Danielle her team did an amazing job brining my vision to life. My special day was a true fairytale. They were there through the sweat and tears and helped take so much of my plate. I loved that they had different options for design and planning and I was able to book some of my vendors myself but they came in on my weakness with the design side of things. The team was all very professional during the event and allowed me to relax during the wedding knowing everything was being handled. They worked well with all our vendors, each time we booked a new vendor they actually had already heard of how great they were so it was nice to hear such amazing reviews all around.

The Leilani Wedding team really did an incredible job for our big day! We booked their Wedding Management package and Rachel Gaugler led the team and our decor looked so much more beautiful and refined than I ever could have imagined (and this was primarily decor we provided that their team had to setup, and they brought it all together in a way that exceeded our expectations!) and everything was so smooth for us as the customer. The LW team worked really closely with us leading up to the event to make sure everything was in place. This team is organized and they are proactive communicators. We also booked their social media package which Kim Trinh led and the reels she made for us were the perfect way to capture our special moments throughout the day at a fraction of the cost of a videographer. I can't even begin to describe this experience with Leilani and her team. First, I have to mention that Taylor at Leilani Weddings was our planner. She was literally a God send. My fiancé (now husband) and I have had a rough go. He is Australian and I'm American. I live in omaha Nebraska currently, and during the duration of our planning, he was in Australia. Everything was planned virtually. Taylor was there every step of the way. She was empathetic, understanding, and had the creativity that I was hoping to convey. She knew exactly what we needed. If we didn't have her, I don't think we would have the perfect wedding we had. It was stunning, the colors, the accents, the little touches we asked for...everything felt personalized. And even when vendors didn't come through, she followed up with them and helped get a refund or some sort of follow up (although that was barely needed because we had the best vendors!!). I will literally consider Taylor a part of something special for the rest of our lives. I highly recommend Leilani. Danielle is fantastic too, but Taylor feels like family now. She even helped me with a melt down at the wedding lol. Thank you Leilani and Taylor. We love you guys!

Danielle reached out to me the night before my wedding. I planned absolutely everything myself and really didn't think I needed a planner for the day of the wedding. That night we were able to plan every minute of my wedding day. What a relief! I was oblivious of how hectic it would be if I didn't have Leilani Wedding's extraordinary team. Danielle connected me to Pamela, who was a God send. Pamela was one step ahead of everything that needed to be done, from getting people seated to even the officiant paperwork. Having her present took a load off of my back and my day was stress free in regards to the flow of the wedding. I have nothing but amazing things to say about Nikki and her team with Leilani Weddings. If you're on the fence... let me be the one to say BOOK THEM! It was the absolute best decision I made for my wedding without a doubt. From the minute I booked with Nikki up until the very end of my wedding she was there to answer any questions and I had and give advice when needed. She was the BIGGEST help day of. She took care of things without hesitation, she helped us where needed, it was more than I could have asked for. I know she does and has done the big, beautiful, elaborate weddings and because of this I was unsure how my wedding was going to compare for her. I didn't have the biggest budget but I put as much heart as I could into making the details as beautiful as I could. Come wedding day when Nikki did a grand reveal of our reception space I could not believe it. Even writing this I am getting emotional. She took what I gave her and turned our space into a complete dream. I can't tell you enough, her eye for design and style is what makes this girl so special. I would over and over again hire her for any wedding or special event. Nikki is sweet, so kind and truly treats your day as it is the best day ever... she is the absolute best and we can't thank her and the team enough for all they did for us! We started working with Danielle in 2017, planning for a 2019 wedding. Through the wedding planning journey, our venue changed three times due to unforeseen circumstances; construction and wild fires. I'd also like to add that when we booked her our wedding was set at an all-inclusive venue and we ended up at a venue where we literally needed a vendor for EVERYTHING! Danielle handled each transition with so much poise and confidence. She was very resourceful and accommodating. Towards the end of the wedding journey I must admit I got really stressed out with the last minute details but she assured me everything would be ok. The big day finally arrived and our day was everything and more!!!! The vendors that Danielle had lined up for us were all amazing, professional and just a dream to work with. The "Man in Waiting" that was assigned to me as the bride, Charlie, went above and beyond to ensure I felt like a queen! (Def ask for him, he will make your day 1000x better). Our guests were really impressed at how smoothly everything went considering our church ceremony was in Burbank and the reception was in Malibu. Thank you Danielle, Charlie, and the entire Leilani squad for your time and dedication. Thank you for executing the wedding of our dreams!!!

I had the honor of working with Kevin and the Leilani team in October for a fabulous wedding. I was the Photographer for the wedding and Kevin had my back through out the whole event! Usually, coordinators and planners aren't seen through out the day since they are performing a bunch of behind the scenes activities to make the wedding come to life. But not Kevin, and I appreciate him for that. The reason why I'm writing this review is to rave about Kevin and his team. He constantly checked in with me asking me how we (photo & video team) were doing. I love that he was always there if we had any questions about what was happening next and he always notified us with what we were going to cover next. As a wedding day goes, events can run late and Kevin was able to squeeze in extra time for family and bridal party photos. He knew how to make the vendors and of course, the bride and groom pleased. This is a true sign of professionalism and passion. Thank you Kevin for all the hard work you do. The Leilani Weddings team has their job locked down!! Hire them! Now!

Danielle and Leilani Weddings couldn't have been better for our wedding and rehearsal dinner. And we're super picky ;) We chose a tricky venue and had big dreams, and Danielle made every effort possible (and then some) to make it happen perfectly. The best part was the trust we had with her. We remember walking out for the ceremony to see everything she'd created, and it was like a fairytale. Everything we'd imagined was brought to life, and more! We met several times throughout the year leading up to the date, and she took meticulous notes to make sure she could deliver everything we wanted. When times came for creative solutions for design or organizational challenges along the way, Danielle was quick to create a great solution with us. (We didn't know anything about flowers or table deco - she taught us how to be pros...) Our guests are still taking about how amazing our wedding was - countless people said this was the most beautiful wedding they'd ever seen. The day of the wedding Danielle and her ace team made our experience completely stress-free - even though we're sure there were issues behind the scenes, we never saw them (and still don't know about them to this day). Every woman has an inner bride-zilla, but Danielle checks every box to make sure that nothing goes wrong - she's a zilla-proofer :) Don't mess around. This is your special day, and you owe it to yourself and your guests to have it go flawlessly. Danielle nails it. Work with her. When I asked my daughter what her favorite part of her birthday was, without any hesitation she said, "Meeting Elsa!" Thank you, Elsa, for coming all the way out to Irvine on 05/09. This is one of the primary family activities I love doing with both my children…read more Since Ariel turned 3, she has never been more star struck by the princesses that make her over and have tea parties with her. Every event is so personalized and special, it has helped us through monumental milestones of family transition, deployment, etc. They have something nice for the parents as well so that they can also enjoy the experience like champagne, lattes, and a lovely seating area. My son Wilder also really enjoyed being a pirate and finding treasure and has joined Ariel for the Elsa and Anna event last year as Olaf, also enjoying the fondu and fun activities the kids were there to enjoy. These experiences are so wonderful because even an hour makes such a big difference to their lives and we don't have to schlep around giant parking lots or worry about extra expenses and lines like at Disney. They just feel special and get the greatest experience for a lot less expenses and hassle. The location by the beach with the nicest folks also makes it great. Sometimes we walk around after or take the ferry and have ice cream. The park across the street is inviting as well.

Horrible experience, stay away!…read more This is a review for Eliza at BEL Events for her wedding planning services. We met Eliza at our venue 8 month before our wedding date. During the first session she presented herself well, and she talked and bragged a lot about her 18 yrs of experience in event planning and stories about how she handles wedding situations. So, we thought she is the right event planner for us and signed a contract. After signing the contract and making the payment, she was very hard to find and we did not see the expected action from her side, and every time we followed up, her response was: "don't worry I will manage everything before the wedding day". We were asking for the basics of planning such as timeline, vendor recommendations (a few to choose from) and communications (which was part of the contract) but not no action except a quote of her own rental service. We were getting closer to the wedding date and her lack of action made us so worried and very frustrated. Eventually we had to get involved and did almost 90% of the work ourselves. She was very hard to find but even when we could talk to her, she would create more unnecessary problems to an extant that my wife had panic attacks after a few meetings we had with her. 2 month before our wedding she caused so much anxiety and frustration that we decided to end our contract with her and find another planner. Thankfully, our new planner was amazing and our Wedding planning went very smooth after that, and the event was as wonderful as we could imagine! With way lower cost than what Eliza had proposed! After I requested to cancel the contract she disappeared and never responded to our emails, which is very unprofessional. Here is a list of a few issues from our experience of working with here: 1- Accessibility: every time we had a question or needed to talk to her, it was taking several days until she gets back to us. With irrelevant excuses, like she would show me her busy google calendar! 2- Push to use her own services as vendors: Per her contract she had to suggest different vendors so we can choose. But since she has rental and flower services, she was arguing so much to stop us from even looking at other options! She charges unnecessarily expensive! By doing a little research, we found our vendors and saved at least 50% with same or better quality! 3- Nonsense arguments and rude attitude: In many occasions she was just insisting on holding the event the way SHE wants, without paying attention to our request or desire. Every time we requested something, her answer was: "I don't want MY event to be that way or I don't want MY guests to be that way"!!! With a condescending attitude emphasizing that "I have 18 yrs of experience and I know what to do"!!! Any simple request would become a long story and unnecessary argument. In one occasion my wife requested that guests throw flower petals while walking out of aisle, and she immediately said: "No!, you can't do that, I don't want my cleaning crew spend time on cleaning the petals"!!!! In another occasion Eliza was insisting on only using her recommended valet service (which was quoting more than double the price of the service we eventually used) and on top of it she was forcing us to rent extra parking lot out of venue and pay extra for shuttle service!!!! While the venue had enough capacity! And when I respectfully said: I am confident that the venue has enough capacity for parking, she got very angry and said: "in that case tell all your guests to use UBER and they can't drive their own car"!!! It was a nightmare working with BEL Events and I don't recommend her service due to lack of professionalism and decency in her business.

Booking the event was extremely easy, I read other reviews about the planners not reaching out prior to the event, but the truth is that you don't really need to hear from them. All of the plans are in writing when you sign the agreement, the location and time are set prior to the date (also in writing). The day the event, the crew reached out and let me know they were setting up along with texting me a location pin. The Picnic Collective went above and beyond with the details. The flowers were beautiful, the grazing boards were delicious, everything was absolutely beautiful! I purchased the sandwiches for each guest and they were yummy. The only extra things I brought myself were a cake and alcohol. (mini champagne bottles and seltzers along with a trash bag to keep the alcohol bottles out of sight :) They provide pretty glass looking cups and it made us feel extra fancy. The blue tooth speaker was a nice touch to set the mood with music. Overall 10/10 I would hire them again for another special occasion. I was so happy with everything. If your picnic is at the beach like most are, I recommend arriving 30min early, plan ahead because parking is a mother. For reference I worked with Kristen and she was really fast at replying via text.

Everything was done online via email, but I would have loved to actually speak or text with a live representative during that time and after they asked for the final payment before the actual day. They also asked for a tip prior to the day, but we opted to tip on the day because again, I had already paid for the entire experience before the experience. Thanking God it all worked out!

I booked Adina I believe in 2018 and she is not only professional but she is sweet, humble, and genuine. She worked with us every step and hurdle the pandemic caused. Meaning canceled venues, pushed wedding dates, special requests and even changed wedding design. I can't relay enough of my gratitude to her and her team. When the day of happened all that I dreamed of came to life. She worked with our budget and was realistic with us on what was worth getting to achieve the look and experience we wanted on our special day. All of our guests not only loved the venue, which is one of the exclusive venues of Event Loft, but they said the food and staff were impeccable. We have guests that continue to tell us that the venue was a gem to find and that everything was well scheduled. We booked everything with Event loft, except for the DJ and sofreh designer. She was very kind to the other vendors and helped them when needed. We have the most memorable photos, video and the flowers were beautiful and excellent quality.
