I was able to join him in one instance as his jump buddy. I love trampoline parks even as an adult, but this one isn't as clean as the ones I've been to. The little foam blocks were really dirty and I couldn't wait to shower afterwards. I went into the foam pits with my baby brother and I couldn't help but feel really dirty being surrounded by it. The foam blocks need a major refresh or replacement ASAP! The cost to jump seems a little steep, especially if you don't own the grip socks that are mandatory for entering the trampoline areas. I do think that the unlimited jump membership with is worth it because my little brother goes about 1-3 times a week, so he's def getting his money's worth.

Everyone we have encountered at this location has been SO sweet and helpful. Chloe was the one who helped us with the party this evening and she was amazinggggg! She was so kind, helped us decorate, and was on top of everything. Everything ran so smoothly because of her. Thank you Chloe :) From beginning to end, they were so many staff working and they were all so sweet. Thank you so much! Food- 8/10. Pizza and drinks were good :) I haven't tried anything else from the food court, but the pizza was good.

Review #975 2026-041…read more Host/Sky Zone Team Member: Grace My son was invited to his Cantonese school classmates' birthday party at Sky Zone Trampoline Park in Westminster Mall on the 2nd level; their 3 birthdays were within weeks of one another (turning 6, 8, 11) so dad decided to celebrate together. It seems like a dead mall with many departed tenants, yet parking wasn't an available as one might think, though we were nearby the closest entrance to the trampoline park. Core attractions include: Battle Beam, Foam Zone, Freestyle Jump, SkyHoops, SkyJoust, SkySlam, Ultimate Dodgeball, Warped Wall, Warrior Course, Zip Line, Toddler Zone; Sky Zone offers trampoline activities from toddlers to adults. Once inside, we completed & signed the waivers at the kiosks, & received their Sky Zone socks. Guests are required to wear their Sky Zone socks, which are provided as part of the entrance fee, in order to play/jump in the park. I don't recall if Westminster follows the Gardena location (refer to Review #478) re: "sky time" reminder stickers & didn't see it on my kids. With the long open hours & large space (though it's feels smaller & definitely more cramped than Gardena), I highly doubt this park gets cleaned/sanitized even though it's been a couple of years since the pandemic lockdown. The OCD in me starts to nitpick areas of stickiness... stairwell railing, foam pit (this raise my hackles the most... I had to pull my son out of the joust pit & felt "moist" foam block... aaugh!!), arcade controllers, joust sticks, etc. This facility also has an unusual musky odor that permeate throughout the facility. \(`0´)/ The ladies restrooms were clean & stocked, though the floors were wet so my socks got wet as I tried to step around the puddles. The kids played an hour before we rallied them back to the party room for pizza, chips, & drinks, followed by birthday cake. Grace was a pretty good host, though not as bubbly as I would have liked; this is a kids birthday party & I feel our host should be perky & friendly in a way that draws you in. She did her job, was nice to all, made sure everyone was served, & helped the family pack up the gifts & leftover food, checking all the boxes; not much of an entertainer host but got the job done right. Assuming most parties are 2-hours & our party room didn't have a booking after us, we stayed a few minutes past the hour & no staff enforced our party's sky time. The kids had fun running around, & the park provided plenty of active entertainment! Free arcade games were dotted around with the newer ones with a wait, particularly the driving ones. A few random machines had controller/joystick issues with a couple dark screens. We were here for a birthday & it's not conducive for team play since there's multiple parties as well as open play, more for individual/paired fun... the only time the kids were together was in the party room otherwise they were in pairs or their little groups. I noticed some older guests that weren't mindful of the younger set in shared spaces, which is concerning for their safety, particularly in the open Freestyle Jump area. Both my kids are old enough that I don't have to be tethered to them, though I infrequently checked in to make sure they're ok & to remind them to be watchful of toddlers/younger kids. Left of the entrance is their food court/concession stand that offers a variety of snacks & refreshments: hot foods (most expensive item is whole specialty pizza for $32), snacks, drinks & Icees with a combos menu that offers some savings; it's pretty pricey for the quantity & quality, particularly for a whole pizza, bottled drinks, & Icees. If you're tired, there's some massaging chairs in front of concession that takes cash. Staff service varies from friendly to indifferent or preoccupied. The mall is closed due to redevelopment & will be demoed for a mixed-use community, hence Sky Zone Trampoline Park is forced to close.

They were so excited to ride the Skyrider, it's a zip line across partial of the park. I highly definitely recommend this indoor playground. It's probably the best one in OC. We've gone to a lot the past years. This place has so much for your kids to do. Met the manager Terry and Sally. They are both amazing and friendly. Always there to answer your questions and needs. Our school Mabel Paine had a day of fundraising here also. UA loves to support and gives back to the community. Love a friendly oriented company. What's awesome is they now have a security here that I love since it's open. Security really nice. The indoor playground is pretty clean and well taken care of. Love the mascot Urbie. He's also cool with the kids. We are regulars here and definitely plan to return. They have great yearly membership at a great value. Must check it out!

WARNING: SERIOUS SAFETY CONCERNS AT SKY ZONE COVINA…read more I rarely leave negative reviews, but after what I witnessed at Sky Zone Covina on May 9th, I feel parents deserve to be aware of the serious safety concerns and lack of leadership at this location. My daughter and I are members at several trampoline parks due to our involvement in gymnastics, and we have generally had positive experiences elsewhere. When we arrived, we accidentally wore socks from another trampoline park that looked nearly identical to Sky Zone socks. Staff immediately approached us and informed us we needed official Sky Zone socks. That was completely understandable, and we purchased new socks right away without issue. The real concern came shortly afterward. My 6-year-old daughter noticed a teenage boy face down and unresponsive in the foam pit. I called out to him and quickly realized he was not responding and his head was partially buried. I immediately jumped into the foam pit to assist while my elderly father yelled for staff to help and requested someone call 911. What was deeply concerning was the complete lack of urgency from staff and management during what appeared to be a medical emergency. While I struggled alone in the foam pit trying to reposition and support a very large teenager, staff slowly walked over and just stood by. My father repeatedly asked for emergency assistance, yet management appeared more focused on the tone of his concern than the safety of the unconscious guest and took offense when called out on it. Thankfully, the teen eventually regained consciousness, after what seemed to have been a seizure, but the response from management, specifically Teresa, was extremely disappointing. When I later asked for corporate contact information, I was told she "didn't have it." I understand businesses have policies and liability concerns, but basic human compassion and emergency response should never be optional. Parents trust facilities like this with their children's safety, and after this experience, I no longer feel confident bringing my family here. Until Sky Zone Covina improves its emergency response training and leadership standards, I cannot recommend this location.

It's really spacious and truly appreciate all the seating available for the adults ( a lot of indoor playgrounds lack this)!. The staff is constantly walking around cleaning and sanitizing. They are very attentive and friendly. I especially wanted to give a shout out to the young lady who was working on the floor she was very attentive and kind noticed my toddler was having a tantrum over not getting the toy out of the claw machines. She really went above and beyond and showed compassion towards my toddler in distress. 10 out of 10 for our visit !

I was really upset because of a Dad and his little girl, must have been 7, 8 years old we're in the toddler area. The girl had an accident inside the ball pit and I overheard the Dad scolding her for peeing, but didn't inform anybody that she even had an accident. My son was in the ball pit when this happened, and I noticed that there were wet footprints on the floor and on the edge of the pit. I grabbed the spray that they had and sprayed the area down, not thinking anything of it. One of the staff noticed that I did that and right away brought towels and sprays to clean the area and another staff member came over and asked me to take my son out because they were spraying chemicals in the pit area to sanitize. When I took him out, he was completely covered in pee all over the back of his shirt & shorts. My son wears diapers so I know it wasn't him. I was really upset, and I told the staff, I went to go talk to the manager about it, and they fully refunded me for the time that I was there. My kids were upset cause we had to leave early, we were 35- 40 minutes in & the guy in the front gave them lollipops, with my approval, to help me calm them. The staff there is amazing and on it about Cleaning and sanitizing everything. They shut the whole toddler section down just so they can sanitize the entire area. As far as that, Dad, it's extremely disgusting that he tried leaving without saying anything to anybody. Accidents happen that I understand but keeping it to yourself and then trying to leave without informing staff is beyond me.
