I recently entered this Sit N Sleep location. I was helped by Diane Richards, who immediately knew which mattress I wanted, as I've purchased 2 King Koil Carina mattresses in the past and they are simply the best I've owned. As the mattress is a discontinued item, Diane scoured the database to find me the best option in another store, and we landed in a floor model that was only on the floor for a few months. Now to the issue I experienced, but was ENTIRELY made whole from. On the day of delivery, I was given a much thinner mattress (9" vs 12") and the name on the tag was incorrect (some other model starting with a C). Upon viewing, feeling and sitting on the bed, I told the delivery crew that it was incorrect. They basically mansplained to me that I was mistaken.... Which is absolute nonsense. They refused to take back the mattress, and I immediately called Diane who drummed up a very fortuitous solution: free pillows and the correct mattress. At the end of the day, I have my incredible Carina mattress, Diane is an ABSOLUTE professional and a total doll, and I have 2 free pillows for the inconvenience. I've been a customer of Sit N Sleep for 5+ years and this has been the first issue I've ever had, which was resolved quite expertly and swiftly. Katella location in Orange, I purchased mily mattress 5 years ago and started having back pain issues and ended up calling them for replacement they transferred me to a different person a third party RUDE lady , they charged me additional fees ended up paying more for them to bring it to the store and but took them for ever to transfer and charge me on top, of the transfer fees for delivery on top of that I hired a third party also for them to to come and inspect the mattress to see it I was eligible for replacement and sure enough the mattress was defected and the gave me a different one supposedly close to a brand I originally purchased I hired a haul to go and pick it up in Irvine warehouse because they charge me a lot more and they were busy to deliver and I needed my mattress ASAP due to my back pain and now started having issues with the mattress the game amAgain NOT happy at all,, Completely Unsatisfied Too good to be true read more

I arrived at about 10:30am the Saturday after Thanksgiving (iykyk). I wanted to try some mattresses and possibly even buy one, but mainly try them out. Eric immediately greeted me and asked how he could help. He had me test some mattresses to gauge my preferences, needs and encouraged me to be picky. He was very patient with me, a Libra, especially when I was being indecisive between 2 (maybe 3). Something that I am extremely grateful for is that when he noticed how much my hip dipped (I'm a side sleeper) on the mattress I was on the fence on, so he had me try a couple more - which were even more within my budget I really appreciated the honesty and willingness. He was very knowledgeable and knew what he was talking about when I had all the questions. He even pointed out the price points of buying a frame with slats vs a boxspring and possibly a new metal frame. (It was time to upgrade, so personally, I went with the slated bedframe). All in all it was a great experience. I left an hour later looking forward to having my bed delivered and installed the next day. And shout out to Diane for understanding the importance of a good coffee mug. Post delivery: received notification the night before that my delivery window was between 8am-11am and was provided a live link to track my order. The morning of I was able to track my order and had an ETA. 5min before the truck arrived I received an automated message to notify me. The last two months I had been to every mattress store and furniture store in Orange County and LA. I decided to check out the Sit and Sleep store on Katella Avenue in Orange yesterday. I was greeted immediately by their sales person Dave as he introduced himself. He was extremely helpful as I needed to have a special mattress. He showed me several mattresses. I tried all of them and I found one that was perfect. There was no pressure. He knew all his products. I could tell that he had been with Sit and Sleep for quite a while. I went with my girlfriend and her mom (Terri) to this store looking for a bed. What we did not expect was some of the most pleasant shop talk I've seen in a long time. During these stressful times of the pandemic, it was refreshing to see someone being thoughtful and relaxed in the same moment. Chris Miller did a wonderful job showing Terri exactly the styles and types that would interest her based on her previously taking the online test. With Blue already primed, he set her off on a smooth and efficient journey of mattresses. Nothing felt rushed and he took the time to get as much feedback to dial in which bed was going to be for her. His positive energy literally keeps you from frowning. When he showed us way they could store floor model units in a type of retractable bed shelf-a-mabob, his excitement was either feeding off our excitement or the other way around...hard to tell but I can't remember the last time I personally bought a bed and laughed so much (in a good way) during the experience. Anyone looking to buy a bed should definitely come to this location. If I need a bed in the near future, I'll drive all the way from Los Angeles to Tustin just because of the knowledge, tact and wonderfully clean store that Chris Miller commands. read more

My experience here is apparently different than everyone else's. I went in looking for temporary beds for my child and my husband and myself. We unexpectedly had to move back to California to care for a family member and put everything we owned in storage. The selection was good but I was extremely put off by "Debbie". My child who has a lot of pain issues tried several beds, but she seemed irritated helping him. She tried to railroad any opinion that my child (teen) had and really it just seemed like she was trying to get us out of there. It was neither close to closing nor was there anyone else in the store. The coup de grâce of this whole thing was when I said I would return with my husband before making a final purchase. Her comment to me was "you can't make a decision without him", "why yes, yes I can, however in my very happy and healthy marriage, we discuss purchases with each other" was my response. She did not like that, and we walked out. I do not deal well with pushy, aggressive salesman! I liken this event to that of an exchange with a car salesman, I expect it there but not at a mattress store. It's all good though, just pushed us in to the direction of the bed we wanted originally and you can't get that at a run of the mill mattress outlet. read more

Bought a mattress in 2019. It hasn't even been 3 years. SIGNIFICANT sagging in the middle of the bed. I'm talking 4" minimum, you can see it without weight. Denied warranty claim for "stain" - so basically if you're female and you "leak" during your period (even with mattress protector), you're targeted as worthy of denial. Also, when we bought the mattress we were told we could put it on a platform bed, which according to the acceptable photos on the warranty website, ours should qualify. We were told we needed "foundation". NEVER spending money here again. $800 WASTED! read more

After a few months started having issues and have reported so many times! They sent an inspector out and inspector could see all the issues and was disappointed at the inaction of this crap of a company. Their own damn box is broken and they blame my child! The mattresses are all bending out of shape and they take no responsibility. Take your own health and business somewhere that cares and will refund you when they are in the wrong. This story starts in the middle when another Sleep company with numbers, said their bed would be able to adjust evenly with my wheelchair. Two months later upon delivery, my custom bed was just over 3 inches too high. Which, in reality may not seem like much, but in a wheelchair it feels like a mountain climb. Anywho, undaunted by the want for an adjustable bed and where to find it, my wife and I decided to go to our neighborhood Sit 'n Sleep store that we pass practically every day, and the result couldn't have been better!
