We wanted to dance, drink, eat, laugh, and party with our favorite people without worrying about which family member was supposed to walk down the aisle next or who was giving a speech after dinner. Allie and her team did ALL of that and then some. Allie made herself available for questions, recommendations, and guidance well before our official month-of coordination even began. She stayed on top of communication with us and our vendors, kept us on track with planning and booking, thought of details I never would have even considered, and somehow made the entire wedding planning process feel SO much easier. Allie brought so much life and fun to the entire process. IN MY EXPERIENCE, if I could give zero stars I would. Our experience with great officiants was horrible from start to finish. Their office is incredibly unorganized, had to re-explain to us how to fill out their own application multiple times for the marriage license when all the confusion was due to their incorrect wording on their own application. Second on the wedding day, the officiant Alan shows up with a piece of paper for us to sign which he would mail in. About a week after the wedding I get a notice from the county that there was a giant red stain on the application and they couldn't process it. So after all of this me and my husband aren't even married on our wedding day. A day that we can never get back. The one day that all of our family and friends were present in one place to witness us. I can never get that back. That was back in June. Now it's almost halfway through September and I never received a license. which Alan promised would be coming in the mail weeks ago. I still don't know if I'm married. I sent great officiants another message expressing our frustration in the situation and their office responds to me with an 800 number and asks me to let THEM know what the delay is about. I want my $800 back. after all of this headache, I'm not even married? and your office can't help me figure out what's going on when you are the reason that we're not married in the first place??? no instead you send me an 800 number and ask me to get back to you about what the delay is. The delay that GREAT OFFICIANTS caused. administrative mistakes aside, the speech that he gave for our ceremony was completely embarrassing and you can tell that he made zero effort. He kept mentioning multiple times that my husband and I enjoy eating. Literally mentioned it at least 10 times. It's like he took the one thing that he paid attention to on our phone call that interested us and plugged it into a bunch of blank spaces in some generic recycled speech. do not use the service!!! you will end up having to get remarried and paying for it by yourself months later.

She made the planning process *so easy*, made great recommendations, and essentially took care of everything for us) while also taking our input and personalizing the decor/script/etc in the ways we expressed were important to us. Lala (Draped by Lala) did my makeup (beautifully) and was nice to be around during the getting ready period day-of. Ben did organization/wedding coordination day of, and kindly allowed us to have no stress. Michael and Jess did the photography and were great at making both my husband and I very comfortable (despite usually being deeply uncomfortable in posed photos). We booked an additional hour of photography at Willow Springs Park, and are deeply happy we did so - some of our favorite family and couple shots were taken here.
