Made sure that he was very transparent with the pricing and wasn't trying to rip me off in anyway And always had my best interest in mind! I honestly would never refer anyone to anyone but him! Just about everyone in my life has heard some version of the following review, because I honestly…read morecan't say enough good things about this company. For context, my partner and I put over 40 hours of research and visiting mattress stores into this mattress decision. There were initially a lot of contenders. And in the end, there was only one we felt confident about - Custom Comfort Mattress. My family and I have been customers of theirs for over 20 years and I was delighted to learn just how good they are in their industry. Throughout the process, we wandered into 3 Custom Comfort stores and the customer service in each was outstanding so they're all getting this shout-out. We never felt like they were trying to make the sale - there wasn't pressure to make a decision - they just gave us the facts with pride and the mattresses sold themselves. Azita and Allen welcomed us into the Newport Beach store and put us at ease as we bounced around the mattresses 3-4 times. Super personable and ultimately took great care of us when we were ready to make our purchase. In the world of mattresses, Custom Comfort is producing a far superior product. I've owned mattresses in the past from their Select Collection (entry-level) and for this purchase, we jumped up to their Reserve Collection (premier level). We wanted a bed that was all natural materials with no memory foam, which we learned limits the lifespan of your mattress. We also wanted to avoid potentially toxic materials used to meet U.S. flammability requirements (Custom Comfort achieves this with wool). Bonus is that all of their mattresses are double-sided (flippable) which most on the market are not these days. The mattress we purchased should last us 20-30 years if we care for it well. This is the type of company that earns your trust. Not that we needed reassurance, but we asked if we could visit their factory in Orange to see how their mattresses are made [thank you Azita for helping set this visit up]. I felt like an elementary school kid on a field trip - I absolutely loved it. The warehouse manager Chewy personally guided us through all the stages of the mattress build and shared that most employees have been on the job for 10-30 years. They clearly take pride in their work and the brand. From the time we made the purchase to the time it was set up in our bedroom was 5 days. Great customer service to the end - Oscar and Omar were our courteous and on-time delivery crew and they made several adjustments to the bed height and position in the room to make sure I was completely satisfied. We've been sleeping on our new mattress for a week and we're finding our aches and pains greatly reduced. Check this company out - they're the real deal!

This upscale luxury brand is all you need for bedding. I've had my bed for 20 years now, and while you do have to replace the top mattress pad every 10 years with other small parts, I'm not disappointed with the outstanding quality of sleep I get every night. EVERYTHING with Duxiana is impressive! When I purchased my bed 20 years ago, I was told that these beds last a good 30 years! I'm a believer!! Their accessories are also worthy! The friendly and helpful associates are extremely knowledgeable in their bed models. Highly recommended! I LOVE this brand and this Fashion Island location!!!

This was my second time having lunch there because after my first visit, I left feeling underwhelmed but thought maybe I'd just ordered the wrong thing. I wanted to give it another chance. Unfortunately, yesterday confirmed my first impression. The service was excellent. Our waitress was attentive, friendly, and did a great job. The problem is the food. There were three of us, and every single dish came in surprisingly tiny portions. A $30 salad was served on what looked like a saucer-sized plate. My friend's salmon arrived on an equally small plate, and the sweet potato fries came in the tiniest little bowl imaginable--about the size of a small McDonald's fries. They tasted good, but there were barely enough to share. Can you make the serving sizes any smaller? It honestly felt like there was a food shortage. I ordered the Chinese Chicken Salad, and it was a huge disappointment. The chicken was mostly dark, greasy meat filled with gristle and tendons. It was honestly unpleasant to eat. The salad itself was very small, and the wonton strips seemed to be the main ingredient instead of the chicken or fresh vegetables. Overall, the food was bland, the portions were incredibly small, and my salad was borderline gross. It's a shame because the setting is gorgeous and the service was great, but the kitchen simply doesn't deliver. I can't recommend this restaurant based on the food.

Instead of offering help, she made us feel like we were inconveniencing her simply by asking questions. What was even more disappointing is that the poor attitude didn't seem isolated. The overall atmosphere in the kids and bedding departments felt unwelcoming, and it appeared that customer service is not a priority. We left feeling frustrated, disrespected, and honestly shocked by how we were treated. Retail stores succeed because of their customers, and no one should be made to feel belittled while shopping. Management seriously needs to address the behavior and attitude of the staff in these departments. I would not recommend shopping here based on our experience.
