    Horrible products, horrible customer service, horrible after-sales support, and outright deception. I purchased a sofa from Ashley Furniture in March 2025 for over $4,000, expecting basic quality and honesty. Instead, I got a defective product and a company that refuses to stand behind what it sells. In less than a year, with a total usage of maybe 30 hours, the cushions have severely sunk. My wife and I are almost never at home, so this couch has seen virtually no use. There is absolutely no justification for this kind of failure. To make matters worse, I was sold an "extended warranty" with clear assurances that it would cover everything, including cushion issues. That turned out to be completely false. After two so-called "expert" inspections and more than six phone calls totaling hours of my time, they are now denying coverage and backtracking on what was promised. This is not just poor quality, it is blatant misrepresentation. I have two witnesses who were present when I was told the warranty would cover cushion failure, especially this early on. Now they are pretending otherwise. I will be taking this matter to small claims court. Avoid this company at all costs. I will never buy from them again and will continue sharing this experience so others do not fall into the same trap.

    My mom and I walked into this Ashley Store and were completely ignored until Sheryl saw us. She was AMAZING! She was so helpful and kind. She made sure we got the best deal possible. She let us take our time looking and wasn't pushy like how other sales people are. Thank you so much Sheryl!

    Cat scratches very visible when the associate said this would not happen on this type of fabric. I should have known better.

    My husband really wanted to buy a couch from this store. He found one that he really liked, but I had my concerns about the animals. I told them I needed a couch that would not scratch easily if my cats decided to scratch it. The salesman told me that this one particular couch would not show any signs if the cat tried to scratch it, and he was very sure of it. I was hesitant, but he was trying really hard to make the sale, so he told me everything that I wanted to hear. My husband really wanted it, so I let it go instead of pushing it. Sure enough, you can see every single mark. I didn't like how the salesman lied to us just so he can get a sale.

    Bed fell through after missing a piece where the bricks have been placed

    Everyone at the store was amazing. Paid for a king bed and mattress that was delivered in a few days but put together wrong by the delivery team (which we paid for) and broke. After being on hold for hours and sending photos no one has responded and been over a month sleeping on the floor with our newborn baby and toddler. Was told over the phone it would be 3 days before we hear anything and then 3 business days and now told a technician would have to come out but in 3 business days and they would schedule this. Been over a week since then and still nothing. Will not ever buy from here again and will continue to tell people how awful this experience has been.

    We inherited a Brown Jordan Patio Set that was most likely either purchased in the late 60's, early…read more70's. They were in good shape with the exception that some of the framing was getting pitted and straps were faded, but not broken. This set, including the glass table, have been outside in the sea air and all elements since they were purchased. We wanted to honor my wife's grandparents by not replacing this set. So we decided to invest in a restoration, due to how well made this set is. I found Patio Guys on Yelp and decided to use them for this project. As we were starting to wipe down the chairs, we noticed a label on one of the chair frames, which was a Patio Guys restoration logo decal. Turns out our late relative had used them before, but uncertain at what decade were they restored before. I guess it was destiny to use Patio Guys. For the strap width of what our chairs required, there was not a huge selection to choose from. So if you're looking to replace with a sunny yellow, orange or teal, you'll need to make an alternate choice. Lots of whites, creams, tans, and earthy greens to choose from. The only blue is like a Dodger blue or a forest green. So we took a leap of faith and chose turquoise. It's perfect!! We were in no hurry and quoted 4 weeks turn around time. It was more like 6 weeks, but I was anticipating more like 10 weeks. Plus we were the cause of not getting the chairs back sooner due to our schedule. The job Patio Guys has exceeding my expectations. I knew the patio set would look better than the existing condition, but I wasn't expecting a brand new condition.

The next choice was repair vs. replacement. The workmanship is perfect and Patio Guys picked up and delivered 21 pieces for a nominal charge. Thanks Henry and all of the guys at Patio Guys!
