We hosted my little cousins birthday party here and it was great. We picked the VIP deluxe and it was great having the place just for us. The kids had a great time and the parents comfortable letting the kids play. Everything went smooth the day off. We were able to get a taco man to setup outside, but to do this make sure you let them know ahead of time. Karina did a great job with the decoration. For your next event here ask for her to setup for you.

Everything about our experience at Jumper's Jungle was perfect. They were clear about their prices as well as what we could do at the facility. They accommodated us in every way possible. They were always prompt in responding our questions that we had as our son's birthday came up. Additionally, the decorator they have is affordable and great!

This is a 5 ft balloon arch stand in the back. Definitely space for a larger arch.

Hosted my daughter's birthday party here last month. We picked the VIP Deluxe package and all the logistics were easy to navigate (inquiry, booking, payment). The young lady who helped me through the entire process was very helpful and personable. I loved having the entire facility to ourselves! All the families felt safe and were able to relax in the party area and around the facility while the kids ran around. Bathroom and all areas of the location were clean. The only downside to the party was the very limited set up time. We only had 15 minutes to set up the party area, and it was very stressful. I had 8 adults helping me set up (table clothes, center pieces, pre-assembled balloon arch, food, party favors, cake/cupcakes) and I still felt pressed for time. Overall, it was a successful party and I would recommend booking this for a party, but would have honestly appreciated some more set up time.

We had our third kiddos party here today and everything went great! We love the effortless time it takes to set up and also clean up! Having it all ready to go makes it nice to relax and let everyone enjoy! Thanks again!

Would love to give this place a better review but unfortunately I cannot . I called to confirm open times and decided to come and bring my child to play . It was pretty empty at the time we came only 1 other family playing . We play for about an hour and my wife needs to feed our other baby and she finds a quiet spot to nurse him and about 5 minutes one of the people working came yo and said someone had complained twice about her indecent exposure ... they offer her a place to nurse more in the back in a dark room she declines and proceeds to our car outside to feed him . It's not that this was so awful to experience but being a place FOR KIDS and not to mention EMPTY . This place has changing tables in the bathrooms to accommodate mothers with small kids but one nursing for 5 minutes is worthy of complaints . The employees tried to get her to not step out but she again declined due to now feeling awkward . Likely won't return as it was already pretty sparse for a kids play place

Decor was provided from Amazon, the owners daughter set up the table for us, did the balloon garland for $75

We booked a last minute party here for my 7 yo daughter. We had less than a week to plan it and they were very nice and helpful when we were booking. We got a discounted price and got a total of 2.5 hours for the party. Pros: -super clean, the place smells clean and not like dirty feet like other places -jumpers and toys all seemed well kept and super clean - $ machines were all working and prizes were given from the claw machines which made the kids happy -pizzas are from Little Cesar's and came warm enough to enjoy -staff is friendly and nice -they placed good music and it wasn't too loud -staff is on site to assist with issues -PlayStation was included for those who didn't want to jump -daughter of owner sets up balloon arches/ decor for an additional fee so that's convenient -private parties do not let anyone outside of your party in so it's really nice knowing your kids are safe Cons: -we were only let in 15 mins before the event to set up the table cloths, bring the food and coolers in, set up the table decor etc. I would recommend leaving a bigger gap in between parties so that the previous party can leave, you can disinfect while we're entering and so that the current party can set up without sweating -parents were filling out disclaimers and holding up the line as they checked in. I would recommend sending out a link to the host prior to the party or having paper forms on clips to ease up the front crowd at check in but it wasn't too bad -I thought the pizzas were in a kitchen somewhere in the back (there's no kitchen) but when you want the pizzas you have to let them know ahead of time so that they can pick them up from Little Cesar's. I'd recommend letting us know where they're from so we can anticipate the wait time. We really enjoyed the place. We only had to dispose of our food and decorations and they clean up after that. We did feel a tad rushed at the end because we didn't want to go past our time and incur a fee but the kids had so much fun in the 2 hours that they were fine leaving. There's a Starbucks nearby, plenty of places to order sandwiches and extra food too and there's a nice T.J.Maxx next to this place. My daughter said it was the best party she's ever had so I'd recommend having a private party here!

I was really upset because of a Dad and his little girl, must have been 7, 8 years old we're in the toddler area. The girl had an accident inside the ball pit and I overheard the Dad scolding her for peeing, but didn't inform anybody that she even had an accident. My son was in the ball pit when this happened, and I noticed that there were wet footprints on the floor and on the edge of the pit. I grabbed the spray that they had and sprayed the area down, not thinking anything of it. One of the staff noticed that I did that and right away brought towels and sprays to clean the area and another staff member came over and asked me to take my son out because they were spraying chemicals in the pit area to sanitize. When I took him out, he was completely covered in pee all over the back of his shirt & shorts. My son wears diapers so I know it wasn't him. I was really upset, and I told the staff, I went to go talk to the manager about it, and they fully refunded me for the time that I was there. My kids were upset cause we had to leave early, we were 35- 40 minutes in & the guy in the front gave them lollipops, with my approval, to help me calm them. The staff there is amazing and on it about Cleaning and sanitizing everything. They shut the whole toddler section down just so they can sanitize the entire area. As far as that, Dad, it's extremely disgusting that he tried leaving without saying anything to anybody. Accidents happen that I understand but keeping it to yourself and then trying to leave without informing staff is beyond me.

It's quite spacious and there are just such a variety of activities for kids, from playing in a ball pit, to stacking random foam blocks, to playing in an area filled with random electronic entertainment (like mario kart and coloring fish), to actual play area with slides and padded obstacles. Even after seeing some of the lower reviews, I still think it is relatively clean considering the amount of traffic the weekend or evening may bring. I didn't really see anything that was broken or not working, and even when the mario kart system bugged out and was on a default screen, a staff member quickly did a reset and got it back into working order within 10 minutes or so. A consideration to be made is the fact that not all the parents are attentive with their kids, so there were definitely some kids that are just disrupting other kids playing or being obnoxious/rude. It's inevitable but also makes it feel like some parents literally just let their kids do whatever with little supervision, knowing that they are within the indoor playground. For example, my 1 year old was sitting on the padded carousel, and an older kid (at least 6 y.o.) jumped into the middle of the carousel and started dancing around wildly, which would've been fine until he almost fell on top of my much smaller child. It should also be noted that the area was marked for 2 y.o. or younger, but there's pretty much no enforcement of the space. Otherwise, it's a really cool spot for kids to burn a few hours and I still think it's remarkable that they fit so many different things to do in the same area.

Turns out, John's Incredible Pizza exceeded my expectations! This place *sorta* reminds me of a kid Souplantation, just sub out the soups for pizza (& note the fact that Souplantation is much neater and slightly more elevated foods). There's a fully loaded salad bar with your choice of greens and corn, peas, carrots, and toppings+ (too many to remember). There's a pasta bar, sauteed veggies with sausage, quinoa and potato salad, a couple of soups, LOADS of pizza flavors, a fully loaded dessert bar, and ICEE/soda drinks. And my favorite--self-serve, soft serve. The taste reminds me of Souplantation or McDonald's soft serve. There are several uniquely-themed dining areas all equipped with long tables great for groups. It can get a bit crazy, and sometimes piles of dishes can accumulate quicker than workers bussing tables. Also, what sets this place apart is that there is a whole play area for video games, little rides, and claw machines. Kids go bananas here--getting out their energy--and coming back to the food area and tables to eat more. It's a cycle. I had been seeing John's Incredible Pizza advertised and, despite living two hours away, decided to make the long trip for a fun day. I signed up for their rewards program in advance and bought a coupon at the beginning of the month for a buy-one-get-one 50% off adult buffet. I also purchased a Groupon for my six-year-old son, which included buffet entry, two hours of unlimited rides, and a game card. The check-in process was an absolute nightmare. First, the coupon I bought from John's website wouldn't scan at the machine. The employee couldn't help me, so I had to get a manager, who was eventually able to assist. When I tried to scan the Groupon, they kept saying it wasn't working and that I would need to contact Groupon to fix the problem. While I was on the phone with Groupon, another family next to me was having issues with their credit card not going through. They tried five or ten times, but it still didn't work. There was absolutely no staff around to help anyone. Finally, after the other family couldn't get their card to work, we all called a manager over, and they told us the kiosks were not working and the entire system needed to be rebooted. At that point, there was a line of at least 40 people waiting to pay and get in. After about 15 minutes, everything reset and all of my payments magically worked. From start to finish, I was stuck at the kiosk for about 45 minutes just trying to get in, with a two-year-old and a six-year-old crying because they were hungry and just wanted to eat and play. The entire process was an absolute nightmare. I only stayed because I had driven so far. If I lived nearby, I would have turned around, gone home, and never returned.

Lol. While it's not really the cleanest of places, my girls enjoyed it because there were a lot of different bouncing houses set up close to one another. Also, there was a ball pit. Lots of large, colorful soft blocks with which to build forts. You must ask for an employee to unlock the gate every time you or your child needs in or out.
