We loved working with Lenora. She helped with a significant facelift of a house we purchased. She worked with us to pick out three different flooring types (wood, tile, and carpet), wall paint for all the rooms, new baseboards, window coverings, fireplace surround and mantle, as well as the kitchen backsplash, cabinet colors, and countertop! I recently moved and found myself overwhelmed with having to redecorate my home. I reached out to Lenora after I hit a dead end trying to find a rug for our living room. For years I had been really wanting a sofa that gave me a Restoration Hardware look on a more manageable budget. But also, it had to be functional, and cozy, for a family of 4. My husband must have a chaise but also needed space for myself and 2 daughters to "flop" on. I also needed it to have a pull-out sofa bed. I really wanted a feather feel to the filling, but not to soft and clumpy. Well I got what I've always been wanting thanks to Lenora at 9 Ten Design! A custom couch with great style, all the function, and looks better than I could have imagined. It was great to work with her. I had been collecting tears of my ideas. She got to work on a sketch, showed me fabric swatches, and did a very good sketch of how it would fit in my room with our existing furniture. She was good with follow through on delivery. On delivery day, a small snafu happened from the delivery workers end, something beyond Lenora's and makers control. Between Lenora and the sofa maker, the problem was fixed and the 2nd piece of my sofa was delivered to me in top quality the NEXT day, which was a Sunday!!!
