Patio over looking the chef's garden and the pond

I think the ground is more than anything or what makes this hotel. A few times I've stayed here over the past few years. It's been more about the restaurant, the conference base is the walking path all of it. The rooms could definitely use some TLC. They are outdated and definitely using all of their lifespan. However, things are clean and kept in good condition. The beds are comfortable and views from the room and solid. 36 hole golf course is great. The staff no matter what time I've been here has been super friendly.

Great resort with a beautiful entrance that is tucked away but close to downtown Temecula. Found this place through Chase Travel as I was looking for a place to stay at for the weekend to celebrate our 2nd wedding anniversary. We were greeted and welcomed as soon as we entered the lobby to check-in and they were very accommodating as we arrived 1-hour early before the scheduled check-in time at 4pm. The staff also delivered a card and a bottle of wine to celebrate our special occasion. We were given a room on the 2nd floor with a patio that overlooked the majestic golf course. The next morning we got to enjoy some delicious food at their restaurant Cork & Fire before we headed out on a wine tour. Overall, very peaceful resort with nice amenities. One thing I would recommend is an upgrade to the closet and bathrooms which looked a little outdated for an "executive" suite.

Charging upwards of $400 a night is insane for this hotel. The rooms are very dated. The carpet is disgusting. The bathrooms are atrocious. Thankfully staying one night but won't ever visit here again.

Had a very romantic weekend getaway with my wife at Temecula Creek Inn. Stunning views of the golf course. Ample sized room. Very friendly staff who helped us check in a bit sooner. They do have a great restaurant which we went to one night to grab a few beers. There is also a beautiful butterfly habitat. Will definitely come back for a stay here on our next Temecula trip.

Christian at the bar and Cristy the hostess were unreal. Best customer service, unasked ever. 5 stars just for them . Will be back. Also, great course!

This property had lots of potential for a beautiful stay between the restaurant, golf course and scenic grounds. The room was spacious and had some nice amenities with little touches, a large balcony and nice bedroom furniture. It wasn't well-lit and seemed like it had been vacant for a while as there were a few dusty spaces. The bathroom was most in need of an upgrade with dated fixtures and odd patch-ups here and there. We had to lug our bags up a set of stairs which was pretty rough. Overall, I feel a little high-priced for the offering.

We were pleasantly surprised after reading all the negative reviews. Yes, the rooms are a bit dated, but they were large and clean. We stayed in #146 which ad a wonderful balcony with a view of the signature waterfall by the 18th green and the chef's garden as well as the 1st tee and expansive beautiful golf course. The service was really friendly. We felt very welcomed, and they did a great job accommodating our requests, including being near the pro shop, so we didn't have to take our golf clubs too far to check in. The restaurant, Cork Fire, is a killer amenity! Great room service and the food is first class. I was also very impressed with the golf course--it was in very good shape with some narrow fairways and tough greens. Interesting terrain changes between the Stone House which is really hilly with a ton of up and down vs. the Oaks course that was a bit flatter in the valley. Nice golf carts and very well-stocked pro shop. Driving range was off matts. We attended a wedding, which was a spectacular location at the Stone House. Overall, a great destination wedding location.

Oh Lordy...... Disgusting rooms. Outdated and dirty!! The stained carpet was beyond. Had to stay here for a wedding and was annoyed of how gross it was for the $$$ I was spending. Better off staying at Pechanga or elsewhere in the area.

During the booking process the date on my reservation was accidentally changed. I immediately tried calling the hotel to correct the date, but no one answered. After about 20 minutes I contacted Hilton corporate for help and explained that I still wanted to stay at the property and was only requesting that the reservation be moved forward by one day. I was not asking for a refund--just a simple date change. Corporate told me the property had to approve the request. When they contacted the hotel, the clerk refused to make the change and said there was nothing they could do. I then called the property directly and spoke with an employee named Ron. The customer service during this call was some of the worst I have experienced. I was repeatedly interrupted, placed on hold for about 10 minutes, and spoken to with a very dismissive and confrontational tone. When I tried to explain the situation, Ron responded with "okay, and?" and told me the issue was not his problem and that corporate should have explained it to me. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told the General Manager (Lucero Torres) would not be available until Monday and that there was nothing that could be done. What made this even more frustrating is that at no point did anyone explain whether the hotel was actually fully booked. When I checked availability myself afterward, the Hampton Inn website showed a room available and Hilton's website showed multiple rooms available for that same date at the same location. Despite this, no solution or alternative was offered. I was simply asking to move my reservation by one day and was even willing to transfer to another Hilton property nearby if necessary, but that request was also denied. The level of attitude, lack of professionalism, and unwillingness to assist with such a simple request was extremely disappointing. I'm honestly relieved I will not be staying at this location, but the experience definitely left a negative impression.

What looks like the front entrance along Jefferson is not. It's actually in the back. I parked at the other hotel's parking lot then walked over to check in. That was relatively smooth. I was given a parking pass to display on my dashboard. It's $12 a night for underground parking with elevator access straight to your hotel room floor. Overflow parking is outside in the lot shared with the other hotel. I got to my room and it was just okay. You can't go below 68 degrees. For the hotel-goers in us that like Arctic temperatures to sleep, that may be a problem. I left it on "Auto" at 68 and somehow it bumped up to a humid 78 degrees inside. And a faint smell of urine towards the A/C unit. Now the part where I was just grossed out. The bathroom. There was mold along the bottom of a section of a wall towards the baseboard. It was so bad that I guess maintenance ripped out the portion and it's just black mold. See the photo in my review. The metal trashcan in the bathroom was disgusting. I know Hilton is going the green route, but add a plastic liner or something. Rust and garbage residue is just not visibly appealing. Again, see the photo in my review. The showerhead? It had dried soap scum. Luckily I brought Lysol wipes with me to wipe that down. Made me wonder about the water. The shower area itself? There were long strands of hair everywhere. Some were even stuck to the floor of the shower itself and I just let it be. Recall that I mentioned Hilton going the green route. They only service your room and bathroom every other day of your stay. So if you're in for a weekend stay, they'll just clean it when you check out essentially. I understand it's expensive to staff, but I'm sure the every other day schedule leaves gaps in cleanliness for future guests as indicated by my review. I do not recommend. Front desk employee that checked me in was the only positive thing. For the room and stay itself, I would book elsewhere.
