Marie was such a wonderful part of our wedding day! We had a very small, intimate micro-wedding…read morethat we planned in just 7 days so finding someone who was available on a Sunday and willing to work with us on such short notice meant so much to us. Another thing that made our ceremony extra special was that Marie is bilingual. She created a beautiful Spanglish ceremony for us so both of our parents could understand and feel included in such an important moment. She made everything feel incredibly easy and stress-free. Since neither of us had been through the marriage process before, we really appreciated having someone who knew exactly what she was doing and could guide us through everything with so much patience and kindness. Our ceremony was short and simple, but Marie made it feel so personal and meaningful. We are truly thankful she was the person who helped us officially become husband and wife!

As two people who tend to be more reserved, finding someone who felt naturally easy to connect with mattered a lot to us. Meeting her only reinforced that feeling. Her ability to genuinely connect is something special. We're incredibly thankful for her. She helped make our elopement feel personal and heartfelt.

I was planning a multicultural wedding with several ceremonies and outfits. Heather really…read moreunderstood my needs and budget right off from the bat and she was super easy to talk to. FAWE was the only vendor to give me a proposal that fit exactly what I asked for. When I had expressed I was worried I couldn't handle a specific ceremony by myself, instead of taking advantage of my worry (and adding extra costs), she gave me confidence that it was simple and I could do it from her previous experience. I appreciated her honesty and felt like she was on my side. Since I planned everything and my venue provided a lot of what I needed, I decided to get a day of coordinator and worked with Courtney and her assistant. I really loved that Courtney really understood the nuances of multicultural weddings and knew how to create a schedule that can fit everything that I wanted. She was a great sound board to bounce ideas off of as I was putting everything together in calls leading up to the wedding. She was also super detailed and even remembered that I should check the batteries for my polaroid camera (which I needed new batteries for!) For the day of the wedding, she arrived with another assistant and helped with the final details of set up working with my venue, my florist, and more. Courtney was a pleasure to work with! I highly recommend getting a day of coordinator at the very least, I didn't have to worry much about setting things up and even had extra time to take a bunch of photos with my family. She packed everything for me at the end of the night and handled the final payments. I definitely recommend FAWE to other brides and grooms out there that want a dedicated team who have a depth of experience!

Unfortunately, I was not able to have the Forever & Always Wedding that I dreamed of. Although…read moreHeather communicated very well, there were a couple of incidents that I found slightly unprofessional: 1. I signed a contract with one of her staff as my wedding planner. Unfortunately, from my understanding, there were unexpected changes in the company, so Heather had to take over. However, Heather responded that she would make an exception for me and not charge me an additional $1000 for this change. With all due respect, I should not be financially penalized for changes that an owner experiences; especially since I already signed the contract that I financially agreed to. 2. I encountered a lot of life changes that disrupted my ability to move forward with a wedding that my brothers were supposed to be in. For instance, I had a depressed, suicidal brother, I had another brother leave for Japan for the Marines, and I had an uncle pass away. All vendors except for Heather were so kind to fully refund my deposits due to the situation. Unfortunately, Heather responded that she was still a businesswoman and was financially hurting, so she was in no place to offer a full refund. I basically paid Heather almost $500 to establish a simple contract. I already had all the vendors in place and organized, so this deposit was for nothing. Heather should not be held responsible for unexpected circumstances, but this wedding meant a lot to me. As a business owner, you should be able to compromise with your clients based on their situation. I could have easily used that deposit to help my family for the funeral. I find this situation absurd because I never wanted a wedding planner to begin with. Our wedding list was only 32 guests, but my fiancé insisted that we hire a planner because he did not want me to stress out. I admire him for caring, but this wedding was going to be a private and intimate event with very little management. I blame myself for hiring a wedding planner when I did not need one. It is unfortunate that Heather was thinking like a businesswoman and not a human being with empathy. Nonetheless, please make sure to ask about the refund policy for emergencies such as death, health, etc. Two stars are for her communication, but I can only evaluate Heather based on my experience with her before the wedding date. Therefore, I am unable to provide feedback for her day service since my wedding never happened. Has it ever occurred to you, Heather, that you had not heard from me in a year because I was busy dealing with other important things like planning a funeral? My wedding was the last thing on my mind. Also, I was not complaining about the charge that never happened, I am complaining about your response to your changes. There was no need to comment on that you are more expensive and won't be charging me. We could have proceeded forward with whatever it was we were doing. You contacted ONE venue and that is because they had YOU sign a contract with them. FYI, my pre-engagement photos were scheduled with the photographer I hired for my wedding and I was still refunded the full amount. This vendor did not work for free either and still managed to prioritize customer service over money. You are a business owner and have the liberty to do as you please, but you must have needed the money more than I did, so I hope my contributions helped your business. Nonetheless, well done on your communication. If you have a family member with a life-threatening illness or you have a medical condition that may require potential hospitalization, please do not hire Heather as your wedding planner as she will not refund you the deposit because not make exceptions for your situation simply because she does not "work for free." Thank you.

My husband and I have been together since January 10, 2016. After being engaged for two and a half years, we knew we wanted to get married on our 10-year anniversary, January 10, 2026. The only catch? We didn't start planning until December 2025... yes, terrible time management on our part! Originally, we planned to have just a ceremony - there was no way I thought I could plan a full wedding in one month. But that quickly changed, and somehow we ended up planning both a ceremony and reception in just a week and a half. Crazy, right? The reason? I completely fell in love with this place. It was the first venue we toured and the last. From the start, Brian worked his magic and made us feel 100% confident in our decision. They truly meant it when they say they take care of everything. Inez was absolutely amazing. She brought my vision to life beautifully. I simply shared my ideas and details, and she handled the rest flawlessly. The food was incredible (Enrique) . The photos (Steven) and video (Rocky) were stunning. Everything about the day felt magical, and I still can't stop thinking about it. Our family and friends were beyond impressed and are already talking about hosting future events here. I even joked that they shouldn't be surprised when I call to plan our baby shower here LOL! Thank you to the entire staff for making our day so memorable. If you had asked me months ago what I thought my wedding would look like, I never would have imagined this. I'm so incredibly happy. Thank you a million times over.

*as of 10/9 this situation has not been resolved and alan has yet to refund a dime*…read more posting my experience to yelp to protect and warn all future couples from using this horrendous company. IN MY EXPERIENCE, if I could give zero stars I would. Our experience with great officiants was horrible from start to finish. Their office is incredibly unorganized, had to re-explain to us how to fill out their own application multiple times for the marriage license when all the confusion was due to their incorrect wording on their own application. Second on the wedding day, the officiant Alan shows up with a piece of paper for us to sign which he would mail in. About a week after the wedding I get a notice from the county that there was a giant red stain on the application and they couldn't process it. So after all of this me and my husband aren't even married on our wedding day. A day that we can never get back. The one day that all of our family and friends were present in one place to witness us. I can never get that back. That was back in June. Now it's almost halfway through September and I never received a license. which Alan promised would be coming in the mail weeks ago. I still don't know if I'm married. I sent great officiants another message expressing our frustration in the situation and their office responds to me with an 800 number and asks me to let THEM know what the delay is about. I want my $800 back. after all of this headache, I'm not even married? and your office can't help me figure out what's going on when you are the reason that we're not married in the first place??? no instead you send me an 800 number and ask me to get back to you about what the delay is. The delay that GREAT OFFICIANTS caused. administrative mistakes aside, the speech that he gave for our ceremony was completely embarrassing and you can tell that he made zero effort. He kept mentioning multiple times that my husband and I enjoy eating. Literally mentioned it at least 10 times. It's like he took the one thing that he paid attention to on our phone call that interested us and plugged it into a bunch of blank spaces in some generic recycled speech. do not use the service!!! you will end up having to get remarried and paying for it by yourself months later.
