I give Pacific Staging a 5 Star Rating. First, Pacific Staging has a very good website with outstanding photos of completed jobs. Their website and customer reviews established a degree of credibility. After contacting their office I was impressed that a principal in the company, Regis, immediately scheduled an appointment with Ron, another owner. We met the same day and they provided a quote in less than 24 hours. Second, Regis worked with me to deliver a faster turnaround time than originally promised to get my home to market for summer selling season. They arrived exactly on schedule and finished early. I worked on-site with Noel who was extremely nice, professional, and accommodating. I brought cleaning supplies to clean-up after the move. I was presently surprised to see Pacific already had an in-house maintenance person on-site cleaning everything including the floors after the move. Finally, the finish product is very tastefully and thoroughly completed. I've been in the building business for 32 years and built over 60 furnished Model homes. I would rate Pacific Staging higher than any Model Merchandising Company that I've worked with in the past. read more

Horrible experience with this company. Beware. They charge a lot of money and do not deliver. They told me they would stage the backyard and only did half of the backyard and then when we insisted that the fix it, they did a poor job. Then, when it was time for them to remove their items from the house we asked that they schedule it when we could be there because our stuff was intermingled with theirs and we suspected they would take our items. They scheduled the removal when we were out of town on a vacation and refused to reschedule it for any other time. We asked them to reschedule for another day multiple times and they continued to refuse. Seriously? There is only one day and time that you can remove your staging? When we went to the house after they had removed their items, they in fact, did take our belongings with them. They stole our items and took it with them. Granted, they were small decorative items, but they meant a lot to me. We did not get reimbursed for the items of ours that they took. And then, we were not allowed to close on the home without paying them. We are so frustrated. This company is overall very rude, unaccommodating and their staging is not of a high quality. I had a home on the market that was staged by the team that we were having some trouble selling, I was on the market for a while before I decided to ask around the opinions of different people and ended up finding out the choices I had made were not appropriate for the demographic in the area. I then reached out to the team and though I had a little trouble at first, when Ron found out about the troubles we were having he showed up to my home promptly to meet with my agent and myself to dive into the issues. He respectfully listened and then walked through the house with one of his designers and after taking into careful consideration the issues and pushback we were dealing with in the market he delivered. Ron went above and beyond in changing out pieces and ended up transforming the home, mind you this was after a back surgery that he was still recovering from. The designer was a huge part as well as even when we made the changes, though the house was stunning there were a few pieces that we felt may not click with the demographic in my market. I emailed them for a price quote, I have the money to hire them but their overall tone made it seem like they didn't want to deal with me.
