We recently held our youth baseball team's end-of-season party at Sky Zone and came away with mixed feelings. On the positive side, the facility was clean, spacious, and appeared well maintained. The private party rooms were nice, and we appreciated that Sky Zone allows outside food, which helped make our team celebration more affordable and convenient. The location is also a major advantage. Being directly across from Smith Park makes it an obvious choice for local youth sports teams looking for an easy place to host a team event. Unfortunately, the party experience itself was disappointing. We booked our event on what appeared to be one of their slowest days, and our group was the only party in the entire facility. Even so, the standard two-hour party package felt very restrictive for older kids. When we asked about extending our room time, we were told it would cost $150 for an additional hour, despite there being no other parties waiting to use the space. More flexible party packages would be a huge improvement, especially for youth sports teams. We purchased additional jump time so the kids could continue enjoying the facility, but even that process was frustrating. Although there were several employees working, the process felt slow and disorganized. It appeared that staff were unsure of the procedure, resulting in our group waiting approximately 20 minutes to receive new wristbands and get the kids back onto the trampolines. When you're paying extra for jump time, losing that much time due to operational delays is disappointing. After our room time ended, parents gathered in the common seating area while the kids continued jumping. We had leftover food from our party stored in closed containers at the tables when staff informed us that the food needed to be taken to our vehicles because nearby guests might have food allergies. Later, we were told that other guests had complained about the food. This explanation was confusing because there were very few people in the area around us at the time, and no one was seated near our group. The situation left many of us feeling like management simply wanted our party to clear out as quickly as possible so that they could end their night quicker. Overall, the facility itself is nice, but the party policies, pricing structure, and customer service left a lot to be desired. The staff seemed young and inexperienced in handling customer concerns and creating a welcoming experience for larger groups. Given its location, Sky Zone has a great opportunity to serve local sports teams and community groups, but the current party experience does not seem designed with those customers in mind. For open play, Sky Zone may be a good option. For a sports team party, however, I would not recommend it and would look at other venues in the future. read more

The facility was clean, well-organized, and had a lot of different activities to keep everyone entertained--from open jump areas to dodgeball and foam pits. It's a fun spot for both kids and adults, and the staff did a good job keeping things running smoothly and safely. A special shoutout to Alex J, who really stood out during our visit. Alex was friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make sure everyone was having a good time. It's always noticeable when someone takes pride in their work, and Alex definitely made the experience even better. Overall, Sky Zone is a solid place to spend a few hours having fun, getting some exercise, and just enjoying the atmosphere. I'd definitely recommend it, especially with team members like Alex J making a positive difference Sky Zone ended up being a perfect spot when we wanted something different to do. The vibe was upbeat, and there was a good mix of activities beyond just jumping--so it didn't feel repetitive. It's the kind of place where time goes by fast because there's always something new to try. What really stood out this time was the customer service, especially from Frank C. He was easy to approach, quick to help, and kept things running without any confusion or delays. You can tell when someone knows what they're doing and actually enjoys helping people, and that was definitely the case here. I don't usually take the time to write reviews, but after our visit today I really felt like I should. My husband recently got our family a Sky Zone membership, so we've started coming pretty often, and every time we visit we end up getting food from the kitchen area. Over the past few visits, I've consistently noticed a young lady named Estrella though I've heard others call her Star and she truly stands out. It's not just a one time impression every time we come in, I see her either coming out of the kitchen or working at the register. Sometimes I even see her all by herself. You can tell she's always busy, and I've especially noticed how fast and efficient she is in the kitchen area along with making food, snacks, beverages, even when it gets hectic. What I appreciate most is that despite how busy she is, she still takes the time to talk to my kids and engage with them, even though they can be shy. As a mom, that really means a lot. She always has a smile on her face, is incredibly patient, and is more than happy to answer any questions. What impressed me most is that even during rushes, she never makes you feel rushed or overlooked. It's clear she's not only hardworking but also very attentive to the people around her. After seeing her consistently over multiple visits, it's obvious she puts in real effort every single time she's there. Employees like her are what make places like Sky Zone so enjoyable. My sister took my son and nephew who are autistic there and they had a blast. They went I believe the day after their "grand opening" so it was packed my son and his cousin wanted to play dodgeball but the game was going way to rough and my son got upset, thankfully the sweetest worker decided to make two games she made one for the older kids and one for kids who wanted a friendlier fire I was on FaceTime with my sister when all this was happening crying because not a lot of people would have taken in consideration my kid nor my nephew I wasn't expecting it because of how packed it really was so I told my son to just play somewhere else that's when he started to almost throw a fit and she came over and she found a solution Now this is an establishment I call equal. I had to get the workers name she absolutely made my day and made the night for my family visiting. Thank you Melissa R!!! AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have a son with autism who is nonverbal, outings can sometimes be overwhelming. About two weeks ago at the Fuel Area my son had a meltdown because he couldn't decide what snack he wanted. Estrella was incredibly helpful and genuinely so kind and patient with him. Instead of turning away like most people might she took the time to gently communicate with him and make him feel safe and understood. I could tell she truly cared which meant more to me than I can express. It's honestly hard to find workers like that these days people who go out of their way to show that level of compassion and kindness. Because of her, what could have been a stressful situation turned into something positive. We came back again today and even during a rush she still made my son feel seen and took a moment to make him smile. Everytime we've come in since his meltdown my son lights up, smiles, and waves at her. We will DEFINITELY be coming back! read more

We recently celebrated my daughter's 10th Birthday at Sky Zone in Pico and it was such an amazing experience from start to finish! The staff were incredibly friendly, organized, and made sure everything ran smoothly.. A special shoutout to Xavier, Emeline, Cimran, and Breanna, who went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. They were attentive, helpful, and so positive throughout the entire event. Their energy and willingness to assist with anything we needed really stood out and made the experience feel extra special. The kids had an absolute blast jumping & playing in a safe and exciting environment. The party setup was perfect, and everything from check in to the party room was handled seamlessly. We had a birthday party here for my grandson yesterday May 30, 2026. We were allowed to bring our own food and drinks. My daughter got a birthday package which included 1 pizza and a pitcher of soda for every 5 kids. We had a reservation for 11. We took Capris Sun, water, more pizza, chicken, spaghetti and salad. They are very attentive. They sent someone with a cart to take the stuff upstairs for us and when we were through back to the car as well. Our party host's name was Julian C. He was the best! He was very attentive, checked on us frequently, offered us pitchers of ice water, more plates and cups and even brought up some crushed pepper and cheese for us. Genesis at the Sky Zone in Pico is seriously one of the best workers there. From the moment you walk in, she brings such a positive and welcoming energy that makes the whole place feel more fun. She's super helpful, always making sure everyone is safe while still enjoying themselves, and she never seems annoyed even when it gets busy. What really stands out is her attitude--she's kind, patient, and always smiling, which makes a big difference. Employees like Genesis are the reason people want to come back. Brianna S at Sky Zone Pico Rivera was honestly so cool and made the whole experience way better. She was super friendly, helpful, and had a really positive attitude the whole time. You can tell she actually cares about people having fun and feeling comfortable. She explained things clearly, stayed patient, and just brought really good energy to the place. Sky Zone already has a lot of fun stuff like trampolines, slides, and games, but having someone like Brianna there makes it even more enjoyable. When she worked with the parents she was very professional and was kind with everyone. I really liked how she stayed calm with the adults but when things got a little difficult.
