I had received two other quotes and in my opinion, Eddie's approach and price was very competitive and better, and he did not fail to live up to expectations. Eddie and his crew were punctual, the time he told me is the time they showed up. They made sure to protect my flooring and other items in the house the best they could. I have had prior experience with other contractors who did nothing to protect anything in my house. They showed up and took care of business every day, and they cleaned up after themselves the best they could, which I greatly appreciated. A HUGE plus is Eddie has his own large dump trailer, which made things very easy in keeping things clean and orderly throughout the project. As the demo was going, the old material was easily going out, and there was no clutter or debris laying around anywhere whatsoever, which I greatly appreciated. Eddie kept me informed of everything almost on a daily basis, something I was not used to from other experiences but I felt was a phenomenal approach. I felt very involved in the project, even though I was not doing anything labor wise lol! Any small setback or anything unexpected thrown our way, Eddie made sure to show me proof in various ways there were certain things neither he or I could control. Even though I did not ask that from him, again I thought it was a very professional and courteous approach to doing business. I was very pleased with the remodel, Eddie made sure to double check everything, he customized everything to our liking... He went so far as to make my wife sit down in her makeup vanity area, and make sure the height of all the switches, lights, etc were exactly how she wanted them, before installing anything. I cannot say enough of how I highly recommend Eddie and his team for whichever project you are thinking of doing. After finally getting "new construction" windows installed, we decided to go with larger 4 1/2" shutters. We were so nervous because not many people get that size, but we decided to go for it and boy do we love them! Everyone that comes over says our home has a "beachy vibe" with the large shutters. They look so nice with our painless windows! We only had one issue with the 2018 shutters in the bathroom rusting. ISD said to order the waterproof replacement would run us $650 for a small window but that seems a bit too much. ISD brought a new rustless magnet and made it look a lot better. Overall we are very happy with the way the new large shutters turned out, and happy with how the older 3 1/2" held up in the bedroom.
