We truly cannot say enough amazing things about the Sugarplum & Co. team. If you're looking for a wedding coordinator or planner, we highly, highly recommend working with this team! We had been engaged for over a year before we really started planning and honestly had no idea where to begin. We had all the basic questions -- How do you set a realistic budget? What do things actually cost? Is the wedding we're envisioning even feasible? We spoke with several planners, and Abby immediately stood out. From our very first conversation, she was incredibly helpful, kind, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us. Even before we officially started working together, there were so many green flags. Choosing Abby and her team was a complete no-brainer. We planned our wedding in under a year, and Abby, Amanda, Kat, and the entire Sugarplum & Co. team were incredible every step of the way. They gave us the tools, resources, guidance, confidence, and reassurance we needed to bring our vision to life. You may know what you want your wedding to look and feel like, but having experts by your side who know what works, what's realistic, and how to bring it all together is invaluable. Their expertise also goes far beyond the creative side of planning. From budgets and vendors to reviewing contracts, asking the right questions, and making sure we were setting ourselves up for success, they were an incredible resource. There are so many things you simply don't know to look for when you've never planned a wedding before, and we always felt like we were in such good hands. Most importantly, they genuinely care. They helped guide us through decisions big and small while always making sure the wedding felt like us. We had so much fun working with them -- from the planning calls and walkthroughs to mock-ups and the wedding weekend itself. With their help, we were able to truly enjoy the process and ultimately bring such a special weekend to life. The Sugarplum & Co. team is knowledgeable, talented, smart, savvy, and genuinely some of the sweetest people to work with. We couldn't have been happier with our experience and would recommend them in a heartbeat. Thank you, Abby, Amanda, Kat, and the entire Sugarplum & Co. team, for helping us create such an incredible and unforgettable wedding weekend. We are forever grateful! xo read more

Abby is an absolute rockstar wedding planner! Where do we even start? From our very first call with Abby, we knew she was different. She wasn't just trying to sell us a package - she genuinely wanted to get to know us as a couple, our story, and the kind of vibe we wanted our wedding to have. That first impression stuck with us. Over the next two years of planning, Abby and her team brought our ideas to life and helped to make our dream wedding a reality. Design: We told Abby we wanted an "East Meets West" theme that blended our cultures in a way that felt modern and elegant, a tough balance that could've easily come off as cheesy in if executed poorly. But Abby nailed it of course, her design sense is unreal. From color palettes and floral choices to the way she tied together modern décor with cultural elements, everything was cohesive and elevated. She has an incredible eye for detail and always found creative, out-of-the-box ways to make our ideas work. The end result was a wedding that felt truly felt like us! Communication: Throughout the entire process, Abby and her team were consistently on top of communication. She kept us updated between meetings, sent friendly reminders, and made sure we were always aligned on next steps. It's easy for things to slip through the cracks when planning something this big, but Abby kept everything organized and stress-free. We never once felt out of the loop, she was always calm, professional, and genuinely fun to talk to. Vendor Management: Abby's vendor management skills are next level. She has deep connections and knows everyone in the wedding world. When we needed vendors for flowers, desserts, or décor, she already had a curated list of the best options with pros and cons ready for us. Some of our vendors were booked more than a year in advance, but Abby and her team were always on top of follow-ups, contracts, and logistics. By the time the big day arrived, every vendor was perfectly coordinated. It really felt like we had assembled the Avengers of wedding vendors! Working Style: We can't say enough about how enjoyable it was to work with Abby and her team. They're so friendly, positive, and genuinely care about their couples. You can tell they love what they do and that they actually enjoy working together - it felt like they were more of friends than coworkers. Whenever unexpected hiccups came up (and they always do in wedding planning), Abby handled them with grace and a sense of humor. She's done hundreds of weddings, so she always had the experience to guide us to make informed decisions. It was so fun working with the entire team and it made the stressful process of wedding planning feel less stressful. Execution: This is where Abby and her team truly shine. Planning is one thing, but executing flawlessly is another and they did it all seamlessly. From coordinating vendors to keeping our timeline on track, they were everywhere and nowhere all at once, putting out fires behind the scenes before we even knew they existed. The day flowed perfectly. At the end of the night, we were blown away to see how they had already packed up all our belongings, made sure our ride was ready, and tied up every little loose end without us lifting a finger. That level of thoughtfulness really showed how much they care. Budget & Financial Management: The truth is weddings are expensive, and it's easy for costs to spiral if you're not careful. Abby was phenomenal at keeping everything organized and transparent. She tracked every expense, set reminders for upcoming milestone payments for vendors, and even handled tipping for all our vendors so we didn't have to stress about it on the big day. What really stood out was her honesty and foresight -- anytime a decision could push us beyond our budget, she proactively flagged it and walked us through the financial trade-offs before we committed. Thanks to her meticulous tracking and planning, there were zero surprises at the end. Everything was clearly outlined and accounted for, which gave us complete peace of mind. In short, Abby and her team are the best in the business. They bring design expertise, organization, and heart to every step of the process. You'll see what we mean once you have the first introductory call with her. She's the kind of planner who truly loves what she does, doesn't settle for anything less than perfect, and it shows in every detail. We highly recommend her for anyone looking for a top class wedding planner! read more

I had the pleasure of meeting Abby and her team at a wedding that I assistant photographed. I remember how organized and professional the entire team carried themselves that night. As my wife and I were planning our wedding we both knew we wanted a team to support and guide us through the planning process. Working with Abby and Amanda definitely made the entire wedding planning process seamless. From our very first meeting they really helped put things into focus and laid out a clear milestones and goals throughout. On the day of our wedding and weeks leading up to it, Abby and Amanda ensured that our decorations and everything came out according to plan. Despite us throwing any changes or last minute requests their way. My wife and I had absolutely nothing to worry about and was able to enjoy our wedding completely stress free. Wow! Where even to begin with this! Wedding planning and coordination was a vendor we were least looking forward to booking. How can you tell the difference between coordinators/planners when the product they produce is so unique and individualized per wedding? But, my partner and I decided we wanted a "rinse and repeat" type of wedding as much as possible to prevent reinventing the wheel. We decided we wanted to go with a "preferred vendor" at our venue, the Ebell Long Beach, to make it as easy for us as process in planning. We spoke to a couple preferred vendors with Ebell LB, but we loved Sugar Plum the best! We loved the special package they designed at Ebell LB. Being an educator at a school, I wanted a vendor who would work with us when I was ready - when school was not in session. Abby and her team began working with us 5 months before our wedding date - the earliest any preferred vendor was willing to work with us! At the 5-month mark, Abby got to work and had us start collecting our contracts from our signed vendors. She set us up on Google Drive, making the organizing of our important files super easy. We then booked our first out of three meeting with her and Amanda, her assistant, to make sure our plans started forming easily. Before scheduling our first meeting (about 3 months before the big day), Abby had us answer all the important questions we needed time to think about: our first dance song, recessional song, bridal party grand entrance song, parent dance songs, how many kids are anticipated to be in attendance, whether our invites had been sent out yet, and many many design questions. Once done, we scheduled our meeting via Zoom (being LA County residents, we wanted to prevent a drive to OC if we didn't need to!). And wow, that meeting was thorough. My parents were able to join in in our first session. By the end of the session, my dad said, "Wow, is she thorough. She thought of everything already." Abby was able to answer my questions about how to get inspo pictures to life, but most important, coaching and guiding me to make me feel I could front the work without any confidence in being a "crafty" or Pinterest-y girl. She told me timelines and followed up with us on a "homework" doc to make sure we met timelines swifty. Abby was available to exchange quick emails, swiftly responding within 24 hours of our inquiry. Again, she made us feel confident we could do this big wedding, having no confidence we could do this from the start. She jumped on scheduling us in for a Ebell LB food tasting. She double tagged that session and completed our final walk-through meeting there for us so we didn't have to drive to Long Beach twice. Lastly, we held our third final meeting through Zoom about a month before our wedding day to make sure our t's were crossed and I's were dotted. We finished up our Homework document, where Abby and Amanda diligently followed up in our doc with questions or answers they received from our vendors on our behalf. Amanda sent us tailored day-of timelines: a detailed timeline for vendors, timelines for the bridesmaids, timelines for the groomsmen, and timelines for family members. It was so helpful to send it digitally to my bridal party, while also being able to print a paper copy for those who prefer paper and throw in the bridal party's gifts :) On the big day, wow, Abby, Amanda, and Kat were on it! First off, Abby texted my maid of honor, my sister (yay for outsourcing and diverting questions away from the bride!!). She texted a checklist to make sure we didn't miss anything. And we diverted a big boo-boo: I left my handwritten letter to my fiancé on our dining room table! A bridesmaid had cardstock on hand and we made an impromptu letter. Crisis averted! Our timeline flowed with great ease, having good pockets of space to feel like we weren't rushed or late at any point of the day. Abby always breezed toward me with ease, making me feel relaxed on a day I didn't get great sleep and had many emotions on everything a big bridal day can do to a bride! The only "boo-boo" was my bustle - despite Abby encouraging my seamstress a special type of bustle she preferred, my seamstress made a complicated, tiny bustle for a grand A-line train dress I had. Abby had Amanda and Kat and my MOH all try to find the bustles under my dress for a good 10 minutes. We came up shy of finding 3 out of 4 buttons - but at least they were able to find what they could. Despite this slight delay, everything else went off without a hitch! Abby answered my family member's nagging questions ("can you get Gram some sandals, her feet are hurting!" or "Abby, where are the cookies" or "Abby, can you find where you put the veil?"). She carried through with such grace and confidence throughout the day. Abby and her team stayed around until the close of the day, where they helped clean up all my items so efficiently. We were done so quickly with much time to spare!t read more

I definitely would not have my sanity if it weren't for Abby and her incredible team! I found Abby and her wedding planning company from tiktok when I was looking into wedding venues and totally loved her vibe and how experienced she was in working with Ebell Long Beach. I'm from Seattle, so I knew I needed a team to handle a lot of the small details that I was going to overlook or was unfamiliar with. Even though we were long distance, working with the team was a breeze because they were so responsive through emails and our monthly meetings. On top of being long distance, we tasked her with planning our wedding in 6 months! Whenever we wanted to add an idea to the wedding, Abby and her team reassured us it could be done and within our budget/expectations. The team was also great at pulling vendors that I had no idea where to start looking at (rentals, florals, makeup, DJ) to make sure it fit our wedding aesthetic and vibe Abby and her team really went above and beyond to make the process as smooth and stress free as possible, they were really like my own little fairies the day of our wedding (: read more

If I could give Abby and Krammer a million stars I would. To say they know what they're doing is a complete understatement. These fairies set the wedding standard for getting shit done, being hella responsive and most of all, calming a crazy ass bride down during an unprecedented pandemic, all with class! I first hired Abby back in 2019 when I was planning my wedding for May of 2020 in ARIZONA (what the hell was I thinking). I was going for a desert chic vibe and I'm SO glad that didn't pan out..for a handful reasons. At the time, we ended up postponing our desert wedding to September 2020 (that was when I was an idiot and thought COVID would disappear in 2 months.) Since COVID didn't disappear overnight and Arizona was becoming increasingly unsafe, we decided to move our wedding BACK to California. So Abby and her team had to email all my Arizona vendors, try to get our money back (which miracle, she did!) and also find new vendors in Long Beach for our September 2021 wedding. Lo and behold, AND THEN, we decided to just cancel the wedding altogether and elope (I know, I hate me too lol). Again, thank you Abby and her team for dealing with all of our vendors and getting most of our money back! So fast forward, Abby now only had a few months to plan an elopement that we decided on a whim. To add the cherry on top, I wanted to elope in a random ass place in central california called Cambria - which neither of us have ever been. So she had to find florals, decor and all the pretty stuff in a matter of a few weeks! The day came and went and it was the most perfect day ever . Abby and her team scouted our ceremony location right by the cliffs overlooking the water (STUNNING). She transformed our hotel patio into a beautiful reception area for dinner (A++++). She coordinated with the hotel to provide plates and cutlery (SO SMART). And She even brought stakes to hang string lights!! Krammer worked her magic and found some grass or weeds (lol) and used them to tie the dinner napkins (GENIUS). This is all to say that if you've gotten this far and read this post, you have to book Sugar Plum & Co for your wedding. Being a bride is hard, but having Abby and her team by your side will make it that much easier. You won't regret it! read more

We found Sugar Plum & co on Instagram and instantly fell in love with their aesthetic. After our initial consultation, we decided to hire them for design services and as our "day of" coordinator. From the start, Krammer and Amanda were very friendly, detail oriented, and extremely organized. While creating our mood board, Krammer and Amanda diligently took notes and made edits to match our vision. This was very helpful and gave me a more clear picture of what I wanted our ceremony/reception to look like. At our mock meeting, we were shown so many beautiful options for florals and table decor that I was a little overwhelmed at first. But Krammer's process of narrowing down each item was so helpful. At the end of the mock meeting, I was excited to see each of the details we had selected on the tables at our wedding! Logistics wise, Sugar Plum provided suggested vendors and helpful pointers while we were making important decisions. They made sure to cover every detail to get a full picture of what we wanted throughout our wedding day. At our run through, Amanda and Krammer were great at communicating with our wedding party about their roles in the ceremony and helped our officiant (family friend) work out final kinks in his script. On the day of our wedding, everything ran smoothly and literally could not have been more perfect! When we arrived at the venue, Amanda and Krammer had communicated clearly with our wedding party and vendors that questions/concerns should be taken to them and not us(bride and groom). This really allowed us to enjoy our day, stress free! Amanda gave us timeline updates and was great about getting our people in the right locations. We are so grateful to have had such an amazing team to help us plan and coordinate our wedding. They went above and beyond to make sure our day was magical, and it truly was! It's been 3 months since our wedding, and I am still day dreaming about our perfect day. read more

Let's start by saying we absolutely loved Abby and the Sugar Plum team and would 100% recommend them to anyone who is planning a wedding! We had an outdoor, garden wedding in July 2023 in Pasadena, CA, and started working with Abby in May 2022. - Planning - From the very beginning, Abby and her team were able to help us prioritize what we really wanted, which was quality time with our guests. The advice they gave was on point every single time and informed by years worth of experience in the industry. Abby and the Sugar Plum team were so accommodating throughout the entire process. Some context is my father passed away while we were planning for our first wedding date, and her team gracefully and seamlessly rebooked all of our vendors. The peace of mind they provided for me in knowing they took care of everything is truly a gift I'll forever be grateful for. Design - Abby and the Sugar Plum team were the best in helping us with design. We were going with an airy, light, warm, and classic garden aesthetic and they were able to curate a moodboard that perfectly captured the vibe we were going for while also leaving room for custom requests. We deeply appreciated their excitement to include elements that were personal to us, like an introvert corner and custom shot glasses of our cat. Their vendor list was so helpful to identify LA-based folks and most of those we worked with came off of Abby's list! Day Of - Abby and her team were phenomenal on the day of our wedding! They were organized, prepared, and attentive to our needs! We appreciated that they were able to keep us on pace throughout the entire day with gentle reminders and 5-minute warnings. They had great communication all day with our other vendors and with our wedding party. Overall, invest in your future selves and hire Abby and her team. The care and energy they poured into us and our special day is nothing short of phenomenal. Even though your guests are there to celebrate with you, Abby and her team are there to make the day truly magical and allow you to actually enjoy the day that you deserve. We can't say it enough but we love Abby and the Sugar Plum fairies and 100% recommend them. #InAbbyWeTrust read more

I would say that I (as a bride and person) am extremely particular and the aesthetic of the wedding was so so so important to me!! Abby and Krammer were so patient with me, presented amazing design ideas and connected me with so many great and talented vendors to get the vision together! I cannot recommend the sugarplum team enough. The entire team has such a way of making you feel calm, supported, and hyped up. Our wedding truly was everything and more than I had imagined it to be. I had my wedding during the beginnings of Covid, so it was rescheduled twice, and the process of rescheduling was a breeze with Krammer and Abbys support and organization skills. Their design, vision, and teamwork is a well oiled machine. Please do not sleep on getting a planner, they are the best at what they do, but as overall people they are truly incredible. read more

My husband (Jeremy) and I had our wedding 2 weeks ago in San Diego. We are so grateful and appreciative for Abby, Krammer, Nancy and the rest of the team for all the help and work they put into our wedding. They were all so kind and PATIENT with us through the entire process, specifically the wedding homework. They were very flexible when it came to scheduling zoom meetings. We know it wasn't easy to find a time around both our hectic work schedules, but they somehow made it work. They would promptly email back our vendors and made sure they stayed in the loop with everything. They were very efficient with the timeline. After looking at it, I knew we had nothing to worry about and that Jeremy and I could enjoy our wedding day. Everything ran so smoothly. They made sure we had plenty of time for dessert and dancing, and they also made sure we were well fed (: Also, mama Krammer fixed my veil and made sure I looked beautiful before I walked down the aisle. They are freaking miracle workers. Mind you, most of the decor for the wedding my husband and I bought so none of the team had seen any of it. Despite that fact, they were able to use all of it and bring our vision to life right on the spot-- better than anything we could have imagined. We can't thank them enough! Also, shoutout to Amanda who carried my heels so I could walk in my chanclas, as she protected us (bride, groom, and bridal party) while we walked around the building to the entrance of the venue. Shoutout to Kalista for helping with the decorations for my bachelorette. Obviously a huge thank you to Abby for creating a company that can turn what once was a little girl's dream to reality. None of this would've been achievable without her existence! PLEASE. PLEASE. PLEASE. Do yourself a favor and make sure that Sugarplum & Co. is the first thing you book as soon as you get engaged. Their expertise and professionalism is yet to be beat! You won't regret it. These angels will make your wedding dreams come true! read more

Abby and her team are seriously top notch. As a wedding photographer, I have a large number of coordinators to choose from who I could choose to put at the top of my list... Sugar Plum & Co. was the first wedding vendor I hired because I knew they were little fairies creating wedding magic. From the start they were amazing and organized. They helped me get prepared for our original wedding date in May. When our original wedding was cancelled by the venue, Abby helped me sort out my emotions and come up with a Plan B and C. The team helped me as I struggled to find new dates and vendors. Our wedding day finally happened on 11/14/20. Krammer helped me with the overall vision of the day. On the day of, Krammer and Laura went above and beyond for us. Krammer helped me with some stressful last minute hiccups. First off, on behalf of every person who has ever had the opportunity to work with Sugar Plum & Co, more specifically Abby and Krammer, I think we could all agree and state as FACT that they are the best in the game. Where do we begin? This is a question you ask yourself when there's just so many amazing things to talk about that you don't even know where to start.. so I guess I'll start from the beginning. We were living in FL at the time and planning a CA wedding so finding a wedding coordinator to help us plan such a huge event from across the country was almost a requirement. While they were a dream to work with, I'm not sure you could say the same about us. Not because we were difficult, but because we were probably one of the most indecisive couple they ever encountered. With that being said, they were patient with us, worked with us, and pushed us to get things done. They set up monthly check-ins, gave us "homework" and to-do lists, and made sure we were on track. If you need the extra push, they're right there for you! After months and months of back and forth through emails and facetime calls our day finally arrived. They always assured us that their top priority was making sure we had a stress-free and smooth running wedding and they definitely delivered. Fast-forward to our wedding day - I could literally cry at how perfect everything was orchestrated. Even if there was any last minute changes or hiccups I definitely had no idea because they handled everything with grace and professionalism. I had a vision for my wedding day but I could honestly say that none of it would have been possible without Abby and her team. Their guidance throughout the whole wedding planning process, helped our wedding day to unfold as perfectly as it did. They were everything and more that I could have asked for in wedding coordinators and I could confidently say they go above and beyond your expectations. Ultimately, I could confidently say that investing in Abby, Krammer, and the rest of the Sugar Plum team was THE single best decision we could have made for our wedding day. We got tons and tons of compliments on how organized and smooth our wedding ran and this was because of them! Honestly, looking back at months of planning and preparation, I don't know how we would have ever managed to pull it off. The key to a successful wedding is pre-wedding preparation and I definitely believe that Sugar Plum and Co works tirelessly to make it happen. From contacting all our vendors, making timelines, setting aside hors d'oeuvre to make sure we had snacks, to making sure our families (and parents) were taken care of... the whole shabang, you think of it, they do it! Having had the opportunity to work with them, there is no one else I would recommend!!! Team Sugar Plum and Co all the way! read more

They are professional, honest, THE BEST at what they do, have a great creative eye and can make all of your wedding pinterest dreams come to life! BEFORE I even hired her, we exchanged multiple emails, she made herself available for numerous phone calls, and she even provided a detailed break down of how much I'd be looking at spending on decor as I debated renting or buying decorations. She knows her stuff, goes above and beyond and is so genuine you feel like you're talking to an old friend - I knew she was the perfect person to hire as my decorator! The day of the wedding, she had her sleeves rolled up - peeling the price tags off my decor (oops!) and taking apart my bridesmaids' bouquets and repurposing them as small, beautiful touches around my reception area. I'm a little sad that it's over as that means I don't get to work with Abby and her team anymore, but am hoping another bride stumbles across this review and discovers this gem of a team so they can experience what I did! How does one plan a wedding WITHOUT Sugar Plum & Co? A serious inquiry. We recently got married on 9/4 at the Westin Resort and Spa in Carlsbad and it was an absolute dream. From start to finish, Abby, Krammer, & Nancy were regularly communicating with me. I most importantly felt heard regarding what we envisioned for our wedding. Each vendor that was selected was a referral by Sugar Plum. I didn't have to do any searching on Google. None of the phrases: "Best wedding photographer" or "Best Florist for wedding" were in my search engine because the referrals provided by SPC were crème de la crème. From my make up artist, florist, photographer, floor vendor, linen rental, dessert & wedding cake, DJ, photographer/videographer, and photo booth - These vendors were amazing to work with and of course, a testament of the types of weddings SPC manages. Let me first and FOREMOST say that although I don't consider myself to be a difficult bride to work with, my mother, was a different story and God bless her for it, because all she wanted was the best for us :). Not only did SPC meet every expectation, but they also met my MOTHER'S, and if you personally know my mother, that is a difficult task at hand. During the morning of the wedding, I received texts from Abby and Nancy to inform me of the final details. They also forwarded this to family and bridal party in order for them to remain informed of what was to come that day. Nancy was responsive whenever I had any questions. KRAMMER was an absolute GEM. She was able to keep the bridal party and sponsors all in line. THAT is amazing, especially when dealing with such a large Filipino family. BLESS YOU, KRAMMER. All in all, our wedding was a dream. Everything I envisioned, hoped for, and prayed for. My stress level was MINIMAL to NONE. Honestly. Is that even a thing? To not be stressed while wedding planning? It is with SPC. Thank you from the bottom of me and Rocco's hearts for bringing to life the most amazing day we've ever had. read more

Abby and her team are absolutely rockstars! We had our wedding 2 weeks ago at Serendipity and Abby and her team did an absolutely amazing job with the decor. Part of the reason we found our venue was because Abby had done such an amazing walk through on TikTok of the venue and decor options. Because we live in Toronto and we got married in California we knew it would be important to find someone to bring our vision to life for our wedding! Sugarplum's Instagram alone just gives you a glimpse on how talented the entire team is! We met with Abby a few months before our wedding and we told her what our theme/vision was. Her and her team are super organized and make the entire planning process really easy. I'm so happy with how everything turned out - from our welcome table, signage, and reception tables - Abby and her team care about the small details and really know how to bring your vision to life. If it wasn't for Abby, Krammer, later Nancy, our wedding probably wouldn't have happened, or would've been a huge mess. But because of them our wedding was perfect. From recommending vendors, to dealing with the venue, to getting information from vendors, to mapping out wedding, to managing us, to managing wedding day. They ran the show perfectly. And I'm sure we were annoying because we were always late on the homework they gave us, but they made it work nonetheless lol. If you look at the price of a wedding plannerbl and say, "nah I don't need one", or "nah my sister/aunt/cousin can be my wedding planner" please listen to me I've been to the many weddings where that was the case and so many things went wrong. Unless the person you know is an actual wedding planner, then they will get overwhelmed with the amount of work there is. We will forever remember these girls for making our special day finally happen, even through the pandemic. We love them, so ya'll should check them out! read more

If there was one thing I would do differently while planning my wedding, it would be hiring Abby and her team IMMEDIATELY after I got engaged! I was lucky enough to stumble upon Sugar Plum & Co. over social media and I instantly knew they would be able to bring my aesthetic wedding dreams to life. From curating a custom mood board to the day of timeline, no detail in between was left unnoticed. Even when there was a possibility of postponing our original date, Abby was prepared to change gears and execute a small ceremony/elopement. Lucky for us, we were able to continue on with our beautiful wedding at Serendipity Gardens and there is seriously no one better who knows that venue better than her! This team is creative, professional, and friendly all in one. There is no other vendor I could recommend more and I can only hope I can find an excuse to hire Abby along with her entire team at Sugar Plum & Co. for other events in the future! read more

I had my wedding in Palm Springs, CA & hired Abby Lee events for day-of coordination. I live in Chicsgo, so definitely needed some extra hands for tying up all the loose ends for my wedding day. Abby's team did an amazing job. Although I actually never met Abby face-to-face she did a great job corresponding via email as well as phone leading up to my wedding. She got my vision and was upfront about who would be on-site on my wedding day. Heather was the coordinator from her team that helped make everything run smoothly. She was there for our wedding rehearsal the night before and her team did a wonderful job putting together all the little details for my wedding. If you are having a wedding in the Palm Springs area I would definitely recommend hiring Abby Lee events! Mahalo for making my wedding day everything I dreamed of and more. read more

Abby, Nancy, and their team did such a wonderful job with our wedding and the days leading up to our wedding. Not only are they concise, but they laid out the timeline to perfection which made it easy for us enjoy the day of the wedding which typically is not easy to do. They made sure all our vendors and venues were comfortable with the sequence of events and everybody understood their role to execute a beautiful night to say the least. In my eyes, Ashley and I had the perfect wedding and this would not have been possible without Abby and her team. Many thanks to her and her staff and we hope that Sugar Plum's services can be utilized for future marriages as you won't be disappointed. read more

Our wedding was in October 2022 and our guests still can't stop talking about how amazing it was. Abby and her team are the best of the best! Their full service wedding planning package is so worth it. They are extremely organized, from researching venues & vendors, the design planning, mock meetings and day-of execution, they made all the decision making for us so much easier. The actual wedding day was perfect and seamless, literally a fairy tale wedding. We could not have had the wedding of our dreams without Abby, Krammer and the team. We wish we could have another wedding just to work with them again! read more

Everything went so smoothly and all the guests enjoyed every minute of the event. The team is very easy to communicate with and extremely organized. Cannot say enough good things about the ladies at Sugar Plum. They were fun to work with, extremely easy going and organized, and executed the absolute wedding of our dreams. After an 18-month delay due to COVID, the wedding planning process felt like a lot, but through everything Abby and her team kept us on track and helped us put together a truly stunning weekend. They are connected with incredible vendors, who made the day so wonderful, and have a sense of style that made our wedding aesthetic look perfect. They are genuinely just an all-star team of talented, patient, and kind people who put together the best weekend of our lives. Shout outs to Abby for her amazing organizational skills, Krammer for her incredible style and taste, and Nancy for her fantastic attention to detail and work ethic. Thank you for everything! read more

Abby is the most AMAZING wedding coordinator EVER. I could not have asked for anyone more detailed, attentive, accommodating, efficient, and as professional as Abby from Abby Lee Events. From day 1, Abby kept tight communication with me through email and was always quick to respond. If I had any questions on vendors or style, she would do the research for me and would then list out the best possible options. I never felt lost or overwhelmed with her...and I never felt like any question or request was too small or too big to ask. She had a timeline for me to follow so that I was always on top of the planning. But at the end of the day, I really didn't feel like I had to check anything off that timeline, because she was on top of it!!! She also kept my budget in mind and made sure that I had various quotes and rates to choose from. That, by far, was the most important to me. I actually never had to speak with a vendor (aside from my venue) because she handled all the dealings for me. Seriously, she is a godsend. She was also there the day-of my wedding...making sure that all the planning and execution was on-point. She even got me and my bridesmaids coffee and pastries the morning of my wedding...and the morning after our wedding, she sent up a beautiful bouquet of flowers along with a breakfast tray to our hotel room!!!! I would not have been able to get through my wedding without her. She is the most amazing coordinator you will ever come across. And if you don't book her, you seriously will be missing out. She is THE BEST. read more

I have never been so dead serious about anyone before (besides my husband, of course HAHAH) .. you need to do yourself a HUGE favor and book Abby and her team. she is soooooo talented ! and honest !! you need that - since this is the person that you are giving SOLE control of your wedding event to. I first found her on instagram - a little while after getting engaged - and honestly I never looked into any other coordinators. Sugar Plum & Co was my first pick - just like my venue - so I knew it was meant to be and even a month after my wedding event - I am still gushing about abby and the amazing and beautiful day that she created for me. everything I literally envisioned about and stressed about - she created ! plus more ! from day one, her and krammer never let me feel like I was alone in this crazy process - all my crazy messages (sometimes even late) - ridiculous ideas - venting sessions - they were there. they let me know that they got me and let them worry about the little stress factors. on the day of, abby checked in on me numerous amount of times and post-mate us food for my hungry hungry bridesmaids HAHA all while managing the setup of the venue and making sure we were following the timeline and doing flip and taking care of the cleanup at the end !!!!!!! this woman is a super woman !! amen to her !! if something went wrong on my wedding date - I seriously would not have known anything !! I really can't dish about abby and her team enough !! theres really no real words to describe how amazing these girls are !! just do yourself a favor !! BOOK THEM !! YOU WONT REGRET IT !! read more

Abby was an absolute dream to work with! From the moment I contacted her, she showed nothing but professionalism and enthusiasm. She readily responded to all of my emails and questions, and never seemed to be bothered when I remembered "just one more thing" I wanted to go over. Abby is the perfect embodiment of everything you want in a wedding planner, and more. She is put together, organized, timely, kind, and thorough. She was able to easily guide me and my husband through every step of the planning process, while also making sure that she did not push any decisions on us, just helped us to make the exact wedding day that we wanted. We already had most of our vendors picked out, so Kevin (my husband) and I went with the "month-of" service, which was the absolute perfect choice for us. Abby was able to make sure all the loose ends were tied up neatly, and that every one involved was on the same page as to what Kevin and I were imagining. We met several times before the big day, and exchanged countless emails through out the planning process, and every box got checked off. Abby brought up questions and helped up plan out things Kevin and I had not even thought of. A wedding has so many tiny details, and Abby made sure that each one was the way that we wanted. That being said, she never overwhelmed us or bombarded us with anything, in each conversation she had a calming presence and made me feel like no matter what we decided, everything would work out perfectly as we wanted (and it did, thanks to her!) The day of our wedding went completely smoothly, and I have no doubt that Abby is to thank for this. Abby and her team were an amazing presence to have on our special day. They were calm and upbeat, and made me feel completely at ease the entire time. I am sure they were running around like crazy making sure everything was exactly as discussed, but whenever I saw them they never seemed frazzled or worried. They had everything under control and the day went perfectly thanks to their hard work! Kevin and I could not be more thankful for everything Abby and her team did for us, and would recommend Abby Lee Events to anyone!! read more

Man, where do I begin with these fairy angels? As a wedding photographer in the industry, I have worked with my fair share of planners. I've seen a lot of different methods of approaching the beast that is wedding planning, and I've seen firsthand the MIRACULOUS difference it makes to have wedding planning and coordination done right. Sugar Plum & Co is the best of the best. From the vendor perspective, they go above and beyond to communicate clearly and openly with all the vendors months prior to the wedding. If they ever have any questions, they are quick to hop on the phone and problem solve, not to mention they make the most beautiful timelines (which makes the WORLD of a difference come your wedding day). They are creative wizards and can anticipate and provide options for any obstacles you may face during your wedding planning. I've seen them do it so many times, and I am constantly blown away by it. What is most impressive about them is their ability to work as a team. They run the smoothest ship out there, and I have seen them swiftly flip a reception space in under 30 minutes, while coordinating family photos, and creating time to get the most beautiful detail photos of your tables, florals, you name it. Abby, Krammer, and their entire team are some of the kindest, coolest, most down to earth people I have met in my time in the wedding industry. They feel like people first while maintaining a supreme amount of professionalism, which is exactly the type of energy everyone needs on their wedding day. read more

Freaking Abby. I'm so glad I met her. She's definitely one of those people you thank God for! A genuine friend. She inspires me. Her work ethic is unreal. She's smart and sophisticated (I never even use that word so it's even more impactful here!). She's fun and energetic. Personable to the highest personable person you can be. Ugh! With Abby there's zero worry. Abby, thank you for being incredible! read more

Krammer and Abby could easily be considered two of my favorite people on earth! My husband and I had the immense pleasure of having the Sugarplum and Co. coordinate our wedding in San Juan Capistrano. We both work full time so hiring a coordinator was a must! They were so quick with emails and answered all the silly little detailed questions I'd send them every other day. When other vendors dropped the ball I never doubted that Krammer and Abby would get their part done. They exceed our expectations! They became not only our amazing wedding coordinators but by the end really great friends! They had our backs from day one and I attribute how smoothly our wedding day was because of them! They made it look so easy; I have no clue how they do it. They're definitely magic! They're understated chill factor is definitely a breath of fresh air in the wedding industry. I met with a few coordinators before finding Krammer and Abby and the minute I met with them I knew my search had come to an end! They aren't over the top, and never tried to sell us on things that weren't needed. They're real; which is super hard to find in the wedding business. They really listened to what we wanted, took in our vision and made it come to life with such a laid back cool girl approach. Krammer and Abby are the cool girls you want to chat about life and have a lavender latte with. They're girl bosses that get things done! They understood me and my husband. Rob, my husband loved our meetings with Krammer and Abby! Unlike other vendors they knew that the day was also about the groom not only the bride and listened to both of our wants and needs. If you're a bride and groom looking for a wedding coordinator/ event planner your search MUST stop here! You'd be a fool to look anywhere else! Sugarplum and Co. was worth every penny! Book them immediately; because like a front row seat Beyonce concert ticket, they book up fast! (Krammer and Abby thank you for making the most memorable day of my life the most romantic dream! I wish I could get married to Rob again so that I could work with you both! I miss you guys!!)XO read more

THANK YOU Abby Lee Events... now Sugarplum & Co. !!! We bought the month of package and hired them for our wedding on 08/12/18. We had the pleasure of working with Abby and Krammer. Thank God "month of" didn't literally mean "month of." They were available to guide us through the whole process as soon as we hired them, 8 months before the wedding. They checked in on us and made sure we were on the right track. They answered any questions we had. They offered their suggestions - which were so valuable because I am so wedding ignorant. A little more than a month before is when they completely took over all my contacts, put all the pieces together and fill in all the details that I never even thought of. They were thorough, flexible, calm and positive the whole way through! The day of, these ladies and their team went above and beyond! Not only was everything executed/adjusted to plan, but they were always checking in on us, making sure we were ok. We had a large guest list, wedding party and packed schedule which could have been overwhelming. But ALE diffused that real quick. "Do you need water?" "Do you need a break?" and my favorite, "I'm just going to stand right here while you eat so no one bothers you for a bit." They made sure that we weren't so caught up in hosting our wedding, and we were able to enjoy and experience this so so special day. I don't know how they do it. They have the brains, the patience, the muscles and all the fab. Again, thank you! read more

We weren't sure about the direction we wanted to take for our big day... especially with all of the details that come along with the wedding. Our venue (Speakeasy on State) recommended us to go with Abby Lee Events (ALE) to ensure everything would be smooth since they frequently work with each other. Abby and her team were extremely helpful with the entire process! They helped us with finding out our style and developing it even further to make it the wedding of our dreams. We had 3 in-person meetings, and we left each meeting feeling less stressed. In fact, they reassured us that everything was going according to plan and that we were right on schedule. All of this made us excited for our big day! We had a few hiccups during our engagement season and had to make a bunch of changes to the plans (none of which were because of ALE). A big shout out to ALE for being timely with their responses! They were also super understanding and quick to adapt to the changes. We couldn't have done it without them! read more

I went to Andrew and Sarah's wedding in 2017! It was at the SpeakEasy on State St Redlands, CA! Decorations and entertainment were on point. Everything was run perfectly with good music and dessert by local ice cream shop, A La Minute! I had to get that a few times. The ceremony was intimate and cool because I've never been to a wedding where the bride and groom stood in the middle surrounded by their family and friends! Abby behind the scenes making sure everything was running smoothly and keeping everything on schedule. I would highly recommend Abby Lee events just from what I've seen as a wedding attendee! read more

I wasn't even going to have a wedding coordinator for my wedding but I'm so so glad I did. You NEED a wedding planner because let me tell you, your bridesmaids, parents, family's "help" will not suffice. You need someone as professional as the SugarPlum&Co team to organize your wedding. Their style is a mix of ethereal, modern, and romantic. Abby and I went to the florist meeting, Abby and Krammer went with me and my mother in law to the food tasting, had to FaceTime us to more meetings (because we live so far away) and they will accommodate as best as they can. Honestly, Abby will get to know your personality and what you like. Most of the times I don't even know or really care about picking the little details, Abby would just pick it for me and I knew it's going to be good! Krammer is so awesome for having updates and information ready when you need it, very good memory. They make such an awesome team! It's true for every review when they say "Abby is calm", She IS calm. I don't know how she does it, I'm sure she's crying, annoyed, or low key pulling her hair out on the inside but she will not show you that. She greets and speaks to everyone with respect but still making sure you get what you want and that everything gets done correctly and on time. Their timeliness is on point and would always remind me for due dates and what needs to get done. I would 100% recommend SugarPlum&Co for your next event! read more

The Abby Lee Events team are grade A professionals! I first got to meet Abby at a wedding last year and could tell right away she was very experienced! She emailed and called a few times before hand just to keep me up to date with progress to the schedule, she came early to the venue and recapped any changes to schedule, her and her team were very meticulous about the decorations and they were all very pleasant the whole time! Needless to say, the wedding was a huge success! Fast forward a few months and she books me for her A.L.E. relaunch! Same MO, organized, on point, pleasant and easy! The Abby Lee Events team be "drippin with finesse" for sure! Hire them now! read more

I have attended several weddings that Abby Lee events has coordinated and each one was well coordinated and beautiful in their own way.
