We had come here over 11 years ago to custom order a couch and a love seat. We returned after many years to replace our 12 ft sofa we had made here. It wasn't because it was broken but cushions and part of an arm piece had been damaged by our dogs a couple of years ago. The quality of the couches we had custom ordered were perfect for us. The firmness was just right and the softness of the material is very nice. We wanted to replace the couch because the material of the original was no longer available. So we went with ordering the same length couch but in a material that will compliment the love seat. The customer service is great. It made for ordering our couch quick and easy as well. I'm excited to get our new sofa. The quality is good. Comfortable enough for us and our 3 large fur babies. The place is spacious with a selection of styles to select from on the floor. They also have books of sofas and tables to look through. They have plenty of material to select from too so come and check them out and allow ample time for looking at samples. Don't waste your time and money here. They were all nice and friendly when I placed my order, but once the 8 weeks were up and I started asking for a delivery date, their attitude completely changed. They became rude, as if I was asking for something unreasonable. Instead of real answers, they kept giving empty promises like 'sometime next week' or 'someone will call you back tomorrow'--but of course, no one ever called. We purchased a new (or so we thought) queen mattress here a couple of years ago and they delivered it. It worked out okay for a couple months and then we noticed neck pain and lower back pain each morning. Our backs and necks paid the price. After many visits to our chiropractor we decided to buy a new mattress online. Our new mattress from Amazon is awesome, way better than this cheap piece of crap. I recently bought a mattress here. My experience was quick and positive. I was looking at the mattresses online and during my lunchtime at work stopped by this store on a whim, not expecting much. They did not have many mattress models, maybe 8-10, but I immediately liked one of them. The sales person was not overwhelming at all and let me do my thing. They gave me a very good price, especially because I paid cash. And it was at least 30% of what you would expect to pay online. And I made my decision in and out of the store in 15 mins. The delivery was exactly as scheduled (in 5 days - compared to 3 weeks(!) if I bought mattress online) and in the precise time window originally provided. Which I appreciated because I was very anxious about getting the new mattress. As to the mattress itself, it is made by a local manufacturer, but the quality is amazing and seriously comparable to higher end mattresses out there. It took me about 1 week getting used to the new firmness (I am coming from plush mattress that started to sag), I added a layer of organic latex topper to add some give, and now my back is not hurting anymore and saying thank you every day. Very attentive staff and clearly explained to us how we could design our couch. We were so excited to be able to pick out our own fabric and layout of the couch. We were told the couch would take 6-8 weeks to make. Even thought it was a long time, we still said yes because you couldn't beat the price. We paid $800 flat, $400 right away and $400 when they delivered our couch. Also, just to note, our couch took 9 weeks but the staff gave us free delivery to compensate for the extra wait time, which was awesome! The missing star is for the cob webs visible in the showroom as Inlaid down to teybkut each matterress and no one in the showroom had a mask on. Three months after we got them we noticed pilling on the edges and as time progressed (6 months after we purchased) we noticed the seams starting to pull on multiple cushions and our ottoman. We were told he had never seen any damage like this with, in that specific location, or anything like it with the material we chose. We picked that material with the help of the associate because we were told it would last. Beware and be careful of the material you choose. When I moved to Costa Mesa, I came here to purchase a Queen mattress and box spring for about $770 after taxes and delivery. Which is a great deal and they also delivered same day! I came back a few weeks later to purchase a couch for $450 and put an order in for a matching storage ottoman($100). At the time of the order (September 14th) I was told that the Storage ottoman would be ready for pick up in 2 weeks. I called back when 2 weeks passed and was told my order would be done that week. I called back at the end of the week on October 6th but was told it was still not ready. I was called later in the week by the staff to let me know, they were aware of the delay with the order and had worked with their production team after receiving my phone call to put the custom ottoman at the forefront of their production list. I was able to pick up the Ottoman later that day. The order took a little longer than expected but the staff made sure to take time to inform me on the delay and provide a new timeline for pickup. When I mentioned I talked to the son and was given a different price, the father honored that price but wanted more for delivery. After inspecting the box spring, it turn out that it they weren't worth either of the prices quoted, they were very cheaply made, flimsy and only came in one color (not a deal breaker). When I told the father that I was not happy with the quality of the product. His response was bye! I responded excuse me..he said it again, "Bye!" I couldn't believe my ears but nevertheless. They'll custom a couch any which way you want, from: - fabric - color - size (length, width, depth of cushions) - style We started with 2 couches on the showroom floor that we liked and basically combined them. Give them your measurements and away you go! Delivery: they're pretty honest with how long it'll take realistically- 3-4wks or so till delivery (there is a charge for delivery). Customer service: wonderful. They'll spend an hour or more with you to figure things out, and then update you on anything you need to know. We had a bit of a problem initially with our couch and the format of it, but within 20min., it was cleared up. Product: just like we asked for. The chaise cushion cover had a broken zipper. When I called to see if it was possible to have the zipper replaced, I was told I wouldn't be charged for the repair. It was done same day as well.
