During our visit to the store they all each provided excellent customer service answering all our questions and providing input and suggestions. The items we ordered were priced within our budget and great quality. I highly recommend visiting this store and requesting Isaac, Austin, or Jays assistance. Thank you gentlemen for providing an excellent customer experience for me and my wife!

There's a variety of things to choose from whether it's replacing your floors (wood, tile, lenonium...) to fixing a bathroom (replacing a broken tile or just doing a revamp). They sell by the case but also if there's an open box can sell by piece. I believe the purchase by pieces are final sale, but don't quote me on that. By observation and also by experience the managers and employees are helpful and nice. Today I had a pick up and need to buy more tiles. Ashley was super friendly. She greeted me as soon as I came in the store! And she was apologetic that I had to wait, for my additonal purchase but I didn't mind. They had a little bit of a rush at the register. Zayden "Zay" is also a nice employee, he's the one that gathered the new set of limestone tiles out. I learned something everytime we've come here. Last time,a female employee helped us out with limestone tiles. I learned that the shade, caliber, and grade of tiles should all be the same on a box so that the tiles can match more. Otherwise if you get the same tile with two different shades and grades it's gonna look off and funky. Only thing is, I can't find an employee. It would be helpful if there was help buttons all around the store. That would be my only recommendation.

Interesting find at amazing prices. First time visiting (Thursday) and the owner explained how his…read moresales work. Merchandise on the left and right side of the warehouse on racks are all priced as marked & are regular merchandise. Still super cheap prices. The wooden bins in the center of the warehouse have different pricing depending on what day of the week you visit. The day's special prices are marked on the white dry erase board that is visible upon entry. The pricing structure is as follow: Friday = a warehouse full of new inventory released to the public. Highest price with most selection. Ex. $12 pants. Saturday = whatever that is left is now marked down by a %, say 50%. Ex. $6 Sunday = whatever that remains is now marked down again, say now $5 Monday = whatever that remains is marked down once more to say $4 Tuesday = whatever that remains is now marked down to $3 Wednesday = whatever that remains now is $2 Thursday = whatever that remains is now $1. On this day, something that costs you $12 if you bought it last Friday will now only cost you $1 to buy the same item ---IF it remains available for purchase. Clothes on this day often becomes "fill a whole bag for $20". Seriously a steal, if you find anything good to steal. So by Thursday, most of the stuff is sold out, only a few bins to browse through, while 3/4th of the warehouse is yellow-taped out for no-entry or no-browsing and will be made available the next day. But you seriously get the best pricing on Thursdays. I got a stack of quality 100% Egyptian cotton hand towels for $0.50 each. Even Regular priced items (on racks) were priced really good too. $6.99 Star Wars beach towels or $9.99 oversized beach towels, and $14.99 6 pc bamboo linen set just blew my mind. Definitely would return. Tips: There is an addition transaction fee charged for credit cards. No additional fees for cash/debit card. Plastic bag optional ($0.50). Fairly large parking lot in the back of the building. Shopping cart provided. Friendly owner. Merchandise sells out fast, new stuff all the time.

Very turned off. I was gonna pay with my credit card but they charge you interest on top of the…read moreinterest you already pay on your credit card!! So you get penalized for buying something there. Turned off, won't be back!!

I love the high quality furniture pieces at the LA Furniture Store Design Center on Triggs Ave. LA…read more I had visited this location with friends several times in the past, so after visiting several other high end showrooms, decided to check out their selections when I needed some living room pieces. I had an excellent shopping experience with Phil Chiem! He was so knowledgeable, gracious and fun to work with. I ended up getting what I came in for and more - I came in to find a single leather couch/reclining unit and ended up purchasing two beautiful leather couches for my living room spaces. All of their products are first rate, beautiful and an excellent value compared to other high end showrooms. Since my original purchases, I am looking to make additional couch purchases for my son's family household from Phil. Phil did a stellar job in helping me find the right pieces in the right colors and sizes to meet my lifestyle needs for my home. His suggestions and these furniture pieces take my home environment to a new level! The delivery team was incredibly competent and professional. They had vast product knowledge in assembling the pieces and showing me how to operate the reclining pieces. They were impeccably clean and treated me as a valued customer. I would recommend this location and of course Phil. Phil was awesome, no run around, straight to the point and the prices were a good value. He followed up after the delivery to check for my satisfaction. Phil's customer service is second to none! I highly recommend this LA Furniture Store location!

The threads literally pulled out of the seams and we took pictures and wrote them. Despite the couch still being in manufacturer's warranty, they said the manufacturer claimed we had "poked it with a sharp object" and refused to live up to the warranty or stand by their product in any way. Know this. If you order from this place and have any problem at all with your sofa, they WILL bilk you and tell you to get stuffed. Scam-level customer service.

I want to start by saying my experience began on an extremely positive note. From the moment I…read morewalked in, the store felt clean, organized, and welcoming; the exact atmosphere you expect from a brand of this caliber. I was in a rush on my last night in town and needed to grab a few items quickly. I usually shop at the Beverly Center location, but chose this store for convenience since it had a fast charger for my CyberBeast. I came in specifically for boxer briefs, turtlenecks, and a sweater, as I've consistently enjoyed the quality of Ralph Lauren products. After briefly looking around, I asked an associate where the briefs were and was pointed in the right direction. That's when my experience elevated. I was assisted by Victor, who was exceptional. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely customer-focused. He did not just point me to products; he engaged, educated, and enhanced the experience. He recommended the 4D-Flex boxer briefs, explaining the comfort and value compared to the standard cotton ones I usually buy (~$55). For a small price difference, his recommendation felt thoughtful, not pushy. I initially hesitated due to the bold branding, but his confidence made me open to trying something new. That level of trust-building is rare. When we could not find a third item in my size, Victor immediately checked back stock without hesitation, and another associate quickly brought it out. Seamless teamwork, exactly what great service should look like. Victor also went above and beyond by helping me save money. He suggested signing up for promotions, and when I checked my email, I realized I already had a 25% code. He encouraged me to use that instead of the 10% offer, showing he genuinely cared about value, not just the sale. That level of integrity deserves recognition. Unfortunately, this is where the experience took a sharp turn. At checkout, there was no clear cashier flow. Customers, including myself, were confused about where to go. This created unnecessary friction. Eventually, Jonathan assisted me. Before even attempting to scan my valid 25% code, he immediately dismissed it, stating it would not work because it was for a "full-price store." I explained that I had just been advised otherwise by another associate, but instead of acknowledging the miscommunication or trying to help, he repeatedly told me to go to another store or order online. What made it worse was his comment: "I can call my manager, but she's going to say the same thing." That was dismissive and unnecessary. I was not asking for a prediction, I was asking for a solution. After realizing there was a significant price difference ($132 online vs. $200 in-store), I asked for a manager. After waiting about 5-6 minutes, Andrea arrived. Unfortunately, the situation worsened. Before I could explain, she immediately stated the code could not be used. There was no effort to listen, understand, or acknowledge the expectation set by her own team. As a current VP of Operations for a major brand, I can confidently say great service starts with listening first. You gather context, then resolve in a way that preserves the relationship. That did not happen here. Instead, I was met with resistance, no empathy, and no attempt to bridge the gap between what I was told and what was enforced. No alternative solution, no courtesy adjustment, and no ownership of the miscommunication. This is exactly the type of experience that drives customers away from in-store shopping. I came in for a quick, smooth experience while charging my Tesla; not to deal with confusion and poor management handling. Victor is the standout here and represents exactly what this brand should be. His professionalism, product knowledge, and integrity are the reason I would consider returning, and why I completed the purchase. Unfortunately, the handling by Jonathan and Andrea left a lasting negative impression. The lack of communication, dismissive tone, and unwillingness to resolve the issue turned a great experience into a frustrating one. Every customer should be treated with respect, regardless of appearance; you treat them like a guest in your home. This is my first 1-star review, which shows how strongly I feel. If not for Victor, it would have been zero. I hope this feedback is taken seriously. There is a strong foundation here, but leadership and customer handling need significant improvement. Please do better.
