We just had our wedding at The Colony House and it was a dream! Shane and Cameron were amazing to work with and they accommodated all of our requests and more. They were extremely professional and attentive to every single need. The 24 Carrots team also provided top notch service for the ENTIRE day. Our friends and families raved about how beautiful the venue was and it was everything we could ask for our wedding! Highly recommend for your future wedding here!!

Went for a market event~ bottom half is quite spacious with restrooms at entrance. Top half upstairs is a little tighter. Overall the air circulation was good and felt warm from the cold. There was also a little space for outdoor vendors and an ample enough parking lot. The lot was full so we parked in street parking a little over auto zone.

My (now) wife Annie and I highly recommend The Colony House! We toured more than 8 venues around Orange County and LA and The Colony House by far had the best pricing and the venue was the perfect size for our 195-guest county wedding! Shae and Shane were amazing to work with and our wedding had a photo booth, 360 video booth on the upper floor, 3 bars, a candy wall, late night instant ramen bar, late night Pizookies, and a delicious buffet of food. Everyone had such an awesome time! Shoutout to chef Yunuel and our server Aaron who were the best! All of the staff were fantastic!

We had our wedding here at the Colony House over labor day weekend, and it was absolutely amazing. The venue was beautiful, and we loved the high ceilings, open space, upstairs loft, succulent wall and outside patio area. The ceremony and reception were in the same area, and the staff & vendors were so great at flipping the room, the process very smooth. We had about 135 guests and the space was perfect. We also loved that the space was pet-friendly during the ceremony, so we were able to have our dogs walk down the aisle as a flower girl & ring boy :) Everyone absolutely LOVED the food, huge shout out and thank you to our lead chef Nick and lead server Felix! Shane and Shae were also very easy to work with, and communicative throughout the planning process. We live in NY, and they were very accommodating in working with our schedules when we came into town for the wedding preparations, including food tasting and the dress rehearsal. The 24 carrots staff were also so great throughout the night, thank you all so much! We are so happy we chose the Colony House to celebrate our special day, our wedding was an absolute dream and we would highly recommend!

Beautiful space to host your event of a lifetime. My cousin booked this location for her reception and it was amazing. They offered a cocktail hour, open bar, and foods. The location is big and spacious. They have a bridal room to store your items during the reception. The outdoor courtyard is perfect for insta photos and ended up being the spot we spent time at when we weren't on the dance floor.

Best wedding ever! My husband and I toured this venue almost a year in advance when we first got to meet Shae & Shane who will walk you through the entire wedding process from start to finish. They provide detailed information, respond promptly to all emails or inquiries, and make everything run smoothly the day of! They also provide flexibility and help on things you may want customized outside of what the venue offers such as bringing in dessert vendors, DIY stage decor, etc. I had nothing to worry about the day of and my lead server for the night of - Felix - was amazing! All the staff (servers, setup crew, bartenders) provided by 24 carrots are wonderful and helped with a smooth and stress-free night. The food is amazing and with the new renovations, my guest loved all the picturesque spots in the venue. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get married!

Recently had my wedding there and have all the best to say about The Colony House. This was one of our top top contenders when looking around for venues and we did nothing but compare other venues to this one. Their venue space is stunning, open, and beautiful to say the least. Their upstairs loft, bridal suite, brick accents, succulent wall and bars speak for themselves too. The space has so much to offer and allows for you and your partner to create a space that encapsulates the both of you for your special day. We had our ceremony and reception in the same room. The staff and my vendors were able to flip the space in no time while our 120 guest went upstairs for cocktail hour during the transition, which was truly seamless! As for FOOD...from the first tasting to the last bite we had at dinner, it was nothing short of delicious. Chef Dax and Head Server Diana are amazing to have cater your event & highly highly recommend for anything in the future. The tray passed appetizers were an immediate hit to the point where some guests were cheering as they came out of the kitchen. We went for the island menu (buffet style) for our guests and most went back for seconds, and others for a third serving! Servers were so attentive, bartenders were amazing to chat with, kept the party going for sure! My husband and I are so happy we chose The Colony House to host our special day. Shane and Shae were amazing to work and always had an open line of communication for question we had (and trust me I had a lot). Thank you both for putting up with all my questions and emails. The event ran so smooth the day of we would not as for more. If you're looking for a venue that will take care of you in all departments, this is your stop. Our wedding here was a dream. The Colony House is such a beautiful venue to host your wedding for both the ceremony and reception! To be honest, the succulent wall was what really drew me to this location, but, as soon as I saw the rest of the venue in-person, I knew immediately that this was the perfect place for our wedding (and it was only the second venue we looked at!). My husband and I had our wedding there recently and the whole experience from planning the event to celebrating the special day was absolutely amazing! Shane and Shae are the BEST! They are incredibly professional and personable, and they made the whole planning process so easy. The venue also includes catering with 24 Carrots, which was really convenient since I didn't need to hire a separate caterer for the reception, and, let me tell you: the food was delicious!!! My biggest goal with our wedding was to have all our guests leave feeling full and satisfied, and pretty much all the plates were cleaned off. We got so many comments after the wedding about how good the food was. All in all, our guests had a great time there, everyone raved about the beautiful location and the scrumptious food, and we were able to celebrate our wedding with the biggest smiles and unforgettable memories!

We had the pleasure of working with Shae and Shane for just over a year for our wedding at The Colony House. When we first toured, Shane did an amazing job at making us feel comfortable to ask any and all questions to ensure we would end up with a venue that was within our budget, but also the look and feel we knew we would want for our night. Once we reserved our date, the team was transparent with any and all details of our contract, and made sure we knew what our options for event design were LONG before we had to finalize decisions, perfect for any moments of indecisiveness due to excitement. The team was flexible with changes as we got closer to our date, and made sure both our Tasting event and Detail meeting were filled with options we had brainstormed were present so we could finally envision the event come to life. On the day of the event, we felt incredibly special, with Shae and team working with our event planner, (Sprinkles of Love Events) to bring an event to life that perfectly fit what we wanted for our night, down to the mood lighting in the room. We absolutely LOVED everything about how they set up the space and made sure they took a moment to unveil the room to us privately. Chef Kendall and her teammate Vida were nothing but amazing and spectacular as well. Vida and her team were around whenever we wanted more appetizers (more on that to come), and were always quick to ask if my husband and I needed anything throughout the night. We wanted for absolutely nothing thanks to the team. And for Chef Kendall, we waited months to finally be able to taste the amazing appetizers and main dishes, and they did not disappoint. We maybe asked for 4-5 rounds of the apps we chose, and fell absolutely in love with the Mac'n'Cheese, so much so that we have our fingers crossed we can find out the recipe. Our entire night was special because of the team that worked on our event. Shae, Shane, Chef Kendall and Vida, thank you so much for a night my husband and I will never forget and will cherish our photos to remember how happy and relaxed you all allowed us to be, and how happy our tummies were when we would eat the amazing food. We recommend 24 Carrots for not only weddings, but for other events as well!

We're so happy that we had our wedding at The Colony House! It's a modern and beautiful indoor venue. We wanted an indoor venue as our wedding was in December 2023, and we didn't want our guests to freeze in the cold... It was the right decision, as our wedding day was super windy! Colony House has all you in need indoors (ceremony, cocktail hour, reception), so weather was not an issue for us at all. So many of our guests mentioned that the space was modern yet beautiful. There are many beautiful spaces indoors and outdoors for your photos. We have so many wonderful photos from this venue. Lastly, Shane and Shae from The Colony House are wonderful! They are very communicative and detail-oriented, responding to all of my questions patiently and kindly. Our wedding day went so smoothly, with no issues at all. You are in great hands in the team at Colony House if you choose this as your venue.

The food itself is decent but not particularly memorable. The atmosphere and experience are definitely the main draw here. It's a cute spot for a girls' day or special occasion, though it is a bit pricey. The middle-tier tea service is around $36 per adult, and they also offer a Little Princess Tea for kids at $20, which includes fruit, scones, desserts, and cucumber sandwiches + PB&J. One plus is the parking as they have a good-sized lot and I've never had trouble finding a spot.

The tea sandwiches featured various fillings: avocado cream cheese, caprese with pesto, chicken salad with sun-dried cranberries, egg salad, and cucumber dill with cream cheese. All the ingredients were fresh and tasty. For example, just a little bit of dill brought out a nicely grassy garnish. I enjoyed the caprese with pesto sandwich the most. Overall, this banquet center is great for small dishes for special occasions.

Where do I even begin…read more Our wedding day is supposed to be the most cherished day of our lives. Instead, Springfield turned it into a masterclass in incompetence, broken promises, and stunning unprofessionalism, all while charging a premium price for what amounted to amateur hour. The audio situation: We were never told the venue's speaker setup was nonfunctional until the rehearsal. Had we not brought our own rolling speaker for the ceremony by sheer luck, our ceremony would have played out disastrously, with the music and the microphone output conflicting, coming out the same speaker. The upstairs mic and music speakers disconnected multiple times during the event as well. For a venue that takes your money without hesitation, working equipment should be the bare minimum. The missing groom's room: We were explicitly told the 4th floor would be available for the groom to use. The venue even said there would be champagne provided in the room. When I went to the room to change, there was another event happening and I was unable to get ready. I had no space to prepare and had to wait for the bride to finish changing in the bridal suite before I was able to change my suit, delaying the entire schedule. Unacceptable. Where was Shelly? By the time we sorely needed a coordinator, she had vanished. The cake cutting was late with no knife or plate ready past the scheduled time. The ballroom lighting wasn't set as planned and we had to get help from a different employee. Every time we sought help, we were passed between staff members with no answers and no authority. No designated coordinator, just Shelly, missing. The final insult: We lost a gift and a belonging of one of our guests. When a family member called to report it a couple days later once it was noticed, the staff member spoke back with slight laughter on the phone. We reached out multiple times and it took numerous methods of contact before we got a clear answer more than a day later that no items were recovered. Besides the slow response, the missing items were not the venue's fault. But, Shelly, for some reason, was severely offended that we had expressed any sadness at all regarding the missing gift and she made a retaliatory accusation implying our own friends and family had stolen them. Disgraceful. And this disrespectful and unnecessary accusation came immediately after she had apologized regarding how sorry she was about the level of service they had shown and how they had handled the event. The apology lasted a couple emails before it made us really reconsider whether it was sincere. The food was good. That is the only compliment this venue will receive from us. Everything else was a failure. Broken promises, absent coordination, and deeply disrespectful treatment when we dared to speak up. Future couples deserve so much better than this. Take your money elsewhere.

They did a great job with reaching out prior to the party to check in and confirm everything. Thankfully they had 1 last slot open on the date of the party and I'm so glad I booked it right away. Taylor was very welcoming & attentive not only to my daughter, but to all the other kids there. She looked beautiful, but her voice was incredible! I was in shock how identical she sounds to Ariel & even her singing was exactly the same my daughter was in awe! She was able to fit in story telling, a few games, singing happy birthday, and photos with all the guests all within an hour I was so impressed. My daughter was so happy & that was really the whole point, to make her smile & have her see her favorite Disney princess in real life on her special day. It was worth every penny & I wish we could do it all over again. We choose the cottage collection and was able to get everything we needed for a tea party for 25 people. All the guests loved it and commented on how cute the decorations were. I was also able to purchase a bridal tea cup as a keepsake for bride. The tea party was a big hit and I will definitely be referring to my family and friends.

I shared my vision with them and got great suggestions. I needed help planning my son's first birthday in a Korean Traditional way (Dol). I had no idea where to begin and how to plan so I needed expert help. I did not want to trouble my family and with my limited free time it only made perfect sense to have a planner who specializes in this type of event to assist me. Ivy is a great designer and really nailed it. She made my vision come true. I was looking for a fusion theme: an outer space theme with Korean elements. Terry is a great entertainer and I was lucky to have him MC'd our event. They were both super friendly and professional. They were both extremely helpful and on the event day they both took charge coordinating the event. My friends and family were impressed with the whole event. They all commented how great the set up was and how fun the party was. My MIL was the happiest. She let me know this was one of the best Dol parties she has ever been to. She loved everything.
