I was really upset because of a Dad and his little girl, must have been 7, 8 years old we're in the toddler area. The girl had an accident inside the ball pit and I overheard the Dad scolding her for peeing, but didn't inform anybody that she even had an accident. My son was in the ball pit when this happened, and I noticed that there were wet footprints on the floor and on the edge of the pit. I grabbed the spray that they had and sprayed the area down, not thinking anything of it. One of the staff noticed that I did that and right away brought towels and sprays to clean the area and another staff member came over and asked me to take my son out because they were spraying chemicals in the pit area to sanitize. When I took him out, he was completely covered in pee all over the back of his shirt & shorts. My son wears diapers so I know it wasn't him. I was really upset, and I told the staff, I went to go talk to the manager about it, and they fully refunded me for the time that I was there. My kids were upset cause we had to leave early, we were 35- 40 minutes in & the guy in the front gave them lollipops, with my approval, to help me calm them. The staff there is amazing and on it about Cleaning and sanitizing everything. They shut the whole toddler section down just so they can sanitize the entire area. As far as that, Dad, it's extremely disgusting that he tried leaving without saying anything to anybody. Accidents happen that I understand but keeping it to yourself and then trying to leave without informing staff is beyond me.

Would like to inform you that I will be filing a police report because I had my iPad stolen at your place of business. We were told we could not bring our personal belongings in and would have to leave it with stroller in the front of your store. When I returned to my car realized my iPad was gone. Not sure if this was an inside job or if this is a common occurrence at your place of business but I will most definitely not be returning and will advise friends and relatives of the potential theft going on at your place of business. Your employees are more concerned and watchful over whether you put outside food in your mouth over making sure you don't go over your paid time or customers coming in smelling like they smoked weed in the parking lot.

It's a 2 hour admission with a wristband, and everyone has to sign a waiver beforehand. There is a dedicated party room that is separate from the play area. It's pretty large and with decent seating and lots of room for setting up food and a gift/cake table. It comfortably fit our group of roughly 50 adults and 20 kids. Restrooms are gender-neutral and they provide sandals to wear inside. Parking was pretty easy since it's adjacent to a large plaza. Overall, this spot is fun and great for kids!

Many of the play areas look exactly the same, and it would be nice to see some new equipment or renovations to keep the experience fresh for returning families. Another concern is safety. The facility doesn't require grip socks, and they don't even sell them on-site. Grip socks are important in indoor playgrounds because the floors and play structures can become slippery, increasing the risk of slips and falls. Implementing a grip sock policy would be a simple way to help keep kids safer. My son still enjoys coming here, but after so many years, I hope the owners invest in updating the facility and improving safety standards.

You do need to put your shoes in the front and wear socks inside. Kids need to have GRIPPY socks and adults, any socks will do. - Seating - They have lots of seats open for you to put your bags down. I was able to bring my snacks in for my kid. They were not strict about that. They do have a cafe, which I did see a lot of the parents order from. I didn't, but it seems relatively good for the foods I did see others order. They also have drinks. - Cleanliness - It was good, but could be better. I went when it opened, and I still saw lots of hairs on the ground, crumbs, lots of finger marks on the windows, and even saw a coffee cup high up in a play area. When my daughter came to me crying I tried to walk her in there thinking it must not be a big deal because there were a few big kids in there, who looked to be around ages 8-10. I was surprised to be turned away by that same employee (while the other big kids were still in there). So confusing! I pointed this out and she said "that girl is sitting" (she had been hanging all over the merry go round just minutes before, which is right next to where she was standing at the entrance) and then the employee said "she also has a little brother here" (he looked about 4 or 5). So then I said "okay so can my daughter stay because my 2 year old wants to play in here" she then told us no and blocked us from entering. I went to the front desk and told that girl about the situation and she got the manager. He explained that it's for safety WHICH I COMPLETELY UNDERSTAND - but then take out the other big kids so it's not confusing for anyone! He finally did have the bigger kids removed, and there were about 4-5 other way bigger kids than my daughter. It felt like we were being singled out by the staff here. They said they asked the other people to leave the area but they "didn't listen." Lol. So people like me and my daughter who listened were the only ones removed I guess. I guess you can just act like you don't understand and you get to break the rules, even if the rules are there for everyone else's "safety." This could be a learning opportunity for the staff here but you can go find out for yourself. I wanted to avoid this word but it truly felt like discrimination based on us being the only family removed. We won't be returning.

When you read, with the VIP package all you need to do is show up with your child, that's literally all you have to do! The food and beverages were excellent choices.
