We are so grateful to have had Stephanie coordinate our two-day wedding weekend! Stephanie has coordinated multiple weddings for my family over the years, so when it was time for our wedding, we knew exactly who we wanted by our side. Stephanie was incredibly caring, organized, and attentive throughout the entire process. Our wedding took place over two days at two different venues, Coyote Hills and Courtyard by Marriott in Monterey Park, with so many moving pieces to coordinate. She made sure everything stayed on schedule and kept all of our vendors and both venues on the same page. She handled everything so smoothly and was always one step ahead. What we appreciated most was the peace of mind she gave us. My wife and I never felt stressed or overwhelmed during our wedding weekend. We were able to relax, be present, and truly enjoy every moment with our family and friends because we knew Stephanie had everything under control. Beyond being an amazing coordinator, Stephanie genuinely cares about her couples. She treated us like family and put so much heart into making our wedding special. It's easy to understand why my family continues to trust her with such important moments in our lives. Thank you, Stephanie, for everything you did to make our wedding weekend so special and unforgettable. We truly couldn't have done it without you! read more

We highly recommend Stephanie for her wedding coordinator services! We just wrapped up our wedding this past Sunday and we had the best time! Stephanie was by our sides the whole day - running around for setup, putting boutonnieres on, communicating with the DJ, letting us know exactly when to walk out for the ceremony and grand entrance, and being a personal bodyguard for us so we could eat dinner without guest distractions. She anticipated what we needed to do and what we wanted before we even thought about it. It felt like having a highly organized friend who was helping with your wedding. She is very easy-going, organized, and funny. She made sure to keep us on track and run us through all of our family photos and table photos as quickly as possible, but also let us film our Tiktoks in-between the important stuff. We also had Sam help out for the first half of the day and she was also very helpful keeping us hydrated, carrying my wife's dress around, and bringing us cocktail hour food. We found Stephanie through referrals from my wife's coworkers and she also was on the preferred vendor list for the Grand Gimeno. One of those coworkers said "I would get married again just to have Stephanie help me plan (and coordinate) my wedding." We were sold! We reached out about 9-10 months before our set wedding date and inquired about day-of-coordinator services. Stephanie was very personable from the start and organized, sending us a lot of the spreadsheets/worksheets after we signed the initial contract. Before the month-of prep meeting, we just sent her info of all of our vendors as we booked them and emailed back-and-forth. Once the month-of started, Stephanie started ramping up - she created our timeline and reached out to all of our vendors. She walked through exactly what we needed to do leading up to the big day and she was very communicative/available. We met Stephanie in-person for the first time during our 1-hour rehearsal slot at the venue during the week of the wedding. She was very friendly, talkative, but also detail-oriented and professional. Her timeline and guest seating chart templates were very helpful and I am glad she made us complete them early. I'm sure she did other behind-the-scenes work to alleviate some of our tasks and for that I am very thankful! We really enjoyed working with Stephanie and highly recommend her to any other couples getting married in the area!! read more

Stephanie & her team are a match made in wedding heaven. They went above and beyond through out the whole process and the day of the wedding. During our interview with Stephanie, she was super professional, attentive, communicative, understanding, patient, sweet & answered all of our questions. Previously, we had several interviews lined up with wedding planners but after the interview with Stephanie, we knew she was the one right away and booked her asap lol! During the wedding, everything went smooth & effortless because of Stephanie & her team. Even after the wedding, they were super thoughtful by having our wedding flowers, cake & gifts brought to our room. If you are looking for a wedding planner, we HIGHLY, highly recommend Stephanie! She has a heart of gold and it really shows in her work! Could not be any happier! read more

I was absolutely privileged to have Stephanie as my month-of coordinator. Stephanie was so kind and helpful throughout the planning & coordinating process! And her day-of assistants were also AWESOME! My wedding day was absolutely perfect and I KNOW Stephanie and her team had a LOT to do with the day being as wonderful as it was. read more

Our wedding day was so special and I don't think it would have been possible with Stephanie & her team! Stephanie has worked with two of my husband's cousins for their weddings and we were referred by them. From the initial meeting, Stephanie was very sweet, knowledgable, attentive, and completely accommodating! We hired her for the month of and we don't regret that one bit. Stephanie provided so many resources we found useful during the process. She attended our details meeting with us and brought up points that we didn't even think of. She even allowed us to borrow some of her inventory which saved us some money such as table numbers or easels. She helped us out by reaching out to vendors and taking care of final things such as COI for insurance. She also attended our rehearsal with us and kept the wedding party organized. Everyone including our parents was telling us how awesome she was! She then graciously took our wedding materials such as the seating chart the day of our rehearsal to set up for us during the wedding day. On our wedding day, Stephanie and her team made sure everything went smoothly! One of her assistants accompanied me all day and took good care of me. Some of the things she helped out with was fluffing my wedding train, fixing my hair, holding my bouquet, etc. It was really nice to have someone there supporting you at all times. My bracelet even fell off at one point during photos and she was able to catch that. The attentiveness was amazing. When I got to the venue, everything was set up better than what I imagined! Stephanie took my vision and made it into a reality. I even had an IKEA clothing rack for my seating chart and she was able to have her team assemble and disassemble it for me. The little things were all taken care of. Stephanie kept us all on track with our schedule and the day went by so fast and so beautifully! At the end of the night, all of our items were placed in the designated driver's car. She also handed out our vendors' tips for us, which is one less thing we needed to worry about. We couldn't have done it with her and we are grateful to have had her as our wedding coordinator! read more

Stephanie Chin has our highest recommendation to oversee both wedding planning and day of coordinating. Leading into our wedding, we found Stephanie to be extremely organized, detail oriented and collaborative. We had the luxury of planning ahead for our wedding. We are both planners. And we took on lots of the planning ahead of time. But we still found Stephanie to be valuable for two months of planning and day-of-coordinating services. Here are some of many examples. Stephanie helped create different databases to organize our various vendor contracts, seating charts and to-do lists. Stephanie thread the needle with nudging various vendors and occasionally ourselves without being too obtrusive. Stephanie offered helpful feedback to us on how to oversee some DIY projects we wanted to pursue to help manage the budget. Both our officiant and wedding party remarked how efficient, organized and simple Stephanie helped guide everyone through walk through. Stephanie took the lead with putting the corsages and boutonnieres on the outfits of members of the wedding party. Stephanie helped one of the groomsman fix his bow tie. Stephanie put away some of the cake in the bridal suite for us to enjoy later since we didn't have much time to enjoy dessert during the actual wedding. We can't recommend Stephanie Chin enough for any wedding big or small for either long-term or short-term planning. We would rank Stephanie above five stars if we were allowed to do so. - Mark and Valerie Medina read more

My husband and I are so incredibly happy that we hired Stephanie as our day-of-coordinator for our wedding. We found her through the recommended vendors list for our wedding venue. Because she was so familiar with the venue, she was always able to provide the most helpful suggestions during the coordination process. I especially appreciated that she was willing to communicate about our day, MONTHS before the starts of the Day-Of-Coordination would otherwise occur. Due to COVID there were so many changes we had to make to our original plans, but Stephanie was so reliable through all the changes we had to make. When I thought disaster was looming because one of the groomsmen became COVID positive days before the wedding, Stephanie reassured me that everything would go swimmingly and suggested easy re-arrangements. She also reassured me that last minute changes were by no means inconvenient and were actually critical to ensuring that we had the perfect wedding day. For the day of our wedding, I felt so incredibly cared for by her team. She had a dedicated team member just for the bride. The bridal assistant Nicole was so reassuring and was so incredibly mindful to remind me to take a seat or to hold my bouquet while shifting poses for pictures. Additionally, our coordinator Julie was so organized and always ensured that our event was happening according to schedule. Stephanie and her team make what can be a really nerve wracking day easy and worry free. I'm so glad she was there to help make my dream wedding happen. read more

My husband and I hired Stephanie and her team for our wedding after being referred to her by a friend. We had the best experience in the months leading up to our wedding. She was always so polite, respectful and attentive, even in the thick of the stress. We really appreciated that! She was able to keep a level head and stay cool and calm throughout the entire process and she was very professional. On game day, her and her team were phenomenal. They handled every detail. Everything went so smoothly and our wedding was so well orchestrated. We would highly recommend Stephanie and her team as they will make your wedding or event a dream come true! We first heard about Stephanie through our wedding venue. We had a conversation about her services and immediately knew we wanted to work with her. She is so easy going and provided all the answers to our many questions! On the day of, Stephanie and her team took care of all the things and handled situations accordingly and promptly with all our vendors, wedding party, family and guests. Ask about her bridal collection that she'll share with you! :) Definitely leave it to Stephanie to be detail oriented! We had such a great time and have Stephanie to thank for tying all the things together, especially on the day of! I also want to give a shout out to Stephanie's assistant Mina. From sharing our love of BTS, to white-out-ing food stains on my sister's and my dresses, helping me take out MANY green leaves on my bouquet bc that was not what was discussed with my floral vendor, taking out bugs from under my dress during pictures the whole day, helping me change into my dress, putting on my veil, and more. We appreciate it all and am so grateful for Stephanie and her team. Definitely recommend her for planning your dream wedding! read more

One word. AMAZING. Stephanie was the HEART of my 7/9/22 wedding and her team is an integral reason why my wedding was successful! Here are the reasons why you need her for your wedding! Great personality: I interviewed many planners before Stephanie and they unfortunately made me feel my budget was not enough for the amount of guests I was planning ($40k for 150 guests). I was feeling very defeated, but once I talked to Stephanie, she was encouraging and made me feel like my vision is possible with the budget I had. 2. Professionalism: Stephanie's organization and attention to detail is incredible. She gives you a timeline with wedding tasks to do every month. It made planning easy to manage and ENJOYABLE. I actually have wedding planning withdrawals. 3. Communication: Stephanie was the best at communication. She would respond to my texts or emails right away and I was felt like my questions were always answered. I didn't realize how important communication was until we were having trouble getting a hold of one of my vendors less than 1 month towards the wedding. 4. Wedding Knowledge: Honestly, I valued Stephanie's opinion so much because of her knowledge of the industry. Whenever I was stuck between two decisions, I would ask for her expert advise and she will explain why that decision would be the best. For example, she would explain why certain things would run more smoothly, which decorations would look better, etc. During the wedding rehearsal, she showed us how to make our wedding pictures/videos amazing (i.e. giving away the bride beautifully, placing rings so that the details can be shown, telling our officiant to move during the first kiss, stopping in the middle of the aisle to kiss during the recession). 5. Recommended Vendors: I think 75% of my vendors recommendations came from Stephanie and I loved all of them. They all communicated with Stephanie and worked together to make my dream wedding come true. The vendors that I did not pick from her list gave me the most problems (which is my fault). 6. Wedding team: Sam and Corinna were great. Corinna was with me during my getting ready and until the end of the night. She cleaned my dress with baking soda for 30 minutes because it got dirty from the asphalt of the parking lot during our pictures. She helped me go to the bathroom, fanned me while I was getting hot, and stood guard when it was my dedicated eating time. I felt well taken care of that day! Sam and Stephanie really made the wedding run smoothly. There were probably problems that I was not aware of, but I couldn't tell because they handled it! My family and friends still talk about my wedding to this day and I know it was all because of Stephanie and her team. You won't regret having Stephanie by your side on your special day! read more

We reached out to Stephanie a few weeks before our wedding and we were so glad we did. We had no idea how much we were missing or still had left to plan. She schedule a zoom call right away and once we decided to use her and her team, she got right to work. Her professionalism and patience is top notch. She answered all our questions and provided plenty of feedback. There was so much that we didn't think of or even know we needed. She let us borrow different items such as a cake stand and picture frames too. She has a whole inventory of items you would only need to use once which she gave us full access to. On the actual wedding day, she kept everything moving without any issues. She was absolutely the best and I have already recommended to family and friends for their events and weddings. She was absolutely amazing! If you are looking for a wedding planner, don't look any further, she deserves 10 stars if we could give it to her. Shane and Nancy read more

Stephanie is my hero and a rockstar!! We were one in thousands of other couples who had to postpone their wedding date due to the pandemic. We originally booked with Stephanie for our Spring wedding but had to push it out to September 2020. My husband I were fortunate to have had Stephanie as our day of coordinator. As soon as we signed on with her, she was literally a text or email away. She has a warm and sweet demeanor that makes you feel at ease. On the big day, she made sure everything flowed smoothly. She created a timeline that was flawless. Her assistant was by my side most of the day. I would give Stephanie and her team 10 stars for coordinating two cultural tea ceremonies, church ceremony and an oceanfront reception which turned out absolutely amazing! We were able to enjoy the day knowing that we were in good hands! Thank you so much from the newlyweds! read more

Stephanie was absolutely fantastic! As someone who likes to DIY, I was at first a bit skeptical that we needed a wedding planner. My wife was adamant that she wanted one, and since a happy wife means a happy life, I obliged. We met with Stephanie via a zoom call. 5 minutes in, and a dozen questions later, it was obvious Stephanie was a seasoned professional who knew exactly how to streamline the wedding process. She asked things I hadn't considered and helped us game plan our options. She was calm, helpful, and extremely flexible through our entire process. She always got back to us in a timely manner, and was always several steps ahead. She went above and beyond, and was extremely generous with her time. The day of the wedding Stephanie's experience and professionalism was on full display. She expertly juggled task after task, all while just being a lot of fun to have around. I kept her on her toes with my complete lack of structure and ridiculous humor, and she took it in stride with a smile, and always had a solution. You couldn't ask for a more positive, communicative, or solution oriented wedding planner. She absolutely made our special day turn out flawlessly. read more

Our day went by so smoothly and I can't thank Stephanie and her team enough. The best wedding coordinator in the business! We absolutely loved working with Stephanie on our wedding that happened back in March. Right from the beginning she took charge and walked us through all the steps to get us successfully to the big day. She is very detailed and organized, and was so helpful in answering all of our many questions throughout the process. When we started out the wedding process I was very overwhelmed with how many little details and decisions needed to be figured out, and Stephanie was so helpful in not only answering my questions but would also bring up things I never even thought about. From the timeline to the decor planning to making sure all our vendors were in order, Stephanie made it so that I felt so at ease going into the wedding (something I'm sure most people can't say leading up to their big day). I went into the weekend feeling fully confident that everything was going to be amazing. Then to top it all off, the day itself was absolutely perfect! Stephanie and her team did an absolutely amazing job running the entire day. There was never a point where someone didn't know what to do next, and the whole event ran so smoothly. I cannot thank them enough for all that they did to make our wedding the best day of our lives. If you are looking for a wedding coordinator or planner they are the team to go with! read more

Stephanie, Mina, and Talia, went above and beyond what we had originally contracted (i.e., day-of wedding coordination). We planned our wedding in less than 2 months and it was executed so well because of their expertise, professionalism, and work ethic. She and her team are SO PATIENT and tolerated SO MUCH from us, family, friends, and vendors... I feel forever indebted to them. My opinion is confirmed by all our wedding guests telling us repeatedly that the ceremony and reception were amazing, lovely, went smoothly, and was so much fun. read more

No words can describe how amazing Stephanie and her team are. We had our wedding last weekend and I was beyond pleased with all her hard work, organization, attention to detail, and execution. Thank you Stephanie, beautiful work! read more

My fiancé (at the time) had a phone interview with her and right when they hung up, my fiancé turned to me and said "I love her!!" Needless to say, we chose her and couldn't be more blessed and happy with our decision. Stephanie and her team are absolutely amazing. They were so professional, detailed, friendly, and worked with us so well to make sure we were comfortable with the whole wedding planning process. Every time we talked to her, she filled us with so much confidence and comfort that all of our worries and stress would go away. Our wedding day couldn't have gone more perfectly. This review is long overdue. I found Stephanie Chin Events through our venue's preferred vendor. Right after we hired her, Stephanie was immediately part of our wedding planning. She gave us monthly tasks which were so helpful. Stephanie was so patient with us when we met and didn't have answers. She was understanding and always provided solutions or suggestions for when we had questions. On rehearsal day, I felt at peace because Stephanie guided everyone and made everything really simple. On the wedding day, she showed up with her team. Within her team, I was given a personal assistant, Grace. Grace was awesome and I couldn't have asked for anyone better. She stuck by my side throughout the whole day, held my almost 6lb bouquet, and always attended to my needs. Stephanie and her team made the whole day run smoothly. She had everything organized and our wedding party knew what to do. There was never a time where guests or anyone was questioning what was next. Overall, I highly recommend Stephanie and her services. She is definitely worth it! read more

Stephanie is an AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING wedding coordinator that is so talented, organized and detailed oriented. Our wedding was on October 1, 2022. I was on my honeymoon and am writing this review at my first opportunity. Stephanie is an amazing event planner/wedding coordinator. My husband and I met Stephanie when she was the coordinator for my nephew's wedding. My husband and I noticed her attention to details and how well she managed their wedding. Our wedding day was PERFECT! I couldn't be happier on our wedding day. Stephanie and her team helped answer my questions from planning to the wedding day, ie timeline, wedding etiquette, and all aspects of the wedding day. Stephanie made sure that my only job was to be a happy bride. Our wedding day was more beautiful than we imagined and every guest enjoyed our wedding. Huge thanks to Stephanie for taking over my wedding last minute in May 2021. We had to let go of our previous wedding planner, who was not only bad, but also breach confidentiality by telling a family friend (unable to invite due to COVID small guest count), she is planning our wedding. Stephanie came in like a Wonder Woman and saved my wedding a week before my wedding. She would describe things in detail or ask questions in very well prepared manner even though I thought I have prepared everything. My husband and I were so amazed by her attention to detail despite learning everything about our wedding like in few days (within one week) and get in touch with all the vendors. We had morning rain, and she had to prepare for bad weather with my team. We had previous trust issue with our previous wedding planner but with her we were calm and comfortable on our wedding day. I also wanted a song instead of our quartet playing the song, and she was able to get that sort it out unlike my previous planner, who suggested that I buy an ipod instead and doesn't know tech with Ritz. Stephanie was able to solve problems on the spot and gave me great recommendations and coordinate the hand off of my phone to the audio team. Amazingly, despite tight schedule and make up delay for an hour, Stephanie was able to keep my wedding on schedule to walk down the aisle. She was able to trouble shoot when our aisle runner was basically flying off in the morning with bad weather. You can see Stephanie genuinely enjoys wedding planning. She literally saved my wedding and helped out in the most unobtrusive way and really listened. I had PTSD with the previous wedding planner who only cared about money and did not tell me anything except hand me a list of to do. Stephanie was not like that at all. She would teach us how to hold hands to show rings at the aisle, what to do when we walk down the aisle and walk out during grand entrance with a sparkler. She anticipate problems so my whole party can be run smoothly. My husband and I were truly in awe of her ability and it was literally money well spent to have her by our side. Not only that, her fee was totally reasonable compared to our previous wedding planner who didn't do anything. We saved money hiring Stephanie and the saving goes to Stephanie's tips. We were so glad to have Stephanie and her team at our wedding. Our wedding was at the Ritz Carlton Laguna Beach despite she wasn't on the list. Ritz surely will be glad to have her back any day. Thank you so much. read more

I am writing my review here because my husband and I originally chose Stephanie based on the glowing reviews we found about her online. To be fair, I waiting 8 months before writing this review, so the stress that comes with planning a wedding was far behind me before evaluating what we could've done better. When we searched for a day-of wedding planner, we initially chose Stephanie because of her great reviews, familiarity with our Asian culture, and experience. We were willing to pay her fees (which were much more than other planners in the area) if it meant we would have a stress free day, since we had a large wedding of around 300 guests. She continually told us that our job was to relax on the day-of and that she was very experienced in handling all sorts of situations that might come up. In particular, she promised us: 1. A smooth system for greeting guests during the banquet 2. Helping us cover our planning bases before the wedding day so that everything would run smoothly (since we had food trucks and other less traditional vendors) 3. A personal bridal assistant who would follow me around and make sure no one disturbed us at our sweetheart table. Instead, this is what happened: 1. We only got to visit around 50% of our guests because she didn't take initiative and tell people where to go. She also refused to call up different groups after the ceremony to take photos, so we--the BRIDE AND GROOM--had to yell at everyone to gather together for family photos etc. As a result, some of our guests were confused and we did not even get to visit or take a photo with my grandparents. This is one of our biggest disappointments. 2. Did not communicate to the DJ (or just announce on her own) the food truck meal system, so some of our guests didn't even get food 3. My "assistant" sheepishly tried to direct guests, and my husband and I ended up having to re-direct them instead. In the end, I'm writing this review so that others won't make the same mistake as us. I think Stephanie would be a wonderful wedding planner for a wedding that has a pre-determined package (like a country club or hotel venue). But she seemed frazzled and unable to manage crisis on the day-of. Perhaps she wasn't used to a large wedding like this, or maybe it was the more unique catering choice of food trucks, but either way, we were severely disappointed with our services. read more

Stephanie was amazing and so helpful to me and my husband with our wedding planning. She really worked with our us to make our very unique vision come to life. We originally were going to get married at a family members house but then had to adjust to a different venue. Stephanie was on board the entire time and able to adjust with us. Once things started to finalize, she made sure everything ran smoothly. From the various vendors that needed to be switched over to the wedding day timeline, she supported us with it all. She really went above and beyond. Even the smallest little details she made sure were correct. But most importantly, she communicated with us when issues arose but protected us from any unnecessary headaches and handled aspects we didn't even think of. We wound up without a florist about a month before and she called in a favor and got us the most beautiful floral designer. Stephanie is so knowledgeable about how wedding days go but also listened to our needs and ensured that they were executed on. Our day would not have gone off as magically and smoothly as it did without her support and help. read more

Stephanie was a godsend for our wedding. She made our lives silky smooth - even when we ourselves were the reason we were falling behind! I learned a lot from getting married. One big thing I learned is there are so many little places where things can go off the rails - not having the list of vendors' names handy, not knowing who's been paid, not having a schedule to follow, not having envelopes to tip your vendors at the end of the night. With Stephanie, there was nothing we weren't prepared for. Every little detail - she was on top of. We had helpful itemized lists and schedules to help us keep on top of everything leading up the wedding itself. The day of our wedding was very smooth - My wife got to sit back and be relaxed while Stephanie and her amazing assistant made her life easy. I got to concentrate on my wife, and we were able to enjoy our guests and our wedding day. There were so many little things Stephanie had already accounted for, the list would be too long to write them all down, however - I'll give you a preview. We wanted to have little rosemary sprigs in our napkins for the wedding. We had gone out to the Farmer's Market and bought 100 sprigs of rosemary, and had spent an hour cutting them all down to a perfect size. After an hour, I discovered some of the rosemary had these gross little Spittle Bugs in them (the joys of organic produce), and we had to scrap the whole project. After we were married and sat down at our table, we both noticed there was Rosemary in napkins! Stephanie had gone out to Home Depot that morning and bought/cut the sprigs for us. This was such a wonderful surprise from Stephanie - truly above and beyond the call of duty, to make every little detail we had envisioned a reality. She was amazing to work with, and I highly recommend her as a Wedding Planner. read more

There are no words to express how much we LOVED and appreciated Stephanie and her team. We hired her for her day of coordinator services, but she went above and beyond that and worked around the clock helping us organize and prepare for our big day months prior. She was there every step of the way and helped reassure us whenever we had any questions or were feeling stressed (and believe me, there are a lot of those moments when it comes to planning a wedding Lol). She was so proffesional and quick to respond to my texts/emails... even at random hours of the night. I can tell she really loves her work. Since we booked her a little late into the game, she was unfortunately unavailable to attend our wedding the day of, but her associate Mina was just as amazing and wonderful as Stephanie. I love love them both and highly recommend them. If you are planning a wedding and think you can do it all by yourself... think again. There are so many things we weren't aware of. These people KNOW the industry in and out and can help connect you with better vendors, give recommendations on how to save money and so much more. The last thing you want to worry about on your big day is cleaning up/checking in with vendors/item placement/etc. Our day was so much more special because I didn't have to deal with all the little nuances and could actually enjoy it. They are worth EVERY PENNY and I cannot recommend them enough. :) read more

Stephanie, Camila, and her other team members kept our wedding running smoothly. They even had a band aid immediately handy when the bride got a cut on her finger. We cannot imagine how it the wedding would have functioned if it weren't for you Stephanie and her team. We are so glad my friends referred her. We will definitely recommend Stephanie with our highest regard whenever opportunity arises. read more

Oh Em Gee!!! Stephanie was a God sent to me and my wedding ran seamlessly from planning to execution. Not only does she have a super sweet personality, she also has the control to make sure everything was running in order. When I first met her, I knew she was the one for me because she was so detail oriented and she loves spreadsheets just as much as I do! This showed me how organized she was and how dependable she can be with all the info I was throwing at her. I know that some "day of" coordinators will only do the minimum when it comes to meetings and phone conversations, however, Stephanie was not stingy with her time at all! Whenever I needed to talk, text, or meet with her, it was always full service with A+ attitude! I mention attitude because that is super important when dealing with a bride and any challenges that may arise during planning a wedding. She is so dependable and had a "Can Do" attitude that it immediately put me at ease. I actually found Stephanie on Yelp and was a bit nervous at first but after our first meeting I knew she was the one! haha! Let me just say that everything from set up to execution was perfect as can be and I was one relaxed and happy bride. Thank you so much Stephanie for working with us and we loved every minute of it! Stephanie is amazing. From start to finish we hired Stephanie as our month of wedding coordinator. She was always there for me when I was at my low and happiest. She was constantly in communication with the groom and I. On the day of our wedding she made sure everything was perfect. From my 10am "Happy Wedding Day" text made me feel good about how the day was going to be. Everything turned out wonderful, she is very organized and knows exactly what she is doing. Her assistant Corina was with me the whole entire wedding day. Corina was amazing as well, and made sure if I ever needed anything she was there grabbing it for me and also the groom. I would definitely recommend Stephanie and her team for weddings. Forever grateful she helped us have our wedding of our dreams! Miss you already!!!! read more

Where is the 6 star option? Or the 10 star option?? I would give Stephanie and her team 100 stars if I could! When you host a wedding, things that people normally talk about are - the food, drinks, music, and maybe entertainment. Nobody ever compliments the bride/groom on how awesome their wedding coordinator team is - until you have a wedding coordinated by Stephanie Chin & team! My husband and I got married two weeks ago and we had the perfect, dream-come-true type of wedding, and a large part of that was because of Stephanie and her team. It literally was the happiest day of our lives and absolutely nothing went wrong, and if something did go wrong, we didn't hear about it because Stephanie probably took care of it! Seriously, so many people came up to us and said our wedding was smooth, timing was perfect, and very well run and they were all very impressed by Stephanie. My bridesmaids all commented on how well coordinated everything was behind-the-scenes too. We hired Stephanie 6 months ahead of our wedding to help with vendor recommendation, style & décor ideas, and most importantly, day-of coordination. After just one complimentary consultation meeting with Stephanie, we hired her the very next day. She's thorough and so detail oriented which is very important when it comes to wedding planning. She thinks about all the things a bride wouldn't think about (like, what color do you want your napkin to be?!) She's SUPER responsive to emails, calls, and texts - she'll respond to you within 24 hours if not 2 hours. Sometimes I'd send her like 5 emails in a day and she'll respond to each and every one of them within the day. If I was ever confused or doubted myself on a decision, she would put me at ease. On the day of the wedding, Stephanie brought 3 (or 4?) ladies with her. One stayed with me (bride) the whole day, one stayed with the groom, and 1-2 more were setting up at the venue. Meanwhile, Stephanie was running around to make sure everything was ok. They all had walkie-talkies and these fanny pack looking pouches that had EVERYTHING you needed - you ate some garlic and need gum/mint? You got it. You're hot and need a fan? You got it. Your BM's eyeliner is smeared and need a QTip? They got that too! I can go on and on and rave about Stephanie and her team for hours. In summary, she's organized, prepared, professional, quick to respond, friendly, personable, good communicator, and EVERYTHING you need in a wedding coordinator. She's one of the best vendors I hired for my wedding and I'm so lucky to have worked with her! Now that our wedding is over, I'm totally going to miss working with her! read more

5 star planning all the way!!! Stephanie, is the greatest, most organized, patient, and passionate person ever. Our wedding went so smooth, even working with crazy people in my family along with myself, Stephanie never missed a step. Her event planning, vendor management and sourcing are top notch, not to mention her crew, they were equally amazing, always there when my wife and I needed something on the big day. From the get go, Stephanie made sure all dates were set, invoices, contracts, all that stuff was in good communication with all who were involved and made sure WE were on point with what we had to take care of by a certain date, because usually its the couple that gets lazy and drops the ball. Stephanie and her crew made our day a smooth no stress event. I would recommend her services to anyone. Stephanie Chin Events, I couldn't recommend a better wedding and events planner she is the best. read more

Stephanie is a gem!!! We were given her details by Old Ranch Country Club and loved her from the first conversation with her. We met up and discussed what we envisioned on the day. Throughout the process she made us feel like we had a fairy god mother with an army. Leading up to the day she would send checklists and follow up checking to see if we had any concerns. On the day of having her made us actually ENJOY our wedding. Even when we were at our sweetheart table she had two members of her team who made sure no one came up to the table to chat so that way we were able to enjoy our own wedding dinner. The assistant on the day was just amazing assigned to me the bride. I felt like nothing was too much to ask. Then at the end of the night, everything was packed up and safely and neatly in the car that was taking us home. You will not want to have your wedding without Stephanie and her team! read more

First of all I just want to say a HUGE THANK YOU to Stephanie and her team (lead) Camilla, Mina and lohanne!! Our wedding day went better than I ever imagined!! Stephanie came on under a month out from our wedding. After our first meeting I was so VERY happy to have her on our side. Camilla remained so calm at all times, allowing our day to move along on track and smoothly. Mina is a sweetheart and was always a step ahead. Lohanne rangled our wild groomsmen and ensured every detail was tied with a kick ass bow. From the start Stephanie covered every detail ( many that I had not and would not have ever crossed my mind). Stephanie and her team, leading up to and through the day of, kept everyone in the loop making sure all of our dreams came true. When we started the wedding planning process, the top advice we received from friends was to have a competent wedding coordinator. Having attended many weddings as a guest, I've seen brides and grooms stressed out on their wedding days because things weren't going as planned, even though they had a coordinator. As a MOH, I've had to track down the bride's coordinator at the reception because I was supposed to give my speech over an hour ago, only to be met with "oh, I didn't know you guys were ready." Needless to say, it's important not just to have a coordinator, but one who is competent and professional -- someone who can not only make a schedule and is organized, but someone who can also ensure other vendors stick to the schedule as closely as possible. Stephanie's team went above and beyond our expectations. I interviewed several coordinators until we found the perfect fit - Stephanie Chin Events. We were only looking for a month-of-coordinator as we had our vendors picked, but Stephanie was involved from the beginning. She is extremely professional, enthusiastic, responsive, and experienced, and truly made the planning process smooth. She provided us with to-do lists for each month leading up to the wedding and our day-of schedules early in the process, which my type-A personality truly appreciated. On the day of the wedding, one of her team members was by my side the entire time and assisted with holding my train and bouquet, and providing me with water. We had minor details that didn't go as planned, such as a missing table sign, but Stephanie came to me with a solution instead of just reporting the issue to me. She ensured that all our vendors stuck with the schedule so that we didn't feel rushed or stressed. Because of her team, we were present at the wedding, got to eat, and were able to hang out with our family and friends, and dance! Stephanie and her team also stayed for the reception, which not all coordinators do. At the end of the night, her team nicely packed all our photos, decor, and signage, which were all ready for us to take home by the time we left. If I had to do this all over again, I would definitely choose Stephanie again. Thank you Stephanie for making our best day! read more

Stephanie and her team are the best! From the initial planning leading up to the wedding night, everything went flawless. They handled everything like a pro and created a timeline that was perfect. I did not have to worry about anything from the initial planning stage to the big night. We were able to enjoy our wedding day and night without any "bridezilla" moments thanks to Stephanie and her team. They kept everything calm and organized. Even during the planning stage, Stephanie was very helpful with vendor communications and made sure everything fit in our budget and design. We did not have to worry about keeping all the different vendors updated because Stephanie would keep everyone up to date on the progress and timeline. The team is very organized, professional, and easy to work with. After the wedding, our friends were even saying they loved our wedding and everything was planned out perfectly. I give all the credit to Stephanie and her team - without them we would not have had such an enjoyable and memorable night. I would HIGHLY 10/10 recommend them to plan your event..they are PERFECT! read more
