Vyanca has an outstanding eye for color, texture, and layout, creating spaces that are not only exquisite, but also functional and perfectly tailored to our needs, desires, and life style. Vyanca is an incredible visionary and wise beyond her years. Vyanca envisions concepts that "mere mortals" can't even conceive. To say she is cutting edge and revolutionary, doesn't even begin to describe her extraordinary talents and mind's eye. Additionally, Vyanca is incredibly well connected! All of her vendors and her contacts speak so highly of her, as do her previous clients! Vyanca continually makes pilgrimage to Europe to bring back the latest and most cutting edge products, ideas and materials. Every decision made serves a specific goal, and is very intentional. Vyanca ensures that form follows function (a concept we learned from her). Throughout the entire process, Vyanca was attentive to our needs, requests, desires (and in some cases our wild dreams). She was organized, paid great attention to every detail, and was genuinely passionate about delivering the best possible results and products. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and our finished home far exceeded all of our expectations! Her talent is truly remarkable! Furthermore, Vyanca was always available to us and with incredible communication (even when she was in Italy at a design convention!) as well as, after completion of our project! If you are looking for someone who listens to you, is unbelievably talented and creative, who thinks outside the box, is reliable, easy to work with, communicative, and capable of turning any space, notion or dream you might have into something extraordinary, we wholeheartedly recommend Vyanca Soto! Working with her was an absolute pleasure and we would enthusiastically hire her again for any future project! Vyanca, we love you and can't thank you enough for turning our house into our dream home! Lisa & Jerry

We were able to work with Vyanka using one of her virtual design packages. This works well if you have experience with past renovation projects and can project manage the implementation of the design. Or you can get a package where Vyanka and team will manage all the details. After 3 design sessions, Vyanka provides you a very detailed construction plan with detailed 2D layouts, measurements, and location of every fixture, hook, control valve, light,...ect. We found ourselves referring to the construction package every day as our contractor had questions. Vyanka takes your inputs and incorporate them in 3-4 different options and provide material selections from high end, middle, and budget friendly. On my last few bath remodel, I used Lowe's and Home Depot fixtures. But we are glad that Vyanka introduced us to some very nice fixtures that are like jewels that elevated the entire Masterbath. Vyanka's style is elegant and modern. But she can help you with any design option that you are looking for. We wanted a Spa like atmosphere and the pictures speak for themselves. During the construction process, Vyanka was very responsive in providing details like how the tile should be laid out or helping with details like tile trim. I highly recommend Vyanka for your next renovation project!!!

This was something I was actually going back and forth on for a really long time, and I had so many people telling me not to do it and how it would look weird or there wouldn't be enough space in the kitchen, etc. After renovations, I'm so glad we got an island because it's functional and it really elevates the space, I love it. All her measurements and recommendations are spot on. Ammie took a lot of stress and weight off my shoulders because I knew whatever she recommended was in my best interest and aesthetic. I grappled with writing this review. When I started this process with Rose from Town & Country…read moreDesign, I was so happy. Finally, someone who can help me. We had a water leak in the master bath that leaked to the downstairs bath so we decided lets just do the full remodel that we've wanted to do for sometime. We first thought we could do this ourselves but it really became more than we knew how to do, so we called Rose. And I will say, she was amazing. The design abilities of this woman are really really good. He assistant, Renee is just as amazing, however....It all went bad at the end. First, I was told I'd have completed bathrooms by thanksgiving. They didn't finish until February. Yes, we had a delay on the tub, but that was only a 2 week delay. And it wasn't because of the work needed, but rather because the contractor had a habit of showing up in a scatter. Here and there, when he felt like it. His work is good, but his time frames are not. At the end of the process, I was sent a bill in which I paid. I didn't even question the amount. I was so busy at the time that I made the mistake of not paying closer attention as to what I was being billed for. It wasn't until Rose then attempted to submit yet another bill a week later for a few thousand dollars that I got curious as to what was going on. This is now Waaaay over my estimate. So, I dug in and I started going through all my statements and invoices and boy did I discover some huge mistakes. Pictured below. I got an email when I questioned all of this and I was told to disregard these statements and only go with the new numbers being emailed to me. When I expressed displeasure in what was going on, she got very frustrated. I'm just super not ok with this. The numbers changed like crazy. And on top of all that, she charged me 300.00 for using a credit card for only 1 transaction, not the others, and it was never disclosed. In the end, I got my refund check but not for the amount I believed it should have been for but I decided to take the almost 3000.00 loss and wash my hands of it. I definitely learned a huge lesson. I should have been more insistent on getting proper statements and invoices in a timely manner vs. flurries of them coming at me in bundles that had the same items with different numbers. I was just very busy, and I trusted she knew what she was doing. So, my main reason for writing this is to say to any future clients, be very careful with the money. Pin her down on pricing. She may change it as she goes without notice. She is a very good designer without a doubt, but she is not organized. Kinda all over the place. You have to stay on her and be persistent. I wish for the best for her but wont be calling for any further remodel jobs. Which is sad because I really liked her. I did. Deanne, Tustin, California
