I definitely would not have my sanity if it weren't for Abby and her incredible team! I found Abby and her wedding planning company from tiktok when I was looking into wedding venues and totally loved her vibe and how experienced she was in working with Ebell Long Beach. I'm from Seattle, so I knew I needed a team to handle a lot of the small details that I was going to overlook or was unfamiliar with. Even though we were long distance, working with the team was a breeze because they were so responsive through emails and our monthly meetings. On top of being long distance, we tasked her with planning our wedding in 6 months! Whenever we wanted to add an idea to the wedding, Abby and her team reassured us it could be done and within our budget/expectations. The team was also great at pulling vendors that I had no idea where to start looking at (rentals, florals, makeup, DJ) to make sure it fit our wedding aesthetic and vibe Abby and her team really went above and beyond to make the process as smooth and stress free as possible, they were really like my own little fairies the day of our wedding (:

We found Sugar Plum & co on Instagram and instantly fell in love with their aesthetic. After our initial consultation, we decided to hire them for design services and as our "day of" coordinator. From the start, Krammer and Amanda were very friendly, detail oriented, and extremely organized. While creating our mood board, Krammer and Amanda diligently took notes and made edits to match our vision. This was very helpful and gave me a more clear picture of what I wanted our ceremony/reception to look like. At our mock meeting, we were shown so many beautiful options for florals and table decor that I was a little overwhelmed at first. But Krammer's process of narrowing down each item was so helpful. At the end of the mock meeting, I was excited to see each of the details we had selected on the tables at our wedding! Logistics wise, Sugar Plum provided suggested vendors and helpful pointers while we were making important decisions. They made sure to cover every detail to get a full picture of what we wanted throughout our wedding day. At our run through, Amanda and Krammer were great at communicating with our wedding party about their roles in the ceremony and helped our officiant (family friend) work out final kinks in his script. On the day of our wedding, everything ran smoothly and literally could not have been more perfect! When we arrived at the venue, Amanda and Krammer had communicated clearly with our wedding party and vendors that questions/concerns should be taken to them and not us(bride and groom). This really allowed us to enjoy our day, stress free! Amanda gave us timeline updates and was great about getting our people in the right locations. We are so grateful to have had such an amazing team to help us plan and coordinate our wedding. They went above and beyond to make sure our day was magical, and it truly was! It's been 3 months since our wedding, and I am still day dreaming about our perfect day.

If I could give Abby and Krammer a million stars I would. To say they know what they're doing is a complete understatement. These fairies set the wedding standard for getting shit done, being hella responsive and most of all, calming a crazy ass bride down during an unprecedented pandemic, all with class! I first hired Abby back in 2019 when I was planning my wedding for May of 2020 in ARIZONA (what the hell was I thinking). I was going for a desert chic vibe and I'm SO glad that didn't pan out..for a handful reasons. At the time, we ended up postponing our desert wedding to September 2020 (that was when I was an idiot and thought COVID would disappear in 2 months.) Since COVID didn't disappear overnight and Arizona was becoming increasingly unsafe, we decided to move our wedding BACK to California. So Abby and her team had to email all my Arizona vendors, try to get our money back (which miracle, she did!) and also find new vendors in Long Beach for our September 2021 wedding. Lo and behold, AND THEN, we decided to just cancel the wedding altogether and elope (I know, I hate me too lol). Again, thank you Abby and her team for dealing with all of our vendors and getting most of our money back! So fast forward, Abby now only had a few months to plan an elopement that we decided on a whim. To add the cherry on top, I wanted to elope in a random ass place in central california called Cambria - which neither of us have ever been. So she had to find florals, decor and all the pretty stuff in a matter of a few weeks! The day came and went and it was the most perfect day ever . Abby and her team scouted our ceremony location right by the cliffs overlooking the water (STUNNING). She transformed our hotel patio into a beautiful reception area for dinner (A++++). She coordinated with the hotel to provide plates and cutlery (SO SMART). And She even brought stakes to hang string lights!! Krammer worked her magic and found some grass or weeds (lol) and used them to tie the dinner napkins (GENIUS). This is all to say that if you've gotten this far and read this post, you have to book Sugar Plum & Co for your wedding. Being a bride is hard, but having Abby and her team by your side will make it that much easier. You won't regret it!

Let's start by saying we absolutely loved Abby and the Sugar Plum team and would 100% recommend them to anyone who is planning a wedding! We had an outdoor, garden wedding in July 2023 in Pasadena, CA, and started working with Abby in May 2022. - Planning - From the very beginning, Abby and her team were able to help us prioritize what we really wanted, which was quality time with our guests. The advice they gave was on point every single time and informed by years worth of experience in the industry. Abby and the Sugar Plum team were so accommodating throughout the entire process. Some context is my father passed away while we were planning for our first wedding date, and her team gracefully and seamlessly rebooked all of our vendors. The peace of mind they provided for me in knowing they took care of everything is truly a gift I'll forever be grateful for. Design - Abby and the Sugar Plum team were the best in helping us with design. We were going with an airy, light, warm, and classic garden aesthetic and they were able to curate a moodboard that perfectly captured the vibe we were going for while also leaving room for custom requests. We deeply appreciated their excitement to include elements that were personal to us, like an introvert corner and custom shot glasses of our cat. Their vendor list was so helpful to identify LA-based folks and most of those we worked with came off of Abby's list! Day Of - Abby and her team were phenomenal on the day of our wedding! They were organized, prepared, and attentive to our needs! We appreciated that they were able to keep us on pace throughout the entire day with gentle reminders and 5-minute warnings. They had great communication all day with our other vendors and with our wedding party. Overall, invest in your future selves and hire Abby and her team. The care and energy they poured into us and our special day is nothing short of phenomenal. Even though your guests are there to celebrate with you, Abby and her team are there to make the day truly magical and allow you to actually enjoy the day that you deserve. We can't say it enough but we love Abby and the Sugar Plum fairies and 100% recommend them. #InAbbyWeTrust

My husband and I cannot say thank you enough to the Sugarplum Team for all the hard work they put into making our day so special. It was exactly as we both dreamed it would be and Sugarplum was such a huge part of that. Everything went so smoothly and it allowed us to just enjoy the day. I would say that I (as a bride and person) am extremely particular and the aesthetic of the wedding was so so so important to me!! Abby and Krammer were so patient with me, presented amazing design ideas and connected me with so many great and talented vendors to get the vision together! I cannot recommend the sugarplum team enough. The entire team has such a way of making you feel calm, supported, and hyped up. Our wedding truly was everything and more than I had imagined it to be. I had my wedding during the beginnings of Covid, so it was rescheduled twice, and the process of rescheduling was a breeze with Krammer and Abbys support and organization skills. Their design, vision, and teamwork is a well oiled machine. Please do not sleep on getting a planner, they are the best at what they do, but as overall people they are truly incredible.

My husband (Jeremy) and I had our wedding 2 weeks ago in San Diego. We are so grateful and appreciative for Abby, Krammer, Nancy and the rest of the team for all the help and work they put into our wedding. They were all so kind and PATIENT with us through the entire process, specifically the wedding homework. They were very flexible when it came to scheduling zoom meetings. We know it wasn't easy to find a time around both our hectic work schedules, but they somehow made it work. They would promptly email back our vendors and made sure they stayed in the loop with everything. They were very efficient with the timeline. After looking at it, I knew we had nothing to worry about and that Jeremy and I could enjoy our wedding day. Everything ran so smoothly. They made sure we had plenty of time for dessert and dancing, and they also made sure we were well fed (: Also, mama Krammer fixed my veil and made sure I looked beautiful before I walked down the aisle. They are freaking miracle workers. Mind you, most of the decor for the wedding my husband and I bought so none of the team had seen any of it. Despite that fact, they were able to use all of it and bring our vision to life right on the spot-- better than anything we could have imagined. We can't thank them enough! Also, shoutout to Amanda who carried my heels so I could walk in my chanclas, as she protected us (bride, groom, and bridal party) while we walked around the building to the entrance of the venue. Shoutout to Kalista for helping with the decorations for my bachelorette. Obviously a huge thank you to Abby for creating a company that can turn what once was a little girl's dream to reality. None of this would've been achievable without her existence! PLEASE. PLEASE. PLEASE. Do yourself a favor and make sure that Sugarplum & Co. is the first thing you book as soon as you get engaged. Their expertise and professionalism is yet to be beat! You won't regret it. These angels will make your wedding dreams come true!

Where do I begin, I am so happy that we hired Abby as our Wedding Coordinator and day of Wedding decorator. She is super sweet, professional, and is super talented. From our first consultation I knew Abby was going to be our Wedding Coordinator. My Wedding was stress free all because of Abby. She went above and beyond, the call of duty. Abby walks you through everything and she's always there for you if you have any questions or concerns. She's super caring! Hiring Abby and her team was the best decision ever!! I highly recommend Abby and her team. Our wedding was absolutely beautiful all because of Abby and her team. Sugar Plum & Co. was the first wedding vendor I hired because I knew they were little fairies creating wedding magic. From the start they were amazing and organized. They helped me get prepared for our original wedding date in May. When our original wedding was cancelled by the venue, Abby helped me sort out my emotions and come up with a Plan B and C. The team helped me as I struggled to find new dates and vendors. Our wedding day finally happened on 11/14/20. Krammer helped me with the overall vision of the day. On the day of, Krammer and Laura went above and beyond for us. Krammer helped me with some stressful last minute hiccups. Krammer and Laura were extremely attentive, organized, caring, and made our wedding look straight out of a magazine. First off, on behalf of every person who has ever had the opportunity to work with Sugar Plum & Co, more specifically Abby and Krammer, I think we could all agree and state as FACT that they are the best in the game. Where do we begin? This is a question you ask yourself when there's just so many amazing things to talk about that you don't even know where to start.. so I guess I'll start from the beginning. We were living in FL at the time and planning a CA wedding so finding a wedding coordinator to help us plan such a huge event from across the country was almost a requirement. While they were a dream to work with, I'm not sure you could say the same about us. Not because we were difficult, but because we were probably one of the most indecisive couple they ever encountered. With that being said, they were patient with us, worked with us, and pushed us to get things done. They set up monthly check-ins, gave us "homework" and to-do lists, and made sure we were on track. If you need the extra push, they're right there for you! After months and months of back and forth through emails and facetime calls our day finally arrived. They always assured us that their top priority was making sure we had a stress-free and smooth running wedding and they definitely delivered. Fast-forward to our wedding day - I could literally cry at how perfect everything was orchestrated. Even if there was any last minute changes or hiccups I definitely had no idea because they handled everything with grace and professionalism. I had a vision for my wedding day but I could honestly say that none of it would have been possible without Abby and her team. Their guidance throughout the whole wedding planning process, helped our wedding day to unfold as perfectly as it did. They were everything and more that I could have asked for in wedding coordinators and I could confidently say they go above and beyond your expectations. Ultimately, I could confidently say that investing in Abby, Krammer, and the rest of the Sugar Plum team was THE single best decision we could have made for our wedding day. We got tons and tons of compliments on how organized and smooth our wedding ran and this was because of them! Honestly, looking back at months of planning and preparation, I don't know how we would have ever managed to pull it off. The key to a successful wedding is pre-wedding preparation and I definitely believe that Sugar Plum and Co works tirelessly to make it happen. From contacting all our vendors, making timelines, setting aside hors d'oeuvre to make sure we had snacks, to making sure our families (and parents) were taken care of... the whole shabang, you think of it, they do it! Having had the opportunity to work with them, there is no one else I would recommend!!! Team Sugar Plum and Co all the way!

500 person wedding. Yes, you heard that right. I had the honor of working with Abby, Krammer and the Sugar Plum crew last month on a huge Indonesian outdoor wedding and it was absolutely beautiful. As a wedding photographer, knowing that it will be a huge wedding can be a little scary if it is not executed properly. Well let me tell you this. I kept saying at the end of the day and after the wedding that I couldn't believe how smoothly and EASY it was. And that would not have been possible without Sugar Plum. They are professional, honest, THE BEST at what they do, have a great creative eye and can make all of your wedding pinterest dreams come to life! I had the pleasure of working with Abby as I planned my wedding at Serendipity and I am so beyond thrilled that I somehow stumbled across her account on Instagram and decided to reach out. BEFORE I even hired her, we exchanged multiple emails, she made herself available for numerous phone calls, and she even provided a detailed break down of how much I'd be looking at spending on decor as I debated renting or buying decorations. She knows her stuff, goes above and beyond and is so genuine you feel like you're talking to an old friend - I knew she was the perfect person to hire as my decorator! The day of the wedding, she had her sleeves rolled up - peeling the price tags off my decor (oops!) and taking apart my bridesmaids' bouquets and repurposing them as small, beautiful touches around my reception area. I'm a little sad that it's over as that means I don't get to work with Abby and her team anymore, but am hoping another bride stumbles across this review and discovers this gem of a team so they can experience what I did! Abby and her team are absolutely rockstars! We had our wedding 2 weeks ago at Serendipity and Abby and her team did an absolutely amazing job with the decor. Part of the reason we found our venue was because Abby had done such an amazing walk through on TikTok of the venue and decor options. Because we live in Toronto and we got married in California we knew it would be important to find someone to bring our vision to life for our wedding! Sugarplum's Instagram alone just gives you a glimpse on how talented the entire team is! We met with Abby a few months before our wedding and we told her what our theme/vision was. Her and her team are super organized and make the entire planning process really easy. I'm so happy with how everything turned out - from our welcome table, signage, and reception tables - Abby and her team care about the small details and really know how to bring your vision to life. I highly recommend Abby and her team for your wedding! They never disappoint and are just so talented and really care about what they do! :)

At the event, we needed audio and visual to present information and Keith did an incredible job setting everything up. It made the whole evening run so smoothly & my life easier! The servers were equally amazing--attentive, friendly, and on top of everything all night. They made everyone feel welcomed and taken care of, which made such a difference in the overall atmosphere. And the food... absolutely amazing! Every dish was delicious, beautifully presented, and a huge hit with our guests. If you're looking for a venue that delivers exceptional service, outstanding food, and an unforgettable experience, Celebrations Venue is it. My clients/customers LOVED everything about this luxury experience and have still been giving me compliments. Highly recommend!

I'm tempted to not write a review of this place. When you all find out about it, you will all crowd…read moreme out and I won't be able to get a seat here anymore. You may refer to this place as Celebrations, but it's really Dominico's place. Dominico had a vision for this place, and this place represents his vision for the ideal restaurant. This is a supper club from a calmer, more centered time. Red's the color of the day here, and it's a cool and witty red, the color of crushed velvet and drunken aging starlets. Dominico has gone to some trouble to make the place sweet and inviting without being stuffy. The portions are large here. Dominico believes strongly in his chef, and his chef love short ribs, so that's what I had. There was some depth of flavor in them, but there were just a little fatty for my personal taste. That is not a reflection of the cook or the restaurant; I simply don't love short rib as much as some people do, But I don't regret trying it. Anyway, although the food is good to very good, and the ambiance is exquisite, none of that is the reason you're coming to Dominico's. The reason you're coming to Dominico's, is because the owner himself will seat you and chat you up, and that he'll get on stage with his musician buddies, and he'll sing your favorite lounge lizard hits from the 1950s,'60s, and '70s. Now you're not here because Dominico has the best singing voice in all of Orange County. You are here because Dominico clearly loves his beautiful restaurant, and he loves his beautiful food, and he loves to sing for you. And the effect, as you're drinking red wine and sitting with your lovely date, is absolutely sublime. This is an Italian restaurant, serving American style portions, where the owner is singing love songs in Spanish from the 1970s. This place is absurdly charming, and only the prissiest of the purists could not love it dearly.

We followed up to see what wedding planning packages she had and safe to say this was the best decision made. Eliza, Tammy + Team provided the full service for our wedding. We hired them for planning, design, coordination, rentals, and florals and it made life so much easier. I had the best experience with Eliza and team with our weekly meetings for a few months to align on all the details. She understand and appreciated our mixed cultural background and how we wanted to incorporate elements of this for a Persian and Vietnamese wedding. I have always heard wedding planning to be stressful but safe to say my experience was the best and the day of the wedding went beautifully. Nothing ever goes to plan and I'm really happy Eliza and her team are experienced enough to adjust to last minutes changes such as guest no shows, etc. She captured our vision perfectly and I'm already thinking of future events I would plan with Bel Events again!

Horrible experience, stay away!…read more This is a review for Eliza at BEL Events for her wedding planning services. We met Eliza at our venue 8 month before our wedding date. During the first session she presented herself well, and she talked and bragged a lot about her 18 yrs of experience in event planning and stories about how she handles wedding situations. So, we thought she is the right event planner for us and signed a contract. After signing the contract and making the payment, she was very hard to find and we did not see the expected action from her side, and every time we followed up, her response was: "don't worry I will manage everything before the wedding day". We were asking for the basics of planning such as timeline, vendor recommendations (a few to choose from) and communications (which was part of the contract) but not no action except a quote of her own rental service. We were getting closer to the wedding date and her lack of action made us so worried and very frustrated. Eventually we had to get involved and did almost 90% of the work ourselves. She was very hard to find but even when we could talk to her, she would create more unnecessary problems to an extant that my wife had panic attacks after a few meetings we had with her. 2 month before our wedding she caused so much anxiety and frustration that we decided to end our contract with her and find another planner. Thankfully, our new planner was amazing and our Wedding planning went very smooth after that, and the event was as wonderful as we could imagine! With way lower cost than what Eliza had proposed! After I requested to cancel the contract she disappeared and never responded to our emails, which is very unprofessional. Here is a list of a few issues from our experience of working with here: 1- Accessibility: every time we had a question or needed to talk to her, it was taking several days until she gets back to us. With irrelevant excuses, like she would show me her busy google calendar! 2- Push to use her own services as vendors: Per her contract she had to suggest different vendors so we can choose. But since she has rental and flower services, she was arguing so much to stop us from even looking at other options! She charges unnecessarily expensive! By doing a little research, we found our vendors and saved at least 50% with same or better quality! 3- Nonsense arguments and rude attitude: In many occasions she was just insisting on holding the event the way SHE wants, without paying attention to our request or desire. Every time we requested something, her answer was: "I don't want MY event to be that way or I don't want MY guests to be that way"!!! With a condescending attitude emphasizing that "I have 18 yrs of experience and I know what to do"!!! Any simple request would become a long story and unnecessary argument. In one occasion my wife requested that guests throw flower petals while walking out of aisle, and she immediately said: "No!, you can't do that, I don't want my cleaning crew spend time on cleaning the petals"!!!! In another occasion Eliza was insisting on only using her recommended valet service (which was quoting more than double the price of the service we eventually used) and on top of it she was forcing us to rent extra parking lot out of venue and pay extra for shuttle service!!!! I was cleaning my room at my parents house and came across Natalie's card and put it in my purse. 3 months later, Matt proposed on a Saturday and the following Monday I called Natalie and booked her. First and foremost, Natalie is an angel on this planet. Wedding planning is so stressful and I never had to worry about a single thing, she went above and beyond to make sure I was not stressed and happy. She is more than just our wedding planner and over the 3 years we planned my wedding (thanks covid...), she became my friend and someone who I adore Second, when going down this road, I think trusting your planner/wedding team is extremely important to make sure the process is seamless and smooth. I can tell you that without a doubt, I trust Natalie and her team implicitly! I trusted them so much that I let them run free on the design for my wedding and I could not have been happier! Everything was perfect and so gorgeous- from the table design to the flowers, everything was flawless and it was so amazing to watch her vision come to life. She knew my budget, yet continued to ask questions through email. Finally, she gives me the quote of $10-$15k for a wedding next year (saying pricing will go up next year) and if its something i am still interested in. Wow, knowing where my budget is, which was less than $3k, and you know your asking is triple that, is so unprofessional. This is not accommodating to new clients or at all helpful. If you plan to have a wedding with a $10-$15k budget in mind then this might be your type of vendor but if you're asking for really minimal details for $3k, and they don't just say "sorry our services are over your budget" then they don't care or respect your needs. These days, customer service should be catered to what you can provide for the client. If you can't make it work, then just simply let the client know. Do not waste their time with back n forth email. Some of us don't understand what you're saying in email and a clearer communication shows you care enough to explain it.

With our venues in mind (our local public park for the ceremony, a patio at our HOA's community center for the reception, and an after party at our home) and only 6 months until our selected wedding date, we went to Leilani Social to ask if they could help us make it happen. Kim was assigned as our coordinator, and took the challenge in stride. Another team member worked with us and Kim as a designer, and soon they helped us develop a cohesive vision and start thinking about the logistics, securing vendors, and making the many dozens of small but critical decisions to make our wedding day feel like us. Kim met with us many times leading up to the wedding date, coordinated all of the vendor communications by email, and always made time to address our questions and concerns--no detail was too small. She helped coach us through selecting rentals and the minute-by-minute plan for the day, and when we needed to pivot last minute to doing DIY flowers to save money, she supported us through that, too! This review would end up the length of a novel if I tried to cover everything, but just to give a couple examples: Kim helped us design custom drink menus for our reception, found alternatives for glassware and decor when we found out we couldn't have glass or open flame at our venue, and made sure we got a refund from our rental company for the few small items that were missing (which we of course, never even knew about because the Leilani Squad just handled it!). The day before the wedding, Kim met with us and our bridal party to run an efficient and helpful rehearsal, exuding competence and kindness while making sure everyone was ready for the next day. On the wedding day, four amazing Leilani Social team members were present to make it all happen. My day as bride started with a sound bath hosted by one of Leilani's wellness vendors (the wonderful Stephanie with Soul Sounds Alchemy) for myself and my bridesmaids. To be completely honest, I was a bit skeptical at first (especially since it meant we'd have to start our day earlier) but it ended up being so lovely and grounding (thank you, Danielle and Stephanie!). My "lady-in-waiting," Lulu, was amazing, and she spent the whole morning with us, keeping us on track time-wise and helping with all of the little things that came up, like steaming the skirt of my dress. Kim worked tirelessly to transform our blank canvas venues into the magical settings we had envisioned together for ceremony and reception. Arriving at the spaces and seeing our vision realized was an amazing experience. But as bride and groom, our hope was to truly be in the moment and enjoy the day, and Kim, Danielle, and the rest of the Leilani Squad made that possible. They took care of everything, arranging our many DIY elements, receiving each of our many vendors, making sure our guests got from one place to another, and responding to the inevitable hiccups so that the two of us could just enjoy each other, our guests, and our beautiful celebration. As a note, Kim was the last to leave the reception site hours after we did, making sure everything was in top shape and transporting extra drinks and supplies to our nearby home for the after party. She was a champion, and went above and beyond for us. It was truly the best day of our lives, and truly wouldn't have been possible without Kim and the Leilani Squad.
