Frankly, when walking into this store I wanted to buy half of the items I saw...and still might! After a lot of hemming and hawing we picked out a new table, chairs and bookcase. They were set to be delivered in about a week, but after a few days at home doing some head scratching and more measuring we decided to axe the table and go with another we initially thought wouldn't fit. We worked with Santos who was very patient and helpful in changing our order (at no cost...there IS a 14 day return policy). Items were delivered and installed today in about 45 minutes. Just need the chairs to get here in a couple weeks and we're good to go. That is, until I go back and plunk down some green for that living room chair I spent a lot of time in whilst the wife worked with Santos. Maybe I'm just a sucker for Scandinavian furniture but I really love this store.

So I asked what happens if there's any issues, shouldn't we be able to see it first before paying the remaining balance? Turns out we can't for whatever reason. So far it's not so great, but we'll move on. We show up to pay for the remaining balance, get all the paperwork squared away and.... they give us a postit to contact someone on gmail set up delivery. BRO LIKE WHAT?! We literally bought over $10k worth of furniture and you want us to set up delivery ourselves, after forcing us to come and pay for things we can't even see ahead of time? Good thing furniture isn't bought frequently cause I aint ever coming back here, let alone recommending this place to anyone. What's the point of employees and a showroom if you just make the customer do everything themselves anyway... sheesh.

They are unwilling and unable to provide receipt receipts with redacted customer information on how much these items actually sold for and scribbled on an inventory sheet how much they claim that they have sold for. The woman, Chris, basically told me that she's not going to do that and then hung up on me. I have never encountered a less professional consignment store in the years that I have consigned furniture, personally and professionally.. they donated a side table without giving us the opportunity to pick up nor did they give us any notification that they were going to donate it. I would avoid this place like the absolute plague it is.. as soon as they take your money, they do not want to be held liable for proving how much the furniture actually sells for. There are numerous other places that will be honest and be able to provide receipts with redacted customer information. They claimed to be a "mom and pop shop" but the inventory list is printed from some sort of inventory software, I assume the sale price should also be listed in the same system (how else would they be able to keep track of the consignment amounts to be paid out?- it's by contract number). They are dishonest and rude and dismissive. Of the over $10,000 worth of furniture that they take 50% of.... It's not with the headache or the loss of income. Do not do business with this store, and "Chris" you should probably retire if you're so absolutely miserable and rude to the people who are providing you with income. Shame on you.

Per my previous review, it was impossible to purchase anything from the store without paying a mandatory $250 delivery fee. They've since created a floor-model area where they have majorly discounted items you can take home right there. Kathy really went way out of her way to find two of the Diablo Rockers for my mother and get them to the store so we could pick them up ourselves, keeping me updated by email along the way. We ended up purchasing an entire outdoor set for my mom and brother's new house including a patio table, chair set, and umbrella and base, much of which was deeply discounted at the floor model price. The team also let us hold some things in the back so we could come back for items that didn't fit in my car on the first trip. I'm so glad they've found a work-around for the delivery issue, because the items are really high quality and incredibly comfortable. Thank you, Terra team!

However, I strongly do not recommend using their referred delivery service, 123 Moving. 123 Moving was recommended by the RH Outlet store since they don't offer delivery for large furniture purchases. I contacted 123 Moving by text to arrange a home delivery just a few miles from the store. From the start, their quoted price was on the high side, but I was open to discussing it.Unfortunately, the owner's attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. I wasn't even trying to lowball the service, yet he responded with a "take it or leave it" tone. When I offered a fair and reasonable price, he said they could deliver but only curbside -- meaning I'd have to carry the furniture inside myself. After that, he simply stopped replying altogether. This kind of customer service deserves zero stars. A professional owner could have handled this so much better -- even a simple "let me see what I can do" would have shown respect and effort. Downside is the pricing but it is reflected in the quality, uniqueness, and customer service. I'm a return customer. I was pretty satisfied with my first experience so I came back again when I needed to further furnish my home. A year ago I ended up buying a couple foshay bookshelves. It was a lengthy process consisting of multiple visits over the course of a month to make sure it was "the one" we wanted for our home. After dropping a pretty penny for them, the shelves arrived after a couple months as expected. Delivery was very professional. There were two movers who moved in the bookshelves and parked them exactly where I wanted. They also ensured the shelves were leveled because our floor was a little uneven. They made sure I was completely satisfied before they left. As they installed the bookshelves, they noticed a defect in one of the shelving units, and went out of their way to report it so a new component could be delivered to my home free of charge. I went back recently to get a sofa. Their website made it very easy for me to map it out in my own home. Their store had the item available for me to see it in person. An assistant was there to give me a variety of fabric colors to consider. Now I'm just waiting for delivery (will update when it comes). The only downside of Room and Board is the pricing. It's a little higher than what you'd expect but it is reflected in the quality and uniqueness of their products and the customer service. I went in with the intention to only buy once so the price was worth it.

Robert was very friendly, knowledgeable, and, in my opinion most importantly, not pushy. he let me and my wife take our time sitting in the furniture he had on display so we were sure we were placing an order for something we knew we were going to love long term. both pieces took an inordinately long time to be delivered because of the crap going on at the ports. of course, this isn't Robert Westley's fault. we'll be back as i continue to furnish the house.

Right before the entrance to 405 N off Harbor Blvd, turn right. You'll see a big shopping center. It's in one of the rows for furniture shops. Between "Uni Home Store" and "Lee Stanton Stash". The signs for the furniture shops are kinda small. Most furniture shops here has a front and back door. I started checking out shops from "Deco Home", where located right next to the entrance of this shopping mall. So if you took the aisle, you can continuously browse shops from their "back door" I guess. I took bunch of pictures at each shop, so I hope they'll help you. This place is more elegant side with lots of good art works. Lots of sea shells, and beach feelings. Furniture: Simple yet fancy side - good for Malibu beach houses. Art works: They do have some quite interesting pieces. One of the yellow flower paining (check out my pictures) was quite nice, though it costs $2600 (they have a blue one as well). I have a great eye on art and something beautiful. Cushions: Colorful but $200/piece, which isn't so crazy for this industry. Accent pieces: There're many oceanic items - shells, beach stuff. - Conqueror's Deduction - It's a good place to find accent pieces. More "shabby chic" than minimalism.
