Hamster wheel

Fantastic concept, a lot of space for expansion. My son loved the experience. We came sure the week so there wasnt a lot of people here, I can definitely see this place getting packed. But clean facility staff really care about this place.

Looks cute from the outside but when you enter it's a bit disappointing. The toys are super worn out and the floor is dirty. Restrooms are not well maintained too.

If you ask my nephew he'll give you a 10/10 lol. The place was very clean, staff were friendly and I love the security measures they enforced, I felt so safe just letting the boys play knowing they wouldn't allow them out without verifying a parent with matching wristband and code are shown. Plenty of kids to play with and plenty of activities for all ages.

So clean, great play space with things for kids all ages. Loved everything and the little snacking area. The price is better than most and great m/friendly staff! So glad we could come here. We will definitely be bringing the kids back.

On my son's 2nd birthday we brought him here. He had soo much fun. There are plenty of rooms and things to play and most are appropriate for his age. They make sure that the kids in safe and secure when you leave that you are taking the same child you brought in.

My nephew with a broken arm

I left a poor review because my nephew fractured his arm on the station that spins and tossed kids on top of each other. He feel and then a larger kid fell on top of him. Either the station needs to be heavily managed by a staff with an age requirement or taken out. I was horrified thinking about my daughter who is 2 years old playing in it as well. As parents we assume that all the stations are kid safe and they def broke our trust.

Such a fun place to check out for your little ones! They also have a great location at Del Amo. They are right on the edge of the outdoor section too, so you can park in the lot in front of BJs and Mitsuwa and it's a short walk away. Admission is for two hours and it was $18 but it includes a free adult. If you have a second child it's $15, but they're free if they are under age 2! There is a small baby section with a baby gate so they can still have fun while the older sibling explores. Two hours was plenty of time for us, we left around 1.5 hours mainly because we needed to do a diaper change. You are allowed to leave and come back within your 2 hours too as long as you aren't leaving your child alone there, so that's nice if you wanted to go grab some food or needed to step out for that diaper change. The place is very spacious so I didn't feel too crowded like at some indoor play places. There are different vehicles to play on, giant foam block section, a large play structure, ride-on vehicles, and various other play areas and things to do! The play structure is adult friendly too so if you have a very little one that is afraid to go alone like mine, then you can climb up there with them! Everything felt clean and kept up nicely. There are staff members walking around constantly putting toys back in the right zones. Our son is 2 1/2 years old but enjoyed everything they had to offer there! The recommended age range is 3-10. They have a full seating area for parents too so that's nice if your kids are a bit older and can roam more freely. If you are worried about older kids running over your little ones, they have a 5 and under timeframe available on weekdays from 10am-12pm. If I lived here I'd definitely go during that time! One of the things I appreciated most was their wristband system. Every 30 minutes they'll announce the color wristband and if their 2 hour session is ending. At check-in, they write the last numbers of your phone number on your wristband and your child's wristband, and you will show that when you exit so that they can make sure the child is going home with the right person. We have been to a lot of play places and have never seen that before! I really appreciated it since sadly that's the kind of world we live in now. I wish all places would implement that system! Such a great time here, we will definitely be back. These types of indoor places are so appreciated by parents and kids especially when it's too cold outside but you need to get out of the house!

Very good place for kids events, it is located in an outdoor shopping mall, where a wonderful mean can be found after the play.

We had an amazing time at Dit It!, a construction-themed indoor playground in Torrance, CA today! This place is packed with activities, and my 3 kids (ages 1, 3, and 5) absolutely loved it! My kids are big fans of Blippi and Meekah, so they were beyond excited to visit Dit It!--especially since my 3- and 5-year-old are in their construction and car phase right now. This playground was right up their alley, and it did not disappoint! What we liked about it: * So Many Fun Activities! There's a large climbing gym, a race track for kids to zoom around in little cars or on foot, and a magnet wall where they can build ball mazes. My kids especially enjoyed the magnet tables, LEGO tables, and digital coloring station. * Hands-On Play Areas - The large excavator lets kids operate controls to move balls, and there's a huge construction truck where they can take photos, press buttons, and pretend to fix it. The building area with giant foam blocks was another huge hit. * Cool Play Gym Features - Kids can send foam bricks up a pulley system, and the slides were perfect for all ages: a small slide for toddlers, a twisty enclosed slide, and a two-person wave slide. I loved that I could climb everything with my kids--the only thing adults aren't allowed to operate is the excavator. * Clean and Well-Maintained - The staff was constantly cleaning equipment while we were there, and the restrooms were spotless. They even have a separate nursing room with a large changing table, diaper pail, and spare diapers/wipes, which was such a thoughtful touch! * Not Crowded on Weekdays - We visited during Toddler Time (10 AM - 12 PM, for kids under 6), on a Tuesday and it was perfect. My kids had full access to everything without having to wait in line. The Only Downsides: The biggest drawback for me was that there's no option for a day pass. Since Dit It! is located in a shopping mall, I would have loved the flexibility to stay all day--maybe leave for lunch and come back. But the visit is limited to a 2-hour time slot, which felt too short because my kids didn't want to leave! Another minor downside was the large rotating wheel attraction, similar to a hamster wheel. While it looked fun, it was really only suitable for bigger kids. My 5-year-old was able to use it with my help to get it started, but it wasn't safe for my younger two to use as intended. They could only walk through it when it wasn't in motion. I wish there had been a way for smaller kids to enjoy it more safely. Final Thoughts: Even with the time limit, it was 100% worth the 45-minute drive from Orange County to Torrance. This playground is an absolute 10/10, and we will definitely be back!

The good: I was able to book a two hour session online pretty quickly for my 22 month old for $17.99. She enjoyed herself here. I also came with a newborn and he was free. The first adult is free but additional adults are $8. They have weekday hours for kids under 5 in the morning (in case you want smaller kids only). They have a nursery inside with a changing table and diapers for you (I saw size 3). Kids are required to wear grip socks and adults can wear regular socks. They have private party rooms inside with cute props for birthdays that include a construction hardhat and neon vest. I like that they check your wristbands to see that it matches up with your child's before you leave. This is a nice play area to go to on a hot summer day because it's nice and cool inside. The bad: There were fewer activities or obstacles than I expected inside. The digger area with balls was cool but my daughter, as well as other little kids, were disappointed you couldn't go into the ball pit. The floors were a little dirtier than I expected considering everyone was wearing socks. I saw that the workers wear sneakers in the same areas as the sock space. The interesting: They'll publicly announce via megaphone if it's your time to leave (by calling out the color of your bracelet). They give you a 15 minute heads up.

We went here with the little one since he loves both excavators and Blippi, so I thought, "What the heck?" and reserved a time.

I really appreciate Sheila's help coordinating and planning the party. Everything went smoothly. She was very helpful with the flow and made announcements. This helped the guests stay with the program. There was also a bracelet station for kids to enjoy. That was a fun bit. The decorations were beautiful! All the kids loved it. I'll definitely keep this place in mind when it's time to plan our kids' birthdays again! The place is on the smaller side so I'd recommend it for a party of 50-60 guests. I do like the size of the play area being a bit small so the kids are easier to spot. ZoomiZoomi is located on the second floor, right by Dick's Sporting Goods.

No matter how hard you try to Google map this location, the exact location won't show. The Google map will just show you that it is somewhere in the mall. Keep in mind that Del Amo Mall is a huge mall. We learned the hardware by parking 1/4 mile away. The way we found out is we had to look at a touch map inside the mall. It was quite confusing because the legend is not stationary, it rotates 180 degrees from your location. Always remember it is by Dicks Sporting Goods, nothing else. This place is hidden on the 2nd floor. It looks like a store. Deceiving looks from the outside. Arrived at this location which we were greeted for checkin under the birthday boys name. You must take off your shoes to enter, so make sure you have clean socks on. The other way is to wear some plastic booties, but it is frowned upon. That option is usually used as a last resort, like not wearing socks. The party was private, you can only have 1 party at a time. You self cater your food and drinks to the gathering. You can even bring a cooler with alcoholic beverages! Which is a plus for grown adults. Social and gathering with adult beverages males the conversation sweeter. This place is not like a chuckie cheese, it is more intimate with a core family since it is private. Its small so it may seem tight to move around. Place accommodates a jungle playground with plastic balls. Enough for the little ones to be entertained. There is one host that works there to assist with the games, food and photography (someones cellphone). That worker is very helpful. The other host works at the front counter for admission. Also you can even hire a character to visit and play games. Surprise appearance by Sonic! Woot woot! Overall, it is small and private. Good enough for 50 people. I will throw a small gathering here on a rainy day, cold or Superhot day only. There is nothing a public park cant provide that zoomi offers. Especially on a warm comfortable day. :) Lots of parking at the mall. Friendly helpful workers (only 2 of them). The 2 negative things is that stood out is removal of shoes and 1 restroom to use. Overall this place will get the job done to celebrate an ntimate birthday party. Fun fun ! Package pricing is unknown, I was not the host but assume it was a good deal since 90% of the party resources was purchased outside of the venue. Comfortable, cozy and small.

We came around 10:45am and had the entire place to ourself for about an hour before other kids joined. The cushiony floor was great and comfortable. We didn't have to worry about falls. The worker there was constantly cleaning, organizing and sanitizing the space so that was also comforting. My daughter enjoyed the ball pit the most (the floating balloon area was her second favorite). There's a little area for a mini market and a vet clinic for pretend play as well. There's also a corner with foam building blocks. Don't forget to wear socks! You cannot wear shoes here. And parents must supervise their kids at all times. The bad: It's nice that there's a bathroom right outside of here but it's a single person bathroom and was occupied the entire time (I tried going twice). The floor could use a power wash because it's a little blackish. The interesting: No food or drinks allowed inside. No diaper changes allowed inside. A bracelet day pass lasts all day and you have in and out privileges.

It is way bigger and has a ZIPLIIIINE Which sits to the far right side away from the toys! This gym is BIG compared to the other one we went to and there is so so much for the kiddos to do! One of the many things I appreciate is that while there are several swings I noticed on days when it is more crowded one or 2 are removed as to avoid kiddos swinging into other kids . However, how the gym is set up makes that less likely if a child walks the perimeter. While not because of the swing but this cute horse ramp thingy My owned kid mowed down a parent who was in her line of fire and it was both HILARIOUS (Me and the mom cracked up about it) I apologized to the mom and moved the toys back to where Ms. Tiffany originally had it -which would have avoided the accident in the first place (So my bad :-) ) I have so many things to say about how much I Enjoy We Rock The Spectrum! But the main thing is I can tell this place is run with love, integrity, and passion! Despite the edit, they are still making up lies about my child. They've also changed the language of the original comment. For example, from "my son" to "the owners son" I guess in an attempt to make it seem like someone else wrote it. It's weird if you ask me. Nobody is attacking you. If you deem every negative review as an attack against you then you should hire someone else to manage your social media. It's a bad look. I won't comment any further. Changing your comment towards me and editing it after I've responded to it is another sign of distrust. Hire an attorney and proceed with legal action if you think I'm lying. I will happily repeat everything I've said under oath and I have a witness. Update: the owner responded and essentially accused me of lying by saying my child did not get hurt there (she did although it was an accident). If that doesn't show you the level of professionalism at this place then I don't know what to tell you. To address her claims, my daughter was not upset on arriving. She became frustrated in the waiting room while we were waiting to fill out the form. Once she got into the gym she was jumping and shouting for joy. Nice job leaving that out, really helps build trust. The kid on the zip line had to be very close to middle school age. There was another kid close to middle school age as she mentioned who was likely her son. Neither one of those is the kid who stepped over and fell on my daughter. That kid was in elementary school and likely 6 years old or so. The parent even apologized when it happened. I'm guessing your cameras didn't catch that or you are being deceitful, either way it's concerning. Why else would we come in and leave after 7 minutes? I'll stand by my statement that having kids close to middle school age riding on a zip line in an area where autistic toddlers are walking around isn't exactly what I consider safe. There should at least be some padding or something blocking the path. Everything I wrote in the review is true. Instead of calling customers liars, go back and check your cameras in the play area again. My original review: If you have a toddler with autism, I would highly recommend against this place. I am really surprised that it has such a high score. Usually reviews are reliable. We took my 3 year old daughter who has slight autism here so she could check out a new place. They have you sign a liability waiver and I see why. The first thing I noticed is there are a lot of people packed into a tight area. The "gym" is about the size of our living room, maybe slightly bigger. There was a decent number of people in here for a small area. There are kids that are very young, and kids that look like they are close to entering middle school mixed together. They have a zip line, which is nice for older kids, but incredibly dangerous for kids that are toddler age. I would imagine most toddlers with autism cannot participate on the zip line, but easily could stumble into the path of it when an older kid takes off on it creating an incredibly dangerous situation. We had to keep moving our daughter away from the path that it travels as an older kid was riding it non-stop. They have a rock climbing wall, but I imagine it would be pretty hard to climb safely without shoes on (kids and adults have to remove shoes) as the parts that you step on to climb up are incredibly small compared to a normal rock climbing wall. They are about 1/4 of the size of the ones at Anderson Park, just for comparison. I just can't see how that would be comfortable for the child in the slightest. We were there for a whopping 4-5 minutes before an older kid bowled over my daughter and caused her to get hurt. She was sitting on the slide area and the kid just stepped on her and fell on her. Again, it seems like an incredibly bad idea to mix older kids with autism and toddlers with autism. $16 seemed like a fair price and the positive reviews had me excited to take her there. We left after only 4-5 minutes, $16 down the drain. I let the front desk person know this isn't a safe place for toddlers on the way out the door. They should have scheduled times for certain age ranges instead of mixing them all together. I can't think of any other establishment whether it be a daycare, school, therapy, etc where they mix kids of all age ranges together in small area with equipment that could cause possible injury.

The reservation process was easy and the staff walked me through each step and checked in when they said they would to finalize details. Once we arrived, they helped to unload our car with the supplies and basically set up the party room themselves--which was awesome and looked great! The kiddos are given a quick breakdown of rules, and then we all went into the Village Arena. I really like that you get the play and dining areas to yourselves. They ran around like crazy for about an hour and half. There's a huge indoor slide which was fun not just for the kids, but also the adults! I wasn't sure if we should book the village or ultimate arena, but for kids ages 2-10, the village arena had more than enough bouncy houses and activities to keep everyone entertained. We had two staff members assigned to our group, I think their names were Eddie and Jacob? They were seriously fantastic. It was nice to have people step in to help with moving the party along, and also with set-up and clean-up. Their help made the party so much more enjoyable for me as well, since I could focus more of my energy on my son and our guests. The food was yummy, the staff was great, and the space is perfect for little ones. Oh, and there's quite a bit of flexibility on the food items you can bring in which can help to cut the overall cost down. If you're looking for a venue that has a private play and dining space, maintains a list of attendees and their respective gifts and cards, handles loading/unloading vehicles and set-up/clean-up, AND provides food options all under one roof--then Scooter's Jungle is the spot for your kiddos next birthday party extravaganza!

They keep a numbered list of guests who sign in and put that number sticker on the gift they bring. So smart! I'd say the target age is probably 3-6? I know they advertise for older and younger, but the best parties I've been to are 4-5 year olds because they can actually enjoy the big slide and use the play areas with minimal adult support. The parties are completely private, so no mixing with the public. They do pizza and cake service for you. They are friendly. The birthday kid gets a king's crown and special seat at the head of the table in their party room. The only "complaint" I'd have, if any, is that the kids have so much fun in the play area that sometimes it feels rushed once we get into the party room for cake. Also, the location is a bit random, they do have a parking lot, but spaces seem limited if you come during a hot hour. Despite that, it is very easy for the host.
