Ana came up with a beautiful design and we couldn't be happier with the results. She really helped guide us and worked with us to help our vision come to life. She was patient with my indecisiveness but helped us keep our project moving. We're out of their usual location range and couldn't work with their contractors, so I think because of that some of the communication was challenging between designer and contractor. (It seems like they work pretty seamlessly with Builder Boy!) So while that was challenging at times, the end result is one I know I couldn't have done without Ana's skilled eye and access to beautiful materials I didn't even know existed. I had 3 different companies visit my residence to share their offerings, receive recommendations, and obtain quotes. One was low-priced, but after their visit, left me with no confidence in their knowledge and abilities. Another company provided helpful consultation and nice offerings but at a ridiculously high price. I then called Liberty. Steve, their salesman, was knowledgeable and helpful in providing us with solutions that met all our expectations and for a reasonable price. Within 2 weeks, my shades were delivered and installed. Oscar and Creek came fully prepared for our installation and did an excellent job. They were courteous and professional. I love my new shades and am extremely satisfied with Liberty Home Products. It's not often these days to find a company that provides this level of service and value.

Sooo it's 2024 and we decided to get the 4 1/2"shutters in the rest of the house. We got the first…read more3.5" shutters in the bedroom and bathroom back in 2018. After finally getting "new construction" windows installed, we decided to go with larger 4 1/2" shutters. We were so nervous because not many people get that size, but we decided to go for it and boy do we love them! Everyone that comes over says our home has a "beachy vibe" with the large shutters. They look so nice with our painless windows! We only had one issue with the 2018 shutters in the bathroom rusting. ISD said to order the waterproof replacement would run us $650 for a small window but that seems a bit too much. ISD brought a new rustless magnet and made it look a lot better. Overall we are very happy with the way the new large shutters turned out, and happy with how the older 3 1/2" held up in the bedroom.

She was paid to take care of everything and she did not have everything finalized til 30 min after the party had started and if we hadn't frantically helped her I don't think she would have been able to finish until 2 hours after the party started with how much work we did. When later confronted about the issue she just made excuses and offered no solution or partial refund for her horrible services. The next day she didn't even clean up she just left a huge mess in our clubhouse. If you want a stress free party planning experience please take your business elsewhere. Kelly will just give you a headache. She should subtract 3,699 from her company name to portray what her party planning services are really like!

Kelly never once made it clear through our thumbtack communications that she "was not necessarily a party planner" nor when we spoke on the phone or during our meeting at the venue. I initially explained in specific detail what I needed and what I was looking for in a party planner and she confirmed she does everything I mentioned I needed for my event. In fact, she was extremely interested in the potential job and told me she does make her own floral arrangements and ballon bouquets and stressed upon the fact that she arrives the day of the event to have everything done on time. We then proceeded to make arrangements to meet at the venue. Once we met at the venue she was thrilled about the venue and venue location. She had ideas of her own about how she would decorate the venue, but would use my own ideas, such as my choice of flowers, colors and balloons for the graduation party and areas where I wanted to place the decorations. She promised that she would personally be making all of the floral arrangements and ballon bouquets and would bring them to the venue the day of my event. She took it upon herself to bring some of the balloons to the venue the night before the event and ended up losing the balloons in the air by not holding onto them tightly, and on the day of my event, she was scrambling to buy more balloons and also brought dead flowers in boxes that still needed to be arranged in vases ... flowers that I did NOT choose. I had to personally put the floral arrangements together as well as help assist her housekeeper to put all of the balloon bouquets together. I have several relatives and friends who witnessed that the venue was no where near being completed and therefore also helped decorate. My event began an hour late due to her poor planning and disorganization. Yelp provides the opportunity for customers to share their own personal experiences and I do appreciate and consider reading reviews to avoid experiences such as this.
