I took my mom here to pick something out for Mother's Day! She loved it and it's dog friendly. It's gorgeous inside and has a great selection. Would recommend the visit !

This place is a dream. They sell plants and accessories for your perfect enchanted garden. Not only is it incredibly beautiful but it's astonishing just how much thought has been put into the layout. Words can't really describe how special the place is. You can smell the fresh flowers and even the fruits/ vegetables. Whatever theme you're looking for, they have the colors, the figurines, the fountains and the vases to match. The employees are friendly and helpful. There's also an indoor area for household items. They have a restaurant but I didn't eat there. It's pretty pricey; there's $300 flower pots. But I guess considering the location and the one of a kind items, it makes sense.

Every inch of this place is beautiful. If you love plants you will love it here. So many beautiful items are displayed in their store during Christmas. Halloween time has really cool displays as well.

I just fertilized w bone meal and look at the blooms

I love to come just to walk around get some sun and fresh air . And gaze on beautiful selections of flora and plants . They have backdrops for pics everywhere especially on holidays . Lunchtime can be crowded for parking so allow accordingly . I can find some good deals on reduced plants certain times not always though . They don't take cash but will recycle the plastic pots o have returned my plastic pots in a big trash bag for reuse. They reuse them or give to the smaller nurseries .helpful service as well .

Just gorgeous à la Georgia O'Keefe from Roger's Garden.

I received a beautiful succulent from Roger's Garden as a gift from my best friend. It was so beautifully wrapped by 'Bev' and it is now thriving in my home.

This place! Its a theme park for plant lovers. Each section of the garden is designated for a type of plant - orchids, drought tolerant, sun loving, vegetable, fruit tree, and during holiday time, Christmas trees! Magnificent place to feel the holiday spirit with elaborate displays of various themes and an outdoor/covered restaurant on-site to enjoy the temperate Southern California climate. Of.course they have heaters. 60° is freezing!

I love this place! We went right after the Christmas shop opened. We lucked out and were able to see the Halloween shop, all the pumpkins outdoors, and the Christmas shop. Everything of course was beautifully decorated. Spending the afternoon here wandering around and looking at all the ornaments and decorations was just a relaxing way to spend an afternoon. We got a lot of ideas on how to decorate for the holidays. We couldn't eat at the Farmhouse because it was crazy crowded and we wanted to catch the second half of the Dodgers game. The parking here is a nightmare so try to go early. Thank God my man is patient because I think I would have just turned around and gone home but he knew how much I wanted to go see all the decorations. I will definitely return..., I love going here every year. I missed last year so I'm happy I am back for it all this year!

It was my first time here on Sat 09/13/25. For sure, it will not be the last. This place was nice and huge. It looked even nicer than some of the botanical gardens that I have been too. So glad I got introduced to this place. My mom loves plants. I will be taking her here soon =] This place offered so much. They have so many different types of plants and flowers. They have gift shops and a restaurant inside. It can get pretty hot. Will be wearing a hat or carry an umbrella on my next visit.

A plant lovers dream. They also have Halloween and Christmas decorations! Some of their decorations are handcrafted and are unique compared to the usual HomeGoods/Marshalls/tj Maxx etc. definitely a bit pricer. The parking gets super crazy, but they have free valet in the back. I think I'll prob start coming here every Halloween to get the both of best holidays :)

Roger's Gardens is one of my favorite places to go to during the various holidays because of their intricate and festive decor. Nothing gets me into a holiday mood better than a stroll through here. Picked up a few knickknacks that fancied me for my little fairy garden I have. Basically, two small animal rocks, small wishing well, and a Santa and toto came out to be $70ish dollars. Yikes! That is the reality of their prices here, so expect that when shopping here. Line was long and kind of slow. Took about 15 min to get to front. Lots of selection of different plants and everything else in between for your yard and home

After a delectable luncheon at Farmhouse, we walked on over to Roger's Gardens. This place was HUGE!!!!! You'll find many varieties of plants, all sectioned off and organized. Not only plants, but pottery, garden decor, gift shop, and many garden landscaped sections to give you inspiration. I took a ton of pics. Give yourself at least half a day to explore. Prices are a little steep Plenty of parking

I love this place in the spring. They have the colors popping and the wife loves the inspiration she gets. The displays will inspire even the nooby of the gardening noobs.

Ask the Community - Roger's Gardens

When do the Christmas decorations get taken down? I would like to visit on 12/30/25

the decor will still be up! enjoy 🎄

    Are dogs allowed outdoors?

    Yes!

Does their Christmas ornaments or decor go on sale after Christmas?

Yes they do! In store only.

    Is reservation required for dining?

It is not required but highly suggested. There is an extremely long wait time if they will add you on.

    Is there an entrance fee?

No. It is a store/restaurant- Open 7 days a week. not a special market or event.

Do they sell byers choice caroleers?

I would suggest calling Roger's Gardens.

Is parking valet or public parking?

It's public parking, and usually pretty tight on the weekends.

Are there job openings for floral or plant arrangements?

You can find all jobs openings for Roger's Gardens on their website at: https://www.paycomonline.net/v4/ats/web.php/jobs?clientkey=18EB57EC86510D9EA9FCDC76A87D0E74&jpt=e3aed6542eec452fd354680ad58b2719

    Dog allowed inside?

Yes as long as they are on a leash. Mostly small dogs.

Do they carry red wigglers (worms)?

I saw a container of earthworms for sale last week.

Do they carry house plants or is it mainly outdoor plants?

They carry everything... although the outdoor plant selection is by far the focus. I've done Nursery Crawls in case you are looking for plant shops just let me know.

    Is it Dog friendly?

Yes it is. The garden section at least. Unsure of the restaurant portion

    Do they sell lilac bushes?

I think I saw a few and my local Armstrong also had a lot. I do #nurserycrawls all over Southern California if you can't find any let me know.

Do they have lithops, watermelon pepperomia, or variegated string of hearts?

Yes, but I suggest calling us before you come in to make sure we have them in stock.

Will you have to pay to admission?

No, there is no fee to enter! It's basically a store.

How long are the Christmas decorations up? Are they still up now? When do they take the Christmas decorations down?

By the day after Christmas when everything is 50% off most items are very picked over and the decorations are gone. To really enjoy it you need to go in late October, early November to enjoy the full glory.

Is there anywhere else to park the parking lot is small and they additional parking is valet , so many people couldn't get a parking left after 20min of waiting?

The additional parking is free valet but that gets full, too. I agree with Cindy and get there early. I would try to go during the week to avoid weekend traffic at Roger's Garden. Good luck.

When are they decorated for Christmas?

They decorate and I'm sure its all up by now, but what they are most known for at Christmas time is their extensive displays of ornaments on Christmas trees. Exclusives and high end. Its worth it though. Check their website!

Will you guys be open on Labor Day this monday?

Is this a good place to take kids, a 4 and 7 year old?

It depends on your kids. It is a beautiful time of year to go walk around and see the decorations. There are many things to see and enjoy some for adults but kids too. Look on the website to see when Santa will be seeing children. He sits in the… Read more

My friends and I stopped by to look around -- one of us was actually hoping to buy something for their garden. While browsing, we used the restroom (which was available to customers), and shortly after, the man working there -- an older gentleman with glasses -- snapped at us with an incredibly rude, "So are you going to buy something or what?" We calmly replied, "We're just looking around for now," and his response? "So you just come in here and use the bathroom and leave?" At that point, I literally had something in my hand I was planning to buy. But after being harassed like that, I put it right back down and walked out. That kind of accusatory tone and hostility is unacceptable. This kind of customer treatment is outrageous. I'm a frequent shopper of local nurseries, and I've never encountered anything like this. If you value a welcoming atmosphere and respectful service, steer clear of this place -- especially the man with glasses. There are plenty of other nurseries that will treat you like a customer, not a nuisance.

He took the time to answer all of our questions and made the experience really enjoyable -- thank you, Kai! This place is usually my go-to spot, and I genuinely love the vibe here. That said, on this visit it was harder than usual to find help in the outdoor area. While several team members were available indoors, they were unwilling to answer questions and directed us to find someone outside instead. After some searching, we finally found Kai. As you know bringing them out could spread problems like citrus greening disease or even pests to other healthy trees...So be cautious! Im happy that they had the tree so no problem to keep it aside till the shopping is done. Citrus pricing was great for example: 7 Gal was $79.99 plus tax and 15 Gal was $249.99. So great bargain. Also, i love their return policy they have 1 year exchange or store policy and i attached it for review. There is also a big parking lot so no worries to find a place and YES its crowded bit you can manage it easily.
