Junior really takes the time to make sure everything for the party is accommodated. The bartender was amazing, and the staff during the event were also very helpful and always willing to assist. They made sure we were always comfortable, and the bartender made sure we were never thirsty, including me (the mommy to be) with ice cold waters. The venue itself is also spacious and roomy, with clean bathrooms. They also provided a green room where I could relax if I needed it. I had such an amazing experience!! This is one of the very few venues (if not the only one) that I've come across with very fair and reasonable rates. Jr. was excellent with making sure we were taken care of and made the process extremely easy when booking and talking through all the details. Not only do they offer you somewhere to host your party, they also offer amazing add on services to make this a very one stop shop! They offer numerous desserts, I got the churros and ice cream (no left overs!!!). They seriously take care of everything! It's actually pretty inspiring and makes me want to own my own venue so I can give people this experience! To be completely honest, there were 1 or 2 things that didn't fully meet my expectations but the amazing service from the staff really made up for it and those things were not anything major!! We threw our first event at this location and from start to finish we were assisted with everything we needed. We loved everything that they offered from security, to decor, to photobooths, it was wonderfully taken care of. Definitely a place tk book for all in 1 packages. The space was fantastic and worked perfectly for our event. I really appreciated that the rental included tables and chairs, which made planning so much easier. It comfortably accommodated around 90 guests without feeling crowded. One of the biggest advantages was having two restrooms available, since many venues only have one. The prep kitchen in the back was also very convenient for food and drinks, and the separate room was a great bonus for storing personal belongings or giving people a private space to get ready. Jr was our go to person for everything from planning to decorations; and he had an answer for everything we had questions for. They offer a range of simple things like food warmers all the way to providing food or desserts (we didn't take him up on these food options, but I thought it was an amazing touch)! Our event was for my son's 1st birthday, and I have to say they knocked it out of the park with the decorations. Everything was made above our expectations. The staff that was there to help keep up with the cleaning was great! She helped clean up the food areas and the clear tables of plates, she even helped us cut up the cake for the guests. This venue was amazing!!! I had my son's 4th birthday here! The venue was the perfect size for what we needed. Finding party venues is always tough for my family because we have a lot of extended family and friends. This place was perfect. It was easy to invision our party theme being executed here. The room itself is bright, airy and way bigger than you think it would be when you look at it from the parking lot. It also includes use of a bluetooth speaker sound system, 2 clean bathrooms, a small room with a fridge, sink and counter space and another room that a bride could use as a bridal room but we used for party bins storage lol. I love that they offered a soft play package as well as a treats cart package that we could add to our venue rental. It was sooo convient to have an all in one venue. All we brought in was food and drinks (there is a catering option if anyone needs it). Jr was our point of contact with the venue. He was awesome and very welcoming and professional. The day of staff were very nice as well. My son had the best time at his party!! Both my boys, as well as the other children at the party, had a blast playing in the soft play area.
