Crystal sent me pictures of the first set she put together and asked for my feedback, incorporating any changes I requested to make them perfect. My pickup was scheduled for Thanksgiving Day, and I was concerned about whether the order would be ready on time because of the holiday. For the $150 price, the quality and presentation were nowhere near acceptable. What arrived looked like something you'd pick up at a grocery store for a fraction of the cost. There was nothing about the arrangement that justified the premium pricing. This was supposed to be a birthday surprise for my wife, and instead I was embarrassed by how unimpressive it looked. When you're paying top-tier prices, you expect craftsmanship and attention to detail neither was delivered here.
