I'll NEVER return to this place! I have came here a few times and since day one I did not care for this place! The vibe has always been off, Yet I found myself here again because my lil one begged me! Upon entering, the establishment was empty. maybe after 20 minutes the owner of the establishment comes in with her grandchildren, or the grandchildren came first and Grandma followed a little after anyways prior to all this my son was the only one here. My boy is on the spectrum and Got overly excited once he seen other children. The kids who came got to playing immediately and there was one boy in particular who entered a jumper with I assume his little sister, and my son followed right after as soon as my son got in the the little boy stared at him grabbed his little sister and got out. The way that boy looked at my son like he was a disease was sickening. My son asked him if he wanted to play and he kept walking away from him, not giving him an answer I know he's not obligated too but damn say something! My son was following Him around mind you he's five years old but has the mind of a child much smaller, he is developmentally delayed he could have simply said no But instead, he continued to ignore my son and run away from him. My son was sad and asked him. "Why do you keep running away from me" I couldn't bare to see him treat my son like he was! So I picked up my son and left, perhaps grandma and grandpa can teach their grandchildren to play nice with other kids and that not all kids are "normal" like them we were there for like 30 min for a 2 hour jump slot ‍ I hope this shitty place needed my $20 more then I did read more

The kids had a great time and the parents comfortable letting the kids play. Everything went smooth the day off. I hosted my son's birthday party here yesterday, and it was nice. The space was clean, and Jessica, our host, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The main issue was the limited setup time. We selected the deluxe package, which offered 2.5 hours of party time, plus 15 minutes for setup and a 5-minute grace period for cleanup. With over 70 guests, roughly half an hour of our party was spent on cleanup. Since we need to bring all our supplies--food, drinks, table covers, cake, etc.--it might be helpful if they extended the setup and cleanup periods. I just threw my daughter's birthday here and the process was super easy and they were helpful throughout my event. The amount of people you're able to have inside for the price you pay is such a deal! They have a section for all different age groups, kids from 1-10 could enjoy this place. The owner asked if we needed anything throughout the party and so did her son who was working up at the front. Also, I liked the fact that the daughter is in charge of the decorations so you don't have to stress about finding someone. She's pretty affordable and does great work! Hosted my daughter's birthday party here last month. We picked the VIP Deluxe package and all the logistics were easy to navigate (inquiry, booking, payment). The young lady who helped me through the entire process was very helpful and personable. I loved having the entire facility to ourselves! All the families felt safe and were able to relax in the party area and around the facility while the kids ran around. Bathroom and all areas of the location were clean. The only downside to the party was the very limited set up time. We only had 15 minutes to set up the party area, and it was very stressful. I had 8 adults helping me set up (table clothes, center pieces, pre-assembled balloon arch, food, party favors, cake/cupcakes) and I still felt pressed for time. Overall, it was a successful party and I would recommend booking this for a party, but would have honestly appreciated some more set up time. read more

Would love to give this place a better review but unfortunately I cannot . I called to confirm open times and decided to come and bring my child to play . It was pretty empty at the time we came only 1 other family playing . We play for about an hour and my wife needs to feed our other baby and she finds a quiet spot to nurse him and about 5 minutes one of the people working came yo and said someone had complained twice about her indecent exposure ... they offer her a place to nurse more in the back in a dark room she declines and proceeds to our car outside to feed him . It's not that this was so awful to experience but being a place FOR KIDS and not to mention EMPTY . This place has changing tables in the bathrooms to accommodate mothers with small kids but one nursing for 5 minutes is worthy of complaints . About 5 weeks prior to my event I talked to an employee and I got details about pricing, what I could bring and pertinent details about the establishment. Per the information I had received I went ahead and reserved this place for my child's birthday party and send them a $200 deposit per the instructions given to me. The day of the party things got weird. I received a phone call from Sandra (owner), she called to offer me a balloon arch decoration for the amount of $40. She stated a previous client had cancelled the balloon decoration. I mentioned I wasn't sure I would accept them because they may not match my son's party theme and besides I already had my own banner and balloons. Once I arrived and started setting up Sandra showed me the balloons and I politely declined them. She was visibly upset and she was telling me on the spot that I would not be able to put up my own decorations. I strongly insisted I was specifically told by her employee that I was allowed to bring my own banner, balloons and decorations. She also said that the rules had changed this week about me not hanging anything on the wall. She also added that the employee no longer works there. She mentioned she's the owner to try to intimidate me. During my son's party I was pulled by one of the employees and I was taken by surprise because I was given a contract to sign with additional fees and restrictions that were not previously mentioned. Shortly after I signed the contract Sandra the owner came by to pull me away from my guests just to harshly tell me that "If my guests do not leave the building by 6:05pm that the system will automatically charge me an extra time fee". At the conclusion of the event all my guests vacated the establishment and we cleaned up as agreed upon. When I was paying at the counter the employee said the system is still going to charge me an additional $50 as I was settling up to pay. Keep in mind I attempted to pay the day before the remaining balance but they told me that I would be charged at the end of the event at the counter. The money is not the issue but Sandra's deceptive underhanded ways to make additional money that really bothered me. It should have been a happy and fun event but this lady makes things uncomfortable. The way the owners conduct business is very shady. For anyone wanting to book this place please be aware of this establishment's switch and bait tactics. read more

We booked a last minute party here for my 7 yo daughter. We had less than a week to plan it and they were very nice and helpful when we were booking. We got a discounted price and got a total of 2.5 hours for the party. Pros: -super clean, the place smells clean and not like dirty feet like other places -jumpers and toys all seemed well kept and super clean - $ machines were all working and prizes were given from the claw machines which made the kids happy -pizzas are from Little Cesar's and came warm enough to enjoy -staff is friendly and nice -they placed good music and it wasn't too loud -staff is on site to assist with issues -PlayStation was included for those who didn't want to jump -daughter of owner sets up balloon arches/ decor for an additional fee so that's convenient -private parties do not let anyone outside of your party in so it's really nice knowing your kids are safe Cons: -we were only let in 15 mins before the event to set up the table cloths, bring the food and coolers in, set up the table decor etc. I would recommend leaving a bigger gap in between parties so that the previous party can leave, you can disinfect while we're entering and so that the current party can set up without sweating -parents were filling out disclaimers and holding up the line as they checked in. I would recommend sending out a link to the host prior to the party or having paper forms on clips to ease up the front crowd at check in but it wasn't too bad -I thought the pizzas were in a kitchen somewhere in the back (there's no kitchen) but when you want the pizzas you have to let them know ahead of time so that they can pick them up from Little Cesar's. I'd recommend letting us know where they're from so we can anticipate the wait time. We really enjoyed the place. We only had to dispose of our food and decorations and they clean up after that. We did feel a tad rushed at the end because we didn't want to go past our time and incur a fee but the kids had so much fun in the 2 hours that they were fine leaving. There's a Starbucks nearby, plenty of places to order sandwiches and extra food too and there's a nice T.J.Maxx next to this place. My daughter said it was the best party she's ever had so I'd recommend having a private party here! read more

Where do I begin!!! My 3 year old son loves this place. We've been a handful of times before. This time, we decided to throw my 1 year old his first birthday party here. Staff was great and accommodating at the beginning. Saving a parking spot, allowing us to use their freezer, helping with decorating etc. We had the place for 2.5 hours. As we were getting closer to ending, carlos let us know we needed to start wrapping things up, start the birthday singing and cake, and we did. Sandra, begins hounding my wife and I, telling us we need to get everyone out (50-60 people) ASAP. I will admit, we did go over our time by about 10-15 minutes, but we had 8-10 of our guests helping clean up. Sandra again starts telling our guests to leave so they can set up for the next event. Constantly telling us to leave without letting us continue to clean. Don't hound our guests. They showed Poor customer service and business management/etiquette. UPDATE: I want you all to see the response this "business" for kids provides. The lack of professionalism and blaming their customers (when they already admitted fault) is childish. I hope you all can learn from this situation. There are plenty of other reviews like mine and some worse. You need to revamp your timing between parties policy for situations like this. The posted hours on yelp state this business is open at 10am on Saturday mornings. I called the night before to ensure there were no events. I was told I would be able to take my children for open jump from 10am - 1pm. We arrived at 10am Saturday morning and the business was closed. The hours posted on the door state they are open at 12pm on Saturday mornings. Very disappointed. Update: There was no confusion. This was an amazing place for my daughter 4th bd party. The staff were very professional and attentive. They provide the tables and chairs. They also have an option of decorating to save you from all the trouble. The location is perfect as well, they have the super market North Gate in the same parking lot super convenient to just walk over and get some warm food for the guest. We celebrated my daughter's 6th birthday at Jumper's Jungle on March 15, 2025. Daniel was so kind and super helpful with setting up and cleaning up afterwards. He often checked on us to see if we were doing okay and if we needed anything, which we appreciated! Sandra was also sweet and helpful when I was in the process of booking the party and I have to add she was so patient with my endless questions. The place was clean, organized, and all our guests had a blast. We loved how there was even a play area for small toddlers. I would recommend booking a party at Jumper's Jungle to my family and friends who have children too. Okay I'm a little torn here... my toddler LOVES jumpers like OBSESSED. But for some reason he was NOT into the jumpers here. From a moms perspective I enjoyed how clean the property was, easy to manage the kids, and they also had a gated baby area which I loved. The reason why I am knocking it down to 3 stars - they rarely do open play in the afternoons. I think prior to coming here last week I've called like 4x. They mainly do parties. - during our open play time I noticed that one of the employees left the back exit door open which was concerning. - lastly there's a small foosball table which is face height for toddlers and it's literally in the middle of the room. I was worried our toddler aged kids would run into it. I would suggest moving that to the back for older kids. Overall though I'd recommend to my friends since entrance is only 10$- to try it out and see if their kids like it . read more

I had my son's fifth birthday here today. It was amazing. The staff was very friendly. Carlos, Sandra their son all were extremely accommodating. My son enjoyed his birthday and his friends did as well. They helped me set up even though they didn't have to help me get everything in order. Made it easy for me to set everything up. Yes, it was 15 minutes to set up, but all of the extra help I was able to get helped me have it ready way before the 15 minutes. I cleaned up twenty minutes before the end of our 2.5 private event and was able to be done exactly on the dot with no problems.
