    Michelle was amazing! I would have been completely lost without her leading up to the wedding. After our first meeting, which she prepared so well, she took over all communication with vendors, and it was such a relief. She was very organized, quick to respond to texts and emails, and always answered all my questions. She's not only professional but also such a lovely person who truly loves what she does. Both of our parents complimented her after the wedding, and everything went so smoothly. I didn't hear a single complaint from our guests. One guest even told us it was the most memorable wedding they'd ever attended! Thanks to Michelle, my dream wedding truly became a reality. I'm so grateful to her and highly recommend her to anyone planning a wedding.

    I'm going to start by saying Michelle is amazing! I cannot say enough good things about her. She was the piece of our wedding that I didn't know we needed. My husband and I were looking for a day of coordinator and I'm so thankful we found Michelle - My family and friends will all tell you how particular I am about everything so finding a coordinator that would just get it, was hard. The moment Michelle responded to us; I knew she was the one. Love at first sight (read) you might say. LOL! I felt the love and passion she had for what she does, and her organization skills are out of this world. Never in a million years did I think my wedding day would be as peaceful and stress-free as it was, and it was all thanks to Michelle.     There are two main things that turn a wedding into a great wedding, planning and coordination. My wife and I took care of the former, but we needed major help with the latter.... Hiring Michelle / Cheers To Two as our day-of coordinator was one of the best decisions my wife and I made before our wedding. The week my wife and I were doing phone interviews for day-of coordinators, Michelle was our first call. By the end of the call I whispered to my wife that Cheers To Two was the one, cancel the rest of the interviews. I can read people pretty well and I could instantly tell that Michelle genuinely cared and I could trust her to coordinate our wedding to perfection. Our day wouldn't have been as perfect as it was if it wasn't for Cheers To Two. Michelle FAR exceeded my expectations and really WOW'd me with her attention to detail, perfect day management, and her infectious genuine happy attitude! She worked so well and seamlessly with all our vendors, I could have sworn they've worked together all the time. In the months and weeks leading up to the big day, Michelle took over communication to all vendors, sending them detailed maps of venue and precise personalized itineraries. Every vendor knew where to be, when to be there, and how to solve any issues by communicating to Michelle. But honestly, with Cheers To Two's coordination, there were no problems. The communication she had with my wife and I months, weeks, and days leading up the big day made sure everything was accounted for. Every person that interacted with Michelle, loved her! She treated my wedding-party, parents, families, and vendors with such a happy demeanor and respect, all while looking so cool and collected. This allowed me to fully trust her and allowed me to focus on the most important thing, my lovely bride. Both my wife and I felt so relaxed during our day and fully got to be present and actually be the guests of honor at our own grand party! Two weeks later from our wedding and I'm still hearing from guests that our wedding was one the most fun and well-organized weddings they've ever been to. Two of my favorite things about Michelle the day of the wedding was that she was enjoying the wedding just as much as us and our guests. She took so many pictures and videos throughout the day and even airdropped them to me at the end of the night. My wife and I were so appreciative of that because we could relive so many moments while still waiting for our professionals. She was also more prepared than an Eagle Scout, she wore this Mary Poppins fanny pack that had anything and everything that you could need in a wedding mishap. Scissors, sharpie, detergent pen, mints, safety pins, and a handheld fan were just a few things we needed from her throughout the day. By the end of the night, everything that she had set up for us had been broken down, wrapped up, and put away. All we needed to do was pick up our Rubbermaid bins and throw them in the car. She even packed and labeled ALL our food we didn't get to eat (we only got to the 2nd course of our 8 course meal). My wife and I were able to enjoy all our well-packed leftovers the next day while going through all the pictures and videos Michelle and our friends took for us! I never believed people before when they said that their wedding day was one of the happiest day of their lives...but now I totally understand. It wouldn't have been one of mine if it wasn't for my wife and I hiring Michelle / Cheers To Two!

    One of the most vital decisions we made during our wedding planning was bringing on Cheers To Two! For our particular situation, most of our vendors were already selected and we were on the fence about whether or not to hire a partial planner to handle the details, timeline, communicate with vendors, etc... but we're so glad that Michelle came on board. We honestly could not have pulled it off without her. There were definitely things needing to be addressed that we didn't even consider. She was so organized, so sweet, kept us on track and pushed us to bring our inspo to life. All changes, additions and subtractions to the planning were consistently updated and accounted for so our final vision came together without a hitch. Communicating with her was very easy, she was a great source of advice and support. She genuinely cares for her brides (and grooms!). Michelle even referred us to an awesome videographer whose work is just stunning. The Cheers To Two team executed the set up at our venue perfectly and made sure the day coursed smoothly. Confidently, I knew I could rely on her on our wedding day and we were able to just focus on having a good time with our guests! It was literally the best day ever. (Side note, especially for all the work they put in, very affordable!!) Glancing at the previous review, I wanted to add that I ALSO forgot to give my husband's ring and my vow book to the appropriate persons but Michelle saved the day, haha. She even took beautiful photos and videos that captured pieces of the wedding that we missed, like our late night snack bar set up and welcome table, as well as other behind the scenes shots of us that did in fact, bring me to happy tears.     Where do we even begin? Working with Michelle / Cheers To Two was hands-down the best decision we made during our entire wedding planning process. From the very first meeting, it was clear that we weren't just hiring someone to help organize a wedding--we were gaining a true partner who was fully invested in making our day absolutely perfect. From day one, Michelle was professional, warm, detail-oriented, and incredibly attentive. She took the time to truly understand our vision, our priorities, and what made us "us"--and then she brought that vision to life more beautifully than we could have ever imagined. She handled everything: venue coordination, vendor communication, timelines, last-minute changes, and countless behind-the-scenes challenges we never even knew existed. Her organization was impeccable. Every email, phone call, text, and meeting was followed up promptly, and we always felt supported and in the loop. She managed to balance creativity with logistics effortlessly, and her calm, confident demeanor helped ease our nerves throughout the process. What truly set her apart, though, was the way she went above and beyond. She stepped in whenever and wherever she was needed--no task was too small or too big. Whether it was managing guests or fixing unexpected hiccups with grace, she did it all with a smile. On the wedding day itself, we were able to be fully present and soak in every moment, because we knew she had every single detail under control. That peace of mind is something you simply can't put a price on. Guests have not stopped raving about how seamless, beautiful, and well-orchestrated our wedding was, and that is all thanks to her. The entire day flowed effortlessly--from the ceremony to the cocktail hour, the dinner, entertainment , and dancing. Every detail was executed flawlessly. In short, Michelle helped created a memory that will last a lifetime. We will be forever grateful for her passion, her dedication, and her heart.     5 stars is not enough for how amazing Michelle is! My husband and I were deciding on which coordinator to go with and if we really needed one (you really do). We are so glad we went with Michelle!! She literally made our wedding day so smooth and the last months leading up to the big day easier and bearable. Michelle is so passionate about her work, we clicked instantly! She would always check in with us, and made sure we're doing good. She was super responsive and always one step ahead of us. She communicated with all our other vendors leading up to the big day. She helped us so much and we appreciate her and her team! Our bridal party loves you Michelle, thanks for everything! During our actual wedding day, her and her team made everything smooth. We were able to enjoy our wedding and not stress about it.     If you're thinking about hiring Michelle / Cheers To Two as your wedding coordinator - DO IT! This was definitely one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! I initially found Michelle through IG, and hired her instantly after speaking to her on the phone. She is friendly, super experienced, and is always so positive! Plus she loves animals :) As a project manager, I was very impressed by her attention to detail, organization (love the excel sheets!), and communication that Michelle displayed throughout the whole planning process. She always responded to us quickly, and even let me know when she would be going out of country just in case I had any questions before my big day. On the day of our wedding - everything was far better than I could've ever imagined! A coordinator is someone that you, as the couple, would be around for the entire day, and Michelle had the perfect personality to keep us cool, calm, and relaxed. She helped us put our cake flowers on, repurpose our ceremony flowers & candles for the sweetheart table (so I saved lots of $$), patiently answered a billion questions on what to do from everyone around us, and helped solved any issues that came up before anyone would notice. My husband continues to rave about her magical fanny pack which held all the emergency items we could ever need - scissors, sharpies, tide pen, safety pins, even a small handheld fan which came in handy for my July wedding! She and her team are the main reasons why my husband and I, our wedding party, and our families were fully able to enjoy our wedding and just have fun without worrying about anything! Not only that, but we received compliments about Michelle and her team from our other vendors as well! Everyone was so impressed with how organized she was! She communicated with all our vendors leading up the wedding, and sent them personalized timelines & floorplans before the wedding day so they knew exactly what to expect. Our parents also loved Michelle - they said she knew how to keep things on schedule, but she was always smiling, super sweet, and never pushy! After the wedding - Michelle surprised us by airdropping soooo many pictures and videos throughout the wedding day so we could enjoy them before we get the professional ones! In addition, as the bride and groom, you rarely get a chance to sit down and eat but Michelle packed our wedding food for us!! The day after the wedding, my new husband and I were able to have a nice little date reliving our wedding through all the photos and videos Michelle took for us, and eating the delicious food that Michelle packed for us. From being always available, to providing suggestions and insight into timeline, and coordinating everything so well the day of, their team is simply the best. I admire their passion for planning and it was so incredible working with them. I worked with Paola and Sandra directly and Sandra was there day of. Paola and Sandra are very experienced, professional, and kind. Both were actively involved in the planning process. I'm extremely type A and it's hard for me to trust people to take over (especially when I knew it was one of the most important days in my life) and take on tasks, but I trusted them 100%. To start off, they have a lot of experience working at Terannea, which made things a lot easier for us and helped things run smoothly. Moreover, the vendors I selected knew of Paola and Sandra and their team and I admired their good reputation in the wedding industry. Knowing what I know now, it would have been easier for me to have hired them as full on planning instead of day of coordination just because they're so good at what they do that I really trust every decision they make. I keep getting comments from my family and friends that the wedding was one of the best they've been to. Moreover I've received many comments specifically from my bridal party and close family about the incredible planning team keeping the day so smooth and on track. There's a trend on social media about "wedding regrets" and my husband and I keep saying to eachother thankfully that we have zero regrets. Every vendor was amazing and the planning team really went above and beyond what was asked of them and for that I'm forever grateful. I appreciate that the team asked us what 3 things were important to us on our day. 1. our guests have an amazing time 2. the timeline runs smoothly 3. to have fun That's exactly what happened! I am grateful that I was not stressed the day of and we are so happy we found Sandra and Paola as they helped turn my dream wedding into a reality. It was all thanks to Megan and Marni and the whole So Smitten team. They are incredible. When we first met with So Smitten, Megan walked us through a massive planning document that addressed every component of a wedding. There were so many little things that I would never think about. Their organization blew me out of the water, I immediately knew the So Smitten team would be a great match for us. When we started planning, my wife and I had a very abstract idea of what we wanted. Megan and Marni took our idea and ran with it. They took our really rough vision and perfected it. It was amazing to see the plan evolve during our regular zoom calls. We were also shocked to see that they took notes on EVERYTHING! There were so many little things we mentioned once and forgot about that, months later, found their way into the plan. They also kept us on track through the whole process. They would make a to do list for us at the end of every meeting of what we we need to do and when we need to do it by. That really removed a lot of stress from our lives. The So Smitten team has so many connections for: Photographers, Videographers, DJs, Bands, Flowers, Design, Rentals, everything you need. They made it really easy compare vendors and find the ones that we liked to work with. Later, when all our vendors were trying to check in with us in the weeks leading to the wedding, Megan and Marni took on a bunch of the meetings and contract stuff for us. That removed so much of our stress and let us we could worry about getting our family and friends to the event. Letting them take on all the contracts and negotiations also ended up helping us save about 3-4x the amount we paid So Smitten by finding different alternatives for power, DJs, etc. Leading into the wedding everyone told me to just relax WHEN things go wrong and let the planners and coordinators handle it. Megan and her team were so on top of things that we didn't even notice any issues coming up. My wife and I kept joking "Ok, when is this big issue going to finally arise?" It never really did. At least not to our knowledge. Megan, Marni and the So Smitten team are incredible. We are recommending them to everyone. They took out ALL the stress from wedding planning. I really have no idea how I would have handled it if we didn't find So Smitten!

We were initially drawn to So Smitten because every wedding they coordinated was so beautiful and full of personality, and that was true - but what we couldn't see was how much work went on behind the scenes. Not going to lie, we had some real drama this year, and our coordinator Megan became our rock: guiding us with her expertise, calm, and humor. She always made herself so available throughout the process, be it through recommendations or negotiations or bridal anxieties. I'm worried that if I keep going on you won't read this whole thing, so I'm going to say maybe the best thing about hiring So Smitten: we had so many people say that we had a perfect wedding, and not only do I truly agree, but I also know that would not have been possible without Megan, Marni, Melanie and the team.     Unfortunately, I was not able to have the Forever & Always Wedding that I dreamed of. Although…read moreHeather communicated very well, there were a couple of incidents that I found slightly unprofessional: 1. I signed a contract with one of her staff as my wedding planner. Unfortunately, from my understanding, there were unexpected changes in the company, so Heather had to take over. However, Heather responded that she would make an exception for me and not charge me an additional $1000 for this change. With all due respect, I should not be financially penalized for changes that an owner experiences; especially since I already signed the contract that I financially agreed to. 2. I encountered a lot of life changes that disrupted my ability to move forward with a wedding that my brothers were supposed to be in. For instance, I had a depressed, suicidal brother, I had another brother leave for Japan for the Marines, and I had an uncle pass away. All vendors except for Heather were so kind to fully refund my deposits due to the situation. Unfortunately, Heather responded that she was still a businesswoman and was financially hurting, so she was in no place to offer a full refund. I basically paid Heather almost $500 to establish a simple contract. I already had all the vendors in place and organized, so this deposit was for nothing. Heather should not be held responsible for unexpected circumstances, but this wedding meant a lot to me. As a business owner, you should be able to compromise with your clients based on their situation. I could have easily used that deposit to help my family for the funeral. I find this situation absurd because I never wanted a wedding planner to begin with. Our wedding list was only 32 guests, but my fiancé insisted that we hire a planner because he did not want me to stress out. I admire him for caring, but this wedding was going to be a private and intimate event with very little management. I blame myself for hiring a wedding planner when I did not need one. It is unfortunate that Heather was thinking like a businesswoman and not a human being with empathy. Nonetheless, please make sure to ask about the refund policy for emergencies such as death, health, etc. Two stars are for her communication, but I can only evaluate Heather based on my experience with her before the wedding date. Therefore, I am unable to provide feedback for her day service since my wedding never happened. Has it ever occurred to you, Heather, that you had not heard from me in a year because I was busy dealing with other important things like planning a funeral? My wedding was the last thing on my mind. Also, I was not complaining about the charge that never happened, I am complaining about your response to your changes. There was no need to comment on that you are more expensive and won't be charging me. We could have proceeded forward with whatever it was we were doing. You contacted ONE venue and that is because they had YOU sign a contract with them. FYI, my pre-engagement photos were scheduled with the photographer I hired for my wedding and I was still refunded the full amount. This vendor did not work for free either and still managed to prioritize customer service over money. You are a business owner and have the liberty to do as you please, but you must have needed the money more than I did, so I hope my contributions helped your business. Nonetheless, well done on your communication. If you have a family member with a life-threatening illness or you have a medical condition that may require potential hospitalization, please do not hire Heather as your wedding planner as she will not refund you the deposit because not make exceptions for your situation simply because she does not "work for free." Thank you.

Her and her assistant, Courtney, handled E V E R Y T H I N G on the day of our wedding at the Estate on Second and then some. If there was any sort of problem, she had the solution. If we needed a drink, she was there with mine and my husband's signature cocktails. If I was losing track of time, she made sure to gently push me along.
