I can't say enough good things about Katherine and Kiddie Zone! I was struggling with trying to decide what I wanted to do for my daughter's 1st birthday or if I even wanted to have anything. After realizing my initial plans were becoming too stressful, I reached out to Katherine to get an idea of pricing. She encouraged me to stop by and take a look at the place. I've been wanting to do a birthday party here for a while. We are from north OC and there isn't a place similar to kiddie zone for parties. We got the gold package and we liked that there are different packages for different needs. Compared to other indoor playgrounds, Kiddie Zone is fairly priced. Parents were able to sit back and relax while the kids played. Our package provided a private party and we could watch the kids from our seats so everyone felt safe. All the kids had so much fun. Katherine took care of the decor which took that worry off of us. We had plenty of time before the party to bring in our food and drinks. Toddlers and bigger kids were both able to enjoy the playground. I went there with my son twice. It takes 20-30min through freeway. Not that close but it worths. I wanted to find a playroom with various toys other than cars, and this place meets my requirement. The room is not big but cozy. Staff is very friendly. My son asked for tissue and he came back with a tissue + some free toys to take home! ;) wifi is good, and parents space is also good i believe. I have been to Kiddie Zone multiple times. It is such a kid friendly environment. I usually go Sundays and Mondays and take my kids. The employee that works there is ALWAYS friendly and greets me, making me feel VERY comfortable. I see her check-in new people all the time since I am there frequently and there has never been issue. Rules are always explained up front. Yes. There are rules just like any indoor playground. If time seems to be an issue for folks then there is an all day option which is only $4 more and more bang for my buck. I do understand for some it maybe expensive however, there are alternative options, like the park. If people go over their hour I have seen the employee wait a little past the hour to let them know their time is up and if they want to repurchase another hour. This is very lenient in my eyes. Overall Kiddie Zone is a great indoor playground, offers a clean, safe and cool environment for kids. They are very accommodating and always have special events for the little ones. I will be returning to Kiddie Zone and booking future parties here as well. read more

The indoor playground is small but well kept and clean. I took my 13 month old son and paid for an hour of play. After the hour was up, I sat my son down at one of the tables outside the play area for a snack and water before driving home. The receptionist swiftly came over and told us we had to leave. I explained that I was just giving my son a snack and would leave right after. She told me it was policy that we had to leave. I left, but it really rubbed me the wrong way that this place was not more child focused. The location is in a strip mall with no outside tables or seating so eating outside was not an option. I had my daughter's birthday party (basic package) reserved at Kiddie Zone on 14th January. The kids had a blast and enjoyful time, so far, so good. Everything was nice, clean, and spacious. Lots of tables and chairs. I brought my own decorations, and there was already one arch balloon set up in pink and black color. There was only one staff member at the front. The only thing that left me a little bit out was that there wasn't any other staff member there to help, especially serving food to kids. Recently hosted our two year old's birthday party here, and have still been receiving compliments from our family and friends about the venue. The owner of Kiddie Zone was extremely accommodating to our needs and answered all our questions early on before booking. I might never go back to hosting a party outdoors in the summer after this. There were several large fans that helped keep the party cool, a refrigerator to store our drinks, a well-maintained bathroom, plenty of tables and chairs, a very clean and organized play area, and the cherry on top was a Bluetooth speaker provided at no additional cost for the party hosts to use. Just had my son's birthday here and disappointed in the service. Beware you can't lower a/c lower than 75 on a warm day, you can't move chairs around and you have to take out your own trash. My niece also said the worker told her she needs to clean up the play area. It was nice we had the place to ourselves but all our guests noticed the host/worker was rude and it was embarrassing. Customer service goes a long way. Also, the owner parks in the loading zone only spot so you have go walk to unload all your party supplies. It makes me sad that just a year ago I loved this place so much and now I'm having to update my review and not for a good reason. Kiddie zone used to be a relaxing place to bring your kids to play but now they're so focused on enforcing their hour limits and rules that I spent my last visit staring at my watch and feeling stressed. I witnessed first hand an employee tell a parent who was feeding their toddler that they had to leave cause their time was up. Mind you they were no longer in the play area and the place was basically empty. I was taken aback cause this isn't the Kiddie Zone I remembered. Being a parent is stressful enough to still have to deal with situations like these in a place that's supposed to be kid friendly. I get it you have rules and that it's your employees job to enforce them but what about the customer experience? You confidently feel you're making us feel welcome? Food for thought. read more

Luckily we got a discount for it being the last hour of the day, because i can't imagine paying $17 to play here. There's literally nothing here. We struggled to even spend the whole hour there. First of all, it's very dark. My kid was kindve weirded out; as was i, of how eerily dark it was. There's a few tunnels, but they're split up and mostly end with a dead end so you're forced to turn around, it's odd. There's a small little trampoline and a 3 lane slide and then a soft toddler area. The main reason we came was because of the pretend play houses we saw in photos. My daughter loves going places with those and are always stocked up with lots of pretend play items. But these were 100% empty, nothing inside of them. So disappointing. I went to kiddie zone recently after seeing it on social media. I wasn't sure what to expect when I walked in. I had brought my 8 month old there to have some fun and get out of the house. When I walked in, I was greeted by a nice woman, and I filled out a waiver online. Once I looked around, I was a little disappointed. There are a few pieces of equipment set up, like a slide and a plastic playhouse. But unfortunately most of the equipment was not age appropriate for my 8 month old. I think the ideal age for this type of playplace would be 2-3 years old. Anyone older than 6 would definitely not have much fun here.
