Jenny, Jenny, Jenny... I have a membership for myself and my four-year-old daughter and have visited this location several times before without any issues. Unfortunately, my visit on 06/18 was completely different. When we arrived, the park was nearly empty. My wife and daughter went off to play while I sat nearby watching them. That's when I noticed an employee named Jenny making her way from section to section, repeatedly stopping guests to explain rules that were already clearly posted on large signs throughout the park. At first, I thought she was simply doing her job. However, it quickly became apparent that she was approaching virtually every family she encountered, giving lengthy reminders about rules regardless of whether anyone was actually breaking them. When my family moved to the balance beam and oversized ball area, Jenny immediately appeared and launched into another explanation of the rules. My daughter is four years old and, like most children her age, wasn't paying attention to a speech about park policies. Meanwhile, Jenny spent what felt like several minutes talking to my wife despite repeated social cues that the conversation was over. After finishing with us, she immediately moved on to another father sitting nearby and repeated the exact same speech while he sat directly next to a sign displaying those same rules. Later, we moved to the younger children's area. Once again, Jenny appeared. I watched her tell a grandmother she couldn't be in part of the play structure, even after the grandmother explained that her granddaughter had a heart condition and wore a heart monitor, requiring her to stay close by. Rather than showing discretion or empathy, the conversation remained focused on enforcing the rule. Jenny then turned her attention to my daughter and insisted she needed to be measured. At that point, I had enough. As someone who has spent years working in customer service, I understand that rules exist for a reason. My issue was never with safety or employees doing their jobs. My issue was the constant interruptions, repeated lectures, and feeling like my family was being followed from section to section. I politely asked Jenny to leave my family alone. I explained that we were supervising our daughter, could read the posted rules ourselves, and did not need constant reminders. I also made it clear that I did not want her repeatedly interacting with my daughter. Shortly afterward, another father who had experienced the same thing spoke up as well and requested management. His concerns were nearly identical to mine. The team leader came over, listened to both of us, and assured us we would be given some space moving forward. Ironically, another employee in the same orange uniform later worked the area exactly how I would expect. She observed, stayed available, and only intervened when a rule was actually being broken. No lectures. No hovering. No constant interruptions. Just simple, effective supervision. Unfortunately, even after my conversation with Jenny and management's involvement, she later approached my daughter again and began engaging her in the same overly enthusiastic, performative manner. At that point, it felt less like customer service and more like an inability to recognize clearly communicated boundaries. The ironic part is that I never planned on jumping that day because I didn't want to go home exhausted. I simply wanted to watch my daughter play and enjoy a relaxing morning with my family. Instead, I left feeling more exhausted than if I had actually spent the entire visit jumping. Not physically exhausted--mentally exhausted. I've visited this location before and never had an experience remotely like this one. One employee managed to turn what should have been a fun family outing into a frustrating experience filled with constant interruptions and micromanagement. I came to watch my daughter play. We absolutely love the new Sky Zone in pico Rivera! Everyone has always been so helpful. Today we had an extra wonderful experience with the front desk staff member Melissa! Melissa was so helpful, kind and cheerful. She helped us start a new membership and answered all of my questions without skipping a beat! My daughters and their friends were being particularly rambunctious today and she still smiled through the process and never gave us the impression that she was annoyed or frustrated. The location is also always clean, fresh (AC rocks) and not overly crowded. The membership and its perks are a great deal and I highly recommend it to everyone in the area. It also feels safe since the tables are by the front door and there's only one entrance/exit. I prefer this location over the Cerritos one any day and it's so close to home! read more

As a result, we've been overpaying $54 per month. We were just charged for a second month, so we've now been overcharged $108. I've contacted customer service three times each time I was told the Pico Rivera manager would call me within 24-48 hours. And that they have directly transferred and submitted the message. July 12: Spoke with Husnain. July 15: Spoke with Zia. July 17: Called again and was told the same thing. Despite these promises, I have never received a call. If you're reading this, you should already have the messages that customer support sent to the Pico Rivera location regarding my case. Please contact me as soon as possible so we can resolve this issue. Please correct our memberships to the Parent Add-On plan and refund or credit the $108 we've been overcharged. Fun time with family there, the park was clean and had a great time. No complaints about the park itself ,however, stars taken off due to the unexpected and unnecessary comments from the front staff. As I was paying for my family, one of the staff says to another "what a scam" and "ripoff" as if I'm not right there. Its rude to comment on how one uses there money for enjoyment and another to say it right in front of them. Love skyzone but unfortunately wont be returning to this location. read more

I come here a lot. i bought 4 annual passes when they first open. i had originally had 2 monthly passes and then i upgraded. they said they would refund my monthly when i got the yearly. still till today only 1 was refunded and the other one wasn't. yes i talked to someone they said the system had no way of doing so .so im out $30. and now check out this issue i additionally got 2 more annual passes and instead of it having the kids name it was the persons that help me registers name. its a whole mess. it still hasnt been fixed. and the staff that used to be there when they first open, is not the same staff now. just feels like theres really not many people who know much about whats going on and i kinda get it since they are all young , its a new location but i spend alot of money here and i can't seem to get the help i need. and to top it all of there really isnt like a corporate number i think they are all individually owned. read more

Overall, I've had a great experience here; the premium pass is a fantastic value if you visit often. However, the facility seems a bit understaffed, and the snack bar team could use additional training on food safety hygiene. I noticed an employee wearing a black shirt handle the register and touch various surfaces before immediately preparing nachos with the same set of gloves. Using gloves only works if they are changed between handling money and food to prevent cross contamination. I hope to see this addressed to ensure a safer experience for everyone. read more
