After 40 years of joyful living, my parents decided to sell their home in Mission Viejo this summer. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! My realtor contacted Anna and explained we had a narrow timeline to have a home staged and list it for sale. We waited a week for her to be able to go to the property and therefore did not contact any other staging companies. Anna was given numerous photos of the home as well as a full layout prior to going to the property. When she got there, she all of a sudden stated that she didn't realize there was an "extra" section to the living room and would have to charge an extra $400 to put furniture there (we are talking about approximately 40 Sqft). When we questioned why this wasn't reviewed from all the photos given to her prior to her sending a quote, she immediately said "I can just go and not stage your home if you like." We let this slide and said she did not have to stage this section. Later, as I went to review her contract, I realized there was only up to $400 in liability coverage in case of potential damages caused by the staging process. I simply inquired about this section to find out if there was any kind of insurance in place for potential larger damages, which Anna said there was none. As I went to sign her contract, about an hour after our conversation, I saw an email from Anna stating that the contract was voided. When we inquired as to why she had cancelled, she simply said "she didn't feel comfortable moving forward." Essentially this unprofessional company wasted a bunch of our time and put us in a very tight situation to find another company who could take on the project in the timeline that is needed. Anna is the type of person who apparently does not allow you to question anything and thinks it is some kind of a privilege to work with her. Do yourself a favor, and despite the rest of these positive reviews.... Don't take the risk of this company wasting your time and treating you as if you owe them something for hiring them. read more
