Our family recently celebrated our son's HS graduation party at XO Lounge. We had a wonderful beginning-to-end experience that included incredibly responsive, thorough, and professional communication with Jamie--the main contact in charge of booking, planning, and operational oversight. On the day of the event, Hope, Hai, Lola (bartender) and the remaining staff were unbelievably helpful, accommodating--and integral to our efficient set-up and smooth execution of a successful celebration. XO Lounge is a very posh venue with modern décor. The nightclub vibe and setup provided the core foundation--that minimized decorative needs for our graduation-themed event. Our event hosted approximately 150 guests--that we comfortably housed in the smaller nightclub event area. Despite opting out of seated dining, our area easily accommodated our guests with the use of the booths and lounge-style sofa set-up for central-space seating. We still had surplus space leftover--that was allocated for the dance floor and bar area. The nightclub further opens into an enclosed courtyard--allowing for additional cocktail tables, bar stools, and lounge-roaming for our guests. Our party featured a standard photo-booth setup with an 8-ft props table--as well as a 360-spinning video-booth in the front entryway lobby area (just to the left of entrance). Our 360-video-booth included an inflatable enclosure--that successfully fit in the entryway alcove. Our rented XO Lounge space features a stage with a floor-to-ceiling TV-grid. This large multi-screen TV--along with dozens of TVs lining the entire room-walls--cycled a slideshow of our graduate's photos throughout the evening. XO Lounge further features a full PA system, DJ plug-ins for surround sound (you must provide your own DJ/music/equipment), full nightclub equipment (e.g. spinning disco-ball light machines, fog machines, laser strobing, etc.), full bar & bartender staff, etc. I LOOVED that XO included all the needed tables of various lengths and sizes--with fitted fabric *tablecloths* included. Fabric tablecloths may seem like a minimal feature, but fitted cloth coverings elevate a sophisticated aesthetic while alleviating the patron from the added costs for these supplies. Hope oversaw our function and was so attentive--always offering to help with literally *anything*--to reduce stress for the hosts (I really appreciated that!). The venue was surprisingly affordable--with a nominal outside-catering fee; the staff were professional and delightful; and the party space and outdoor-courtyard areas fit our guests, photo/video-booths, food vendors, Welcome table, Sweets table, and largescale Balloon Arch. XO Lounge features one-stop-shop booking and planning services for all party needs, (i.e. catering, decoration, DJ, photo-booth vendors, etc.)--though we did not partake of these additional offerings. Hosting an event on this scale is stressful (IYKYK), but this venue and staff minimized the stress and streamlined our experience for a fantastic celebration. Our family would definitely book with XO lounge again for future event planning needs--and would highly recommend to our friends, family, and others. If you want your breath taken away and an EPICS event to remember. Then look no further. I was beyond grateful and fortunate to experience a surprised birthday bash led by Jamie. The attention to details, executing on the vision were flawless.- the DJ playing a mixture of hip hop, R&B, and EDM. The microphone for karaoke. The cake, the balloon setup, the dessert station, the video/photo gallery, the Photo Booth. The collaboration to bring smashed burger (forgot their name) was well seasoned and juicy, and cooked to order at the club! Wow I can go on and on! I threw my mom's 70th birthday party here and it was perfect. From start to finish Jamie and her team were amazing to work with. She was organized, responsive and her attention to detail was truly impressive. She took care of all the decor and it turned out even better than I imagined. She even reminded me to send her a slideshow so that she could play it during the party. I utilized their catering and bar services and got so many compliments from our guests on the food and service. It was so convenient to have everything handled in house and not have to deal with additional vendors. The food was delicious, I recommend the fried squid and bo kho. They were definitely crowd pleasers! We also hired a singer and band and loved how seamless it was. Bleu already had all the equipment on site that was needed for the performances. Jamie was so helpful sharing a few different floor layout options to optimize the space for our guest count (we had 160 guests). The flow was perfect transitioning from a sit down dinner to performances and dancing afterwards. Overall, it was a great party and Jamie made it so easy and stress free. Had the best experience planning my baby shower with Jamie at XO event space! The best part about this place is that they are a one stop shop and help with all the cleaning afterwards. They provide you with tables, black chairs (white chairs are extra), white linen, speakers, and mic included in the price. I brought in 2 vendors and used their in house catering, which was perfect bc the food in house was great and they provided the burners, plates, utensils, cups, and igloos. I didn't have a playlist or any slideshow, but thankfully Jamie was able to make the cutest baby shower sign for me to be placed on all the tvs and was able to spotify a playlist really quickly for me. Jamie was honestly so amazing. Anything I needed help with, she was able to help me! She even can do flowers for you! Definitely will be using this place if I have any other events bc everything went smoothly! Unfortunately, the person wasn't there at our scheduled appointment time to give us a tour. She did call later that day to apologize. One of the staff members of the attached restaurant let us in to view the space and it is definitely in need of some love on the inside. The ceiling is covered in this strange black tarp material that is torn in several places. Cracked floor tiles, tape on the floor covering damage, a hole in the wall. Cords running all over the walls. We hosted our baby shower at XO Event space for about 150 guests. The venue is very spacious which includes indoors and outdoors. Rental fee includes all the linens and chairs so you don't have to worry about it. You can also configure the tables and chairs whichever way works best for your party. Jamie was wonderful to work with. She is very responsive to any questions and is accommodating. Outside vendors are allowed. We decided to hire their in house bartender which was great and the drinks were yummy! We also catered food through their restaurant Bleu and everything was delicious. It also came with food warmers to keep the food warm for your guests throughout the party. They also handle the clean up which was super convenient! The indoor space allowed us to have a bounce house and soft play area for the kids which was a big hit! I would definitely book XO Event Space again for our next big party! 10/10 would recommend! We just fid our babys first birthday and Jamie was awesome. Tables, linens, and chairs were all included in the rental. Jamie help me find and coordinate the vendors for soft play, balloon artist, and face painting. She even offered to find me vendors for backdrop, balloon arch, dessert table, and anything else we needed. It was like a personal party planner. She really took so much off my plate. We opted to bring our own alcohol and paid a corkage fee which was very reasonable. We had over 100 guest and did not feel cramped at all. We catered the food from them as well. We recently celebrated my son's 1st birthday at XO Event Space and had such a wonderful experience. The venue was very spacious for the amount of guests we had (less than 100) - but could easily accommodate many more guests if we needed to. We ordered directly from the catering menu from their restaurant Bleu - a huge plus for me because it takes a load off of planning and picking up food from another vendor. On top of ordering from Bleu, they allow you to bring outside food and drink for your event. The food was tasty and Jamie/staff were so attentive in refilling the buffet/dessert table whenever they saw we were running low. Inside the venue they were able to set up plenty of seating and a soft play to entertain the kids. We also had a 10x10 bounce house outside in the patio. Our guests really enjoyed the indoor bar and the bartender, which made it seamless for everyone mingle and grab drinks. Jamie is extremely detail oriented and enjoys making your event what you envision and more. She has plenty of recommendations and relationships with vendors if you are looking to make your party personalized and extra special! My sister and I had our joint graduation party at XO Event Space and it turned out amazing! Jamie and her staff were extremely accommodating and was very quick to respond to any questions we had. The venue was was very spacious and it included a bar, small stage, and outdoor patio. We loved that they provided us with everything that we needed from tables, chairs, table cloths, food warmers, napkins, utensils to shot cups! They have a large screen on the stage and small tv screens surrounding the venue so that we could create a slideshow or backdrop to play during the event. They also provided us a laptop that connected to the speakers so that we could play our own music as well. Drinks such as beer, seltzers, and soda were brought in free of charge but hard liquor and wine does come with a corkage fee that is determined by the size of the bottle. They set up a few tables outside in the patio for us because we hired a taco person to come cater. Catering food from the event space was also very easy, convenient, and extremely delicious. I highly recommend it. The staff was very attentive during the event and made sure to refill things such as shot cups, napkins, utensils, etc when they ran low. I did not think to hire a bartender prior to the event but they offered to look for one for me which was very nice. I highly recommend having your next event here! read more

A few months ago, I hosted my wedding rehearsal dinner at XO event space and I'm so glad i did. Jamie was the most accommodating and easiest person to work with. She was extremely helpful from the start up until the day of and I am extremely grateful to her for putting it altogether for me. If you're looking for a space to rent XO is affordable and very flexible! You can move around the seating to open up a dance floor, or leave it there for eating and mingling. They have easy use of the audio system through aux and you can also put images/video to play on the screen. They also have bar staff so you don't have to stress to find an outside vendor. Who knew a bar/restaurant space can be transformed into a kid's birthday party? XO lounge is located on Beach Blvd and 13th st in Westminster with ample parking spaces.
