His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. At the event, we needed audio and visual to present information and Keith did an incredible job setting everything up. It made the whole evening run so smoothly & my life easier! The servers were equally amazing--attentive, friendly, and on top of everything all night. They made everyone feel welcomed and taken care of, which made such a difference in the overall atmosphere. And the food... absolutely amazing! Every dish was delicious, beautifully presented, and a huge hit with our guests. I'm tempted to not write a review of this place. When you all find out about it, you will all crowd me out and I won't be able to get a seat here anymore. You may refer to this place as Celebrations, but it's really Dominico's place. Dominico had a vision for this place, and this place represents his vision for the ideal restaurant. This is a supper club from a calmer, more centered time. Red's the color of the day here, and it's a cool and witty red, the color of crushed velvet and drunken aging starlets. Dominico has gone to some trouble to make the place sweet and inviting without being stuffy. The portions are large here. Dominico believes strongly in his chef, and his chef love short ribs, so that's what I had. There was some depth of flavor in them, but there were just a little fatty for my personal taste. That is not a reflection of the cook or the restaurant; I simply don't love short rib as much as some people do, But I don't regret trying it. Anyway, although the food is good to very good, and the ambiance is exquisite, none of that is the reason you're coming to Dominico's. The reason you're coming to Dominico's, is because the owner himself will seat you and chat you up, and that he'll get on stage with his musician buddies, and he'll sing your favorite lounge lizard hits from the 1950s,'60s, and '70s. Now you're not here because Dominico has the best singing voice in all of Orange County. You are here because Dominico clearly loves his beautiful restaurant, and he loves his beautiful food, and he loves to sing for you. And the effect, as you're drinking red wine and sitting with your lovely date, is absolutely sublime. This is an Italian restaurant, serving American style portions, where the owner is singing love songs in Spanish from the 1970s. This place is absurdly charming, and only the prissiest of the purists could not love it dearly. read more

Came here for the Kickass Women of Orange County event and it was fantastic! What a nice venue with plenty of parking in the structure. We were greated with a red carpet and photos of the women on the magazine. There was an outside area where we could get espresso and whiskey tastings. When you walked in the inside lounge there was a jewelry making station to get permanent jewelry. Inside was a big bar where you could get more cocktails. Then there was the actual venue which could seat a 1000 people comfortably. What a wonderful place to hold an event. I enjoyed it immensely. Hope to come back for next years event. Just had one of the best Italian meals ever here. The venue is a beautiful red decor. Very tastefully decorated but not fussy. We were greeted warmly by the staff and the owner Demonico. He is an excellent host and instantly makes you feel welcomed. The chef Carmelo and the owner are genuine Italians and their menu is very authentic. We started out with the beef carpaccio, aracini, and caprese salad. Each dish was beautifully presented and were delicious. Our main dishes were the short rib, risotto, and the pollo alla Demonico. We basically devoured every dish til the last crumb . We finished with a delicious chocolate soufflé. An all around great meal... and we were serenaded by a live guitarist. The food was next level, the service was great, and the owner, Mr. Dominico, was so kind and welcoming. The lasagna honestly blew my mind. Italian Chef Carmelo creates the authentic delicious Italian dishes with freshest finest ingredients. The beautiful delicious cocktails are made by Lorenzo from Florence, and the great selections of wine, especially the natural wine is great plus!!! The nightly live music entertainment makes this place so romantic and alive. Thanks to the new owner/GM Signor Dominico Grillo who was the GM at Quattro Caffe in South Coast Plaza for numerous years put all these together. The new romantic magic place for us in Orange County. This place is good for solo dining after a long crazy day at work, romantic dating, friends and family gathering. They can do any party even up to hundreds of people( There's a separated space attached to the Red Room.). Also this is the very few place serve Real Soufflé ( chocolate or Grand Marnier). The "Red Room" had the coolest old Italian vibe to it, the bar was lively, the servers were super friendly, the drinks were awesome, but the ambience was truly the show stopper. We went during a Frank Sinatra cover band night and it just added to the vibes. You feel like you're in another country, and what I loved is that it wasn't too loud where I couldn't hear my partner when trying to converse. We had some holiday inspired dessert with fig & ricotta and it blew our socks off. I cannot stress this enough you NEED to visit this place!!
