I'm torn between 3-4 stars (and I'm a generous reviewer so I leaned towards 4, but with things that could be improved). We signed the waiver ahead of time and came on a Monday at 12:30 and it was fairly empty besides maybe 5 kids. This place is huge, and feels like there's a lot going on, but there's not really. Yes the climbing area feels very large with several paths to get to 3 different slides, but there wasn't much else. I purchased the $20 (100 points) card and it was way more than necessary because there wasn't anything in there to use them on hardly! I thought there'd be 4-5 arcade games but there was only air hockey and the cars you could ride on under the obstacle area. We were almost giving swipes away trying to use them all. My son enjoyed the slides (the big pink one is super fast and seemed to hurt a few kids, the 4 racing slides were fun and so was the roller slide but my son got his finger caught in the rollers and cried like it was broken (it wasn't though and they gave us an ice pack so that was nice). There's a dance room with lasers and loud music but that was short lived entertainment. Hey had a baby/toddler in diapers only area which my son did play in because he wanted to do the ball pit. There weren't any other kids over there so they let him stay. There's ample seating here and the restrooms were fine. Again, we were among the first of the day so everything was pretty tidy still. My son really loved the giant blocks area and stayed in there awhile. There is a cylinder bungee cord area that seemed kind of dangerous. We watched several kids fall through and land on the ground. Overall, it felt expensive for what you get and I would definitely NOT BUY the $20 point pass. Even for 2 kids it wasn't worth it for the lack of things to use them on. I did like that 2 parents were free with one child. I still have this card so I may be back to just use it up (and my son had fun), but I'd probably go to a place with trampolines and arcade games and pay less next time.

How safe is this place for toddlers? I want to bring my two year-old grandson but I don't feel comfortable letting him "run amuck" by himself and it looks a little difficult to navigate for an adult.

They do have a smaller kid area (0-2 I believe) that would be great. He could also go into the dance room (lasers and loud music). The rest of definitely geared towards 4+

Is it good for 7-8year old kid?

Yes, my son is 8. Perfect age for this place. We went with his 7 y/o friend.

It's quite spacious and there are just such a variety of activities for kids, from playing in a ball pit, to stacking random foam blocks, to playing in an area filled with random electronic entertainment (like mario kart and coloring fish), to actual play area with slides and padded obstacles. Even after seeing some of the lower reviews, I still think it is relatively clean considering the amount of traffic the weekend or evening may bring. I didn't really see anything that was broken or not working, and even when the mario kart system bugged out and was on a default screen, a staff member quickly did a reset and got it back into working order within 10 minutes or so. A consideration to be made is the fact that not all the parents are attentive with their kids, so there were definitely some kids that are just disrupting other kids playing or being obnoxious/rude. It's inevitable but also makes it feel like some parents literally just let their kids do whatever with little supervision, knowing that they are within the indoor playground. For example, my 1 year old was sitting on the padded carousel, and an older kid (at least 6 y.o.) jumped into the middle of the carousel and started dancing around wildly, which would've been fine until he almost fell on top of my much smaller child. It should also be noted that the area was marked for 2 y.o. or younger, but there's pretty much no enforcement of the space. Otherwise, it's a really cool spot for kids to burn a few hours and I still think it's remarkable that they fit so many different things to do in the same area.

Turns out, John's Incredible Pizza exceeded my expectations! This place *sorta* reminds me of a kid Souplantation, just sub out the soups for pizza (& note the fact that Souplantation is much neater and slightly more elevated foods). There's a fully loaded salad bar with your choice of greens and corn, peas, carrots, and toppings+ (too many to remember). There's a pasta bar, sauteed veggies with sausage, quinoa and potato salad, a couple of soups, LOADS of pizza flavors, a fully loaded dessert bar, and ICEE/soda drinks. And my favorite--self-serve, soft serve. The taste reminds me of Souplantation or McDonald's soft serve. There are several uniquely-themed dining areas all equipped with long tables great for groups. It can get a bit crazy, and sometimes piles of dishes can accumulate quicker than workers bussing tables. Also, what sets this place apart is that there is a whole play area for video games, little rides, and claw machines. Kids go bananas here--getting out their energy--and coming back to the food area and tables to eat more. It's a cycle. We came because my kid & a bunch of schoolmates received John's Incredible Pizza certificates from school. We had loads of fun. We'd all come back and do it again!

I had been seeing John's Incredible Pizza advertised and, despite living two hours away, decided to make the long trip for a fun day. I signed up for their rewards program in advance and bought a coupon at the beginning of the month for a buy-one-get-one 50% off adult buffet. I also purchased a Groupon for my six-year-old son, which included buffet entry, two hours of unlimited rides, and a game card. The check-in process was an absolute nightmare. First, the coupon I bought from John's website wouldn't scan at the machine. The employee couldn't help me, so I had to get a manager, who was eventually able to assist. When I tried to scan the Groupon, they kept saying it wasn't working and that I would need to contact Groupon to fix the problem. While I was on the phone with Groupon, another family next to me was having issues with their credit card not going through. They tried five or ten times, but it still didn't work. There was absolutely no staff around to help anyone. Finally, after the other family couldn't get their card to work, we all called a manager over, and they told us the kiosks were not working and the entire system needed to be rebooted. At that point, there was a line of at least 40 people waiting to pay and get in. After about 15 minutes, everything reset and all of my payments magically worked. From start to finish, I was stuck at the kiosk for about 45 minutes just trying to get in, with a two-year-old and a six-year-old crying because they were hungry and just wanted to eat and play. The entire process was an absolute nightmare. I only stayed because I had driven so far. If I lived nearby, I would have turned around, gone home, and never returned.

I don't feel like it's kept as clean as it was when it opened, I used to see the staff constantly cleaning. It's a bit pricey but during the week you can leave and come back so I'm ok with the price. The most recent and biggest problem for me was going the other day to meet a friend and paying full price a little at right about 2:30pm and when I asked for the hand stamp to go get my son dinner around 4:50 being informed they were closing 3 hours early(5pm). After I thought about it I called to speak to a manager and was told there wasn't one on site but they would leave a message for them to call me over the weekend but had I come in 2hours(so at 3pm) prior to closing they would have informed me they were closing early and still charging full price and there was nothing they could do. I asked to have a manager contact me, I would have rather discussed my issues with them directly but unfortunately they never contacted me. It's unfortunate because my son does love this place but I don't like the feeling of being ripped off. You're charging people full price and then closing early to make more money off of events.

My boy is on the spectrum and Got overly excited once he seen other children. The kids who came got to playing immediately and there was one boy in particular who entered a jumper with I assume his little sister, and my son followed right after as soon as my son got in the the little boy stared at him grabbed his little sister and got out. The way that boy looked at my son like he was a disease was sickening. My son asked him if he wanted to play and he kept walking away from him, not giving him an answer I know he's not obligated too but damn say something! My son was following Him around mind you he's five years old but has the mind of a child much smaller, he is developmentally delayed he could have simply said no But instead, he continued to ignore my son and run away from him. So I picked up my son and left, perhaps grandma and grandpa can teach their grandchildren to play nice with other kids and that not all kids are "normal" like them we were there for like 30 min for a 2 hour jump slot ‍ I hope this shitty place needed my $20 more then I did
