We came here to celebrate a girlfriend's birthday and it was truly a beautiful place for a celebration. We were seated outdoors overlooking the garden during sunset time. Once it was dark the lights came on which made the place look magical. We enjoyed all the food especially the grilled watermelon salad, the roast chicken and all the other dishes were all delicious. You can taste the freshness of the vegetables as it is a farm to table concept. There is free parking on site and try to come a bit earlier to browse the beautiful nursery. Roger's Gardens is such a magical place! Every time I come here, I feel like I'm transported to a fairytale estate full of the most beautiful plants and flowers you've ever seen in your life. If you want to find an amazing gift, come here! Beautiful potted plants, orchids, and just the best decor all seasons of the year! Christmas time though is when Rogers Gardens really outdoes itself with the Christmas shop! The most beautiful ornaments that you've ever seen anywhere! And it's so enchanting it really feels magical in there. They sell incredible decorations of all genres and you can spend hours in there! I've also never seen such beautiful exotic plants anywhere, and I just love the energy while I'm there. They also have amazing furniture and inside of their boutique, they sell beautiful hats and jewelry. I'm telling you it's just the most amazing place. Came to Roger's Gardens after hearing about it from our neighbor who loves gardening and I'm glad we finally stopped by! I was really impressed by the size of the garden and how much there is to see. There's a nice variety of plants, flowers, lawn decor, and gardening items throughout so it's a great spot if you're actually looking to pick up something for your home or garden. Even if you're not a gardener, it's still enjoyable to walk around and browse. The grounds are nicely maintained and have a very peaceful, relaxing feel, making it a nice place to wander around without feeling rushed. There's also a restaurant attached to the garden. I didn't get a chance to try it during my visit, but the setting looked really nice and seemed like a pleasant environment to sit down and have a meal surrounded by all the greenery. One thing to keep in mind: bug repellent! With the small waterfalls, water features, and all the plants surrounding the area, there are definitely mosquitoes around. I didn't think much of it while walking through but I ended up coming home with a few mosquito bites. read more

You can file this under Bougieee Newport activities. My mom found this location from Facebook and wanted to go see the different flowers they had. We went Mother's Day weekend and the parking was horrible. Save yourself the headache and just valet your car. We walked in by their restaurant. They have carts available for you to use. The roses were hella expensive; $100 and more for a medium sized pot. They do offer a wide range of fruits and vegetables reasonably priced (~$8) and a variety of different types of flowers were scattered throughout the garden from small to large pots (~$10 - $40's) The garden was designed nicely with small shops offering decor and gardening tools/pot. They were way overpriced imo. Overall it was fun to walk around and see the different variety of plants and flowers. I would rather go to Lowe's/Home Depot or home goods for pots and decor though. read more

Rogers Gardens, literally have everything you would need for Home and garden. We have been here numerous times and each time we come back, surprised, and in all of all of the gorgeous blooms gifts selections. We came for the lavender event. However, we stayed three hours shopped for gifts cards, the finest chocolates, and even found some wild blueberry jam. All of this walking around, looking at the numerous selection of roses they offer as well as lavenders. We had to stop into the farmhouse for lunch. Beautiful scenery with flowers of every shape size and color. Like walking into the shire during spring time. During the rose festival there were so many types of roses I never even knew existed. I love this place! We went right after the Christmas shop opened. We lucked out and were able to see the Halloween shop, all the pumpkins outdoors, and the Christmas shop. Everything of course was beautifully decorated. Spending the afternoon here wandering around and looking at all the ornaments and decorations was just a relaxing way to spend an afternoon. We got a lot of ideas on how to decorate for the holidays. We couldn't eat at the Farmhouse because it was crazy crowded and we wanted to catch the second half of the Dodgers game. The parking here is a nightmare so try to go early. Thank God my man is patient because I think I would have just turned around and gone home but he knew how much I wanted to go see all the decorations. This place is a dream. They sell plants and accessories for your perfect enchanted garden. Not only is it incredibly beautiful but it's astonishing just how much thought has been put into the layout. Words can't really describe how special the place is. You can smell the fresh flowers and even the fruits/ vegetables. Whatever theme you're looking for, they have the colors, the figurines, the fountains and the vases to match. The employees are friendly and helpful. There's also an indoor area for household items. They have a restaurant but I didn't eat there. It's pretty pricey; there's $300 flower pots. But I guess considering the location and the one of a kind items, it makes sense. read more

Roger's Gardens is one of my favorite places to go to during the various holidays because of their intricate and festive decor. Nothing gets me into a holiday mood better than a stroll through here. Picked up a few knickknacks that fancied me for my little fairy garden I have. Basically, two small animal rocks, small wishing well, and a Santa and toto came out to be $70ish dollars. Yikes! Party of 4 - 2025 Halloween Boutique Theme: Midnight Market This is my first ever Roger's Gardens experience which I definitely enjoyed! We arrived early 8:30a to snatch a good parking before the gang arrives for RG's first day of Midnight Market opened at 9a. It took about 10 mins until we reached the entrance of Midnight Market tent which was not bad at all. We went around the store at least 3x just to make sure we didn't miss anything! As far as selections, you will find plenty of unique furnishings and Halloween decors. And yes, it may be bit on the $$$ side for some but one can justify the originality of each and every piece. RG is not your typical William Sonoma, Sur La Table or Home Goods for that matter. Having said that, I'll make sure to be ready on October 3rd for their Christmas Boutique opening! Plus, it can't be overlooked, they have a great outdoor restaurant called, The Farmhouse located within this business. Inside, they have all of their indoor plant selections. Plus, they have a large variety of all kinds of other trinkets and things to use with your plants. And, a whole lot of everything else. What a beautiful place filled with a huge variety of plants and gardening products for sale. You could spend hours here. I was amazed at the unique gardening ideas displayed. A bit pricey to buy here, but can easily be copied at a lower price. Roses are in bloom and if you're looking for hard to find unique varieties, you'll most likely find it here. Each variety is labeled with the name and information on scent and hardiness. So beautiful to walk through. A lot of herbs were available and all peppers were fifty percent off. There must have been over 20 varieties of peppers with varying taste and heat. Staff was friendly and helpful and pointed out the best soil/compost for my tomato plants. It was amazing to see that a resteraunt, Farmhouse at Roger's Garden, was also located at the end of the nursery. There is a wide selection available and they also showcase different collections like hummingbird, butterfly, and tomato. Interacting with this company is hands down the worst experience ever. I preordered eight tomato plants during their tomatomania event. When I got there it the parking lot was packed. I expected it to be busy, but this was crazy. I managed to find a spot near the front, expecting a pre order would be there. It wasn't. Instead we walk in and have to hike all the way to the very back of the store. This would be fine except for I asked an employee if I should move my car closer and her response was no. Fine, we walk over to where she pointed. Nope, keep going. We finally get over to the section where the pre order tomatoes are. Keep in mind I have my toddler, who admittedly is less than ideal at following instructions... she pulls up my order and I have to go collect my own tomatoes..I'm asking him to stay with the cart, which because toddlers don't follow instructions I have to ask repeatedly. Some lady decides to yell at me for "being mean to my child" because I'm asking him to stay with the cart and not wander off.. while I collect my plants from a list that's not in any reasonable order. No offer of assistance from the staff or this random lady. Managed to cut myself on the plastic containers, which came in handy to check off the plants I had collected with my own blood... Overall this was a miserable experience. The plants all died two months or so later, didn't really grow and produced almost no fruit. When I contacted the store they told me it was my own fault. For this store holding themselves out as a luxury experience this was the furthest from that. I wouldn't recommend to ever buy anything from them ever.... read more

It was all decked out in Christmas decor and felt very festive. Took out of town visitors & they loved it & bought some stuff there as well. They used to have gardening classes some 20 years ago but not sure if they still do. There was a restaurant at the far end of the corner which wasn't there when I visited the last time - a few years ago. But I highly recommend that you visit early in the day because it gets very crowded and makes it tough to look at the Christmas shop.
