They supplied everything needed to make guacamole and even gave us a bottle of white and red wine! The house was beautiful and very comfortable. We had planned this trip with a group of friends. It's often hard to please everyone in a group but absolutely every person LOVED this house. I sometimes prefer hotels over renting a home because I like the cleanliness and luxuriousness of a hotel, but this was MUCH better. The towels were extremely fluffy and soft, the beds were like sleeping on a cloud, and they even provided little amenity baskets in each bathroom. Everything was done to the service standards of a hotel but with a much more cozy, homelike feel. It was a perfect house for a group. The dining table is large and there is plenty of kitchen space. They have a lot of kitchen supplies, so pretty much anything you could need will be there. They also have a smart TV in the living room so you can log in to your Netflix/other streaming accounts and not have to worry about renting movies or bringing anything. The pool was absolutely amazing. The beach entry and waterfall made it feel like you were somewhere tropical. It really felt like a vacation sitting outside in this backyard. We will definitely be coming back to this house in the future! Don and Pat were such great hosts.

Everything from their front gate entrance, to the walkways around the property, to the pool and jacuzzi, everything is so nice. I highly recommend this stay for anyone visiting! The rooms are tiny houses built by Greg himself. He has put all his life experience in design and construction into these homes and they are definitely something to see for yourselves. We stayed at his latest build, The Beach House, which was beautiful! The tiny house is fitted with everything one might need to take a small vacation; two beds, two floors, HDTV with Netflix, bathroom, and full kitchen. There are plenty of little areas between areas that Greg has put in there to allow for storage while still having the little homes feel uncluttered and open-floored. The pool area is so nice! There's a very nice pool lined with a great selection of plants, palm trees, and a small waterfall feature. There's a jacuzzi that you can jump into and enjoy. There is a couple small tables where you might want to sit and eat something, a chimney with firewood already provided by Greg and Michelle, and a BBQ if you want to chuck some steaks on there and grill. All in all, Greg and Michelle have an amazing business that is truly an experience. Thank you guys for the hospitality, we'll definitely be back!

The property itself is absolutely stunning--the botanical beauty of the grounds, the lush florals, the charming cottages, and the peaceful atmosphere created the perfect backdrop for our wedding day. Everywhere you looked felt like a dream. A huge and heartfelt thank you to our coordinator, Jules. She was nothing short of amazing. Her attention to detail, calm presence, organization, and genuine care made the entire planning process and wedding day completely stress-free. She anticipated needs before we even realized them, kept everything running seamlessly, and made us feel supported every step of the way. Every bride deserves a Jules! I also have to give special recognition to Meg from The Creative Corner Shop. The florals were beyond breathtaking. She perfectly captured our vision and transformed the venue into something even more magical than we imagined. Every arrangement was stunning, artistic, and thoughtfully designed. The staff at Temecula Creek Cottages were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive to both us and our guests. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the beauty, the serenity, and the undeniable charm that this property radiates from every corner. The grounds are stunningly beautiful--lush, thoughtfully maintained landscaping, picturesque pathways, and a sense of privacy that makes you feel as though you've stepped into your own hidden oasis. It offered the perfect blend of elegance and rustic romance, giving us the intimate atmosphere we were hoping for without sacrificing refinement or comfort. The scenery created the most breathtaking backdrop for our ceremony and photos; every angle felt like a magazine cover. The cottages themselves were absolutely perfect. Each one was cozy, comfortable, and full of character, creating an environment that truly enhanced the magic of the weekend. They gave us and our loved ones that "wedding retreat" feeling--quaint, warm, and incredibly special. Waking up on the property on our wedding day felt peaceful, grounding, and unforgettable. But beyond the beauty of the venue, what truly elevated our entire experience was working with Julie Edwards, owner of Simply Regal. Julie is, without exaggeration, the greatest wedding planner we have ever come across. Her talent, professionalism, and dedication are genuinely unmatched. From the very beginning, she approached our wedding with a level of care and creativity that was absolutely mind-blowing. Julie has an extraordinary ability to take your vision--even when it's not fully formed--and bring it to life in ways you didn't even realize were possible. She thinks of every detail, big and small, and executes with a level of precision and grace that made the entire day flow flawlessly. Her organization, her calm presence, and her intuitive understanding of what a couple needs (often before they even know themselves) transformed our wedding day into something truly spectacular. It wasn't just that she planned a wedding--it's that she crafted an experience. Every moment felt intentional, personal, and seamless. We felt supported, cared for, and genuinely understood throughout the entire process. Julie has a gift, and we are so grateful we got to benefit from it. If you're considering Temecula Creek Cottages for your wedding, do it. The venue is magical. And if you have the chance to work with Julie from Simply Regal, don't hesitate--she will elevate your day beyond anything you could imagine. Our wedding was absolutely perfect, and we owe so much of that to this venue and to Julie Edwards. They helped create memories we will treasure for the rest of our lives.

I especially appreciated what seemed like local art being used throughout the entire house to tastefully decorate -- without going overboard with clutter. That was well done. But, netting out at almost $800/night increases expectations and so it probably deserves more like 3 or 3-1/2 stars. It was a 3 bedroom home and was ok -- nothing fancy or high-end. So maybe the cost was based on the size? Importantly, what we really believed we were paying extra for that would have been worth the money was the "farm stay" aspect. It may have been a house on a farm property, but it was not a "farm stay experience." The only thing that came close were the animals, but their enclosures were small, cramped, on the side of the road (which was steep and hard to walk on), and the animals did not look healthy or well taken care of. The alpaca's fur was matted up and many of the chickens had bald spots on their backs, potentially due to overcrowding, rooster overbreeding, or aggressively going after each other in such a small space for so many hens (and hopefully not from parasites). It was a side show vs. a real farm experience. Back to the house, another attraction in the listing was the hot tub -- but it had a really horrible smell. The towels we used to dry off with kept the smell too. We used it on the first day, but not afterward. It's a shame. If the hot tub issue were fixed, the property is nice enough, but I do believe it is mis-marketed. It'd probably be very appealing for a bigger group who is visiting the Temecula wine country scene, but who doesn't want to be in the middle of the fray and, instead, wants a quieter location that feels off the beaten path. It should not be marketed as a "farm stay." And the poor animals should definitely go, especially as they feel like such an after thought on the property anyhow.
