I am an event designer and coordinator, I have been working with Eliza for the past few years and she is so easy to work with! Her positive energy hooked me! She showed me around her showroom and made sure that I got everything I needed. She also helped me with some pointers!! She is an event planner herself and she made some valid suggestions that were very helpful at my event! I have been a loyal client since she is one of those businesses owners that has a build up mentality and not a hammer down mentality!! Her company is all about quality!! I have been renting all my rentals from her due to how clean and organized she is!!

We hired Eliza to help plan our wedding and we are so grateful we did! I met her in the beginning stages of planning our wedding at a potential venue site and I really liked her disposition... I had no idea what I was doing planning this monster wedding and she helped me with everything.... She has a whole organizing system that keeps you in check and helps keep you at ease, has a large Rolodex of vendors to fit your style, and culture. She answers her phone and emails promptly any time of day, has a weekly meeting to go over everything. She really nailed my vision as an end result and fast forward to the big special day! She executed everything so smoothly without error. When an issue would arise she just solved it without stress, there was never a problem only solutions with her and I love that attitude! One complication we had was to find sound and lighting last minute because the person I was dealing with dropped out (A family friends company)and she just handled it 2 weeks before our wedding day, it was under budget, and they did a phenomenal job! That room was lit up. I was so impressed with this whole experience. She kept all the vendors/venue (the Hollywood Roosevelt event planners) in line, kept everyone on the same page and had our best interest on certain charges that weren't right in her experience, Not to mention she dealt with mine and my families crazy, bridezilla moments :) I feel so blessed to have had such a great experience for this one and only special day... and I can't forget to mention Jack and Diana, her team!! Even though I dealt mostly with Eliza I know they were behind the scenes working too and day of they were very professional, dressed sharp, smiling, handled business through all the special parts of our evening. Really was a fairytale! All I can say is trust the process for any brides planning to hire Eliza, she will have your back and deliver an incredible wedding. Thank you so much Eliza,Jack, and Diana!!!!

Eliza and her team did my Birthday party at the Ritz- Carlton Laguna Niguel a few days ago. She received my request just two days before the party, but she did an unbelievable design. Bel event did all the design, decorations, flowers in an outstanding way. Eliza makes your dream come true.

GUEST having to put chairs up...

If you want to rent chairs and arch for a beach wedding and not have the items show up on time. This IS the company you want to work with. If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would. Booked this order on 7/22/21.. yup folks last year for an event date of 4/23/22. They got their money ZELLE. Word of advice don't work with a company (especially this one) if they ask you to ZELLE them. On the invoice it states deliver time 2:00pm-3:00pm Day of the wedding, Groom calls me at 2:29pm says that he's at the beach location and nothing.. no chairs or arch and guests are arriving. I am a bridesmaid in the wedding but I books these guys, so I make the call. Rings once and then I get hung up on. That's when I realize this is not going to be good. I call back at 2:33pm speak to someone who tells me "Oh they are already on their way." I think okay... call the groom back .. tell him they should be there shortly. Called them again at 2:53pm to get an exact ETA.. I know I should have asked in the prior call. As stated I am in the wedding so I assumed (note the first three letters) that when a company indicates they are on their way.. they are close to the destination. No indication they are running late. But on that call, I get voicemail, which I ask for a call back on the situation. No call back. Call again at 3:25pm get ahold of the same person.. who then tells me they have been waiting 45mins? She then tells me they are by some location #5.. I tell her that is not what the instructions state. It states Cottage #13, by then I have already lost my cool, and am now talking in a loud voice. She states she can text me showing they are suppose be a location #5, luckily for me I also pulled up the invoice on my phone and I told her that I can show her that the location #13 and nowhere was there a number #5. She proceeds to say she will need to call her people, but before hanging up I tell her...if they have been waiting 45mins to unload why was no one called? No answer to that question. I mean you charged me $250 for delivery along with a $400 charge for installation. Now we are all that beach location, wedding to start at 4pm and guess what no chairs I call again at 3:37pm and no answer. 3:40pm the truck arrives... with 3 people that need to set up 75 chairs and an arch that should have been done 1-2hrs earlier. We had to have the wedding guests put out the chairs...WEDDING GUESTS... we paid $650 for guests to be setting up the chairs...along with assisting in getting the arch installed and position, I mean seriously? This company is great on the communication in the beginning when they need to take your money. The day of your event expect to have delays and NO Apologies. We are contacting the bank on these people... but till then we want people to be fully aware of who you are dealing with once they take your money. 1st picture is a GUEST (A WEDDING GUEST) carrying chairs to help get the venue set up since, now the wedding was going to start late. 2nd picture shows the 3 people from the company, who only spoke Spanish and NO one that spoke English. And when you get someone to speak to them in Spanish... they only have excuses.. and they didn't confirm that they had been waiting for 45 mins so the owner Eliza who I had been talking to all day was lying. 3rd picture ...got the image from the photographer on the Arch.. as you can see looks like they nailed setting it up... Run from these people... Side note they were on time to get their stuff.. smh

It is very suspicious that this business has either 1-star or 5-star reviews, unfortunately I must go with the 1-star review. We hired Bel Events for decorations only. My daughter didn't want all the bells and whistles, but we decided to splurge on covering the hotel's blue and gold carpet with a white one. During the set up my wedding planner and her staff noticed that the carpet was not laid evenly, there were pieces overlapping by the entrance, the dance floor and throughout the room which they believed would cause a hazard. They asked Eliza to fix it, but instead she got offended that she was being criticized and left it alone. Sure enough, during the wedding multiple people tripped, fell, and broke their heels. The groom's grandmother fell, broke her shoulder, had to be taken to the emergency room and missed the entire wedding. In the weeks following the wedding we kept hearing more unpleasant stories from guests about the carpet bunching up and their accidents through the evening. Eliza was not present at the wedding and when I contacted her after about this, she handled it in the most unprofessional manner. First, she yelled at me, next she told me that she knew ahead of time that it was impossible to lay the carpet flat and finally she denied that any of the above-mentioned accidents happened. This reaction is consistent with what is written in the other 1-star reviews which I wish I checked before hiring her.

Terrible service. Terrible products. Does not follow up with you, you have to reach out to her because she doesn't keep up with her word on getting details back to you. My bouquet had dead leaves and I am the bride!!! My bridesmaid had better flowers. Corsages fell apart before the end of the night. Boutonnières we're partially dying. My venue stated that the lady dropping off the flowers was quite rude and yelled at them. I feel that if you aren't spending a certain amount she doesn't care about your order/business. Which is why I see a lot of conflicting reviews. I spent almost 2k on 5 bouquets, 2 corsages and 11 boutonnières. I was very disappointed. I'd give her 0 stars if I could.

I try to observe how they work with their employees and other vendors rather than watch the reaction from clients. I always think happy employees lead to very happy customers. In this case every team member worked well together even in the stress of the event as their was a definite time crunch because of strict venue rules. Everyone was supportive of each other and the results were supreme attention to detail and ecstatic customer/guest reaction.
