We've requested a whole house design with 27 Diamonds, and Sanaz took care of us very well! It was our first home, so there was plenty to be done (from changing kitchen cabinets, to complete remodel of the living room). Initially we had a consultation at the empty house to discuss the ideas my wife and I had for the each room, show her our favorite colors, what we planned on using each room, and immediately on the spot she came up with great suggestions already! We got a more elaborate design document with the proposed changes that she made, and everything was extremely helpful, from choosing decoration to the furniture quality and colors that would go well. All the process was very smooth and both Sanaz and her whole team were extremely responsive all the time, taking care of our requests with a lot of thought. Given that the house needed some renovations, she recommended a contractor that did the work perfectly (thanks, Ivan!) from Redesign Construction, and for final delivery of all furniture, everything was handled by 27 Diamonds with white glove delivery. Lisa at 27 diamonds is one of the best designers ever. I built a new house after saving most my life and was super excited, but construction is where my skillsets stop - I've never been great at decor, layout, or anything else that really makes a home a home. So I turned to Lisa. She was like a police sketch artist - where a witness gives really crappy details about the person you're looking for and someone the artist turns the pad around and has drawn exactly the perfect thing. Not sure how they do it, and not sure how Lisa did it either but she did. My house is gorgeous, and she guided and helped me remodel the entire thing which was the goal. The final outcome is a gorgeous place this is 100% all me, and I can't help but smile everyday when I look around knowing there's no way I could have done that without her. I scheduled a consultation and met with Sanaz. She was very friendly and professional and gave me great ideas to get me started on decorating my place. The one hour consultation consisted of reviewing my ideas and inspiration photos, discussing ideas for looks for each of the rooms, and specific advice for the things that she felt should be done first (in my case flooring and kitchen counter). Sanaz also reviewed photos and looks from the company portfolio that she felt were relevant for my space and explained why. I thought the consultation was a good use of my time and money. 27 Diamonds is a spectacular design firm that essentially is a one stop shop for ALL of your home design/improvement needs. I also found them on Yelp awhile back when we first started my project. My project was for the entire interior decorating of my living room, kitchen, conservatory, and entryway. I needed all new furniture and decor for those areas. It was quite a large task as it spanned most of the first floor of my house and included flooring changes as well as all of the art decor placement throughout the house. All of the above was handled through 27 Diamonds including all related contractor work we needed so once they were hired, I was able to count on them to finish the entire job. My design fell under the category of urban contemporary. They have a great staff that is very helpful. The owner of the company Eric was very thorough. He spent quite a bit of time answering all of my thousands of questions before we got started. Anna was quick to reply to all my notes and requests. And their installation staff Jerry and Mauricio were so professional and meticulous my mind was always at ease. I purchased a brand new condo off the plan from a builder, and with it being my first home, I wanted it to look nothing short of spectacular. I had a general sense of the color pallets, look/feel, and ambiance I was going for, but was just not finding the pieces I needed to achieve the look shopping at typical name brand furniture brands, high end ones included. I also didn't have the luxury of time to endlessly shop for pieces and feared that even if I did, I'd end up settling on things that don't quite hit the mark but are "close enough to what I was envisioning. Enter 27 Diamonds: I reached out to get a design quote after reading fabulous reviews here on Yelp and also on Houzz and was matched with Karissa Kiremit -- and was incredibly blessed to have been so. Karissa not only understood my design preferences, she actually has similar eye for design as I do, and so working with her has been just fabulous. She just gets what I'm looking for because she enjoys a similar aesthetic and so the pieces/elements she brings forward are spot on to what I had envisioned in my head -- sometimes they are exact pieces that I had found and fell in love with! It's like having puzzle fragments in your head but not the full picture, Karissa literally helped me complete the most beautiful puzzle, or in this case, home that I could have ever imagined! I messaged 27 diamonds on yelp and was contacted by Anna. She responded quickly and told me that Raven would reach out to me. Apparently, Raven was out of the office and Veronica reached out to me. I spoke with her about doing a consultation and what I was looking for. Our consultation was with Karissa. She is super friendly and easy to get along with. The hubster and I live in a townhome and we needed help with decorating our home. I feel pretty lost and unsure of what to do. I don't really have a style. Maybe I'm just a hot mess. I love all the beautiful photos of the work that's been done here on Yelp but that style won't work in my small home :( especially with a one year old learning to walk! I'm not a Joanna Gaines type of style and I'm not high end. I guess I'm contemporary? Our downstairs is pretty small and we can only fit so much stuff. This review is way overdue. But I wanted to share my experience with working with Sanaz. I rarely write reviews but after meeting Sanaz this was a must thing for me to do! We had just moved into my new house and we needed help designing our guest living room and dinning room. I was very nervous with the idea of having someone designing my home without really knowing me but Sanaz totally proved me wrong. Meeting her at first time I was reassured by her professionalism, efficiency, and thoroughness that she would design my home wholeheartedly as if it was her own home. Throughout the entire process my questions were answered, Sanaz was extremely patient, especially when I needed time to think about furniture and budget. Sanaz patiently listened to my requests to come up with a phenomenal design ideas. She did a few edits to find cheaper alternatives to fit my budget. Polina Bakaras- AMAZING, TALENTED, ATTENTIVE, CREATIVE!!! She was our designer and gave us so much direction with the remodel of our kitchen and powder room. During our first meeting, we told her about our vision and goals for the spaces. Shortly after, we met in their showroom and she had this incredible presentation to show us with different options to choose from. She was on point with what we were looking for! For the kitchen she suggested moving the island which created a completely different feel and flowed so much better! We seriously would've never thought of that. She helped us choose from the many options of countertop slabs, window treatments, paint colors, bathroom vanities, flooring, carpet, baseboards, hardwares. We needed lots of help and she totally exceeded our expectations. She was very communicative with me and all my questions! She helped me decide down to the minor details. She was very understanding of our budget which I am so grateful for. This was the first time we used an interior designer and I wouldn't go with anyone else in the future. Throughout the design and construction process, she has literally held our hands and made the whole experience exciting, and stress-free. From the initial consultation, to providing design presentations, estimates, coordination of construction, to the final walk through, she has demonstrated dedication, punctuality, professionalism, and thoroughness. Her attention to detail is outstanding. She has tirelessly worked with me in designing and engineering an entertainment/home theater built in that required precision measurements (down to *small* fractions of an inch!) to make my racks, and audio/video equipment to fit, while at the same time, maintaining excellent esthetics. We are extremely happy how that turned out! And did I say she is an excellent, excellent designer? Lisa has a great eye, and transformed our space into something that we did not expect, with much more room, storage, with much more efficient locations of appliances and counters. Taking the ideas that are based on the design inspirations that we sent her during the initial phase of the project, she transformed our space into something really beautiful that is over and above. We really love the color and material selections that she made for us. She and her team worked well together to provide us a seamless experience. They can be a one-stop shop, and can take care of all the needs of the project, from cabinets, to furniture, window coverings, etc. if you choose to do so. They will also work with you and provide recommendations on items that you choose not to purchase through them. They are also very mindful of the pocketbook, and will also provide advise on where costs can be saved. We were completely comfortable throughout the process. Our project started just as COVID hit, so there were countless delays due to uncontrollable circumstances. But even then, timelines were set and they took extra attention and efforts to adhere to those timelines. But the one thing that made our experience the best so far in terms of home improvement projects (and we've had several), was that she was always there whenever needed. She is very communicative, punctual in her responses, and very patient with all the ideas, questions, and changes that we threw at her.
