluxe room with a lovely balcony overlooking the grounds. The room was spacious enough for my husband, our college-aged daughter, and me. The bathroom was large and modern, with excellent shower pressure. The inn has a beautiful pool area and fun activities like ping pong, cornhole, a putting green, and even a giant Connect Four -- which, of course, we turned into a family competition. Ponte has a fantastic restaurant for brunch (a must!), and if the weather is nice, definitely sit outside. They also have a dinner restaurant. Since it's the only one on-site that doesn't require reservations, it gets busy. Although the menu was limited, the food was solid and the service was great. We loved strolling around the property -- from peaceful fountains to a charming little lake, the whole place just feels tranquil. We left feeling completely rejuvenated. Bonus for my fellow pickleball fans: there's an 18-court park just an 11-minute drive away! This was the perfect stay, and we can't wait to return.

Came here a few weekends ago for a wedding and it was lovely! Such a beautiful place and not just for weddings. You can book a stay here and enjoy the surroundings or even just stop in for the day. So many things to see and do. Book a weekend getaway or come buy some wine and stay for dinner. Gorgeous venue! Highly recommend it is so breathtaking!

I did not stay at the Ponte Inn, but my husband and I went to the Bouquet Restaurant there on August 20 for brunch. The indoor seating area was kinda stuffy and a bit dated, so we dined on the outdoor patio. It was a la carte, rather than a buffet, which we prefer over wasting food and money on excessive, overpriced breakfast buffets. I had the Eggs Benedict and my husband had the blintzes, both of which were yummy. The exterior landscaping and views of the mountains were lovely.

Ponte Vineyard Inn is hands down one of our favorite places to stay -- not just in Temecula, but anywhere in Southern California. Every time we visit, we're reminded why we keep coming back. The property is absolutely stunning. Nestled in the heart of wine country, the views of the surrounding vineyards are nothing short of magical, especially at sunset. The entire atmosphere is peaceful and romantic, making it perfect for a weekend getaway, anniversary trip, or just a relaxing escape from the everyday. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with a rustic-modern vibe that feels both upscale and comfortable. We love waking up and enjoying coffee on the balcony overlooking the vines -- it's the kind of setting that instantly puts you at ease. The staff is consistently friendly, attentive, and welcoming. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, everyone goes out of their way to make sure you feel at home. We also love that you don't have to go far for amazing food and wine. Bouquet Restaurant on site is excellent (highly recommend for brunch!), and of course, the Ponte Winery is just steps away for tastings or a leisurely afternoon sipping wine in the sunshine. If you're planning a trip to Temecula, do yourself a favor and stay at Ponte Vineyard Inn. It's charming, peaceful, and simply unforgettable. We can't wait to go back -- again and again.

    Outdoor fountain

While this is such a beautiful property, unfortunately the service, amenities and facilities leave a lot to be desired. From thumping music going through the night (at last past 10pm), to the AC making almost as much noise as the music outside, it was a very rough stay. Couple that with mosquitoes so thick you couldn't enjoy the outdoor patio without getting eaten alive and no room service (I guess I didn't need to eat anyway), look somewhere else if you want a true retreat that will take good care of you.

What a beautiful Inn. Wine tasting was fun.Our room was very nice with a beautiful bathroom. We had food and drinks down in The Cellar in the evening. Very nice pool and jacuzzi with games like corn hole, ping pong etc. there was a pool bar/restaurant that I was told was open in the summer. We ate breakfast there in the morning, it was just OK.

This is a beautiful hotel lobby and we are so excited to explore the hotel. We joined the wine club which I highly recommend!! We have a beautiful room overlooking the vineyards and it's so mellow and peaceful. It reminds me of the Westlake Village Inn but the Temecula version. It's a MUST DO and I'm so happy we chose this hotel We stayed here for two nights and had a wonderful view. It is so quiet and peaceful and our room is beautiful overlooking the vineyards with a pool view. I highly recommend staying here!

This place was absolutely amazing!! From the minute we checked in, to the minute we checked out: the staff at the front desk was so insightful, helpful, and really took the time to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. As soon as you walk in, complimentary sparkling rose: that set the tone for the rest of our stay. The hotel room itself was spacious and well kept - nothing outdated here. The balcony to our extended double queen, on the second floor, was just breath taking! The grounds themselves are also stunning! We enjoyed breakfast at their onsite restaurant, the Bouquet, which was so unique and met all our expectations: out server was a gentleman (can't remember his name), but he was so attentive and genuinely kind dude. We ended up becoming wine club members because of such a great experience, and are already planning out next stay in July to celebrate another birthday! CAN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ENOUGH! So worth every dollar!

We stayed at the hotel for our honeymoon and anniversary! The rooms are spacious and beautiful! We usually get a suite and enjoy the beautiful balcony/patio space! For our anniversary we were surprised by a cute gift basket and wine! The staff are always very friendly and the amenities at the hotel are top tier. I would recommend staying whenever you're in Temecula.

We had a wonderful weekend at the Inn. Our room was beautiful and it felt like we were staying in the countryside in Tuscany. The food at restaurant was delicious as usual and enjoyed the wine as well. We brought home some extra bottles to enjoy for the holiday season. We've been members of their winery for years and absolutely love visiting here!

STAY AWAY!!! So we stayed here this last weekend for a wedding for 2 nights. We came back the second night at 11:30pm and to our dismay, the whole room was never cleaned up. No new towels. Nothing cleaned up from room service. Nothing. I complained at the front desk and they offered $100. We paid over $400 a night and this place can't clean up the rooms???? WTH!!!! They said it was because of covid we didn't do that and guests like not having their rooms cleaned! I was in shock. They don't tell you this upon check-in nor do they tell you this in documents in the room itself. They claim its on their website and email. Whatever. They are just hiding doing this because they put it there rather than tell guests and be upfront about it. Who wants to stay in a hotel room that has the smell of leftover food in the room??? Bottom line: If you want to pay over $400 a night and not get your room cleaned, stay here!! STAY AWAY!!!! Very shady way of operating a hotel.

During the booking process the date on my reservation was accidentally changed. I immediately tried calling the hotel to correct the date, but no one answered. After about 20 minutes I contacted Hilton corporate for help and explained that I still wanted to stay at the property and was only requesting that the reservation be moved forward by one day. I was not asking for a refund--just a simple date change. Corporate told me the property had to approve the request. When they contacted the hotel, the clerk refused to make the change and said there was nothing they could do. I then called the property directly and spoke with an employee named Ron. The customer service during this call was some of the worst I have experienced. I was repeatedly interrupted, placed on hold for about 10 minutes, and spoken to with a very dismissive and confrontational tone. When I tried to explain the situation, Ron responded with "okay, and?" and told me the issue was not his problem and that corporate should have explained it to me. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told the General Manager (Lucero Torres) would not be available until Monday and that there was nothing that could be done. What made this even more frustrating is that at no point did anyone explain whether the hotel was actually fully booked. When I checked availability myself afterward, the Hampton Inn website showed a room available and Hilton's website showed multiple rooms available for that same date at the same location. Despite this, no solution or alternative was offered. I was simply asking to move my reservation by one day and was even willing to transfer to another Hilton property nearby if necessary, but that request was also denied. The level of attitude, lack of professionalism, and unwillingness to assist with such a simple request was extremely disappointing. I'm honestly relieved I will not be staying at this location, but the experience definitely left a negative impression.

What looks like the front entrance along Jefferson is not. It's actually in the back. I parked at the other hotel's parking lot then walked over to check in. That was relatively smooth. Overflow parking is outside in the lot shared with the other hotel. I got to my room and it was just okay. You can't go below 68 degrees. For the hotel-goers in us that like Arctic temperatures to sleep, that may be a problem. I left it on "Auto" at 68 and somehow it bumped up to a humid 78 degrees inside. And a faint smell of urine towards the A/C unit. Now the part where I was just grossed out. The bathroom. There was mold along the bottom of a section of a wall towards the baseboard. It was so bad that I guess maintenance ripped out the portion and it's just black mold. See the photo in my review. The metal trashcan in the bathroom was disgusting. I know Hilton is going the green route, but add a plastic liner or something. Rust and garbage residue is just not visibly appealing. Again, see the photo in my review. The showerhead? It had dried soap scum. Luckily I brought Lysol wipes with me to wipe that down. Made me wonder about the water. The shower area itself? There were long strands of hair everywhere. Some were even stuck to the floor of the shower itself and I just let it be. Recall that I mentioned Hilton going the green route. They only service your room and bathroom every other day of your stay. So if you're in for a weekend stay, they'll just clean it when you check out essentially. I understand it's expensive to staff, but I'm sure the every other day schedule leaves gaps in cleanliness for future guests as indicated by my review. I do not recommend. There is a pool and hot tub but I never even saw either as they were on the back side of the complex and we pretty much just wanted to chill in the room. The most irritating noises from next door were the sounds of a babbling toddler who enjoyed running around the room; we were mistaken to think this is an adult-only type of villa. Still, I appreciated having a full size fridge, dishes/glasses, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. The suite also had two TVs (one in the living room and one in the bedroom) and a variety of streaming options if you wanted to stay in and watch shows/movies. We did not do too much of that because there are so many great wineries nearby (too little time) and those wineries not only have tasting bars but also restaurants! So we were on the go a lot, and I missed out on sitting on the patio on the property and gazing at the twinkling stars and visiting the cute chickens on the property.
