I have lived in my home for about 4 years and there are exactly 5 pieces of "decor." I just don't have an eye for it. So when we decided it was time to sell, I went into a mini panic thinking about how I would make my house presentable and attractive to potential buyers. Thank God for my realtor who had this process down pact and told me she found some stagers to come by and give me their quotes and suggestions. Apparently this was a thing I never knew about. Enter Kayvon and team. We had two stagers come by back to back and the differences between even the initial consultant was just night and day. Kayvon did a slow walk through each of my rooms and spoke through his vision. He noticed small details - this shade should be pulled down - it enhances the room or we can make this room feel larger by switching up the placement of the furniture. He even gave us some advice on immediate fixes we should consider whether or not we decided to work with him. What was best was that he was willing to work with a lot of the pieces we already had as to save us some money. He built his quote around all the items he had in mind and we had the option to cut and trim according to our price point and comfort level. At no time during his quote did I feel pressured - it was honestly really cool to see him speak through his vision. Kayvon promised that a quote would be delivered that evening and of course he was on time with that. Surprise surprise we went with him. They were able to slot us in just a few days later. I worked directly with Kayvon while living in Hawaii. He shared pictures, fabrics and dimensions of furniture. He designed my upscale home furnishings. I spent several thousand dollars on his site. When I got to LA, and saw the results my heart fell to the ground. The furniture was cheaply made, fabric not as described, and it all looked terrible. In addition, having emphasized that my bar counter was higher than normal, the bar stools he chose were way too short. The coffee table was warped, and one of the end tables was missing all 4 of it's wheels. The bedroom furniture was of cheap wood veneer. When furniture was delivered, Kayvon came over with 2 big hires hands, and Kayvon left way before furniture was assembled (wrongly). I contacted Kayvon when I arrived in LA. Kayvon denied responsibility and offered to provide, free of charge 2 additional bar stools, 4 wheels for side table and a partial refund. He did not do any of this. He's missing in action. Don't let his con artist charm cost you the same costly mistake that I paid for. Don't use Kayvon even as a person to wash your car. Do not trust him. read more
