Initially we had a consultation at the empty house to discuss the ideas my wife and I had for the each room, show her our favorite colors, what we planned on using each room, and immediately on the spot she came up with great suggestions already! We got a more elaborate design document with the proposed changes that she made, and everything was extremely helpful, from choosing decoration to the furniture quality and colors that would go well. All the process was very smooth and both Sanaz and her whole team were extremely responsive all the time, taking care of our requests with a lot of thought. Given that the house needed some renovations, she recommended a contractor that did the work perfectly (thanks, Ivan!) from Redesign Construction, and for final delivery of all furniture, everything was handled by 27 Diamonds with white glove delivery. Went there to scope out a lift chair for my 95 yr old mother. After looking over their chairs, I…read morewas told they had 4 categories of lift chairs: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum, which each having their own characteristics building off the Bronze with each getting more functionality (see picture). They had one on sale at a good price that was advertised as Platinum (which meant it had all the bells and whistles). I went back with pictures and shows my mother and she liked the one on sale that had all the bells and whistles (the Platinum Chair). We went back the following day to purchase two of these. As we were giving him our credit card and commenting how my mother wanted the adjustable headrest, lumbar support, heat and massage and the zero gravity function, he said this chair didn't have those functions. I said WHAT? The label on the chair says Platinum and your list of the Platinum chairs contains those features. He said no, it doesn't. Look at the list of features per/category and you tell me that this isn't false advertising. The Chair said Platinum, and their Platinum chair lists all those features. Nevertheless, we left without buying two chairs because of their false advertising/bait and switch! Don't buy from this shady store!

Our goal was to minimize demo and retain the basic layout. Jackson developed a design that encompassed new cabinets, countertops, fixtures, lighting, and mirrors as well as demo and rebuild of the shower and tub area, including shower wall tile, floor tile, and glass enclosure. His vision for the look, feel, and color scheme were spot on. He accompanied us as we shopped for cabinetry and fixtures, and brought samples of tiles and other items for in-home consultations. He made the decision-making process so easy for us - when we'd be debating between two or three options, he'd weigh in and he was always right!
