Fun big slide even for the little ones!

Such a fun hidden gem! Went to a bday party here and was really impressed with the whole experience. Cute place, fun inflatables, nice play areas where kids can have fun and get their energy out! I loved that it was not crowded, the workers were kind and kept the party on track. We'll be back!

Looking for a kid friendly venue to celebrate a birthday, this might be the place. With large slides, jungle gyms and a zip line, Scooters will entertain any child. Your reservation get your party private access to the entire room and all the play equipment. Yes, the entire room is Yours!!! Pizza is provided in a private room with seating to accommodate large group. Although, there are similar establishments there's only one Scooters Jungle.

They provide carts for bringing in your party needs! 10.08.22

It was our families 1st time coming here. We've heard about SJ for several of friends. Attended a good friends daughters bday on a Saturday evening at 5 p.m. Once we got there, we were greeted. Had to sign waiver forms. Waiting for all of the guest in an area b4 entering the play arena. We were discussed about rules & guidelines. The play area was all well cleaned and maintained. Lots of cool fun stuff for different ages. Was in the play arena for 1:30 hour In the party room for 45 min. The room was able to seat about almost 30 kids. Papa John's pizza is what they use for their pizza. My friend brought in her own fruit platter, along w chips & dips and capri sun for the kids. Service was great. Love that SJ had this list of gifts n what type of gift gifted...they even added # stickers onto the gifts that coincides with the # on the list. List was in a Manila folder w all the cards given as gifts in there. I'd probably come back here for open play with my kids. Plenty of parking available.

Niece's 2nd Birthday Party! I was impressed on how organized and attentive the staff was from the moment we stepped in the door. They provided my sister with a rolling cart to bring in all the party goodies from her car into the venue. First order of business was signing waivers for all guests and then checking in gifts. We were led into the lobby until majority of the guests arrived. The staff took charge in setting up all party decorations and food. After an hour or so of the kids playing in the bouncy houses, slides, gym jungle, ping pong table, air hockey table and zip line, we were taken into the party room where we had pizza & cake. They had a large TV screen were they played all the photos taken by one of the staff members while in the playing area. My boys, 9 & 11 years, had a blast. Consider it for your next birthday party !

Suitable for babies also or just toddlers 2 & up? T.I.A!

Our friends brought their 9 month old and he was able to play in the toddler area, with a parent, fairly safely. I highly recommend taking a tour to get an idea if the facility would work for your group.

Probably work for those parents I see that let their kids run loose and they're just sitting on their phone but for parents like myself and my husband, we really can only handle about an hour at this place. Make sure you wear socks or you can also pay $3 to buy some. The place is clean from the looks of it. There are some things that had the paint peeled off and one game wasn't working but that wasn't too noticeable. They have an area specifically for those 2 years and younger and then an area for kids ages 3+. My son did both since he's in between but primarily stayed in the 3+. I'd be back to let him burn off some energy. Only thing I didn't like was we couldn't park our stroller inside.

So it's been a couple months now since I've had my child go to play pie. And it's been helpful for…read moremy child's schedule and routine. I've hesitated a lot to post but as I've been coming almost everyday or having a monthly membership it seems like I MUST due to some lacking of how the business is being run. 1. The staff/ employees are not attentive to running the business hours. They are nice but they do not pay attention to the customers. There will be days where the devices like the carousel is not plugged in to start the day when it's past the opening time. I would ask couple of times on different days letting them know it's not plugged in. (My husband also had gone couple times told me the carousel was not plugged in). Not only the carousel but the arcade for Mario Kart would not be set up where I would call up an employee and ask them about it to set up so the kids not just my child can play ready to go. When a business opens the place should be ready to go for the customers but it would be funny that the customer would have to ask to have the things ready. I am surprised and frustrated because I'm like wondering why isn't the carousel working? Is it broken? No it was just not plugged in ready to go. Why would the business be opened if it's not ready for its customers to use their equipment? I've seen sadly that the employees are just having fun amongst themselves talking in the front but they don't pay attention to the customers wanting to purchase food or drinks or snacks where they have to then just go to the front. I've seen some parents calling the staff for attention but they're not answering where they end up walking to the front. Seeing that is very frustrating because the employees are not doing their job. They don't watch our kids but at least pay attention to the customers trying to purchase one of their own goods. 2. The cleanliness IS NOT MAINTAINED.. This week my mother in law went to play pie and told me she had killed a roach near the car carousel. I'm so sad and disgusted to hear this. I don't know how the facility is being taken care of or how often but this explains a lot. I'm very disappointed to hear this because my child loves to come here but seeing some things on how the business is run makes me feel lack of trust, worries and not safe environment. I'm just hoping things can improve..

When my 5 year old tried to go into the smaller kid area (ages 4 and under) she was asked to leave by the female teenage employee at the entrance. This was at the same time that a 10 year old girl had been playing in there the past 20-30 minutes. When my daughter came to me crying I tried to walk her in there thinking it must not be a big deal because there were a few big kids in there, who looked to be around ages 8-10. I was surprised to be turned away by that same employee (while the other big kids were still in there). So confusing! I pointed this out and she said "that girl is sitting" (she had been hanging all over the merry go round just minutes before, which is right next to where she was standing at the entrance) and then the employee said "she also has a little brother here" (he looked about 4 or 5). So then I said "okay so can my daughter stay because my 2 year old wants to play in here" she then told us no and blocked us from entering. I went to the front desk and told that girl about the situation and she got the manager. He explained that it's for safety WHICH I COMPLETELY UNDERSTAND - but then take out the other big kids so it's not confusing for anyone! He finally did have the bigger kids removed, and there were about 4-5 other way bigger kids than my daughter. It felt like we were being singled out by the staff here. They said they asked the other people to leave the area but they "didn't listen." Lol. So people like me and my daughter who listened were the only ones removed I guess. I guess you can just act like you don't understand and you get to break the rules, even if the rules are there for everyone else's "safety." This could be a learning opportunity for the staff here but you can go find out for yourself. I wanted to avoid this word but it truly felt like discrimination based on us being the only family removed. We won't be returning.

My frustration was with the way management handled changes to party packages. I booked and prepaid for my son's birthday party in June (for a July party) during a promotion. Before the party, I even called the party hotline twice to go over the details of my reservation, and at no point was I told that the attraction tiers had changed or that there would be optional upgrades available. When we checked in with seven excited kids ready to play, I was told I would need to pay additional fees as their packages had changed. Mind you, I had already paid the $200 for the party in June. I had to pay $35 for an extra kid because the new package included 5, not 6 kids. In addition, I had to pay an additional $9 per child if I wanted everyone to have access to the attractions they wanted to use. That wasn't the time to be making an unexpected spending decision, and realistically I wasn't going to tell a group of kids that some of them couldn't participate. (I was prepared to pay for one extra kid and an extra pizza). We ended up paying $360 instead of the $260 I had budgeted. To add to the confusion, I also didn't receive the balloons that were included with my party package. After reaching out to management, they explained that the attraction tiers had changed after I booked and clarified how the pricing worked. While I still think the communication leading up to the event could have been much better, I do appreciate that they took the time to respond, acknowledged that the communication wasn't clear, and offered two complimentary Unlimited Play passes and a large pizza as a goodwill gesture. My suggestion to Urban Air would be simple: if party packages change after customers have already booked, proactively notify them before their event. It would avoid confusion, unexpected charges at check-in, and allow parents to make informed decisions before arriving with a group of excited kids. What would be even better is that when you book a package, you are locked into that price and details instead of it changing. I would be really hesitant to book another party here because I wouldn't know what price I would ultimately be paying day of. Overall, the kids had a blast, and we'd likely return to play. I just hope the communication around birthday parties improves, because that's what took away from an otherwise fun celebration.
