If you are interested in the cloud couch, save time and money and check out SOULFA online before you make your decision! The showroom is available by appointment only on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Luckily, we were able to visit the same day we called. Vitoria (I checked and there's no "c" in her name) set us up and sent the confirmation and directions to my phone right away. Children under 12 are not allowed BUT you can kindly request and see if you can have your kids accompany you. The showroom is not comparable to other big name furniture stores. This isn't a place you casually walk into on your way to pick up groceries. If you're coming here, you have a specific piece in mind and for us it was the customizable SOULFA. It is imperative that you have the dimensions of your space so that you can make the best choice of layout and cube size. The configuration is endless and they can help you on site to see your vision in person. Initially we thought of only getting 5 pieces but ended up choosing 6. Vitoria and her staff are not pushy at all! If anything, their insight and advice helped us choose the best configuration for our lifestyle. There are 8 different performance fabric colors to choose from. We thought we would be walking away from the signature white but the other colors are so beautiful in person, you'll have to see them all for yourself. We have been couch/sofa shopping since the summer and waited this long to make sure we bought the right couch for us, and we're so glad we finally found it! The best part is that it is getting delivered to our home in 4 days!!! That is unbelievable as we are still waiting for some living room pieces and we'd be lucky if they arrive by Christmas! As a business owner I KNOW beyond ALL DOUBT that you CANNOT have a flawless experience every time NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU WANT IT. The truth of a great business is HOW you handle the bad experiences and make good on your commitment. Not everyone can be made happy but the important part is that you know you did what was right. They DID WHAT WAS RIGHT and THEN SOME MORE and for that they get all the respect and appreciation I can share with another business owner. Short version of the long story IF you are still reading. They sent me a GLORIOUS art piece for my office. It ended up TOO BIG to get down the hall despite all my planning (entirely my fault) so I had to hire a contractor to take a window out, get it through the window and reinstall. That took weeks after delivery. BUT a few weeks later I am sitting on my couch and my friend declares "shit, it's already torn!". Not quite right, it had an unseen seam, hidden in the pleat. Every time you sat on it, it spread and showed the batting. For WEEKS I fought with staff about it being addressed. They offered solutions then retracted them as not being achievable. Each time we discussed one thing the employee ghosted me for weeks. When the owner took over, he accepted no excuses, owned the problem and dealt with the employee. Then he arranges to ENTIRELY REMAKE the couch to an EVEN BETTER OUTCOME (and I am sure at some significant expense). I had to hire a contractor again to get the old one out (my expense agreeably because THAT was my error not theirs), but he covered all the return shipping, REDESIGNED the entire couch to better specs both for my own staure (made it a bit shorter and a bit less deep, NOT and easy redesign for a mid-century piece like this), made the fusion removable to ensure heirloom longevity and the ability to reupholster in the future, gave me a batting/fill upgrade, changed out the leather to an upgrade, AND stayed on top of communication with me the whole time. 100% satisfied and then some. Many thanks guys. In terms of spending money with a company... I would do it again for sure when I am ready.

We also got a 5-piece dining ensemble for $325 which will cost us $499 at Ashley Furnitures. They also do home delivery for a fraction of the cost from most commercialized furniture stores. Bought a beautiful Royal chair for an event I was having but…read moreunfortunately there was a pen mark made from our customer and my assistant tried cleaning it with some type of strong solution that damaged the color of the chair leather!! I was so bummed because the chair was practically ruined... I came back to home mart and told the gentleman about my problem and he helped me replace the seat leather and added a clear plastic vinyl per my request for a small price! Now my chair looks new again! I will def be back for more purchases FYI: Learn from my mistake use only leather or vinyl cleaner on your furniture!!!!
