So many cool slides! Probably the biggest sky zone I've ever been to! Girls were very kind. There was a Karen upset & threatening to call corporate bc she had to sign a waiver (again)... it takes like a minute, but employees were very patient with her and were not returning her rude attitude. I love skyzone in general (got a home trampoline after my first time going) but this one is so close to home and has so many fun games! read more

We hosted a bday party on a Saturday. The place was really busy, which was understandable. The party package is promoted as great, because you have a dedicated host to help you with whatever you need. That service was ok, at best. We had to keep tracking her down for napkins, plates, water. At the end of the party, at check out time I was over charged for an extra jumper and for three extra pizza's. Some pizza's are included when you book the party package. I was double charged for those. Make sure you go through your charges when checking out. I had a party I was hosting at home, and had to leave right away. I reached out through phone three times, to get things rectified. Only to be hung up on three times. I decided to go in and get things sorted in person, only to be greeted by a combative Team Lead. They weren't able to provide his name, but he was the bigger gentleman with the attitude. He wasn't able to understand basic math, and couldn't understand when I explained I was over charged for the pizza. The on-site Manager was called, and she was able to provide the refund for the additional charges, but they pointed out that they don't usually refund food that was already made. Mind you, I didn't receive these extra pizza's they claimed were made. And I didn't order the additional food I was being charged for. But thank goodness they were able to refund something that was their error. All that to say, the kids had a great time jumping. Check your receipts, because they over charge. And hope you never have to deal with their customer service. read more

My grand children really like Sky Zone and go there often. We've had their pizza, it was fine. The one caution I have is - do not assume that staff moniters the entrance at all! Keep a close eye on your kids at all times!! Our 9 yr. old grandson walked right out and over to our car while we were (4 of us mind you) searching all over the place looking for him. He was given quite a lecture and warning about what could have happened. Maybe they can have a monitering system implemented where no one goes out without a parent or gaurdian for children under 12 read more

Terrible health hazard, rude management, and awful customer service. We visited this location with my children, only to be overwhelmed by a severe, sickening sewage smell throughout the facility. When I spoke to the staff, I was told they have ongoing plumbing issues and that's just how they "keep the smell away." Even worse, staff were literally spraying aerosol air freshener directly into the ventilation ducts while kids were actively jumping below. We immediately pulled our kids out and left. When we tried to address this, the manager was completely condescending and refused a refund, and corporate completely washed their hands of the situation. Breathing in that toxic air caused severe throat irritation for me, and my older daughter is now experiencing nausea, headaches, and stomach aches after jumping in that environment not to mention the exposure risks for my four-month-old infant. This facility is unsafe, unsanitary, and entirely mismanaged. Avoid at all costs. read more

Samantha H was an absolutely wonderful host! She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, well taken care of, and never wanted for anything. We didn't even have to ask--she was always one step ahead and somehow knew exactly what we needed. Her thoughtfulness, attentiveness, and genuine care made our stay feel extra special. We truly appreciated everything Samantha did for us and would absolutely recommend staying with her. She made us feel so welcomed and cared for from beginning to end! read more

We absolutely love the new Sky Zone in pico Rivera! Everyone has always been so helpful. Today we had an extra wonderful experience with the front desk staff member Melissa! Melissa was so helpful, kind and cheerful. She helped us start a new membership and answered all of my questions without skipping a beat! My daughters and their friends were being particularly rambunctious today and she still smiled through the process and never gave us the impression that she was annoyed or frustrated. The location is also always clean, fresh (AC rocks) and not overly crowded. The membership and its perks are a great deal and I highly recommend it to everyone in the area. It also feels safe since the tables are by the front door and there's only one entrance/exit. I prefer this location over the Cerritos one any day and it's so close to home! read more

Service in the food area really sucks , with attitude and don't acknowledge you , was just standing there waiting.

Jenny, Jenny, Jenny... I have a membership for myself and my four-year-old daughter and have visited this location several times before without any issues. Unfortunately, my visit on 06/18 was completely different. When we arrived, the park was nearly empty. My wife and daughter went off to play while I sat nearby watching them. That's when I noticed an employee named Jenny making her way from section to section, repeatedly stopping guests to explain rules that were already clearly posted on large signs throughout the park. At first, I thought she was simply doing her job. However, it quickly became apparent that she was approaching virtually every family she encountered, giving lengthy reminders about rules regardless of whether anyone was actually breaking them. When my family moved to the balance beam and oversized ball area, Jenny immediately appeared and launched into another explanation of the rules. My daughter is four years old and, like most children her age, wasn't paying attention to a speech about park policies. Meanwhile, Jenny spent what felt like several minutes talking to my wife despite repeated social cues that the conversation was over. After finishing with us, she immediately moved on to another father sitting nearby and repeated the exact same speech while he sat directly next to a sign displaying those same rules. Later, we moved to the younger children's area. Once again, Jenny appeared. I watched her tell a grandmother she couldn't be in part of the play structure, even after the grandmother explained that her granddaughter had a heart condition and wore a heart monitor, requiring her to stay close by. Rather than showing discretion or empathy, the conversation remained focused on enforcing the rule. Jenny then turned her attention to my daughter and insisted she needed to be measured. At that point, I had enough. As someone who has spent years working in customer service, I understand that rules exist for a reason. My issue was never with safety or employees doing their jobs. My issue was the constant interruptions, repeated lectures, and feeling like my family was being followed from section to section. I politely asked Jenny to leave my family alone. I explained that we were supervising our daughter, could read the posted rules ourselves, and did not need constant reminders. I also made it clear that I did not want her repeatedly interacting with my daughter. Shortly afterward, another father who had experienced the same thing spoke up as well and requested management. His concerns were nearly identical to mine. The team leader came over, listened to both of us, and assured us we would be given some space moving forward. Ironically, another employee in the same orange uniform later worked the area exactly how I would expect. She observed, stayed available, and only intervened when a rule was actually being broken. No lectures. No hovering. No constant interruptions. Just simple, effective supervision. Unfortunately, even after my conversation with Jenny and management's involvement, she later approached my daughter again and began engaging her in the same overly enthusiastic, performative manner. At that point, it felt less like customer service and more like an inability to recognize clearly communicated boundaries. The ironic part is that I never planned on jumping that day because I didn't want to go home exhausted. I simply wanted to watch my daughter play and enjoy a relaxing morning with my family. Instead, I left feeling more exhausted than if I had actually spent the entire visit jumping. Not physically exhausted--mentally exhausted. I've visited this location before and never had an experience remotely like this one. One employee managed to turn what should have been a fun family outing into a frustrating experience filled with constant interruptions and micromanagement. I came to watch my daughter play. Instead, I left feeling like I had spent two hours attending Jenny's Rules Seminar. read more

3 people on the counters and only 1 working , they should be more productive especially with a line . Dirty! I had to clean my own table and then grabbed another table for my kids to wait also very dirty, cribs on chairs and stickiness from sodas and food on table . Refills are $5.00 same price as a regular drink and they have no water station for the kids . I also e mailed them 5 days prior to get info on holding an event , called the day before staff messaged manger to get back to me and 10 days later I am still waiting for reply .Also music has explicit words when there is children inappropriate as a parent ! * Below has been taken care of, for the frustration we've experience giving 4 stars * I have a membership at the Pico Rivera location, but due to an employee's mistake, my husband and I were both enrolled in full Elite memberships instead of being added as Parent Add-On members. As a result, we've been overpaying $54 per month. We were just charged for a second month, so we've now been overcharged $108. I've contacted customer service three times each time I was told the Pico Rivera manager would call me within 24-48 hours. And that they have directly transferred and submitted the message. July 12: Spoke with Husnain. July 15: Spoke with Zia. July 17: Called again and was told the same thing. Despite these promises, I have never received a call. If you're reading this, you should already have the messages that customer support sent to the Pico Rivera location regarding my case. Please contact me as soon as possible so we can resolve this issue. Please correct our memberships to the Parent Add-On plan and refund or credit the $108 we've been overcharged. Thank you. read more

Today 3/14/26 was their grand opening. So you could imagine how clean they are right now. They have deals going on for their season passes. If you get the deluxe pass, you have the option of adding an adult/ parent for only $15. The arcade area looks a lot better than other locations I've seen. Plenty of parking. Worth a look. read more

Thank you Jenelle for an amazing birthday experience! Your patience, kindness and expertise made everything a breeze. It was our first time at the park and our first birthday experience here. The room was ready and set up on time. Jenelle explained everything to us. I will say that because I booked so close to the event I had to call and that experience was a nightmare - an out of country call center that had no info and several dropped calls. Thank goodness Jenelle was patient and informative. My family is definitely looking to go back. read more

My son and I visited this location for the first time on 8/1/26. We were greeted by Melissa at the check-in counter and obtained a membership. I have to say it was Melissa's excellent customer service that persuaded me to go for the membership instead of just the day pass. She was very sweet and patient when answering my many questions. When we left the park my son pointed her out to me and said how nice she was as he had also interacted with her. Kudos to her! read more

Julian C. Did an amazing job help with hosting our team gathering! Thanks Julian! Keep up the awesome work.

I come here a lot. i bought 4 annual passes when they first open. i had originally had 2 monthly passes and then i upgraded. they said they would refund my monthly when i got the yearly. still till today only 1 was refunded and the other one wasn't. yes i talked to someone they said the system had no way of doing so .so im out $30. and now check out this issue i additionally got 2 more annual passes and instead of it having the kids name it was the persons that help me registers name. its a whole mess. it still hasnt been fixed. and the staff that used to be there when they first open, is not the same staff now. just feels like theres really not many people who know much about whats going on and i kinda get it since they are all young , its a new location but i spend alot of money here and i can't seem to get the help i need. and to top it all of there really isnt like a corporate number i think they are all individually owned. read more

Fun time with family there, the park was clean and had a great time. No complaints about the park itself ,however, stars taken off due to the unexpected and unnecessary comments from the front staff. As I was paying for my family, one of the staff says to another "what a scam" and "ripoff" as if I'm not right there. Its rude to comment on how one uses there money for enjoyment and another to say it right in front of them. Love skyzone but unfortunately wont be returning to this location. read more
