I've worked in this industry for awhile now, and I'm truly surprised there aren't more reviews on this page. I've worked with Sana and her princesses countless times, and each and every experience has been nothing short of extraordinary. The princesses are always professional, on time, appropriate, and amazingly talented. They provide awesome and entertaining activities; face painting, story time trivia, princess training, and they even sing the songs from the movies! If you need a princess for your party; Crowned Princess Parties is absolutely, 100% the way to go.

I contacted this rental company based a recommendation from my fiance's cousin since they used this…read morecompany for my sister-in-law's wedding. We needed to rent tables, chairs, and 2 different size pipe & drapes for our tea ceremony. I called the company on July 12 because their website was a little confusing. I didn't know where to write what size pipe and drape we wanted. The person who answered the phone just said "Hello?" so I wasn't sure if I was calling the right place at first. I asked if it was One Call Events, and they said yes. I asked my question, and they told me to request a quote via email. I wrote out and sent the email to them immediately after I hung up with them. I provided links to the items I wanted to rent along with how many of each, as well as measurements for the pipe & drapes I wanted. I also provided the date of delivery, date of the event, and date of pickup. I didn't hear back, so I called them one week later on July 19. The woman who answered said she had read my email and would reply with a quote in the next one to two days. I waited, and still no reply. I finally sent another email on July 24 to follow up on my quote request. I received a reply back exactly 30 minutes later asking for the delivery/pickup dates that I needed (I had included it in the original email) and if we needed linens as well. I wrote back to let them know the delivery/pickup dates and that we do not need linens. I did receive a response to my email. I finally called once again on 7/26 and spoke to a woman who remembered my name and my email, and she pulled it up while I was on the phone. She told me that they were out of the white chiavari chairs and only had gold & clear left. I said clear chairs. Shortly after I finally received the quote. It only took 2 weeks, 3 phone calls, and 2 emails. I might have gone with this rental company, however based on how unprofessional they were when I was only requesting a quote, I took my business elsewhere. How can I trust them to actually show up and deliver the rented items if they can't even get me a quote without me calling and emailing them multiple times? The company I went with literally responded the very next day after I requested a quote, and even called me beforehand to double check some of the details regarding the dimensions of the pipe & drapes. Not only that, they had the chairs I wanted: SILVER chiavari chairs!! I didn't want white, I only settled because One Call Events doesn't carry silver. AND the other company is cheaper by about $258. Bottom line, DON'T GO WITH ONE CALL EVENTS!!

When you hire a company for an event as important as a wedding, you expect the absolute best from your vendors. To clarify, the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because yes the set up was beautiful and we had no problem with the guys that came to physically put up the rental tents. They were great, they worked really hard, this is not about them. This is specifically towards Darlene, the company coordinator/manager/owner. Darlene was quick to respond when it came to taking your money. But after the payment was made, she went MIA. She wouldn't answer several calls and texts for days. "Sorry we are really busy", no that's no excuse to not be available to a paid client especially when there are issues/questions. The day before the event, instead of showing face and apologizing for the bad communication she sends her young attitude-filled teenage daughter instead to coordinate the guys setting up. We paid for the tents with fabric, wedding chairs, table runners etc and guess what? The wedding chair cushions were DIRTY. I bring this to the attention of Darlene's daughter and she very dismissively says, "I'll bring some more tomorrow". Fine, as long as they are replaced. Darlene's daughter leaves before the set up is complete, and we realize that they did not bring the table runners. We call and text Miss teenage attitude, no answer. The set up guys claim "maybe this fabric left behind is supposed to be the table runner", but after inspecting it we realize the dirty and torn fabric is actually for the tents not the tables. Again, tried to contact Darlene to advise her that our items are missing. No answer. She finally calls the day of the wedding and claims the fabric is the table runner. No it isn't! The fabric was clearly for the tents not the tables. And she says they will not be coming back to replace the dirty seat cushions. SO UNPROFESSIONAL! She did reimburse for the missing/dirty items but that doesn't change the fact that the items were delivered like that, terrible service and that the communication was almost zero. You can imagine how this made the bride feel on her big day. I do NOT recommend this company, they will give you a headache, stress, anxiety over bad communication and deliver dirty items.. or just not deliver some items altogether! Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else.

María Teresa Diaz was accommodating, and her attention to detail helped ease any concern I had about the party. The hall ,chairs ,tables and the kitchen were all included in the rental of the plaza. Roman Was helpful the day of the event in setting up, answering questions and assisting with any issues we had during the event. The Fountain was flowing beautifully, the lights that they have are bright and gave off enough light for the party. I was able to add sheers, and chandeliers to add a touch of romance. The set up fee for decorations is very reasonable at $15 an hour. I highly recommend this location , The venue is unique gives a old world feeling to your celebration. Perfect for food, dancing, celebration and enjoying some spirits. Thank you for a successful celebration.

If I could I would give them 4.5 stars…read more Held my wife's 40th birthday party here last night. The event was a success and the venue was the perfect setting. When you rent here they give you the hall and plaza. The event was at night so they turned on their fountain and the outdoor lights. The facility does have a kitchen with ice maker, freezer, refrigerator, sink etc. We didn't need to prepare any food but the kitchen looks equipped to do so. They had tables and chairs included in the rental fee. They did require that we hire security which increased the cost of renting the facility. We had no need for security and I would recommend that they reevaluate this requirement depending on the event. They should require a larger deposit and if there are any issues the deposit could be forfeited. They did allows us great access to set up the venue for our party and gave us the freedom to decorate the place as we wanted. Tip: you need to be persistent to get a hold of the people who operate the venue. I assume they are mostly volunteers and you need to remember this if they don't call you back in a timely manner. I would recommend that you call them early and make sure you follow up with them if you don't hear back.

I would usually see the same entertainers in children's party and I realized that I've never seen a magician at any of them. Booking was easy via email and his prices/packages are listed on the website. I had about 15-20 kids at my party and he did such an AMAZING job entertaining both children and adults! I went with 45 min magic show, 20 min balloon twist, and 20 min bubble show. Even though it was raining that day, Dave was very accommodating and communicated with me the different options for a bubble show in case he can't do it outside. He still made it happen and the kids had so much fun popping gigantic bubbles in the rain. I also appreciated how Dave's magic show was age appropriate with the smaller kids but still catered to the adults with a few magic tricks. I few weeks before the wedding, she came to both venues and sat down to talk with us about the wedding details and what we were going for so that she could best prepare for it. She brought the perfect amount of staff to handle both events, and everything went so smoothly with the help of her team! Everything was on time and stayed really organized throughout the night. My family and other vendors did not have to do anything before or after because Shilpa's team took care of a lot of the cleanup (i.e. making sure gift box got into the right hands, putting away pictures and goodies that were at each table, etc.). My husband and our friends took pictures on the wedding day a few hours before the wedding, and Dirsha (one of Shilpa's team members) handled everything! From driving me around from location to location, to keeping me relaxed, to making sure everyone that was suppose to be part of the pictures was there, to coordinating the whole effort....I could not have done that without her help. Communication: Throughout the entire process, Abby and her team were consistently on top of communication.
