My little sister actually went to put the cookies back because she thought she had done something wrong. Valerie also let me know that we were past our allotted time, which I completely understand and had no issue with. However, her tone and the way she handled both situations felt unnecessarily unfriendly, especially for an environment centered around young children. I understand employees have rules to enforce, but I wish the situation had been handled with a little more patience and kindness, particularly when speaking about a 3-year-old child. I have two children on the autism spectrum, ages 5 and 7. My 5-year-old son, who has mild to moderate autism, had difficulty understanding the worker's instructions for getting into the harness to climb the wall. Instead of showing patience and understanding, the worker repeatedly rolled her eyes and sighed, which was very upsetting to witness. I understand that working with children can be challenging, but I expected the staff to be more patient and accommodating, especially with children who may need additional time or assistance. The staff/ employees are not attentive to running the business hours. They are nice but they do not pay attention to the customers. There will be days where the devices like the carousel is not plugged in to start the day when it's past the opening time. I would ask couple of times on different days letting them know it's not plugged in. (My husband also had gone couple times told me the carousel was not plugged in). Not only the carousel but the arcade for Mario Kart would not be set up where I would call up an employee and ask them about it to set up so the kids not just my child can play ready to go. When a business opens the place should be ready to go for the customers but it would be funny that the customer would have to ask to have the things ready. I am surprised and frustrated because I'm like wondering why isn't the carousel working? Is it broken? No it was just not plugged in ready to go. Why would the business be opened if it's not ready for its customers to use their equipment? I've seen sadly that the employees are just having fun amongst themselves talking in the front but they don't pay attention to the customers wanting to purchase food or drinks or snacks where they have to then just go to the front. I've seen some parents calling the staff for attention but they're not answering where they end up walking to the front. Seeing that is very frustrating because the employees are not doing their job. They don't watch our kids but at least pay attention to the customers trying to purchase one of their own goods. 2. The cleanliness IS NOT MAINTAINED.. This week my mother in law went to play pie and told me she had killed a roach near the car carousel. I'm so sad and disgusted to hear this. I don't know how the facility is being taken care of or how often but this explains a lot. I'm very disappointed to hear this because my child loves to come here but seeing some things on how the business is run makes me feel lack of trust, worries and not safe environment. I would like to see more padding at the end of the slide. The padding that is there doesn't seem to absorb the shock as much as I'd hope for especially for a 3yr old whose legs are landing fast into it. Other than that I highly enjoyed the experience.

This was especially helpful for my daughter that recently started walking. After about an hour from opening time, several older kids came and it was a lot less calm. There are a lot of thoughtful touches at the facility like the diaper changing station and smaller area for younger kids. The high chairs were fairly clean and helpful to use when feeding our daughter. I docked off a star because it does feel a little run down and, while folks are required to wear socks, the floors are a little dusty. Given the entrance fee and prices for food, we will likely come here on special occasions.
