Paola and Sandra did an incredible job helping plan our wedding. I got married a couple weeks ago…read moreat Terranea hotel and it was the best day of my life. We found the Say I Do to Details team online and I was highly impressed by their good reviews. Their planning exceeded my expectations. From being always available, to providing suggestions and insight into timeline, and coordinating everything so well the day of, their team is simply the best. I admire their passion for planning and it was so incredible working with them. I worked with Paola and Sandra directly and Sandra was there day of. Paola and Sandra are very experienced, professional, and kind. Both were actively involved in the planning process. I'm extremely type A and it's hard for me to trust people to take over (especially when I knew it was one of the most important days in my life) and take on tasks, but I trusted them 100%. To start off, they have a lot of experience working at Terannea, which made things a lot easier for us and helped things run smoothly. Moreover, the vendors I selected knew of Paola and Sandra and their team and I admired their good reputation in the wedding industry. Knowing what I know now, it would have been easier for me to have hired them as full on planning instead of day of coordination just because they're so good at what they do that I really trust every decision they make. I keep getting comments from my family and friends that the wedding was one of the best they've been to. Moreover I've received many comments specifically from my bridal party and close family about the incredible planning team keeping the day so smooth and on track. There's a trend on social media about "wedding regrets" and my husband and I keep saying to eachother thankfully that we have zero regrets. Every vendor was amazing and the planning team really went above and beyond what was asked of them and for that I'm forever grateful. I appreciate that the team asked us what 3 things were important to us on our day. 1. our guests have an amazing time 2. the timeline runs smoothly 3. to have fun That's exactly what happened! I am grateful that I was not stressed the day of and we are so happy we found Sandra and Paola as they helped turn my dream wedding into a reality. The wedding went even better than I could have imagined and I can say without a doubt that it would not have gone so perfectly without Sandra and Paola with Say I Do to Details. I will 100% contact them to help plan any party I have in the future. Choose them for your planning team- you won't regret it!

We brought Rocky to our party and they made sure she was taken care of the entire time. It was so thoughtful. Rocky says the team gets 5 stars!

Horrible experience, stay away!…read more This is a review for Eliza at BEL Events for her wedding planning services. We met Eliza at our venue 8 month before our wedding date. During the first session she presented herself well, and she talked and bragged a lot about her 18 yrs of experience in event planning and stories about how she handles wedding situations. So, we thought she is the right event planner for us and signed a contract. After signing the contract and making the payment, she was very hard to find and we did not see the expected action from her side, and every time we followed up, her response was: "don't worry I will manage everything before the wedding day". We were asking for the basics of planning such as timeline, vendor recommendations (a few to choose from) and communications (which was part of the contract) but not no action except a quote of her own rental service. We were getting closer to the wedding date and her lack of action made us so worried and very frustrated. Eventually we had to get involved and did almost 90% of the work ourselves. She was very hard to find but even when we could talk to her, she would create more unnecessary problems to an extant that my wife had panic attacks after a few meetings we had with her. 2 month before our wedding she caused so much anxiety and frustration that we decided to end our contract with her and find another planner. Thankfully, our new planner was amazing and our Wedding planning went very smooth after that, and the event was as wonderful as we could imagine! With way lower cost than what Eliza had proposed! After I requested to cancel the contract she disappeared and never responded to our emails, which is very unprofessional. Here is a list of a few issues from our experience of working with here: 1- Accessibility: every time we had a question or needed to talk to her, it was taking several days until she gets back to us. With irrelevant excuses, like she would show me her busy google calendar! 2- Push to use her own services as vendors: Per her contract she had to suggest different vendors so we can choose. But since she has rental and flower services, she was arguing so much to stop us from even looking at other options! She charges unnecessarily expensive! By doing a little research, we found our vendors and saved at least 50% with same or better quality! 3- Nonsense arguments and rude attitude: In many occasions she was just insisting on holding the event the way SHE wants, without paying attention to our request or desire. Every time we requested something, her answer was: "I don't want MY event to be that way or I don't want MY guests to be that way"!!! With a condescending attitude emphasizing that "I have 18 yrs of experience and I know what to do"!!! Any simple request would become a long story and unnecessary argument. In one occasion my wife requested that guests throw flower petals while walking out of aisle, and she immediately said: "No!, you can't do that, I don't want my cleaning crew spend time on cleaning the petals"!!!! In another occasion Eliza was insisting on only using her recommended valet service (which was quoting more than double the price of the service we eventually used) and on top of it she was forcing us to rent extra parking lot out of venue and pay extra for shuttle service!!!! While the venue had enough capacity! And when I respectfully said: I am confident that the venue has enough capacity for parking, she got very angry and said: "in that case tell all your guests to use UBER and they can't drive their own car"!!! It was a nightmare working with BEL Events and I don't recommend her service due to lack of professionalism and decency in her business.

A wise-robot, named ChatGPT, once told us that a majority of wedding headaches come from finding…read morethe perfect venue and having a great caterer. Luckily for us, 3 Petals took those wise words and said "hold my champagne." We gave 3 Petals team a large task of 270 guests, a moody romantic theme, picky eaters, quality drinks, amazing food, and a floral chandelier that made us gasp. Not only did the team understood the assignment, they handled all of it without missing a beat. We can't talk about 3 Petals without talking about the staff. And we have to start with Ashley, because she deserves every thank you we could give. As our POC for the entire year leading up to the wedding, she was an absolute sweetheart from start to finish. Every email answered promptly, every question, no matter how small, was met with patience and clarity. It felt like planning a wedding with a friend who genuinely wanted our day to be perfect. Ashley truly set the tone for what the entire 3 Petals experience would feel like, and that standard carried through every single interaction with their team. The venue staff as a whole are warm, genuine, and flexible. You can tell they actually love what they do. The venue itself is a true blank canvas. We wanted a moody, romantic theme and 3 Petals team suggested maroon draping. Game changer. It completely transformed the space and gave the room a warm and intimate atmosphere. The team provided extra lighting to balance the moodiness of the room and made sure our linen choices tied everything together perfectly. Their in-house rentals are fairly priced, their florist team is incredibly talented, and the floral chandelier they created was honestly more stunning in person than anything we had imagined. Since they have established relationships with so many local vendors, coordinating everyone was smooth and stress-free. Now the food. We need to talk about the food because this is where 3P truly shines. Many of our guests were from families of great cooks. We are talking picky Asian moms and aunties who will absolutely let you know if something did not meet the mark. Every single one of them complimented the food. This was the highlight of the wedding for us. We went with Signature Menu 2 and swapped the first course for cocktail hour bites, and that decision alone was worth it. We had tried the cocktail food at our tasting and knew immediately it was going to be a hit, but the actual wedding night confirmed it. Every single item was amazing. The curry shrimp was juicy and perfectly balanced with just the right amount of curry flavor, served on a crispy bite that had the most satisfying crunch. The halibut ceviche was a fresh, beautifully executed Asian fusion take. And the filet beef cubes were tender, soft, and seasoned so perfectly that every single bite felt intentional. And those were just the appetizers. Dinner raised the bar even higher. Our front runners from the moment we tried them were the twice cooked short ribs and the steamed sea bass, and they delivered on the wedding night exactly as promised. The short ribs fell completely off the bone and melted in your mouth. The sea bass was incredibly fragrant and cooked to perfection. The soup was delicate yet packed with generous amounts of shrimp and crab, and they did not skimp on a single thing. And the lobsters with garlic noodles? Bomb! All our guests raved about these dishes. The compliments did not stop at the wedding either. Weeks later, guests were still bringing up the food unprompted. That speaks volumes about what By 3 Petals puts on the table. Our guests really came for the wedding and stayed for the drinks. The full top shelf bar meant every cocktail actually tasted like a cocktail. No watered down drinks, no flimsy plastic cups, just well-made cocktails served right. The venue went above and beyond by helping us craft his and her signature drinks. It was a small personalized detail that got people talking all night and made the bar feel like part of the experience rather than just a table in the corner. Venue by 3 Petals is truly the full package and one of the best decisions we ever made for our wedding. Thank you 3 Petals Team for the best night of our lives!

We had Eden guide us on the tour, and she was patient, kind, helpful, and answered all our questions. Ashley was our go-to person once we booked this place for our wedding, and she helped us bring our vision to life. We went with the Western menu, and the tasting day was fun and personalized. Zach, the bar manager/bartender, is the MVP and made sure our specialty drinks came out exactly the way we wanted and was there on our wedding day as well. A huge plus about this venue is that they do not have an endless list of rules like the other venues we toured. And yes, they pour real, actual shots in a shot glass for our guests and us for the wedding. Venue checked off all our boxes for what we were looking for, and they have a great sound system as well. Our guests had so much fun, and we did not want the night to end. The area is spacious, and we did not even use the entire available space for our guest count. Everyone is professional and reliable, and we would recommend this venue to any couple looking for a place to have their wedding. Big thank you again to Venue and special shoutout to Ashley, Eden, and Zach!!

You would not believe what Shauna made possible but strap in for the story because here we go! We got married in Pioneertown in an absolutely amazing spot called Rimrock Ranch, and the night before our wedding day, an insane storm came in and knocked out the power and water in the whole town and in our venue. Shauna rolled with it a way that I could never have imagined - she put on her boots, rolled up her sleeves, made sure I was still breathing (ha...) and worked to make it all come together electricity and water aside. Three hours before the ceremony, the electricity and water were restored, the skies cleared up and we had the most memorable story to tell. It would not have been possible if Shauna hadn't gone full-speed ahead forward -- we are forever indebted to her. She made the impossible happen. Mud, wind, no electricity, it didn't matter - she was going to make our wedding happen just the way we'd been planning for over a year. I teared up thanking her for the night of our wedding and I am sort of tearing up now because she and out other vendors came together in a way I could not have believed. We owe it all to I-Jou and Maylin at IM Events & Design. The first time we met with I-Jou and Maylin to discuss my wedding, I was instantly sold on their abilities. They both strike the perfect balance of professionalism and being personable. These ladies are fun! At that point I was just getting started and the idea of how much had to get done was overwhelming but the duos enthusiasm put me at ease. Their personalities really showed through and hearing them talk about how they work, their process, made me confident that I could trust them with such an important day. My fiancé and I had very strong ideas of what we wanted in our wedding and I-Jou and Maylin were very receptive to all of it but with all of their experience they were able to bring so much more to the table that we had not considered or were even aware of. Communication during the planning process was terrific. My fiancé and I have really weird crazy schedules and they never seemed bothered or annoyed. From walking the venue to discussing table setting, after each of our meetings I left feeling great because of the progress we made. I-Jou is meticulous in taking notes and created a detailed timeline which became the backbone to the entire event. She helped us to visualize step by step the order of events and how they would transition smoothly. If you want to pull off the wedding of your dreams then you need to work with the best; don't skimp. I-Jou's attention to detail and Maylin's design sensibilities were an asset in the planning of our wedding. When the day finally arrived, I knew unequivocally that hiring IM Events was the single best choice we made in the planning of our wedding. I-Jou and team really shined. There is nothing better than to sit back on the day of your wedding and enjoy the occasion...you know...take it all in and have FUN! We were able to do this because we had full confidence in I-Jou and Maylin. I remember being led out to the banquet while the photographers were getting their "clean shot" before the guests sat down for dinner and just being floored at how beautiful everything was, the flowers, table settings, and lights; it was absolutely magical. The rest of the evening ebbed and flowed beautifully. There was a slight hiccup toward the end of dinner but I-Jou and team handled it so quickly and effortless that nobody really noticed. I was very impressed. This is what you get when you work with professionals like IM Events. Their experience allows them the confidence to work under pressure while seemingly pulling it off effortlessly! After the wedding we received so many compliments from friends and family but the icing on the cake was that our wedding photos were published in California Wedding Day Magazine! I could go on and on but suffice it to say choosing IM Events & Design from the beginning helped me and my fiancé to realize the wedding of our dreams. We are so grateful to all their hard work. I highly recommend you book I-Jou and Maylin for your wedding. You will not find two lovelier ladies in the business.
