We are beyond happy and grateful to have had Kristina as our wedding day-of-coordinator. She was easy to work with and ready to handle any task that comes her way. Where do I start.... *Ahem* So long story short, I was planning my DIY wedding which happened this past weekend on 9/4 and realized last minute that I wanted to invest in a day of coordinator who would simply come into my venue for a couple of hours and set up all decor I had purchased while we were away at our religious ceremony at another site. I hesitated hiring a coordinator of any kind because I was afraid of what the cost would be. I decided to make a post on the FB brides group I am a member of and see if I was able to find someone within my budget. I will be honest and say I had very little faith that I would be able to find someone on such a short notice and within my budget. Almost immediately, I see Kristina respond to my post and ask to get in touch with me to discuss my needs in greater detail. We scheduled a meeting for later that afternoon and I knew that Kristina was the one (no pun intended) by the questions she was asking me during our call. She even offered to come from Fullerton to our venue in Colton the day prior to our wedding, and do a walk through AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. So the Friday before my wedding rolls around and surprise surprise, Kristina is just as lovely and detailed in person as she was over the phone. I honestly put my complete and utter trust in her to get the job done and OMG did she get the job done so perfectly!!! Kristina took my inspo photos and brought all of my visions to life. She even offered to take the load off and be the contact for any other vendors that we had coming the afternoon of the wedding so that they could get in touch with her if they got lost on the way to the venue. She did her job and SO MUCH more without additional pay or requests and without having to contact me on the day of my wedding. We simply showed up to the venue and we saw Kristina working away and taking care of every decor detail; making my decor dreams come true. Even my husband was impressed with her work ethic and work. Like other reviewers have mentioned, Kristina is seriously God-sent. In conclusion, there is not enough praise or words that I can give to Kristina. All I want others to take away from my experience is that YOU SHOULD HIRE PERFECTLY PLANNED OCCASION (Kristina) AS YOUR WEDDING COORDINATOR!! I am already thinking of hiring her to coordinate my baby shower when we finally begin our family. lol Thank you, Kristina!! read more

Kristina is absolutely wonderful! I cannot recommend her enough and stress how important it is to have someone who is organized, experienced, honest, and willing to make your vision come to life on your special day! Kristina was very thorough with every detail -- some of which we didn't even think of -- and was the first one to be at our venue and last one to leave. It is unimaginable for us to have had the wedding we had without Kristina. She absolutely handled EVERYTHING. She made a difference for us because she cared about our day, and I have no doubt she will for your day as well! If you need a day-of or month-of coordinator for your wedding who also happens to be very very affordable, she is your person! read more

Perfectly Planned Occasion - The Nixon Library - Party & Event Planning Near Me

Kristina is God-sent!!! She also saved my wedding day multiple times. Let me tell you all the reasons you need to hire her...First, I received four different quotes from different wedding planners. Kristina was the sweetest, organized, genuine, and afforable planner from the three other wedding planners I had received references from. I immediately called her to confirm and reserve her for my wedding day. We setup a phone call where we went through the reception layout, table setups, vendors, day-of schedule, and many other details. She took excellent notes and I felt like I never had to repeat myself when describing where I wanted things to be placed. Second, Kristina came to my home to inventory all the items that were going to the reception and discussed any changes in plans. Kristina saved me the day before the wedding when she noticed I was missing 4 linens. It turns out I forgot to order 4 linens for extended Kings tables. If it wasnt for her notes and inventory of all my items, I would have been missing linens on the most important tables at my wedding for 200 guests. Kristina also took home napkins to pre-fold the day before the wedding to streamline the process. I was so thankful for her accomodations! Third, on the day of the wedding Kristina stayed an extra hour with her team to ensure everything was perfect. She never made me stress about anything. I promise you that NOTHING was missing, wrong, or done without complete care. She organized the entire venue beautifully. I felt like I walked into my dream. Every interaction with her was genuine and gentle. She handled every aspect of the wedding reception decor and setup. Big or small she will get it done and it will be stress-free! I guarantee she will think of things you will not even think of and it will save the entire day! Thank you, thank you, thank you Kristina! read more
