We inherited a Brown Jordan Patio Set that was most likely either purchased in the late 60's, early…read more70's. They were in good shape with the exception that some of the framing was getting pitted and straps were faded, but not broken. This set, including the glass table, have been outside in the sea air and all elements since they were purchased. We wanted to honor my wife's grandparents by not replacing this set. So we decided to invest in a restoration, due to how well made this set is. I found Patio Guys on Yelp and decided to use them for this project. As we were starting to wipe down the chairs, we noticed a label on one of the chair frames, which was a Patio Guys restoration logo decal. Turns out our late relative had used them before, but uncertain at what decade were they restored before. I guess it was destiny to use Patio Guys. For the strap width of what our chairs required, there was not a huge selection to choose from. So if you're looking to replace with a sunny yellow, orange or teal, you'll need to make an alternate choice. Lots of whites, creams, tans, and earthy greens to choose from. The only blue is like a Dodger blue or a forest green. So we took a leap of faith and chose turquoise. It's perfect!! We were in no hurry and quoted 4 weeks turn around time. It was more like 6 weeks, but I was anticipating more like 10 weeks. Plus we were the cause of not getting the chairs back sooner due to our schedule. The job Patio Guys has exceeding my expectations. I knew the patio set would look better than the existing condition, but I wasn't expecting a brand new condition.

The sales portion was the easy part because I was looking for a specific dry sauna function so that…read morenarrowed my choices down quickly. The sales rep Kristi was friendly. The 3-person Tylo sauna was pricey, $12k. Paid an additional $750 for delivery & assembly as well as $500 for freight...so about 10% extra surcharge. For $1250 extra in addition to the cost of my sauna, I expected a better experience. When the unit was delivered, my neighbor who is a general contractor was in the garage with the delivery team, watching their assembly while I was busy inside the house. When the team told me the assembly was finished, my neighbor pointed out to them that the entire unit is visibly dusty / dirty as well as the glass door seal being (1) too short on one side and (2) messed up on the other side...plus a blemish on the black wood board. I overheard one of the team members mumbling about my neighbor to the other member while getting these issues resolved, which I thought was a bit unprofessional. All my neighbor asked was for an expensive ticket item to be properly delivered, assembled and presented...very sad that the delivery team seems to think this is a big ask for a pricey sauna. I called Coastal about the door seal being short and spoke to Susan. She said she will talk to the manufacturer and get back to me... she never did. Quite a disappointing experience with Coastal. Update: Oh, just noticed that the delivery team didn't even screw the heater into the sauna wall properly. Two of the four support screws were half exposed...they are specialty screws so I don't have the tools to screw them into the wall fully so have to probably hire someone to do it or buy the right tools. What a joke...paid $1250 extra for this type of service.

This business has a new owner and Tropitone advised me this business is now run by the sons. Not…read morethe same. I paid to have my set powder coated and to have new slings. When I received the items back, there were holes in the frame. I talked to Tropitone and they said Miracoli should have prepped the frame after sand blasting and welded if damage occurred. That it is part of the prep process that was not done. Now I have a damaged frame. When I followed up with Tropitone I was told this wasn't the first complaint since the switch and shortly thereafter received a call from Miracoli offering to fix the frame they damaged. He then asked me to call Tropitone back and let them know that I had a great experience with Miracoli and give them a positive review. No. He never fixed and is now not answering the phone or returning calls. Very unprofessional. Go with someone else.

Backyard Expressions is excellent to work with! They have a nice selection along with sample…read moreboards inside the store to help make decisions. We used Backyard Expressions to measure and install Fireplace Glass doors (Stoll Industries) for three fireplaces. Jim, the owner, came out in person to do all of the measurements. In addition, we ordered a piece for our Patio set (Tropitone) to expand our set. We were nearing the end of our major renovation, and Jim saw a few of the pieces that we didn't put into storage. He recommended a cleaning and restoring products, brought them back to life with a bit of elbow grease and saved us from replacing them! Very good, honest people! Their staff that came to do the installation were professional and took care to protect our home and fireplaces. This was very important with one of the fireplaces as we had just had the marble restored! Definitely plan to use them again and highly recommend them anyone out there in the market for a BBQ, BBQ Island, Patio Furniture, or Fireplace Glass Doors!

Unfortunately, we had a horrible experience with this company. I worked with Nick and he was very…read morehelpful and courteous; however, the delivery team damaged (big and deep scratches) on our wooden floor! The delivery company never responded to our calls and concerns. I contacted the owner of Azzari's and he completely denied the issue (even though Nick had explained to him about the floor damage). He was very unprofessional and handled the issue very poorly.... We purchased the refrigerator for about $9000 and it cost us another $8000 to fix the floor. No one could do a patching for our damaged wooden floor, they had to fix a big area in order to make it look normal. I don't recommend this company
