Just from visiting this spot a couple times on separate occasions, I would definitely consider this the best indoor spot I have ever seen for a toddler. It's quite spacious and there are just such a variety of activities for kids, from playing in a ball pit, to stacking random foam blocks, to playing in an area filled with random electronic entertainment (like mario kart and coloring fish), to actual play area with slides and padded obstacles. Even after seeing some of the lower reviews, I still think it is relatively clean considering the amount of traffic the weekend or evening may bring. I didn't really see anything that was broken or not working, and even when the mario kart system bugged out and was on a default screen, a staff member quickly did a reset and got it back into working order within 10 minutes or so. A consideration to be made is the fact that not all the parents are attentive with their kids, so there were definitely some kids that are just disrupting other kids playing or being obnoxious/rude. It's inevitable but also makes it feel like some parents literally just let their kids do whatever with little supervision, knowing that they are within the indoor playground. For example, my 1 year old was sitting on the padded carousel, and an older kid (at least 6 y.o.) jumped into the middle of the carousel and started dancing around wildly, which would've been fine until he almost fell on top of my much smaller child. It should also be noted that the area was marked for 2 y.o. or younger, but there's pretty much no enforcement of the space. Otherwise, it's a really cool spot for kids to burn a few hours and I still think it's remarkable that they fit so many different things to do in the same area. read more

Been here multiple times and like the variety of a toddler area, ball pit, older kids area, play pretend, reading area, Mario Kart and sensory areas. They also have party rooms available. Like most reviews mention there is a lack of supervision. Some kids have parental supervision (like myself and husband all the time) and some do not. No staff in multiple areas to supervise- like I guess that isn't their job. Here's some examples: Our child is 2 y.o. and was in a moving vehicle. He literally stepped off right next to the vehicle really quick and a older child at least 6 y.o. or so comes running in and sits where my son was and we told him it wasn't right. The parent didn't want to fess up. Another time a girl at least 7 y.o. wanted to hog toys and didn't wanted to share. Same girl was tossing snow in the air above the pretend snow area. Same girl climbed to the top of the reading area. She may have had a disability? There's been multiple scenarios like this where young kids aren't being supervised and parents simply aren't around or on their phone or busy socializing. read more

I would have gave this place five stars because it's a great place for toddlers. So much for them to do however as a parent I know things don't stay clean. But you could tell the difference between dirty and just build up dirt from not cleaning. I could definitely say I won't be coming back here. Just the amount of filthy was not it for me. My son unfortunately is fighting a virus after visiting here, not only was it dirty but I've noticed a good amount of children sick. I brought my son here to stay out of the sun but he ends up sick from this place . Instead of the employees just gathered in the front hanging out. PlayPie is such a cute indoor play gym for kids. They have a toddler area for smaller children, different pretend play shops and clinics, a jump area, and even a separate section for bigger kids. There are so many things for kids to do, which makes it easy for them to stay entertained for a long time. They also offer party packages, so it would be a fun place to host a birthday party. It's a fun place for kids. Lots of different varieties of toys, activities, and gym for the kids. The staff also vacuums and cleans very often. However, 2 stars goes to the equipments that are not maintained well. For example, the ball pit has only like 20 balls inside, all pretty dirty as well. There is a spinning machine that is also broke for at least for the past few months in the toddler section. Legos in the book area is very limited to random pieces that don't really attach to each other since it's different brand. The play pretend rooms also needs to be repainted and replaced with new toys inside. They look all dirty, stained, and paint coming off the walls and toys. I booked our 4 year old's birthday party here because I could just place my reservation request and then confirm details. No set up, no lugging catering in and no party supplies. You can literally just show up and have the kids run around the playground and then come to the party room to eat pizza, cupcakes and drink juice. This was probably the easiest birthday party I've hosted! Highly recommend this to anyone who just wants to have a nice time without working too hard. The staff were professional and super helpful. The same room had Mario Kart with 2 steering wheels for driving but it was much easier to use the arrow keys to play. Also, a giant lite brite. I also appreciate the quiet book area to sit and relax in and flip through some books. The sitting area also had giant animals to sit on. They had a good variety of books available in various languages which was nice. I forgot socks for my infant and you can get some for $3 with tax that have the grips on the bottom at the front desk. There's a few spots for parents to sit and observe. So it's nice to be able to be close by as your little one plays. It's a little warm inside. So dress accordingly. Zero checks and balances here. Very poor supervision, saw several kids hitting each other with the toys, getting pushed/kicked/shoved, big kids playing in toddler area. Staff is busy chit chatting, and if you don't watch your kids, some creep could easily come inside and snatch them and no one would bat an eye. Saw one staff member (a lady in blue shirt) yell at a child to not be in restricted area (concrete) but if she wasn't busy scrolling her phone, she would have noticed that the child was actually pushed into the restricted area after she was punched in the stomach by another child. I've been coming here since they opened the place. They've added some things since then. The pretend play area has been around for a few years now, it's really nice and they have a couple of stations for the kids to pretend play. They added some Mario cart video games too which two people can play at a time at no additional cost which I thought was pretty cool. The place overall is up kept and overall clean. I saw the workers disinfecting with a little mist gun every hour. The workers here were really friendly and involved with the kiddos, for example if the kids wanted a conversation with them they would keep a conversation with them. I saw that they had some regular customers and the kids knew them pretty well which I found cute. The whole play area is filled with cushioned flooring. And they have you take your shoes off in order to maintain the flooring clean and maintained. You need to wear socks so make sure to take some but if you don't they do sell socks there for you to buy. This place was a blessing to take my girls. I have various problems with my foot I cannot stand on my bare feet in socks. This place was a god send, they had medical doctor covers for my shoes so I could walk around! So awesome because I'm limited where I can take my kids with my foot problem. Finally some update to this place! First coming really enjoyed it... THEN it got dirty... esp the bathroom always smelled like crap. There's a reading corner, One of the play room has a Projection screen. Different theme buildings for pretend play. Big snack area with snack bar for items snacks to be purchased. Lots of tables and chairs. *Must wear socks There's no time limit frame. Facility is clean. I see the associate sweeping and cleaning tables as guests leave the dining table. We got invited to this playground for my friend's baby first birthday. I was impressed with how big and clean the facility was. The staff made the check in and out process such a breeze especially when it was so busy when we got there. My baby enjoyed all the activities that they have. The food court upstairs is a little inconvenient to go to especially when you have so much to carry and they don't provide a locked locker for you at the playground. As far as kids indoor playgrounds are concerned, they are decent. They have an interactive video area, a library, and the playground area is a bit small compared to others. It does get to be a bit of a mad house in there on weekends because there are a lot of kids running around. Definitely a hard place to be for more than an hour. read more

They have an area for smaller kids and an area for older kids and some other stimulation and the best part is they let you go in and out. My wife and I have brought our son here several times and have mostly had good experiences. There are a lot of different things for kids to play with, along with a section for books, digital art/painting, and a food court/snack area. Overall, Playpie is a decent spot to take your kids to let out some energy and play in a different setting than a typical playground or library. That being said, the condition of some of the play areas are pretty worn down and/or dirty. It makes sense since children are constantly playing on the equipment but hopefully the unsafe or extremely dirty areas can get deep-cleaned or replaced. On a more recent visit, while parking in the Source parking structure, my son and I were crossing the parking lot lane to get to the stairs when a car suddenly came towards us and almost ran over my son. Mind you, we were well on our way crossing and the driver should have seen us and slowed down much sooner. Later, when we arrive at Playpie, I realized the driver that almost hit us was actually one of the workers (probably late to her job) at Playpie. She must have recognized us while we were inside as the incident did not happen that long ago but was unapologetic and left a really bad impression on us. I would hope the employees of a children-focused establishment like Playpie would be more careful and cautious around small children...I'm hoping this was a one-off and maybe the employee was having a bad morning. read more

While in town we needed a spot to burn a toddlers energy for 3-5 hours and found Playpie wile doing a yelp search. Let's just say it was exactly what we needed. Located in a small there are tons of parking spaces. You check in and pay get a hand stamp and that allows you all day access in and out! We were able to let our daughter run around for two hours, cruise the mall and grab a sweet treat then head back in for another burst of activity! By the time we had finished she was ready for a good dinner and was asleep in no time on the extended drive back home! Best value to entertain and exhaust a child with tons of opportunity for mom and dad to play, have fun and snack on some good gods in the mall! read more

This location is nice though, because they not only have playground and obstacle courses, they also have pretend play area as well as a bilingual library. I would say this indoor playground tries to be more toddler, friendly, though I've seen from other reviews that there is no age limit to play so older kids can buy tickets and run around like crazy, depending on the time of day. the major downside of this indoor playground is that all adults have to purchase a ticket just to enter, meeting there is no indoor or outdoor seating area just for family members or spectators. a ticket for a child costs a little over $20, while an adult tickets cost under five dollars. read more
