We had a 70th surprise birthday party here. We were the evening party booked in the smaller room. Jamie was very helpful setting up and getting it all done for us in about an hour. I would book the entire day if possible but other than that it was a cool place for 50 to 80 people. They do have a bigger room available if your party is bigger.

Recently celebrated my mom's 70th birthday at XO Event Space and couldn't be more happier that I found this hidden gem. The venue, staff, and vendors recommended were great. The party was a success and our guests had such high praises from the food (house wings, egg rolls, SmashBros burgers), to the decor (partydecorbymayra), to the photobooth (forkeepsakephotobooth) and overall atmosphere of the venue.

I threw my mom's 70th birthday party here and it was perfect. From start to finish Jamie and her team were amazing to work with. She was organized, responsive and her attention to detail was truly impressive. She took care of all the decor and it turned out even better than I imagined. She even reminded me to send her a slideshow so that she could play it during the party. I utilized their catering and bar services and got so many compliments from our guests on the food and service. It was so convenient to have everything handled in house and not have to deal with additional vendors. The food was delicious, I recommend the fried squid and bo kho. They were definitely crowd pleasers! We also hired a singer and band and loved how seamless it was. Bleu already had all the equipment on site that was needed for the performances. Jamie was so helpful sharing a few different floor layout options to optimize the space for our guest count (we had 160 guests). The flow was perfect transitioning from a sit down dinner to performances and dancing afterwards. Overall, it was a great party and Jamie made it so easy and stress free. It was such a special memorable night. I would definitely recommend XO/Bleu event space for anyone looking to plan a party in OC!

5 Stars - Absolutely Incredible Experience! I cannot say enough amazing things about XO Event Space! From the moment we started planning to the very last minute of the event, everything was beyond perfect. The decorations by Tina (@celebratebytina on Instagram) were absolutely stunning. Her eye for detail and creativity brought my vision to life in the most beautiful way. Every corner of the space felt magical thanks to her! Jaime, the owner, was also such a joy to work with. super easy going and helpful. Both Tina and Jaime were so kind, professional, and accommodating--not just with us but with all our vendors too. They made the planning process smooth and stress-free. A special shoutout to Layla, our bartender and waitress for the night--she was incredible! So sweet, helpful, and professional. She truly went above and beyond to make sure everything flowed seamlessly. Her positive energy added so much to the entire experience. I love everything about this venue and the team behind it. XO Event Space made my day and my son birthday unforgettable, and I will 100% be coming back for future events. Thank you all so much for making everything so special!

We celebrated my dad's 80th birthday here, and everything was wonderful! It was a great, intimate party -- the atmosphere was perfect for our family gathering, and there was plenty of parking, which made it so convenient for everyone. A special shoutout to Jamie, the hostess -- she was attentive, responsive, and made us feel so welcome from start to finish. Thank you to the team for helping make such a special day memorable!

We had a great experience booking XO Event Space for our daughter's 3rd birthday party. Jamie helped bring our ideas to life and was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend to call and book an appointment to look at the space. There's plenty of room indoor with a stage and bar, and an outside patio. Our guests were very impressed with the set up and had a great time. I'm glad we went with XO Event Space!

Just want to say Thank you so much again Jamie for everything in celebrating our dads 80th, and Thank you especially for our last minute requests. Everyone loved the venue and also loved how friendly Lola, Hai and security guard were and if we had questions they were able to answer and helped right away with a smiling face. You also have been amazing from the very start to the very end. Communication is key and you did not disappoint! It is very rare these days to find great customer service. 10/10 would recommend! We just fid our babys first birthday and Jamie was awesome. Tables, linens, and chairs were all included in the rental. Jamie help me find and coordinate the vendors for soft play, balloon artist, and face painting. She even offered to find me vendors for backdrop, balloon arch, dessert table, and anything else we needed. It was like a personal party planner. She really took so much off my plate. We opted to bring our own alcohol and paid a corkage fee which was very reasonable. We had over 100 guest and did not feel cramped at all. We catered the food from them as well. If you are on the fence about using them.. don't be. It was a very good experience.

We hosted our baby shower at XO Event space for about 150 guests. The venue is very spacious which includes indoors and outdoors. Rental fee includes all the linens and chairs so you don't have to worry about it. You can also configure the tables and chairs whichever way works best for your party. Jamie was wonderful to work with. She is very responsive to any questions and is accommodating. Outside vendors are allowed. We decided to hire their in house bartender which was great and the drinks were yummy! We also catered food through their restaurant Bleu and everything was delicious. It also came with food warmers to keep the food warm for your guests throughout the party. They also handle the clean up which was super convenient! The indoor space allowed us to have a bounce house and soft play area for the kids which was a big hit! I would definitely book XO Event Space again for our next big party! A few months ago, I hosted my wedding rehearsal dinner at XO event space and I'm so glad i did. Jamie was the most accommodating and easiest person to work with. She was extremely helpful from the start up until the day of and I am extremely grateful to her for putting it altogether for me. The space itself was large enough to fit my entire party with enough room to spare. The location itself was central for everyone so it worked out perfectly. The bartender made the tastiest drinks and the food i ordered through them were also so delicious, especially the smash burgers! My guest absolutely loved it. I will definitely host another party here in the future!

We recently celebrated my son's 1st birthday at XO Event Space and had such a wonderful experience. The venue was very spacious for the amount of guests we had (less than 100) - but could easily accommodate many more guests if we needed to. We ordered directly from the catering menu from their restaurant Bleu - a huge plus for me because it takes a load off of planning and picking up food from another vendor. On top of ordering from Bleu, they allow you to bring outside food and drink for your event. The food was tasty and Jamie/staff were so attentive in refilling the buffet/dessert table whenever they saw we were running low. Inside the venue they were able to set up plenty of seating and a soft play to entertain the kids. We also had a 10x10 bounce house outside in the patio. Our guests really enjoyed the indoor bar and the bartender, which made it seamless for everyone mingle and grab drinks. Jamie is extremely detail oriented and enjoys making your event what you envision and more. She has plenty of recommendations and relationships with vendors if you are looking to make your party personalized and extra special! I wouldn't hesitate to book another event here or recommend this space to others. We had such a great time celebrating our son's 1st. Thank you Jamie for helping us make it so special!

Minnie and her team were amazing. They put the T in team work. When booking this venue just let your guests know it's the venue with the yellow roof .

As a business person, I personally feel it was your job to ensure things are handled and ready to go for myself and my vendors to go. (Whether or not the "30 mins" prior to set up was a "courtesy" or not). I was not told the head security was out and a replacement was to be there UNTIL I reached out literally 30 mins before my party start time. I called the person I signed the contract with and she ignored my calls only texting as response. And when told the security was not there NOR inside she proceeded to tell me to check like 3x when I have multiple witnesses SEE him finally WALK UP to the door from OUTSIDE (next door) to unlock the door we needed to enter. & even the night before I was the one whom reached out to see how to go about getting the keys or if someone opening the door cos I didn't know how that worked. Me. I reached out instead of just making me aware - "hey things are good to go for your event someone will meet you tomorrow at this time blah blah" just example. Maybe im being bratty but that was pretty much the only thing that annoyed & stressed me out for my son's FIRST BDAY. Overall poor communication & business on her end. I had to ignore her afterwards to enjoy my party. & a lot of my guest liked this place as well and are considering this space. Again, I WOULD rent this space again. There's a lot to like. I just won't be going through this one person again & maybe book directly through the owner instead or one of his other people under him.

From the moment we walked in, we knew the space was spacious and beautiful, but what really blew us and our guests away was the quality of the service and the 8 course meals. The Food: Usually, "wedding food" can be hit-or-miss, but the 8 course meal here was spectacular. Every dish was served hot, beautifully plated, and tasted like it came from a high-end restaurant. Our guests are still raving about the Peking Duck, the House Special Lobster with noodles and the appetizers during cocktail hour. They even handled our guests' dietary restrictions with total ease. The Open Bar: The open bar was a massive hit! The bartenders were professional, fast, and incredibly friendly. Even with a large crowd, there was never a long line, and the drinks were poured perfectly. Having a high-quality bar service kept the energy high and the dance floor packed all night long. Upon arrival, I was shocked by how overcrowded the restaurant was; there were about 65 tables crammed inside the venue, far beyond what felt safe or comfortable. My husband uses a wheelchair, and he could not get through because the aisles were essentially nonexistent. All the tables were placed right next to each other with no setback or space to move. During dinner, if anyone wanted to go to the restroom or simply step away, they could not leave their seat because the chairs were packed tightly against the people behind them. Once you sat down, you were literally stuck until the event was over. This setup felt unsafe, inconsiderate, and completely disrespectful to guests--especially those with disabilities. It appeared that both the restaurant and the concert organizers prioritized packing in as many tables (and as much profit) as possible, with no regard for customer safety, accessibility, or basic comfort. I will never return to this restaurant or attend another Khanh Ha concert. If you want others to treat you well, please remember the "Golden Rule": treat others as you would want to be treated yourself!

Booking and coordinating was easy, the venue itself is really trendy and made a lasting impression to all of our guests. We will always be grateful for the dignity and respect shown throughout the celebration. This venue provided a meaningful and comforting setting to celebrate my mother's life. The venue itself is stunning, elegant, light, airy, and uplifting, which was exactly what we wanted for this occasion. The room's clean, timeless aesthetic required little decoration, yet it felt warm and intimate. The table spacing was perfect, offering both comfort and closeness for our guests. The accommodations were top-notch. The team provided a large screen and laptop for our video montage, a cable to play personal music through the in-house speaker system, as well as a microphone and podium. They even supplied an easel for our loved one's portrait and an additional table for photographs, ensuring that every personal touch was seamlessly integrated. The linen selection was extensive, but we opted for classic all-white linens, which complemented the elegant setting beautifully. The service was impeccable. Ana and Bryana were not only responsive, professional, and incredibly accommodating, but also genuinely kind and authentic, a quality that extended to the entire staff.
