They were quick with replying and once we set up an appointment to see the venue everything went by so smooth. Jonny and his team did a great job explaining the packages and working with our budget. Booking a quincenera is already stressful but they made it seem so easy with all the vendors they provide. We toured other venues but nothing compares to them. Planning a wedding is stressful enough, but nothing prepares you for hearing that your venue won't be ready two weeks before your big day. That's exactly what happened to us. We had booked QD Venue with Tom, the owner, months in advance, and I had my heart set on celebrating in his brand-new location. When he called to tell us that, due to unexpected issues, the venue wouldn't be open in time, I honestly broke down. We were just two weeks away how on earth were we supposed to find a new venue after planning every detail? To Tom's credit, he stepped in right away and tried his best to fix the situation. He found another venue for us, one that was somewhat similar to what we had originally reserved, and offered a small discount toward a future event. He also gave us extra tables and centerpieces, which I truly appreciated. Throughout the chaos, his communication was good if he missed a call, he always got back to us quickly. The replacement venue itself was... okay. It did the job, but it definitely wasn't the dream space we had envisioned. There were visible screws in the floors, storage boxes sitting in the hallway where everyone could see them, a bar that looked dirty, and an LCD screen that didn't work properly. It was hard not to notice all the little details that reminded me this wasn't the place I had dreamed of walking into on my wedding day. Then came the DJ situation and honestly, this was one of the biggest disappointments. If Tom recommends Felix as your DJ, please, do yourself a favor and say no. He never answers calls, never coordinated with us about songs, entrances, or dances, and he showed up looking like he just rolled out of bed in sweatpants and a t-shirt for a wedding! He didn't even announce the cake cutting, so half our guests never got to enjoy it, and the leftover cake ended up being thrown away by the venue instead of letting us keep it. Despite everything, I do want to recognize the parts that went beautifully. The decorations were stunning exactly what I had envisioned. The food was absolutely delicious, full of flavor, and our guests couldn't stop talking about how good it was. The cake was not only gorgeous but also tasted amazing. For those moments, I was truly happy. However, being told we could have the venue until 12:00 a.m. and then having the staff start kicking people out by 11:30 really put a damper on things. After all the stress we'd gone through, it was heartbreaking to end the night feeling rushed. In the end, I genuinely believe Tom has a good heart and truly wants the best for his clients. He did everything he could to help in a really tough situation, and I'll always appreciate that effort. I just wish things had gone as originally planned, because I know if our wedding had been at his actual QD Venue, it would have been a completely different and much smoother experience. If you decide to book with QD, my advice is simple: make sure your event is confirmed at Tom's venue itself, not anywhere else. I know he means well, but there's only so much you can control when you're at someone else's location. read more

I had my daughter's quinceanera with QD Venue, from the start I met with them they're very helpful, I had two food tastings as I went to one early on and the menu changed closer to my event, the food was good for both tastings. Tom was very helpful and responsive every time I had a question, he replied at a very reasonable time. He was very accommodating and worked with me as I kept changing size of party and upgrades. I was also able to bring my own vendors for fruit bar, and dessert bar. They were very accommodating and had a beautiful decor! I worked with Ceci for the table decor and she too was very accommodating to any changes I wanted, she was patient with me as I wasn't finding the correct set up, but we finally found something that worked and looked lovely! But let me tell you.. after meeting with Johnny he is AMAZING!! Gives the same energy you see on IG. The customer service so far is truly amazing. Hes very transparent with every detail for each hall. We leave in awe of how he delivers his venues and how beautiful his event centers are and everything they offer, truly an all inclusive event center. Tonight I am here for a concert with my cousin, they have a packed house with red carpet and most of tables were full. A good line up with a lot of talented singers including my cousin, they also provided food for us backstage and each tables had food as well according to their tickets. Every was very organized and no hiccups. I guess the only thing I have to point out is the parking, they need to reserve an area for talents to park their cars, because they obviously didn't do a good job, most of the spots were filled, we had to park faraway and walked, should have had security escort us inside because we got stormed by the fans. read more

We chose the QD Venue for our daughter's Quinceañera held in February 2025. Tom was immediately responsive and supportive from the beginning. He offered 3 packages for our size event. We selected the premium package and couldn't be any happier with the preparation and service. While you can bring in your own vendors or DIY your event, the QD Venue has various vendor contacts for event needs. We elected to have the venue coordinate everything but the photographer/videographer, choreographer, appetizer table, and dance snack. We did bring our own beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, which their bartender served all night; we were able to take home any leftover beverages. Note that the tasting fee to select our dinner menu and cake flavors came as a surprise since we selected a package that included food and cake. We were invited to the tasting, along with other event families, and were not notified about the fee until the end of the tasting. Other than that, all other communication and accommodation was great! It was so nice to sit back and enjoy the festivities rather than keep up with various vendors. Planning and coordinating with Tom and Anthony was smooth and stress free. The service was great, from the servers, DJ, photobooth attendants, and from Anthony and Tom themselves who touched base with us frequently throughout the event. Had a wedding here over the weekend. Their corkage fees are insane - $25 per wine bottle and $80 per liquor bottle. The cake table (literally a decorated table) cost $800. The "open bar" had one bartender, when we were promised two. We asked for another and were told we'd only get one and that "getting a second one wouldn't help the line anyway." They ended up getting another person to help after we kept insisting we needed another person (not a bartender -- he was cool but he was making old fashioneds with vodka). Carefully read your contract and write all your numbers down, or else he will screw you. They told us we had the venue until 12, but at 11 all the lights were turned on and the owner quickly ushered everyone out. We were told to leave so quickly that we didn't have time to properly clean the tables and take out our belongings. As a result, they threw away about a hundred of our customized and engraved shot glasses that we had made for the guests. They also threw out the printed photos we had to give to the attendees. All in all, the space is large, and while I am glad my guests had a good time, it was a nightmare booking this place. I would not recommend it unless you're fine with feeling like the owner is trying to pull a fast one on you every step of the way. Attached for reference is our final cost breakdown. It lists 21 tables, but the 21st table is for the bride and groom. You have to order a full table if you want to be served, and they will bring you that entire portion meant for 10. We had to tell the server that this food is supposed to be brought to a separate table. read more

The #1 priority for me to set my wedding apart from other South East Asian weddings was to have at large venue that would fit our 250 guest count, but I wasn't willing to sacrifice the 8 course dinner tradition. Finding venues that offered the menu I wanted in the space I wanted were scarce or were far from my budget. QD offered everything I needed. They had 2 event spaces available. We had a meeting with QD aka Tom, 13 months before our wedding date. We got a tour, discussed menu packages (There's a bronze, silver, and gold), corkage fees, bar budgets, security, decor, etc. Although the charges are extensive he was transparent and we weren't hit with any surprise fees. There's charges to have bottles at each table which is essentially the cost of the bottle. I know other venues don't charge that much for corkage fees, so that was one of the major letdowns for us. QD is all inclusive and he has connections to a lot of vendors, so if you needed help finding them or didn't have a planner to help you he'd be able to connect you with them. I personally didn't use any of his vendors, because I liked to do my own planning, but it's good to know that's available for future brides. The food was delicious. We hardly had any leftovers. Open bar went smoothly for our large guest count. No one had to wait more than 10-15 minutes. With our large guest count we were obligated to have 3 security guards, so that is something to keep in mind within your budget. Being that our wedding was the first ever Cambodian wedding hosted at his venue, he made everything go smoothly for us and I know he's definitely going to get more inquiries. My Family and I couldn't have picked a better place! I would do it 1,000 times over at The QD Venue, over and over again. Allow me to elaborate. First of all, QD makes it very transparent from pricing, packages, rules and regulations. Everything was disclosed verbally and on paper. Very straight forward. What you see is what you get type of guy (Actually under promised and over deliver by adding in a few extras). Secondly, the catering service at this event is GREAT. Delicious food, great service and very professional. Sandra, the lead waitress was on her "A" game. She served 300 plus guests without skipping a beat, making me look like a "Rockstar". Pedro, the lead bartender is a one of a kind type of dude! We (All guests and myself included) felt as if he was family. He has the most attention to detail personality in every possible way, just WOW! Very helpful from accommodating, in regards to receiving items such as: beers, sodas, water, banners, decorations etc... At the day of the event, he was On-Point, from mixing cocktails to dispatching beer and serving sodas. No line at all. Human Octopus type of guy lol. seriously. Thirdly, Martha the decoration lady that works with The QD Venue was highly recommended by the Owner; let me tell you, that Lady was the biggest WOW Factor in our Quinceañera for our 2 daughters. A blessing indeed. She guided my Wife and I every scary step of the way. We wanted the night to be perfect and "Checkmate!", it was. Just astonishing! Fourthly, the parking and security was great as well. No issues nor incidents what so ever, just great. Jonathan, was the go to person on the day of the event. Let me tell you, this gentleman made it happen. From A-Z: assisting staff, providing technical support, accommodating, even providing a permanent marker for the signature book (we forgot ours at home). Lastly, the restrooms were ALWAYS sparking clean, the Venue was just incredible with great sound and lighting system. Just looked marvelous and unreal. Well worth every penny! We booked QD for my daughters 15nera we had high expectations. Venue is beautiful. I wished Tom would have been there the day of my event. He was attentive when I ask for my court table to be re done. they also took good care in offering extra glasses and dry iced for my daughter waltz. We had people from the other party jumping to our restroom security was doing nothing about it. Also, DJ Pena was not our favorite if you have options explore. We told him at the waltz rehearsal all lights needed to be off, and he said yes, no problem, the day off he completely dismissed us and said no kind of rude and kept crossing behind the court while they were dancing. We asked him to play songs and make announcements, and he would just do his hand like yeah yeah go away. There were no sparks and smoke for the father daughter dance like we asked. I feel like they pay more attention to the bigger venue. Excellent service from Pedro, Dulce and Jaime very attentive and respectful they listen and delivered. Lulu food was good! She listened and delivered as well. Word of advice take your contract the day off your event I forgot to take it, and my party was shut down 1 hour before. Seems is not the first time Tom has done it. Tom apologizes and refunded me the hour but that's not the point I wish I had a better experience would I book again probably not. read more

Don't be fooled by this place. They removed my original review because it was "reported". They are expensive and charge you more money the day of your event. I definitely did not get what I paid for. The owner also makes false promises. He said our room would look exactly like the picture he showed us and on the day of our event he did not deliver. During our event, there was some type of water leak from the ceiling. The dance floor was wet. When we used the projector for our video display the image was all messed up. Table seating was overcrowded. Each table clearly seats 6 people and he set the table for 8. He clearly did not send all the food that we paid for out because we brought additional food so they probably figured since we brought food they didn't have to set all the food that we paid for out to our guests. The same thing goes for the drinks. We paid for drinks (non alcoholic drinks) - we brought additional drinks and they did not bring ANY DRINKS OUT. Did we get a refund for what we did not use - No. On the day we paid for our deposit, we asked if we could use the kitchen - on the day of the event, they did not let us go into the kitchen. He sure was "yes" man when we put our deposit down. The day of the event, he wasn't that attentive. We had to call him and speak to his service workers. He charged us for extra chairs and a one table for the birthday cake - mind you we asked him on the day he quoted us if we can have a cake table - it should have been apart of the quote right? Nope, he charged us. This day of the event - our party time started and they were still setting up. For the thousands of dollars spent at this venue, they did not deliver at all. Very unprofessional. Also the review on this profile doesn't seem legit so make sure you check that reviews are not from the owner and his associates. To the owner: Sir my party was not in the big hall it was in the smaller hall. That's how you know you don't know your customers because all what you stated does not relate to the party I had at your location. You need to be honest about everything. Do you remember you took my crown chair from my party and placed it in the big hall - the crown chair I rented? You didn't even help me retrieve it back I had to go back and forth with your workers. There were many many false promises. Also, you charged us for drinks you did not provide and plates you did not serve. I will never recommend this place to anyone. You are bad business. read more
