There are not enough good things I could say about Michelle Sheppard and her company. She is the true definition of a professional and IMMEDIATELY after our initial meeting with her, I knew we didn't have to look any further for another wedding planner. In our initial meeting, Michelle showed up on time, was prepared, walked us through what to expect with her services, listened to what we were looking for, showed us examples of what her day of timelines looked like, and provided great suggestions. Leading up to our wedding, we met again to go over the finer points of our wedding day, she listened for our "vision" for the wedding, she contacted and handled all vendors and was diligent with following up, she maintained good communication with us throughout, and handled all of the logistics at our venue. On our wedding day, Michelle showed up on time and the first thing she did was checked up on us and to tell us that everything was being handled and to just enjoy our big day. I inevitably forgot a few minor details through the chaos on the day of - ex: my dad's bowtie, table numbers, and a traditional item we planned to incorporate into our wedding. But as soon as I let Michelle know, she was on it and had a backup bowtie, table numbers, and the traditional item all ready to go. She also guided us through our whole wedding day and kept us to our master timeline and moving us to the next activity. Making sure all my vendors knew about the date change and all. She had to go through this 3x and I'm forever grateful that she was so organized and buttoned up and professional. Michelle, was like my angel to me through and through, but especially the last week. She even went as far as helping other vendors out when she did not have to nor was it her job, but Michelle is simply different. To her, it was to make sure that I was not stressed out with things I didn't need to stress out with. Knowing this, I knew I had nothing to worry about.
