Wife and I just bought our second Mattress at this location. My lower back pain that I had been dealing with on our 8yr old mattress completely disappeared after two nights on our Pearl Lux. Transfer of motion is non-existent; we don't even notice when the other gets in or out of bed. Our bed frame was marketed as a platform bed, but the ultra low box was a perfect fit and really helps support the mattress. We really appreciated Gregory's tips and knowledge, and then giving us space to lay on the mattresses and make a decision. i purchased a mattress from this store. i wanted to use my exchange as they had sold me on if the mattress that i purchased after sleeping on it for a few weeks, i don't like i could exchange it. however, be aware and read the small print! there is a $125 fee plus 10% fee on the price of the mattress and if the other mattress cost more add that into the mix. in my case: it would have cost me almost $950 to exchange out my mattress for a softer mattress. be careful when buying a mattress as if you can't sleep that can be a costly purchased and bad for your health as you can't sleep. the matress and everything cost almost $5,000. read more

I had an issue with the electric base of the bed. I un-plugged and put new batteries where needed and nothing. I had my grandson check everything as well. I called and they said we were under warranty. They came out the same day and fixed it. Funny part is that the power strip was bad. I checked everything but that! We were a repeat customer. Had a Tempur-Pedic mattress that we loved but it started to sag after 10 years. We were going to purchase the same mattress but Ed persuaded us to buy a different mattress. 15" is a lot of mattress for our base to raise. My husband went in less than 48 hours to exchange but told it's a 20% restocking. We were told 48 hours. Watch out! Free trial is not free!!! Not only that. It started to immediately buckle as this mattress is not made to go up and down. Ed told my 73 year old husband to jump up and down on the mattress. Really??? read more

So I made a purchase of a new mattress on a Monday, and the delivery was scheduled for the following Saturday. I received a call on the Friday and was told the delivery was delayed until Monday. I was disappointed, but I understand some things just happen. I was off work on the Monday so I just let it slide. The Monday comes, I wait all day without a word from anyone. I make a call to figure out what the situation was, and I was eventually told it was delayed until tomorrow. No reason for the delay, just another delay. Just overall very disappointed with the whole situation at this point. I should have probably just shopped elsewhere when they said what I was going to buy wasn't in stock. read more

My husband and I bought an Aireloom mattress for over 3000. Within a year it was sagging in the middle, we asked for help form OC mattress and they gave us the phone number to call. After an inspection where is was so apparent that the mattress did not hold up ...Aireloom declined a replacement. OC mattress did not back us up or even offer to help us in any way with a replacement. Now, we are out over $ 3000. and shopping for a new mattress, but will go somewhere were they actually back up their products. read more
